Early Childhood (AUD) is a social being who is in the age range of 0-8 years, the same thing is also stated by NAEYC. Early childhood is usually called the "golden age" because children at this age experience very rapid cognitive development. In this study there are several cases that occur regarding marriage at this age and with the role of counseling the researcher hopes to guide the client so that the client can recover, here the function of the counselor himself is to help the counselee understand himself, help avoid problems, help overcome problems and help the counselee to obtain his defense.  

This research is entitled The Role of Cash Waqf in the Economic Development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School on the Rengas River, Batanghari Regency. The aims of this study are: 1) To find out how cash waqf is managed at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. 2) To find out the role of cash waqf in the economic development of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) In the process of managing waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, the fund management function starts from planning to realization. These stages are applied in every waqf fundraising process, the business preparation process, the placement of workers to the allocation of operating proceeds. In the implementation of waqf fund planning at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School, including: Planning for types of business, Planning for waqf sources, Planning for managing the business needed, and Planning for income to be obtained and where to distribute it. The source of cash waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School comes from the waqf of the local government, parents of students and the general public. While the types of Islamic boarding school economic businesses funded by waqf funds are oil palm plantations, canteen businesses and buffalo livestock. 2) The forms of waqf in the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School are in the form of cash waqf, immovable waqf. Waqf of immovable objects in the form of palm oil fields and buffalo livestock. In addition, the waqf received is also in the form of cash and other objects such as building materials, food ingredients and Al-Quran manuscripts. This form of waqf is used for, 1) Development of Islamic boarding schools, 2) Consumption of students, 3) Learning facilities and infrastructure, 4) Honorarium of teachers and 5) Economic activities of Islamic boarding schools. 3) The existence of waqf funds at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School plays a very important role for the economy of the pesantren residents at the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in 3 ways, namely, firstly creating jobs for the students and for the pesantren's teachers, secondly increasing income for the students, teachers and the pesantren itself to meet daily needs and help meet the needs of Islamic boarding schools, thirdly increasing business capabilities for Islamic boarding school students and teachers in terms of sales, business and business management. As a result, the role of the waqf is able to increase the economic independence of the Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School in the income of students and teachers, honorariums for teachers, and consumption as well as the development of Islamic boarding schools.

This paper proposes a method based on the Lagrange optimization function and local search technique for minimizing the total cost of two power systems. The first system comprises ten multiple fuel thermal units (MFTUs) while the second system combines the first system with renewable energies, solar and wind power. The proposed method has advantages over its conventional method without a local search technique, called the conventional Lagrange function-based method (CLM), such as having the same parameters and exploiting other search spaces after getting convergence. The proposed method is more effective than CLM for the first system with the last case of load demand. In addition, the proposed method has better costs than previous algorithms, such as the Hierarchical numerical method (HNUM), Hopfield neural network, Adaptive Hopfield neural networks (AHNN) and modified Lagrange neural network (MLANN). Especially, the proposed method can find smaller costs than them, up to $6.78, corresponding to 1.4% for Case 1, and up to $2.43, corresponding to 0.4% for Case 4. Only the proposed method is tested on the second test system. The simulation results indicate that the method is very efficient for the problem with solar and wind energies and multiple fuel thermal units.

This research aims to determine the functions of management in the novel end of lecture notes 2.0 by Sam@maulasam. This novel, published in 2017. The data collection techniques used are reading techniques and analysis techniques. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The data source in this research is the literary work Novel End of Lecture Notes 2.0 by Sam@maulasam. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the functions of planning, decision making and business relationships influence the running of a business.

This research method is a literature review study, where literature exploration is carried out in various databases with keywords such as Coronary Angiography, Severe Mitral Stenosis Cases. Results: Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in cases of Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) Severe involves patient preparation, equipment preparation, medical team, examination procedures, post-action care, description of examination results, and their role in the management of (MS) Severe Patient preparation involves patient education about the procedure, fasting before examination, renal function testing, medication adjustments, vascular access preparation, discussion of contrast agents, and vital monitoring. Severe (MS) patients require special attention in this preparation. Equipment preparation includes a stable catheterization table, a fluoroscopic imaging system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agents, resuscitation equipment, pre-procedure medications, and hemostasis equipment. The medical team involved in CAG examination in Severe (MS) patients involves an interventional cardiologist, radiological technologist, catheterization nurse, catheterization technician, and additional support personnel such as the anesthesia team and resuscitation team. The examination procedure includes patient preparation, vascular access, catheter insertion into the coronary arteries, evaluation and imaging of the coronary arteries, and completion of the procedure. CAG examination has an important role in the detection of coronary artery disease. CAG examination in patients with (MS) Severe requires careful preparation and involves the collaboration of a well-coordinated medical team to provide optimal results and a significant contribution in the management of (MS) Severe. Conclusion: Narrowing of the mitral valve, severe mitral stenosis (MS) is a pathological condition where this narrowing inhibits blood flow from the left atrium to the left ventricle. This condition is most often caused by rheumatic heart disease, which results in inflammation and ultimately thickening and narrowing of the mitral valve. Coronary Angiography (CAG) examination in Severe Mitral Stenosis (MS) cases has an important role in detecting coronary artery disease.

Breasts are organs that play a role in the lactation process. In men, this organ does not develop and does not have a function in the lactation process like in women. According to. cancer is characterized by the growth of abnormal cells beyond normal limits and can attack adjacent parts of the body or metastasize to other organs which can result in death for the sufferer. Cancer is also called malignant tumor and neoplasm. Breast cancer sufferers often find out about their disease too late, so they come to the hospital when it is in the final stage. Early detection is very necessary so that breast cancer sufferers can be treated more quickly. The prevalence of cancer in Bali Province in 2018 was 2.3 per 1000 population. This incidence increased compared to the 2013 Riskesdas results of 2.0 per 1000 population (Riskesdas, 2018). The total number of breast cancer cases recorded in the Medical Records Installation at Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar for the period 1 January – 31 December 2022 and which met the inclusion criteria was 70 people with a monthly average of 5.83%, around 6 patients. Inclusion criteria are breast cancer patients with stage II-IV and who have had a mastectomy. Based on a report from the Bali Province Integrated Disease Survey, it was found that the incidence of breast cancer in 2019 was 437 cases. especially in Denpasar City, the incidence of breast cancer was 293 cases. Denpasar City is an area that has the highest incidence of breast cancer in Bali.

The aim of this activity is to increase the competency of PPKn teachers in the field of Anti-Corruption Education, eradicating corruption through more effective and systematic educational strategies through students and teachers in anti-corruption outreach efforts. The implementation method is training which aims to increase understanding of the dangers of criminal acts of corruption and strengthen commitment as an extension of the eradication of corruption, followed by training in the form of mentoring prospective Anti-Corruption Counselors. Management of traditional villages by local communities (community based tourism) is the most important element because the community can become a driving force if it is managed and developed through the concept of tourism. The lack of variety in tourist activities in traditional villages and the activities that can be done are relatively the same, causing tourists who visit to feel bored and bored. Qualitative research was used in this study to describe factually, systematically and in detail regarding the management of community-based traditional villages in Sijunjung Regency (CBT). Data was collected using observation techniques, interviews, using 5 informants and documentation. Data was obtained from primary data in the form of the number of tourist visits to traditional villages, secondary data in the form of the organizational structure of traditional village management, and other documents. Based on the research results, it is stated that the management of traditional villages uses 4 basic management functions, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling.

The Class IIA Women's Correctional Institution (LPP) in Malang City is included in a productive prison which is not only used as a place for fostering prisoners (inmates), but also used as a facility to accommodate the production of quality prisoner products. The WBP participates in productive program activities held by the prison, such as managing the soy sauce industry, handicrafts, convection business, salon business, making ecoprint batik, production of souvenir snacks. All WBPs are involved in these productive activities as a form of effort by the prison in organizing work guidance programs and skills education. The results of the activity show that the production of Malang City Class IIA Women's Prison can be said to be quite good and has selling value. However, it is unfortunate that marketing is done conventionally so that it has not achieved maximum product sales results. Therefore, it is necessary to have an evaluation that can be solved through the service activities carried out. Kartika Muda Orphanage, is one of the children's orphanages in Medan City, North Sumatra, located at Jalan Sunan Kalijaga/ Ampera Manunggal Pasar 6. Kartika Muda Orphanage has 25 children with an age range of 6 - 15 years. The aim of this service is to improve the financial literacy skills of the children of the Kartika Youth Orphanage through an introduction to money and its functions, an introduction to financial institutions and the concept of saving. In this service, the PKM Team found that the children of the Kartika Youth Orphanage did not know how to manage their finances well and did not have awareness of the importance of saving.

The author uses qualitative legal research with secondary data sources in this research. In this article, the research method used is the normative news method. The Police of the Republic of Indonesia have direct authority to carry out all criminal acts, including theft with violence. This is in accordance with the police's duty to maintain security and public order, protection, protection and community service, as well as law enforcement. In the law enforcement process, efforts are made to uphold functions with legal norms as guidelines for behavior in traffic or legal relations in society and the state where there are perpetrators who commit the criminal act in question, in the sense of people who, with some intention or something unintentional, as required by law, have left a consequence of climbing the law whether it is subjective elements or other elements and in article 362 of the Criminal Code it is explained that the act of taking an item which in whole or in part includes a statement by another person with the intention of possessing the item in violation of the rights.

Modernity has brought quite significant changes and impacts, especially on social and economic changes. Pedicab drivers are one of the units in society that is experiencing a major impact from the modernization process, they are threatened with losing their jobs, causing the problem of not being able to meet their daily needs. This research aims to provide insight regarding the analysis of pedicab drivers in facing modernity, so that they are expected to have good knowledge regarding the social and economic changes that occur in the community of pedicab drivers at Jember stasion. This research uses qualitative research methods through a phenomenological approach. The basic theory used in this research is the functional structural theory proposed by Talcott Parson. Data collection in this research used interviews, observation, and documentation.

In the planning and management of the budget for working visits, Commission C of the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD plays a crucial role. Through qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and direct observation at the North Sumatra Provincial DPRD for one month, the research findings revealed that Commission C is involved in processes including the preparation, implementation, and distribution of official notes, as well as the printing of documents such as SPT and SPPD for the execution of working visits. Additionally, Commission C also performs legislative, oversight, budgeting, and coordination functions to ensure the efficiency and transparency of fund utilization and compliance with applicable regulations. These findings highlight the significance of the role of Commission C in representing and serving the interests of the North Sumatra community effectively.

Public relations management is a function of management that links educational institutions and the community. In developing facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions, it will impact public attention and concern regarding the quality of education. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The research results show that 1) Public relations planning involves all parties related to the activity program being implemented, 2) Organizing the division of work, facilities and infrastructure coordinator, public relations coordinator in providing the facilities and infrastructure needed by students; 3) Implementing the public relations activity program, the school collaborates with the community by procuring facilities and infrastructure; 4) Public relations evaluation is carried out by comparing the program that has been established with the implementation of the program. Public relations evaluation is carried out by the school principal and deputy head of public relations.    

This study aims to describe the process of implementing bansi music learning in grade VIII.1 at SMP Pertiwi 2 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments in the form of stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing the data and inferring the data. The results showed that the implementation of learning was in accordance with the teaching modules, in the learning process teachers had prepared modules and teaching aids. In the first meeting explaining the concept of traditional music, the second meeting students understood the functions and types of traditional musical instruments and played traditional musical instruments in groups, it was seen that there were still many students who could not play traditional musical instruments. Lack of classroom management and the methods used by teachers in teaching are not appropriate. Where the teacher uses the lecture method so that students get bored easily at the time of learning .and at the third meeting the teacher conducts an individual assessment of the learners, At the time of the evaluation carried out the teacher has also asked whether the students understand the material or not, then the teacher has also practiced repeatedly playing the traditional bansi musical instrument.

STIKES Kesdam IV/Diponegoro as one of the health universities has great potential in the form of human resources (HR) to play a role in the development of the target area in the health sector. The results of an interview with the Head of the Sekaran Community Health Center revealed that of the 5 sub-districts managed by the Sekaran Community Health Center, Sukorejo Sub-District is an area that has complex health problems. Health problems related to the elderly need attention that is no less important. The health of the elderly under the management of the elderly posyandu in the Sukerejo Deliksari sub-district area has been going well. It's just that this area related to handling the cognitive health problems of the elderly still needs more attention. One of the cognitive function disorders in the elderly is dementia. There is no health care related to dementia in this area, this is because elderly posyandu cadres consider the problem of dementia or senile dementia to be natural and normal for the elderly. So promotive and preventive efforts are needed by holding community service related to cadre training in early detection of elderly people with dementia health problems.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disorder characterized by increased blood sugar levels due to insufficient insulin function. Patients with diabetes mellitus often experience other health problems such as obesity, heart disease and kidney disease which further exacerbate their health problems, especially if they are exposed to Covid 19 which can eventually lead to death. The need for information that strengthens and refreshes the knowledge possessed is urgently needed so that while living life during this pandemic, you can stay healthy. The method used in community service activities is carried out by counseling and discussion methods. This activity was carried out face-to-face, the total number of activity participants was 45 people, although initially it was targeted to be 100 people. The results of this activity, the people of Taeno Hamlet said that 80% felt very satisfied and 20% were satisfied with this counseling activity. These results were obtained through a questionnaire after this activity took place. This can be seen by the enthusiasm of the participants to ask about a healthy lifestyle. Patients with diabetes mellitus must have a healthy behavior and exercise diligently in order to maintain body stamina and follow the treatment that has been carried out so far. Counseling activities for patients with co-morbidities not only diabetes mellitus are urgently needed to provide information, strengthen understanding and provide updated information regarding how Covid 19 can affect patients, especially those with comorbidities.

The background of this research is that vertigo is a symptom caused by disturbances in body balance due to the different locations of the lesions. Vertigo is not a disease but a symptomatic condition of vestibular system disorders. Evaluation of patients with audiovestibular disorders, sensorineural hearing disorders, tinnitus, and vertigo . Brain MRI is used to evaluate patients with audiovestibular dysfunction, including sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus, and vertigo. This research method is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach using a research design, namely observation, interviews and documentation which aims to find out why the T2 MATRIX 3D SPAIR sequence is needed for MRI brain examinations in vertigo cases at the Radiology Installation at Balimed Hospital, Denpasar. The data collection method was obtained using 3 Brain MRI patients, 3 radiology specialists and 3 radiographers. The results of this research show that the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) brain examination procedure in Vertigo cases at the Radiology installation at Balimed Hospital Denpasar uses the additional T2 MX3D SPAIR sequence for Vertigo cases because this sequence is able to show the nerve fibers in the brain. The conclusion is that the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) brain examination procedure in Vertigo cases at the Radiology installation at Balimed Hospital Denpasar does not require special preparation, only more attention is paid to the patient's condition, whether they are wearing braces or dentures because the two tools used will interfere with the results of the MRI image used. The reason for using the T2 MX3D SPAIR sequence is with the aim of adding diagnostic information from the image quality results in order to establish a diagnosis of many neurological disorders or nerve fibers, one of which is Vertigo.
