Analysis of financial distress is carried out to identify early signs of financial difficulties experienced by the company. Determining the number of samples used the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the source www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is statistical analysis consisting of descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of partial hypothesis testing stated that liquidity measured by the current ratio had no significant effect on financial distress with a tcount value of 2.010 > ttable 1.70562 and liquidity measured by the quick ratio had no significant effect on financial distress with a tcount value of -0.027 < ttable 1.70562. while profitability measured by return on assets has a significant effect on financial distress with a value of tcount 5.453 > ttable 1.70562 and profitability measured by return on equity has no significant effect on financial distress with a value tcount < ttable or 1.201 < 1.70562. The research results of simultaneous hypothesis testing stated that liquidity and profitability simultaneously had a significant effect on financial distress with a value of fcount > ftable or 16.355 > 2.98. The research results show that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.679, which means that the influence of the liquidity and profitability variables on financial distress is 67.9%.

Financial recognition is the basis that encourages companies to report losses early and delay revenue recognition. Conservatism affects the quality of the main indicators reflected in financial reporting. The method used in this research is Structured Literature Review (SLR), where the data sources are obtained from Semantic School, Sinta Journal, and Google School for the publication years 2018 to 2024. Next, filtering is carried out to match the subject matter, resulting in 50 journals that will be analyzed systematically. So the results of the research state that a level of debt has a good influence on financial recognition, even though the level of financial difficulty has a positive but negative effect on accounting conservatism. So it indicates that a manager who has a high level of debt leads to more conservatism in their financial reporting to meet the interests of creditors, while companies experiencing difficulties tend to be less conservative.

Stock returns are generated by investors from buying and selling activities of the stocks they own. The generated return is determined by the increase or decrease in the stock prices. These prices are formed by the fundamental performance of the company. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of factors such as financial distress, firm size, liquidity, and price to cash flow from operating activities on stock return. This study was conducted on transportation and logistics companies during the period of 2019-2022. A total of 22 companies were selected as samples for this research, using purposive sampling method and obtaining 88 relevant research data. The relationship between the dependent variable and independent variables was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The hypothesis test showed that the variable of financial distress, analyzed using the Zmijewski method, did not have any significant influence on stock return. Firm size, measured by total assets, was also not found to have a significant impact on stock return. The analysis of liquidity using the current ratio did not find a significant influence on stock return. However, price to cash flow from operating activities showed a significant and positive influence on stock return. This factor can be taken into consideration by investors and potential investors when analyzing the financial fundamentals of transportation and logistics companies before investing, as it has an impact on stock return.

The aim of this study is to examine the interconnection between financial distress, audit tenure, and profitability concerning the endorsement of the going concern audit opinion, with earnings persistence serving in a moderating role. The method applied in this study is descriptive statistical analysis with a numerical methodology. The findings of the research suggest that the duration of audit tenure and the level of profitability negatively exert an impact on approval of the going concern audit opinion. Conversely, financial distress has been demonstrated to possess a substantial impact on the acceptance of going concern audit opinions. Furthermore, the persistence of earnings intensifies the impact of financial distress and profitability on the approval of the audit opinion regarding the entity's ability to continue its operations, whereas it diminishes the impact of audit tenure on the approval of the going concern audit opinion.

. In today's rapidly evolving digital era, e-commerce has emerged as a cornerstone of global trade. However, the proliferation of online fraud incidents has given rise to significant ethical concerns. This study delves into the ethical ramifications of online fraud profiles and tactics within the cybercrime domain, particularly their impact on the e-commerce ecosystem. Ethical considerations play a pivotal role in shaping behavior within e-commerce, safeguarding consumers, and guiding the formulation of effective policies by both e-commerce entities and governments. This research scrutinizes the phenomenon of online fraud in e-commerce transactions through a survey involving two respondent groups: Information Systems students at ITS and students from other departments. The survey results reveal that online fraud inflicts substantial emotional distress on victims, including feelings of panic, anger, and sadness. Financial losses and the potential exposure of sensitive data are prevalent repercussions of online fraud, eroding consumer trust and prompting questions about the ethical conduct of fraudsters. To address these issues, recommendations encompass heightened awareness of online fraud risks, increased transparency among e-commerce sellers, streamlining fraud reporting procedures, and a commitment to upholding higher standards of business ethics. The overarching objective is to foster a more ethical, secure, and sustainable e-commerce environment. In summary, this research offers comprehensive insights into how respondents perceive and experience online fraud in Indonesian e-commerce transactions, providing valuable guidance for more effective mitigation.
