Employee performance is essential to organizational success, particularly in the service industry, where service quality depends heavily on employees’ capabilities and workplace conditions. This study examines the effects of a learning organization culture and the work environment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among service sector employees in West Jakarta. A quantitative causal approach was employed using an online questionnaire distributed through purposive sampling, resulting in 210 valid respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The findings reveal that both a learning organization culture and a positive work environment have significant positive effects on job satisfaction. In addition, learning organization culture, work environment, and job satisfaction each positively and significantly influence employee performance. Job satisfaction also mediates the relationships between learning organization culture, work environment, and employee performance. These results suggest that organizations can improve employee performance by strengthening continuous learning practices, creating supportive working conditions, and enhancing employee satisfaction. The study contributes to the human resource management literature and provides practical guidance for organizations seeking sustainable performance through employee-centered management strategies.

This study examines how profitability affects company value among manufacturing firms included in the LQ45 index during the 2023–2025 period, with debt policy serving as a moderating variable. Increasing business competition encourages companies to improve their financial performance and market value to attract investors and maintain long-term sustainability. A quantitative research approach with a causal research design was employed to analyze the relationship between the variables. The study used secondary data obtained from audited annual financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, suggesting that higher profitability enhances investor confidence and contributes to higher market valuations. Furthermore, debt policy significantly moderates the relationship between profitability and firm value by strengthening the influence of profitability. The coefficient of determination increased from below thirteen percent to more than sixty-three percent after including the moderating variable. These findings demonstrate that effective debt management combined with strong profitability contributes to higher firm value and supports sustainable corporate growth and long-term investor confidence.

The presence of street vendors in urban areas is a social phenomenon that is inseparable from the economic dynamics of urban communities. On the one hand, street vendors provide an alternative source of livelihood for people in the informal sector; on the other hand, their presence is often seen as disrupting public order, urban aesthetics, and the function of public spaces. This situation gives rise to social conflict between local governments—as the authorities responsible for urban planning—and street vendors who are defending their economic space. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of social conflict in the process of regulating street vendors in urban areas and to identify the factors influencing the emergence of public resistance to regulation policies. The study employs a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The research findings indicate that social conflicts arising from street vendor regulation are influenced by conflicting interests between the government and vendors, poor policy communication, limited relocation space, and economic factors affecting urban communities. Repressive enforcement measures tend to provoke social resistance, whereas dialogic and participatory approaches are more effective in reducing conflict. This study emphasizes that the management of street vendors cannot be understood solely as a matter of urban order, but also involves aspects of social justice and the community’s right to sustain their economic livelihoods.

Religious values play an essential role in shaping students' character and behavior through the practice of faith, worship, and moral conduct in everyday life. This study aims to analyze the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in improving students' religious values at Nurul Ilmi Islamic Elementary School, Pengabuan Village, Abab District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency (PALI), as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered during the process. The study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis followed three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers enhance students' religious values through several strategies, including habituation of worship practices, providing religious advice, serving as role models, utilizing school literacy media, and implementing the 5S culture (Smile, Greeting, Salutation, Politeness, and Courtesy). Supporting factors include the consistent implementation of religious programs, effective collaboration among teachers, parents, and the community, as well as adequate educational facilities. Meanwhile, the main obstacles include students' limited awareness of religious values, unfavorable social environments, insufficient cooperation between schools and families, the negative influence of technology and social media, and peer pressure. The study concludes that strengthening students' religious values requires continuous collaboration between schools, families, and communities, supported by consistent educational programs and exemplary teacher behavior to foster students' spiritual and moral development.

This research employs a qualitative approach with a library research design. Data were collected through documentation techniques by analyzing the novel text and supported by relevant literature on Islamic values, character education, and literary studies. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods to identify and interpret the representation of qana’ah values portrayed in the main character. The results show that the value of qana’ah is reflected in Dahlan through acceptance of reality with sincerity, self-control over desires, patience in facing hardship, absence of envy, and constant gratitude despite economic limitations. These values are not only formed individually but are also strongly influenced by family education through parental role modeling, moral guidance, and everyday life experiences. Furthermore, the value of qana’ah presented in this novel is highly relevant for adolescents in the digital era, particularly in dealing with FOMO, materialistic tendencies, and consumerist lifestyles. Therefore, Sepatu Dahlan can serve as an effective medium for character education in fostering qana’ah, gratitude, resilience, and moral awareness among the younger generation.

This study aims to analyze the discrepancy between regulations and social realities in fulfilling the right to education in Indonesia. Normatively, the state has established a strong legal framework to guarantee the right to education, as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution and various educational policies. However, in practice, there remains a significant gap between policy and actual conditions in society. This research employs a qualitative approach using a juridical-normative method combined with an empirical (sociological) approach. Data were collected through library research from various sources, including laws and regulations, academic journals, and reports from official institutions. The findings indicate that the discrepancy is reflected in three main aspects: unequal distribution of educational facilities, disparities in the quality of education, and the existence of children who have not accessed education. These issues are influenced by factors such as limited infrastructure, unequal distribution of teachers, geographical challenges, and socio-economic conditions. Therefore, it can be concluded that the fulfillment of the right to education in Indonesia has not been fully optimal due to ineffective and non-adaptive policy implementation. Hence, more comprehensive and contextual efforts are required to achieve an equitable, inclusive, and accessible education system for all.

Stigma toward people with mental disorders affects not only individuals living with mental illness but also the psychological well-being of family members who serve as their primary caregivers. Families often experience social rejection, discrimination, and negative stereotypes, which increase emotional and psychological burdens while reducing the quality of care they provide. This study aimed to explore the impact of stigma on the psychological well-being of families caring for people with mental disorders in Pamekasan Regency. A qualitative study using a phenomenological approach was conducted involving 11 participants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis to identify participants' lived experiences. The findings revealed one overarching theme, namely the negative impact of stigma, which consisted of three categories: effects on family members, family relationships, and patients. Stigma generated feelings of sadness, anxiety, psychological distress, sleep disturbances, social withdrawal, family conflicts, and changes in family interactions with patients. These experiences negatively influenced caregivers’ emotional well-being and their ability to provide optimal support for family members with mental disorders. The study concludes that stigma has a substantial adverse impact on the psychological well-being of family caregivers and the quality of care provided to people with mental disorders. Therefore, comprehensive interventions focusing on stigma reduction, community education, and strengthening psychosocial support systems are essential to improve family resilience and promote better mental health outcomes.

Hot material dumping in the chemical industry is an important process stage that affects occupational safety, process stability, and product quality reliability. In manual processes, dumping activities may cause variation because they are influenced by operator condition, pouring angle, work speed, and exposure to hot materials. This study aims to analyze the consistency of the hot material dumping process and formulate a B2B strategy based on process reliability. The research method uses a descriptive-quantitative case study approach with data from 20 batches, analyzed through three indicators: dumping time, pouring flow stability, and material temperature change or ΔT. The data were primary data obtained directly through field observation, production-process documentation, and recording of process parameters; journal literature was used only as the theoretical and interpretive basis. The results show that the automated process provides more consistent performance than the manual process. The average dumping time decreased from 49.14 seconds to 30.18 seconds, the coefficient of variation for dumping time decreased from 12.44% to 1.36%, the pouring flow stability score increased from 2.55 to 4.70, and the average material ΔT decreased from 15.26°C to 8.16°C. These findings indicate that automation can improve process regularity, reduce variation between batches, and maintain material conditions in a more controlled manner. This process consistency can serve as the basis for a B2B strategy based on process reliability, emphasizing process reliability, production safety, quality consistency, and data-based evidence as key values in building industrial customer trust.

Food waste is still a significant problem, affecting food security, the environment, and the global economy. More than 53% of food produced becomes waste. Food waste worldwide totals 1.3 trillion annually. One of the districts with a high food waste rate is Banyumas. The most significant contributor to waste in the Banyumas region in 2021 was food waste, accounting for 39.85%, with much of it generated by restaurants. Restaurants play an essential role in managing food waste, as most food discarded at the preparation stage cannot be reused. This study aims to analyze the relationship between demographics and food waste reduction to support a digital technology approach from a restaurant perspective. This study used quantitative methods. The respondents of this study were 100 restaurants located in Banyumas, including A La Carte, Ramesan, Tegal, and Padang, and the data were analyzed using ANOVA. The results show that demographic factors, including income, age, restaurant opening hours, and the prices of best-selling foods, influence food waste in restaurants. The recommendation is for restaurants to prepare and plan menus. This will affect food prices, opening hours, and revenue. Some restaurants can increase their knowledge of handling food waste.
