Kebondalem Kidul Village, located in Klaten Regency, Central Java, holds promising tourism potential. However, this potential has not been well mapped, resulting in the absence of a comprehensive development planning scheme. To help the village grow and direct the development of necessary infrastructure and facilities, the Kebondalem Kidul Village Government collaborated with a KKN team from Sebelas Maret University (UNS) to create a masterplan aimed at providing guidance on how to manage the village's tourism potential. The research method used in this study is descriptive-exploratory, which helps to describe a phenomenon and present data and facts chronologically based on field findings. The data collected was then processed using the triangulation method. This technique analyzes data from various sources, including observation data, interviews, and secondary data. The use of this analysis technique helps to combine all data to produce accurate and comprehensive conclusions. The results of the study show that Kebondalem Kidul Village has various cultural potentials that are used as references in designing the cultural tourism village masterplan. The identification of potential in Kebondalem Kidul Village led to the creation of a tourism map as a form of community service.

Family planning is an effort to regulate the birth of children to realize a prosperous family, because through pregnancy regulation, families are able to prepare themselves in economic, social and health aspects. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of community participation in decision-making related to the Family Planning Program (KB) in Tegal Besar Village. This research method uses a qualitative approach. This approach is an approach to produce in-depth research to reveal a problem based on facts found in the field. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and secondary data. The results showed that community participation in decision-making of the Family Planning Program (KB) in Tegal Besar Urban Village varied based on the level of community involvement and understanding of the program. Community participation tends to be high in the aspect of socialization and counseling, where most participants stated that they had attended educational activities organized by the government or cadres. Overall, although community awareness of the importance of the family planning program is high, participation in decision-making still needs to be improved so that the program can run more effectively and in accordance with the needs of the local community.

Law Number 37 of 2004 Concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations, PKPU is an effort to reach an Agreement or Mutual Agreement between the debtor and creditor which is carried out with the intention of submitting a peace plan in the form of an offer to pay either part or all of the debt that has matured to the Creditor regarding the settlement of debts. Then in the decision NUMBER 188 K/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2013 the Debtor has violated the provisions of the Law, Article 222 paragraph (2) explains that for debtors who have more than one creditor and the debtor does not pay at least one debt that has matured and can be collected, he is declared bankrupt by court decision, either at the request of the debtor himself or at the request of one or more of his creditors, Legal Implications in Decision No. 08/PKPU/2012/PN.Niaga.Mks Debtor PT.Kopi Jaya Comrpora as the debtor, seeing from the trial facts, the author agrees with the decision of the panel of judges.

The results of observations and research on November 06 2023 are about students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian using pantun board media. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method and uses nominal questionnaire data which only contains simultaneous results and facts from the truth produced by the researcher. From the results of this research, the student data obtained was 23 (twenty three) students and it was found that 3 (three) of the 23 (twenty three) students in class IV of SD Negeri 101744 Klambir Village had low motivation and interest in learning in particular learning. Indonesian language. The aim of this research is to describe students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian in class IV. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. Meanwhile, data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This process is carried out by collecting data directly at the research location. Next, the data analysis process was carried out on a nominal scale only. This research uses source triangulation techniques. From the results of data analysis, it is known that students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian in class IV of SD Negeri 101744 Klambir Village is still low, as can be seen from the low interest of students in learning Indonesian both in class and at home, as evidenced also by the results of the assessment of the distributed questionnaire data, which shows that some class IV students got grades that were less than expected, and this was due to several factors, namely 1). Self factor 2). Environmental factors 3). Family factors. The impact of the causes of low student learning motivation internally is due to a lack of motivation in their enthusiasm for learning and externally due to 1). Teacher performance 2). Infrastructure 3). Surrounding environment.

This work introduces the concept of neutrosophic AT-ideals in AT-algebra and presents some associated facts and theorems. The homomorphism of neutrosophic AT-ideals in AT-algebra is examined, and some findings pertaining to them under homomorphism are derived.

The advancement of information technology has a major impact on life, especially in the business world. Business in the current era can no longer be run like in the past. Technology is a mainstay in running a business today which changes the direction of digital product marketing practices or digital marketing. Digital marketing opens communication between potential consumers and sellers that can be done without distance and time constraints. However, the facts on the ground state that there are still some MSMEs that only rely on conventional marketing activities by opening shops to serve consumers/buyers face to face directly. In the current digital era, these MSME actors have not utilized technology to carry out digital marketing, so the number of consumers is limited only to the area around the MSME. This community service aims to expand the reach of sales and increase the sales turnover of ARISTA MSMEs in Kalianget Timur Village, Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency through training and mentoring using digital marketing. This community service activity uses a qualitative method as an approach to the case with ARISTA MSMEs engaged in the home industry of kitchen equipment. The output of this service includes having an online store on social media (Instagram and Facebook) as a digital marketing strategy so that it can expand sales reach and increase sales turnover for ARISTA MSMEs.

Intelligence is the knowledge, organization, and activities related to formulating policies, national strategies, and decision-making based on analyzing information and facts collected through work methods for early detection and warning to prevent, deter, and overcome threats to national security. Therefore, for accuracy in reading world political trends and other dimensions in the context of very rapid world change, the role of intelligence is crucial, especially in analyzing emerging threats (current threat trends) and formulating appropriate, contextual, and predictive strategies. These strategies are essential in responding to challenges in times that are changing and relatively uncertain (uncertain periods and conditions).

The rapid development of language means that young people, such as students, must understand the proper and correct use of language.  People need information for learning and entertainment purposes. For this reason, educational viewing is needed to uphold the factuality and up-to-dateness of the information on YouTube. This research focuses more on analyzing facts about animals, in addition to analyzing elocutionary speech acts in videos. This research is based on two reasons, namely practical and theoretical reasons. For practical reasons for conducting this research, it was found that many elocutionary speech acts on the Sisi Terang YouTube channel had an animal theme, in the playlist, we found discussions about animal facts. Apart from that, this research was conducted to provide information about things correlated with illocutionary speech acts, which are widel implemented in human life and can classify the form, function, and types of illocutionary speech acts. Qualitative research is included in this research methodology so that it can produce descriptive data. The techniques used in this research are note-taking techniques and pragmatic analysis techniques to produce data. Matched data and collection techniques are also used in this analysis when presented as formal and informal data. Based on the study on the Bright Side YouTube Channel with an Animal Theme in the Form of Locutionary Speech Acts, 62 news sentences, 32 question sentences, and 49 command sentences were found. In addition to being used in this research to analyze the form of illocutionary speech acts on the Animal-Themed Bright Side YouTube Channel, this research also has the benefit of adding new insight into the study of pragmatics, specifically in the use of social media.

The branch of linguistics that studies the external structure of language is pragmatics. Speech acts are analyzed in the field of pragmatics, which is a branch of linguistics that studies language in terms of how language is used (speech). Speech acts are divided into 3 types, namely locution, illocution, and perlocution. This research will examine one of the components of speech acts, namely the illocutionary speech acts of assertive (representative) forms. Representative speech acts are included in the types of speech acts used to explain something, such as facts, statements, affirmations, descriptions, and conclusions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the representative speech acts used in the video "How to Learn Effectively" on the YouTube channel "Hujan Tanda Tanya." There are two types of approaches in this research, namely the descriptive qualitative methodological approach and the pragmatic approach. The methods used in this research are listening, note-taking, and pairing methods. Formal and informal presentation methods are used in this research. There are 7 videos, each of which lasts approximately 6 to 11 minutes, and 140 utterances are found that are included in the representative speech acts. The utterances are divided into 10 types, namely stating, showing, mentioning, informing, suggesting, explaining, giving examples, speculating, reporting, and asking theoretical questions. This research is expected to enrich the literature on pragmatic analysis in the context of digital media, especially related to representative speech acts in educational videos on platforms such as YouTube. In addition, this research is expected to describe and understand various types of speech, especially representative speech.

In addition, it will also affect decision making to achieve the best quality of livestock production; The variety of employee socialization styles with partner farmers who have their own characteristics and different socialization models; and The achievement of livestock production quality in a company is fluctuating which is influenced by different employee competencies, in this case, influenced by different levels of employee knowledge and experience. The purpose of this study is to study, find out, and analyze the influence of employee knowledge on the quality of livestock production; the influence of experience on the quality of livestock production; and the influence of employee knowledge and experience on the quality of livestock production. While the method used in this study is an explanatory survey with a quantitative approach, while the technical data analysis, namely descriptive statistics Analysis and Inductive Statistics (Inferential) with correlation and multiple regression analysis tools. The results of the study and discussion show that employee knowledge has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; experience has a positive effect on the quality of livestock production; and employee knowledge and experience have a positive effect on the quality of livestock production.

Financial analysis involves planning funds, capital structure, and estimating costs and revenues needed for operations. Investment, financing, and dividend decisions are very important in managing a company's finances, especially for start-up companies. The use of analysis tools such as financial ratios and the Economic Value Added (EVA) method allows companies to assess their financial performance and efficiency. Risk analysis is also an important part of decision making to minimize potential losses. Overall, a business feasibility study helps companies plan long-term strategies, manage risks, and ensure the continuity and growth of their business.

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the BU PRISKA CERDAS Information System (SI) at the Gowa Regency Population and Civil Registration Service Office and its impact on community satisfaction. The method used is quantitative descriptive, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This type of descriptive research is analysis that is explanatory or elaborate on the data and information obtained, then linked to relevant theories or concepts to provide a real picture or actual facts, so that conclusions can be drawn. The results of the research show that services through SI CERDAS BU PRISKA have a positive effect on community satisfaction, with high indicators of satisfaction in service procedures, speed and infrastructure. SI CERDAS BU PRISKA online services have an influence on community satisfaction at the Gowa Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. . This can be seen from the results of interviews with residents in the highlands and lowlands of Gowa Regency. SI CERDAS BU PRISKA online service procedures run according to applicable standards, it can be seen that the people of Gowa Regency are very satisfied with SI CERDAS BU PRISKA services compared to manual population administration services at the office.

The application of the theory of truth in philosophy can make an important contribution to the strategy for eradicating hoaxes in the digital era. Hoaxes, as misinformation and often deliberately spread for certain purposes, have a broad negative impact, especially in the formation of public opinion and social stability. In this context, theories of truth such as correspondence, coherence, and pragmatism can be used to evaluate and identify the truth of information spread in cyberspace. Correspondence theory, for example, can be used to confirm whether information corresponds to objective facts. Coherence theory, on the other hand, prioritizes the consistency of information with a wider system of knowledge, while pragmatism theory assesses truth based on the practical impact of receiving information. The application of these theories in a hoax eradication strategy involves media education, increasing digital literacy, and developing information verification algorithms that prioritize the principles of philosophical truth. With this approach, it is hoped that the public will be smarter in filtering information, so that the spread of hoaxes can be minimized and public trust in digital media can be restored.

This study aims to provide information and insight into the importance of filtering adult content in the social-emotional development of elementary school children. In today's digital era, technological advances make it easy to access information through various devices such as gadgets. This shows both positive and negative impacts on education, especially if there is no filtering, so children are free to search for information such as adult content that can affect their social emotional development. This study uses a qualitative approach to explain the importance of adult content filtering in the social-emotional development of elementary school children. Data is collected through a literature review that provides a framework or concept to analyze the topic or problem under study. This research includes independent variables and dependent variables. By using a qualitative approach, this research is expected to provide comprehensive facts about the importance of adult content filtering in the social-emotional development of elementary school children. The benefits of this research can provide additional insight for readers regarding the importance of adult content filtering in the social emotional development of elementary school children.

Restorative Justice is an alternative dispute resolution outside of criminal penalties, in other words, it is resolved through familial means and also aims to repair the relationship between the perpetrator and the victim. Recently, the application of restorative justice has been found in the field, which has become the main basis for resolving criminal cases of rape committed by police officers by filing an appeal in the appellate court, so that the police officer who is the perpetrator of the rape, named Bripda Fauzan (FA), who was previously subjected to the sanction of dishonorable dismissal (PTDH) in the Police Ethics Code Commission session, was not dismissed on the grounds that the rape case was considered resolved after the perpetrator married the victim. However, some time after the appeal decision, the perpetrator was reported again for allegedly neglecting his wife, who is the victim of the rape he married, which will be further examined in this research regarding the cause of Bripda Fauzan (FA) leaving his wife. This study aims to provide a real view of the application of restorative justice as the main basis for resolving rape cases, the method used in this journal is a normative juridical research method with literature studies and looking at empirical facts in the field through news circulating on the Internet media regarding rape cases by police members who are considered to have been completed after marrying the victim. The settlement of rape cases carried out by police members with restorative justice has tarnished the credibility of police institutions that do not seem to understand the fatality of sexual violence cases with the application of restorative justice in cases that have a major impact.

This research attempts to elaborate on the analysis and implementation of the Riau Provincial Government's policy on forests, using the case study of Governor Regulation Number 11 of 2014 concerning the Forest and Land Fire Control Center. The purpose of this research is to understand the content of the Riau Provincial Government's policy through Governor Regulation Number 11 of 2014 on the Forest and Land Fire Control Center and to analyze the Riau Governor Regulation of 2014 concerning the Forest and Land Fire Control Center. To analyze this study, the data used in this research are sourced from books, archives, documents, the internet, and interviews. The analytical method applied in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, which involves creating, describing, and summarizing various conditions with the variables emerging from the research object and revealing facts through data collection, which are then studied, processed, analyzed, and interpreted to be presented descriptively. The theories used in this research include public policy, environmental politics, and development politics theories.

Modern Islamic philosopher and commentator Muhammad Abid Al-Jabiri helped advance the study of Quranic interpretation today. His critical thinking of Arabic reason made him famous among academics. Abid Al Jabiri's "revivalism" spirit motivated his criticism. In this case, the concept is related to the revival of Islam and efforts to change society. Abid Al Jabiri considered the current Islamic revival to be unsuccessful or even considered a failure. Based on this, Abid Al Jabiri wrote the next trilogy. This trilogy begins with his concern about the modern Arab discourse that cannot solve the problem of Islamic revival. The inaccuracy of Arabs in handling traditions (turats) is a factor that causes the Islamic revival to fail. Based on the perception of differences, the dialectic of understanding of contemporary Arab backwardness versus the dialectic of modern Western progress, the urgency of the Islamic revival does not depend on the orientation of development or its facts. According to al-Jabiri, formulating "the revival of Islamic civilization" is not easy, even unable to achieve progress, either in scientific planning or proportional utopian vision. After that, Al-Jabiri focused on turats (Islamic traditions), studying them and understanding them objectively to gain new insights. The main goal of Al-Jabiri's thinking on the whole turats is to realize socially transformative knowledge while maintaining the sustainability of the Islamic civilization revival program. This article examines Al-Jabiri's rational critique through the perspective of the bayani, irfani, and burhani epistemological trilogy and its implications for the development of modern Islamic economics. The main focus of this study is how the concept of rational critique can be applied to support the progress of Islam, especially in the context of Islamic economic theory and practice. This study highlights the relevance of Al-Jabiri's approach in formulating a more critical and progressive framework for Islamic economic thinking, while also responding to the challenges of modernization. This article also analyzes the contribution of the epistemological trilogy to strengthening Islamic financial practices in a global context. The research findings show that this integrative approach is not only relevant to the development of Islamic economics but also offers a solid foundation for innovation in facing the dynamics of the modern economy.    

The study was intended to anlyze evaluations regarding the quality related to online registration of population administration at the Population and Civil Registration of Gresik Regency. The method used in the study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This descriptive research method was chosen to present data systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the facts in the field. This research model uses an approach to the implementation of service quality at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Gresik Regency. The results of this study are statutory regulations (Law Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 25 Of 2009) where publics services is a primary obligation of all government officials to organize activities or a series of activities in order to fulfill service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident for goods and services provided by public service providers. And from this study we can see together that the supporting factors of the analysis of the quality of online registration service of Gresik Regency.

Factors affecting tunneling incentives and bonus mechanisms in corporate transfer pricing decisions are analyzed in this study. The motivation to place capacity from a branch office to a head office is called tunneling incentives, which will be influenced by transfer pricing decisions. In addition, the way managers determine transfer prices can be influenced by the bonus mechanisms implemented in the company. A qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach is used in this study. The results of this study show that there is a different relationship between tunneling incentives and bonus mechanisms in transfer pricing decisions, so there is no clear agreement. Important insights into the factors affecting transfer pricing practices are provided to stakeholders by these findings, as well as their impact on the transparency and accountability of financial statements. This study is expected to be used as a reference for further research and provide recommendations for companies in formulating more effective transfer pricing policies. In addition, this study presents detailed illustrations based on existing facts to assist future research by considering tunneling incentives and bonus mechanisms in the context of transfer pricing.
