This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation on the profitability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in traditional markets. Inflation influences key business aspects, including rising production costs, declining consumer purchasing power, and instability in input prices, all of which can disrupt business performance. The research employed a quantitative approach using survey data collected from MSME actors to assess these effects. The findings reveal that inflation has a significant negative impact on MSME profitability, particularly through the reduction of profit margins. This occurs as businesses face higher raw material costs while simultaneously experiencing a decline in sales volume due to weakened consumer demand. As a result, many MSMEs struggle to maintain financial stability and sustain their operations under inflationary pressure. These findings highlight the need for adaptive strategies among MSMEs, such as cost efficiency and pricing adjustments. Additionally, the study offers important policy implications for the government to support MSMEs through targeted interventions, including price stabilization measures and financial assistance programs, in order to maintain business resilience and economic sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure on the financial performance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021–2024, with rights issues as a moderating variable. Capital structure is measured using the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), while financial performance is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA). This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of banking companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, resulting in 128 research observations. The analysis methods used were multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS. The results show that capital structure has a significant effect on financial performance. Rights issues also have a significant effect on financial performance. However, the moderation test results show that rights issues are unable to moderate the effect of capital structure on financial performance. These findings indicate that high leverage tends to reduce the profitability of banking companies, while the implementation of rights issues plays a greater role in strengthening capital than as a mechanism capable of strengthening the relationship between capital structure and financial performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of sustainability reporting, good corporate governance (GCG), and company size on the value of companies with financial performance as a mediating variable in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research approach uses quantitative methods with causality design, as well as secondary data in the form of financial statements and sustainability reports. The research sample consisted of 60 observations obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and mediation tests using the Sobel Test. The results of the study show that sustainability reporting, GCG, and company size have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Furthermore, financial performance has been proven to have a positive effect on the company's value. In the full model, all independent variables together with financial performance have a significant effect on the company's value. The mediation test confirmed that financial performance partially mediated the relationship between sustainability reporting, GCG, and company size to the company's value. These findings confirm that improving the quality of sustainability reporting, implementing good governance, and optimizing company size can increase company value both directly and through financial performance. The implication of this research is the need for energy sector companies to strengthen transparency, governance, and efficiency of asset management to increase attractiveness in the eyes of investors.

The implementation of PSAK 73, which adopted IFRS 16, brought fundamental changes to lease financial reporting, triggering various challenges for financial performance and corporate policy. The primary issue examined in this literature was the impact of lease capitalization on financial ratios, dividend policy, and potential earnings management. The overall objective of this study was to evaluate the differences in financial performance before and after the implementation of the new standard, as well as to identify the determinants of dividend policy across various sectors. The dominant method employed was a quantitative approach using comparative analysis and panel data regression on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Key findings indicated that the implementation of PSAK 73 significantly increased total assets and liabilities (leverage), yet tended to decrease profitability ratios such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Furthermore, dividend policy was found to be significantly influenced by profitability and the new capital structure resulting from lease capitalization

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of liquidity, asset efficiency, and capital structure on profitability in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) as an investment-based profitability indicator. This research employs secondary data from the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies over a specific period, with multiple linear regression analysis and robust models to ensure model feasibility. The results indicate that liquidity has no effect on profitability. Asset efficiency has a significant negative effect, reflecting the characteristics of the pharmaceutical industry with its high asset intensity. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on profitability, suggesting that measured use of debt can enhance the company’s return on investment. These findings provide theoretical contributions by enriching the literature on investment-based profitability determinants and practical implications for corporate management, investors, and stakeholders in understanding internal factors that influence the financial performance of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia.

This research aims to explore the satisfaction–revenue nexus by examining the effect of tourist satisfaction on Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) performance in three-star hotels across Southeast Asia. Grounded in Expectation–Confirmation Theory and the Service-Profit Chain framework, the study conceptualizes tourist satisfaction as a strategic intangible asset that contributes to financial performance through both direct and indirect mechanisms. A mixed-methods sequential explanatory design was employed. Quantitative panel data were collected from 312 three-star hotels in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines over the period 2019–2024 and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and panel regression techniques. The results indicate that tourist satisfaction has a positive and statistically significant direct effect on RevPAR. Furthermore, occupancy rate partially mediates this relationship, suggesting that satisfaction enhances revenue performance primarily through demand stabilization and increased room utilization. Qualitative findings from managerial interviews further confirm that guest satisfaction strengthens online reputation, repeat visitation, and revenue consistency. This study contributes empirical evidence to the literature on satisfaction-driven financial performance in mid-scale hospitality markets and offers strategic implications for revenue optimization in competitive Asian contexts.

This study aims to explore employees’ work experiences related to work-life balance and compensation in shaping employee performance at CV. Sepanjang Masa (Masa Kreatif), a social media agency located in Makassar. A qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical field design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, passive participant observation, and documentation involving 11 informants from both management and creative teams. Data analysis followed processes of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with trustworthiness ensured through triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that employees’ work-life balance experiences are dynamic and heterogeneous. Work flexibility provides opportunities for personal time management; however, rapid response demands and intensive content production blur the boundaries between work and personal life. A supportive, communicative, and collaborative work environment acts as a protective factor that mitigates work pressure and fosters creativity. Compensation is perceived not only as financial remuneration but also as a symbol of recognition, professional development opportunities, and organizational appreciation, although gaps remain between employee expectations and organizational capacity. Integratively, work-life balance, work environment, and compensation constitute interconnected work experiences influencing employee engagement and performance within the digital creative industry.

This study aims to analyze the risk of non-performing loans from a financial accounting perspective at the Bahtera Sejahtera Credit Union where Nita works. This study was conducted at the Bahtera Sejahtera Credit Union where Nita works from August 1 to December 19, 2025, located in Nita Village, Nita District, Sikka Regency. Data was collected using interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study techniques. Data analysis techniques consisted of three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that non-performing credit risk is one of the main risks faced by KSP CU Bahtera Sejahtera Tempat Pelayanan Nita and has a significant effect on the cooperative's financial condition. This risk mainly arises due to delays and the inability of members to fulfill their loan payment obligations in accordance with the agreed terms. From a financial accounting perspective, non-performing credit risk management has been carried out through a measurement process based on loan collectability, recognition by forming a credit loss reserve, and presentation and disclosure as reflected in the financial statements and notes to the financial statements. The application of these accounting treatments aims to present financial information that is fair, transparent, and reliable to both internal and external parties of the cooperative. Non-performing credit risk has a direct impact on the decline in surplus (SHU) and has the potential to disrupt the liquidity of the cooperative. Therefore, credit risk control through loan feasibility analysis, payment monitoring, and the establishment of adequate loss reserves is essential to maintain the stability and sustainability of the cooperative's business. Thus, the application of appropriate financial accounting in managing credit risk is an important factor for KSP CU Bahtera Sejahtera Tempat Pelayanan Nita in improving financial performance and maintaining member trust.

This study examines the influence of earnings quality and dividend policy on firm value at PT Alkindo Naratama Tbk during the period 2014–2024. Firm value is measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV), earnings quality is proxied by the ratio of operating cash flow to net income (QOE), and dividend policy is measured using the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). This research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative causal design using secondary data obtained from the company’s quarterly financial reports over eleven years, resulting in 44 observations. The analysis method applied is multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that earnings quality has a positive and significant impact on firm value. Dividend policy also shows a positive and significant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, earnings quality and dividend policy significantly influence firm value. The coefficient of determination indicates that a large proportion of firm value variation can be explained by these two variables. These results support signaling theory, which suggests that high earnings quality and stable dividend distribution provide positive signals to investors and increase market confidence in the company. The study contributes to financial management literature by highlighting the importance of financial performance indicators in determining firm value.

Investors consider firm value as an indicator of a company’s success and its future prospects. Several financial variables, such as firm size and capital structure, are believed to influence firm value in the banking industry. Financial institutions with large total assets are often perceived as more stable and less vulnerable to risk, thereby increasing investor confidence. In addition, capital structure, commonly measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), plays an important role in evaluating a company’s financial performance and its impact on firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of firm size and capital structure on firm value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2020–2024. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. Secondary data were obtained from financial statements and stock price information published on the official IDX website. The sample consists of 12 BUKU 2 banking companies selected through purposive sampling, with an observation period of five years. Firm size is measured using the natural logarithm of total assets (Ln Total Assets), capital structure is proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and firm value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV). The results indicate that, simultaneously, firm size and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value.

This study aims to examine the factors influencing the level of sustainability report disclosure based on OJK regulations in KBMI 3 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2023. The level of sustainability disclosure is measured using the Sustainability Report Index (SR Index), constructed through content analysis of indicators stipulated in POJK No. 51/POJK.03/2017. The independent variables analyzed in this study include firm size, profitability proxied by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE), foreign ownership, and firm age. This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that firm size, foreign ownership, and firm age have a positive and significant effect on the level of sustainability report disclosure. Conversely, profitability measured by ROA and ROE does not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly influence sustainability report disclosure. These findings suggest that structural and ownership characteristics play a more dominant role in determining sustainability disclosure than financial performance, reflecting the regulator-driven nature of sustainability reporting in the Indonesian banking sector.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of accounting standards and digital technology in improving financial performance at the Savings and Loan cooperative KSP. Kopdit Sube Huter. The background of the study is based on the importance of accountable, transparent, and relevant financial reports as a basis for decision-making, especially in Savings and Loan cooperatives that manage member funds. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation during the internship at KSP. Kopdit Sube Huter. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of accounting standards although still using SAK ETAP and in the transition stage to SAK EP, is able to improve the order and comparability of financial reports. In addition, the use of digital technology through the SIKOPDIT system plays a role in increasing the efficiency of transaction recording, the accuracy of financial data, and the timeliness of financial report preparation. The impact of the implementation of accounting standards and digital technology is reflected in the improvement in the cooperative’s financial performance, as indicated by the growth in the number of members and the increase in Net Operating income (SHU) during the 2021-2024 period. Thus, the implementation of appropriate accounting standards and the synergistic use of digital technology have been proven to contribute positively to the financial performance of KSP. Kopdit Sube Huter.

This study examines the mediating role of SDG disclosure in the relationship between ESG score and financial performance within the mandatory reporting context of non-financial firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021-2023. Using a purposive sample of 59 companies (177 observations), the analysis employs panel data regression and the Sobel test to evaluate ESG metrics from Refinitiv Eikon alongside disclosure and financial data from corporate reports. Empirical results show that ESG score does not significantly predict SDG disclosure nor directly affect financial performance measured by ROE. Furthermore, SDG disclosure shows no significant association with financial performance and fails to mediate the ESG-ROE relationship. Firm size is the only variable positively related to SDG disclosure, suggesting that reporting practices are more strongly driven by organizational resources and public visibility than by substantive ESG performance. Overall, the findings reveal a decoupling phenomenon, where sustainability reporting in Indonesia tends to reflect symbolic compliance rather than value-creating integration. The study concludes that a credibility gap exists in the capital market, as SDG disclosure has not yet functioned as an effective mechanism for converting ESG performance into financial gains. This study provides evidence on the limitations of SDG disclosure as a value transmission mechanism in emerging market, offering insights for regulators and market participants seeking to enhance the economic relevance and credibility of SDG reporting.

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Online Travel Agent (OTA) distribution channels in influencing room sales volume and net profit for hotels in Java. Although OTAs have become a primary distribution choice that successfully boosts sales figures, there is still a lack of research highlighting the impact on net profitability due to high commission costs.Using a quantitative associative method through panel data regression analysis, this study examines the causal relationship between the proportion of sales made via OTAs and two performance indicators over a two-year period (2021–2023). The primary findings reveal a dual effect:OTA Distribution Channels have a positive and significant influence on Room Sales Volume (supporting Hypothesis H1).Conversely, OTAs have a significant negative impact on Hotel Profit Margins (supporting Hypothesis H2), indicating a substantial financial trade-off.The contribution of this research is to provide balanced empirical evidence regarding volume gains versus margin losses resulting from OTA usage. The managerial implications suggested by these findings are that hotels need to implement distribution strategies focused on Net Revenue Management and channel mix optimization to achieve a balance between volume requirements and profitability.
