In today's world, many young individuals still lack effective communication skills, a trend that is evident among university students, particularly those from Generation Z. These students, despite having access to technology and social media, are often not taught how to communicate in a professional and respectful manner. This paper discusses the importance of communication skills and their development through the Interpersonal Skills (KI) course. Within this course, students not only develop communication abilities but also both soft and hard skills essential for their personal and professional growth. The course includes various assessments, one of which is the Community Service (PKM) output. This PKM aims to provide students with practical experience in communication by engaging with external partners and presenting ideas related to their academic programs. The activities conducted under this PKM serve as an assignment for the course, contributing to grades for assignments, Mid-Semester Exams (UTS), and Final Semester Exams (UAS). Students are tasked with creating proposals, reports, posters, and videos as part of the assignment, and for the UTS, they present proposals to their partners. The UAS grade is based on the final report presentation, showcasing the results of their PKM activities. Through the KI course, students gain valuable experience in communicating with external partners, collaborating in teams, and presenting their work confidently in front of their peers. These activities not only enhance students' communication skills but also foster leadership qualities and teamwork, preparing them for professional environments. Thus, the KI course plays a crucial role in developing interpersonal communication skills that are essential in today's interconnected world.

This study was conducted at Family Pharmacy in Pekanbaru City with the objective of examining the relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress, as well as their combined effect on employee performance. The research population consisted of all 150 employees in the production department. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 60 respondents was selected through accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out via an online questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The analytical methods employed were correlation analysis to assess the relationship between variables and multiple linear regression to measure their simultaneous influence on performance. The results indicated a negative relationship between emotional intelligence and work stress, meaning that employees with higher emotional intelligence tended to experience lower levels of work stress. Furthermore, when examined together, emotional intelligence and work stress had a significant impact on employee performance. Specifically, these two variables contributed 47.4% to the variance in performance, while the remaining 52.6% was influenced by other factors not addressed in this study. The findings highlight the importance of emotional intelligence as a critical factor in managing workplace stress and enhancing performance, especially in the pharmaceutical industry where precision, cooperation, and adaptability are essential. Improving employees’ emotional intelligence may serve as a strategic approach to reducing work-related stress and fostering better performance outcomes. Organizations are therefore encouraged to invest in training and development programs that emphasize emotional regulation, empathy, interpersonal skills, and effective communication. Future research should consider incorporating additional variables such as work motivation, organizational culture, leadership style, and job satisfaction to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the determinants of employee performance. Expanding the research scope to different departments and industries could also provide broader insights into how emotional intelligence and work stress interact across diverse work settings.

This study examines how project-based learning is used in Makassar State University's Educational Exhibition course for the Educational Technology Study Program. The purpose of this study is to outline the phases of project-based learning in the Educational Exhibition course, along with its benefits and drawbacks. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study type on the educational exhibition course. The findings demonstrated that there are multiple steps involved in implementing project-based learning in educational exhibition courses: determining the fundamental questions, project planning, scheduling, monitoring project progress, assessing results or project presentations, and the final stage of experience evaluation. Other research findings indicate that project-based learning in this course provides several benefits for students, such as active participation in the learning process, the ability to integrate theory and practice, team learning and collaboration, as well as the development and enhancement of students' skills.   However, a number of issues that need to be addressed, such as uneven student contributions, lack of open communication, and time management problems, can make the educational exhibition project less successful. The findings support designing effective project-based learning programs that meet workforce demands and enhance student's interpersonal skills through authentic experiences.

In addition to improving interpersonal communication skills, this training also emphasized the importance of strategic communication in the context of advocacy and social mobilization. NGO administrators were trained to design campaign messages tailored to audience segments, including potential donors, corporate partners, and government stakeholders. An understanding of the importance of framing and emotional appeal was also emphasized, so that the messages delivered were not only informative but also able to inspire empathy and concrete action from the audience. During the training process, participants were also equipped with a basic understanding of digital communication, particularly in utilizing social media platforms as a tool to expand the reach of messages. Creative content strategies, effective posting scheduling, and the use of visual storytelling were introduced so that NGO administrators could build a positive image of their institutions in the digital space. These skills are crucial considering that the dynamics of public communication today are influenced by the speed and reach of social media. The positive impact of this activity was felt not only individually, but also institutionally. The NGO "Kakak Asuh" began to show an increase in public engagement through social media, an increase in the number of new volunteers, and the opening of opportunities for partnerships with external parties. This demonstrates that persuasive communication is not merely a means of conveying a message, but also a strategy for building strong, credible, and sustainable relationships with the wider community. Going forward, the sustainability of this training program is designed through a system of ongoing mentoring and support. This approach is expected to strengthen the implementation of the communication strategies learned and enable a comprehensive transformation of organizational communication. Thus, this PKM activity will not only have a short-term impact but also build a solid communication foundation to support the NGO's social mission in the future.

This study aims to systematically review the literature that discusses the influence of social media on adolescent communication patterns, especially in the context of organizational learning. Social media as part of the digital transformation has changed the way adolescents interact, not only in social aspects but also in informal learning processes. Through a Systematic Literature Review approach, this study maps key concepts, identifies research gaps, and explores future research directions. The results of the study indicate that social media plays an important role in shaping interpersonal communication, digital ethics, and adolescent self-identity. However, most previous studies are still geographically limited, descriptive, and have not linked social media use to organizational learning comprehensively. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an integrative theoretical model and longitudinal studies that consider the cultural, psychological, and social contexts of adolescents in the digital era.

The rapid advancement of technology has significantly transformed the way individuals communicate, particularly through social media platforms. These platforms, often referred to as part of cyberspace, have facilitated seamless and widespread interpersonal interaction. Social media has become a space where various forms of social activity are displayed, including the phenomenon of self-presentation or "showing off. This study employs Social Penetration Theory, which elucidates the process through which interpersonal relationships evolve from superficial exchanges to deeper, more intimate levels of communication. Central to this theory is the concept of self-disclosure, which is considered a driving force in the development of personal relationships. A qualitative research methodology was adopted, utilizing a descriptive phenomenological approach to explore lived experiences and the subjective meanings behind them. Data were collected through a combination of observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the progression of relational depth among individuals on social media is significantly influenced by the degree of self-disclosure. One notable phenomenon observed is the use of secondary Instagram accounts (often referred to as "second accounts" or "finstas"), which serve as private spaces where users feel more comfortable engaging in authentic self-expression and disclosure.
