Abstract The role of teacher comunication is very important in the learning process, with technology tahers are required to be able to integrate technology in distance learning but also implement teacher communication strategies as the biggest connector in the effectiveness of distance learning. The way to facilitate good communicationis using a procedure from attention to action procedure. With five steps abbreviated as AIDDA. This research aims to analyze customer perceptions regarding the use of microcredit financing with a focus on the case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Medan Kampung Baru. Utilizing surveys and qualitative data analysis, the research methodology aims to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the sample through observation, interviews and document analysis of the sample's perceptions of the product using Murabahah principles. In this context, research examines the factors that influence public trust in the progress, transparency and quality of the implementation of Murabahah law. The survey collected customer responses from BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru, while qualitative data analysis was carried out to identify customer views in more detail. It is hoped that the findings of this research will help in understanding the effectiveness of implementing the Murabahah model in micro product development and how it affects customer needs and expectations. The practical implications of this can help Islamic banks improve their products and services and strengthen their ties with customers, especially at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru.

Morinda citrifolia (noni) is a plant that has attracted attention in research as a source of compounds with anti-cancer potential. The aim of this comprehensive understanding is to analyze various studies that have been carried out to investigate the ability of Morinda citrifolia in cancer therapy. The research method involved a qualitative literature study, where we collected ten research articles that had been conducted on various types of cancer cells and the compounds contained in Morinda citrifolia. Research results show that Morinda citrifolia contains a variety of compounds such as anthraquinones, scopoletin, quercetin, and others, which have shown promising anti-cancer activity. In addition, in-silico research also identifies compounds that have the potential to influence key molecular targets in cancer growth pathways. Research results show a variety of anticancer activities associated with these compounds, including their ability to inhibit cancer cell growth, induce apoptosis, reduce oxidative stress, and inhibit cancer cell movement. In several studies, compounds such as morindone, scopoletin, and quercetin have shown promising anticancer activity, especially in certain cancer cell models. In conclusion, Morinda citrifolia shows potential as a source of interesting anti-cancer compounds, and further research is expected to help better understand the potential benefits of this plant in cancer therapy. In this context, further clinical research is needed to validate the efficacy and safety of using Morinda citrifolia in cancer therapy in humans.

This research aims to analyze the content of the short story entitled "Amarah Virus Pada Negeriku" by Ike Loveni Nur Safitri based on the impact of the virus on city conditions from economic, population aspects in the form of migration and transportation. The research approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a content analysis strategy method. This short story tells about the rapid increase in the Covid-19 virus and the policies implemented by the government to suppress its spread. From this, the impact on city conditions emerged, such as the economy in the city being disrupted, transportation within the city not running well, the migration process being disrupted, and the policies implemented apparently helping to reduce problems in the city, especially air pollution.

Improving Students’ Writing Ability In The Procedure Text Using Duolingo Application At 8 Grade Students Of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. Final Project, English Study Program, Faculty of Language and Arts Education, Universitas PGRI Semarang. Supervisor I Dra. Maria Yosephin, M.Pd, Supervisor II: Dra. Siti Lestari, M.Pd. This study aims to 1) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text before they are taught using the Duolingo application. 2) to find out the improvement of students’ writing competence in procedure text skills after they are taught using the Duolingo application. 3) to explain the significant difference in students’ writing competence in procedure text taught before and after using Duolingo application. In this study, the researcher used quantitative research. An experimental design was applied in carrying out this study.  The researcher took two classes as samples: VIII A (experimental group) and VIII B (control group). The experimental group has been given treatment by duolingo application in procedure text. On the other hand, the control group was not assigned treatment at all. The population in this study was class VIII in the  academic year 2023/2024. This study indicated that using Duolingo Application in procedure text is an effective technique. The results of the pre-test mean scores in both classes were 66.34 for the experimental group and 66.94 for the control group. In addition, the mean post-test score of experimental group was 84.78, and the control group was 76.66. These findings were calculated using the t-test formula. The t-test > t-table, based on the test results. T-table 5% percentage is 1.670. the computation shows that 6.180 > 1.670. There is a significant difference in students using  the Duolingo application in procedure text for students of grade 8 of SMP Negeri 5 Pati. Students are interested and excited when using Duolingo Application in the learning and teaching process with the goal of developing students’ writing skills. Based on the research findings, the researcher concludes that using Duolingo Application in procedure text can help students to develop and improve students writing skills.

Conformity, or the tendency to conform attitudes and behaviors to group norms, can affect students' learning motivation and academic achievement. This article discusses the impact of conformity on students' learning motivation and academic achievement from two sides, namely positive impact and negative impact. On the positive side, conformity within certain limits can help students adapt to the school environment and encourage them to learn to be accepted in the group. But on the other hand, excessive pressure to conform to peers can reduce students' internal motivation to learn and achieve. Students tend to only study as needed to be accepted in the group and their academic performance decreases. Therefore, a balance is needed, where students maintain their uniqueness while adapting positively to the group. Thus, conformity can benefit students' learning motivation and achievement.

The development of information technology is important, especially in the field of education, in supporting the learning process for the better. Muhammadiyah University of East Kalimantan, which carries the IT Based Paperless concept, is one of the campuses that supports the development of information technology. SI Lifeskills was introduced to record and integrate the development of students' academic achievements, where this system helps Life Skills courses to be more organized and effective. The system development demand was carried out in order to increase needs, especially in terms of user experience (UX). This service is carried out as a form of activity to increase comfort in learning services using a User Centered Design (UCD) approach. The evaluation stages carried out in this research used Heuristic Evaluation with 10 parameter aspects. The Heuristic Evaluation test results obtained Severity Ratings 0 with 8 points and Severity Ratings 1 with 2 points. The evaluation results show that the system is comfortable to use with problems that have minimal impact on the user so that repairs are not needed if time is limited.

This research was conducted with the aim of improving the quality of student prayer and improving student character for the better, as well as good habits that must be formed considering that they have reached elementary school age which is an educational foundation that must be built firmly. The method in this research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study are according to statements given by homeroom teachers, student guardians and students involved, indicating that the existence of prayer control books and giving rewards has a positive impact on students. Students better understand their obligations and are more motivated to pray and become accustomed to praying and help build the character of students who are honest and more obedient to parents' orders.

This research aims to find out how vital information security compliance is in reducing the risk of Data Breach. The method used in this research is Library Research (Library) which is the method used in this writing, and in its use, this method uses books, and journals both in written form and online. Based on the results obtained from this research, it can be concluded that a Data Breach is an incident where sensitive data or important information becomes vulnerable or is accessed by unauthorized parties. To prevent a Data Breach, organizations need to take various security measures, policies, and practices, such as encryption, access management, physical security, network security, security training and awareness, security policies, and monitoring and auditing. Sensitive data protection helps maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and protects the reputation and trust of customers and business partners. By implementing good sensitive data protection, organizations can reduce the risk of data breaches which can be financially detrimental and damage the company's image.  

The study investigates the effects of digital transformation on business electronics on the efficiency of sharia bank operations in Indonesia. Shariah banks in Indonesia are seeking to improve their operational efficiency through investments in digital transformation in the light of rapid technological change. Surveys, interviews, and data analysis from the leading sharia bank in Indonesia are used to conduct research. Studies show that implementing digital transformation into the sharia bank's business electronics system has helped improve operational efficiency, including reducing operating costs, providing better service to customers, and improving accessibility. Spirituality focuses on a way of life, rather than abstract and speculative philosophical formulations. "Spirituality" is also considered a way that can be used to bring a person to the desired life. Exploring the values of Pancasila as a Liberating Spirituality is an effort and commitment as citizens of the nation, state, and religious communities to make Pancasila a guiding spirit in carrying out the governance of personal and social life of the nation and state. The national spirit of Pancasila truly becomes an inclusive social virtue, inspiring, uniting, and liberating all social groups, ethnicities, religions, languages, and aspirations. The spiritual values contained in Pancasila are divinity, humanity, unity, deliberation, and justice. These values are aligned with the universal values of all religions. Taking Pancasila as a liberating spirituality can help integrate the diversity-also known as kebhinekaan-that characterizes Indonesia around the world. In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the national spirit and liberating spirituality of Pancasila values are essential to anticipate and deal with such a crisis. The incarnation of the spirit of Pancasila can be seen in the benefits of national life, such as harmony, tolerance, solidarity, compassion, gotong royong, equality of the dignity of every Indonesian before the law, freedom of expression responsibly, and social solidarity. The sense of nationality reminds us how important it is for every Indonesian son and daughter to stick to the basic principles of national life, namely the love of the homeland, language, and one nation, Indonesia. Loyalty is not limited to religion, culture or geographical region. Basic human values can serve as benchmarks for a country's political, legal and economic systems, so that the spiritual values of Pancasila can liberate and liberate every citizen.

Mental health in Indonesia has so far been relatively neglected, even though the decline in productivity due to mental health disorders has been proven to have a real impact on the economy. Interpersonal communication is a scientific discipline that is seen as capable of realizing a person's mental health, because within the scope of its study, interpersonal communication is dialogical in nature. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. This study uses all articles presented in the form of a literature review regarding "Promotion of Community Mental Health Using an Interpersonal Communication Approach". Based on the results of the literature review of the five journals analyzed, In essence, interpersonal communication is communication between a communicator and a communicant. This type of communication is considered the most effective for changing human attitudes, opinions or behavior due to a dialogical process. The dialogic nature is demonstrated through verbal communication in conversations that display direct feedback. The process of providing health information can be done using promotional media. The implementation of mental health promotion aims to be an important step in conveying a knowledge base that often arises so that it can be used in the form of effective practice in a regulation. This article discusses the role of zakat in alleviating poverty. Where zakat is something that is obligatory for the Muslim community. In the Qur'an it is explained that zakat is a responsibility for the Muslim community to help each other. So it can be interpreted that zakat is a moral element. social, educational and economic. In terms of morals, zakat wards off the greed and stinginess of some Muslims who have a sufficient economy. In education, the obligation to give zakat can be taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate and also give up some of the assets we own as a sign of our love for others. In social matters, namely zakat, the poor can play a role in their lives, carrying out their obligations to Allah SWT, helping with zakat and sadaqah that have been given from people who are capable. As is the case with zakat, underprivileged people feel like they are part of society, or not even outcasts and are looked down upon. In economic terms, zakat can play a role in preventing the accumulation of wealth in the hands of just one person, and also requires rich people to redistribute the wealth they have to rich and poor family groups. So, zakat functions as a potential source of funds in terms of alleviating poverty. Zakat can also be working capital for poor people to open up employment opportunities, so that this group can earn income and also be able to meet their daily living needs. Taken from the feeling of wanting to give, donate, and also give up some of one's wealth as a sign of compassion for fellow humans. The public perspective of chemistry, considered to be something that has always been associated with B3 or Toxic and Dangerous Substances, in fact this is not entirely true. Instead, our lives are surrounded by various kinds of chemicals. Both the molecules of the elements and the compounds, their existence is very close to ourselves. Inappropriate knowledge and attitudes toward the term chemicals are found in our society. But chemicals are not something that must be avoided, but used with careful rules. In reality, chemicals are very helpful in the various activities of life. Based on this, there should be an education such as socialization to people that chemicals are not always dangerous substances. The data was collected with qualitative techniques, through unstructured interviews related to the understanding of chemicals in the family sphere with some basic questions related to household chemicals as well as socialization activities concerning chemical substances in households to people of RT 05 RW 02 Cirejag Village, Karawang. The interview was conducted to obtain an explanation about how far they understand about the chemical in the household so that the socialization activities held are expected to help correct misperceptions and improve their understanding related to domestic chemicals.                                                                                                                 

This article is constructed around the discoveries made during the research, where it was found that the character of love for one's country is not yet fully implied in the souls of students. There are still many students who lack discipline in doing and submitting assignments, not only that, there are also many students who speak inappropriately and are impolite to their classmates and those above them, and never care about friends who are experiencing difficulties. The role of learning media is very crucial in helping students understand learning material. To develop learning materials, of course learning media is needed as a supporting tool when learning takes place, with learning media being able to develop material on cultural diversity to increase love for the country, especially focused on class students.

It utilizes a qualitative research approach with the aim of understanding the compliance of the members at Polsek Pademangan. Compliance is an attitude or behavior of individuals or groups that adhere to rules, norms, or regulations established by the relevant authorities or organizations. Compliance can also be defined as the attitude or behavior of individuals or groups in following and adhering to established rules, norms, or regulations. Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

With the increasing era of globalization today, competition in the industrial sector is becoming increasingly fierce and competitive. With the development of modern technology for the better but on the other hand raises problems for the environment. Every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay full attention to the quality of the products or services produced, at a low cost, the right time and quantity, and safe conditions. This study aims to analyze and reduce waste of packaging waste at PT XYZ, a manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture of medicines and vaccines. In the last 7 months, there were 1,906 pcs of defective packaging out of a total of 204,940 pcs used. The defects were caused by mold, misprinted information, faded colors, and lack of glue on the packaging. The methods used in this research are Pareto diagram and fishbone diagram. Pareto diagrams are used to identify dominant product defects, while fishbone diagrams are used to identify the causes of defects. It is expected that the results of this research can help PT XYZ reduce packaging waste and improve the quality of their products. By reducing packaging waste, PT XYZ can also contribute to reducing negative impacts on the environment.

This research is based on the devolment of Syapab banking in the digital era. The aim this research is to analyze the devilment of sharia banking in the digital era. This research investigates the development and introduction of Islamic banks in the digital era, which is expected to help people without having to go the bank. This research uses library research methods, wich use data sources collected from books information technology-based financing services will be very helpful in increasing public  services,access to information has become faster and easier and can accesed anytime and anywhere.

This Research deals with the effect of exposure to Instagram social media advertising, Electronic world of Mouth on buying interest in TehPucuk Harum products. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence between the variables studied such as social media instagram, Electronic world of Mouth, and purchase intention. This research was conducted quantitatively and used a questionnaire as a data collection method. The population was 125 respondents and the research sample used was 125 respondents. The selected population is an Instagram social media user who is a follower of @pucukharumid, as well as a minimum age of 18 years which by law has been declared as the age of legal capacity, and respondents must have seen advertising content for the Teh Pucuk Harum product on Instagram social media. Then sampling using convenience sampling. The techniques in quantitative analysis used in this study are t test, F test, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between Instagram social media on buying interest, Electronic World of Mouth, has a positive influence with buying interest. The results of this study are expected to help advertisers to find out some of the factors that influence buying interest in Teh Pucuk Harum products on Instagram social media, so that Instagram social media users can have buying interest in Teh Pucuk Harum products.
