This study aims to identify the influence of leadership style and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior of employees of Perum Perhutani, Central Java regional division in Semarang city. This study uses quantitative methods. Data collection using questionnaire instruments that are distributed directly, and analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics. The results show that leadership style has a positive effect on OCB, while the work environment does not affect OCB. Therefore, Perum Perhutani is expected to improve its work environment so that loyalty and organizational citizenship behavior increase. Further researchers are expected to explore other related objects and variables, such as in the banking sector, and employee satisfaction in further research.

This study aims to explore existing phenomena and issues related to the communication climate and its role in enhancing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The research was conducted at the Karawang Cooperatives and SMEs Office located at Jl. Kertabumi No. 31, Nagasari, West Karawang. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the research emphasizes process-oriented analysis through direct observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review from relevant sources. Data collection techniques included observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings reveal a strong relationship between communication climate and the development of OCB within the organization. A positive communication climate fosters a more productive and harmonious work environment, where employees are more willing to engage in behaviors beyond their formal job descriptions. Effective communication enables all parts of the organization to align in their tasks and responsibilities, allowing for better coordination and collective performance. As a result, a well-managed communication environment supports the emergence of positive OCB, such as helping behaviors, loyalty, and personal initiative. This study concludes that fostering open, supportive, and transparent communication practices within organizational settings is crucial to enhancing employee engagement and voluntary contributions that benefit the overall institution.

Global Leadership Organizational Research in Management 2025 STIKes Ibnu Sina Ajibarang

Retirement represents a crucial period in the existence of every individual that requires careful financial planning. This study aims to examine the influence of partial financial literacy on pension fund planning for workers in Bekasi Regency and partial future orientation on pension fund planning for workers in Bekasi Regency. The research method employed involved a sample of 100 employees in Bekasi Regency.. The method employed for gathering data was a questionnaire. The collection of samples approach employs probability sampling through a staightforward random sampling technique. The analysis methods used were validity, reliability test, t-square and R-square test. The analysis tool used is PLS (Partial Least Square) where the processing uses Smart PLS 4.0 software. The study’s findings indicated that financial literacy did not influence pension fund planning  for workers in Bekasi Regency with a p value of 0.164, future orientation had a significant effect on pension fund planning for workers in Bekasi Regency with a p value of 0.000. The R Square value of the results of this study is 33.9%. This study is anticipated to deliver the  development of research knowledge in the field of financial science related to pension fund planning and for workers in Bekasi Regency may be utilized in an attempt to enhance pension fund planning. Advice for workers in Bekasi Regency to improve financial literacy, future orientation and education about the importance of pension fund planning. The more aware and motivated workers are about their financial needs in retirement, the more likely they are to plan for retirement well. It is anticipated for the upcoming researcher to delve deeper into alternative factors that affect pension fund planning, further increase the research sample and broaden the range od the research subject.

This research investigates the relationship between virtuous leadership behaviors and talent management practices in business organizations, focusing on the strength and impact of these behaviors on talent management practices. The descriptive approach was used in the research, and a total of 150 questionnaires were distributed to a sample of working individuals represented by (faculty members) at Al-Noor Private University. The Likert scale (three-point) was used to answer the questionnaire paragraphs, and the statistical program represented by (Spss) was used to analyze the research data. The research showed a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a strong positive relationship between virtuous leadership behaviors and talent management. The results also indicate that after self-control came the strongest association with talent management, followed by courage and humanity in third place, while after justice came in fourth place with a strong association with talent management Finally, after rationality, it came in last place with the strength of the association with talent management. The research presented a number of proposals, including the formation of a set of precise and direct criteria for selecting academic leaders based on capabilities and intelligence to master extensive knowledge, science and learning, with the necessity and guarantee of a pledge to remain in his position or leadership position for a specific period of time. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and compensation on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Banyuwangi Branch Office. The research employs a quantitative approach using questionnaires for data collection and is tested using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the WarpPLS 7.0 application. The results of the study indicate that: 1. Transformational leadership style has a positive effect on OCB at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan KC Banyuwangi. 2. Compensation has a positive effect on OCB. 3. Transformational leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. 4. Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. 5. OCB has a positive effect on employee performance. 6. OCB mediates the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance. 7. OCB mediates the influence of compensation on employee performance. These findings provide guidance for organizations in managing leadership, compensation, and work culture to improve employee performance. From an academic perspective, this study enriches theories on leadership, compensation, OCB, and employee performance by providing empirical evidence that OCB plays a mediating role in these relationships.

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a strategic approach to managing the workforce within an organization, aiming to enhance both individual effectiveness and overall organizational performance. Job satisfaction plays a crucial role as a supplement for employees to maintain and carry out their jobs. When employees feel valued and heard, they tend to have higher intrinsic motivation, leading to improved performance. This research employs a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique utilized is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study reveal that: Testing results indicate that discipline significantly affects the job satisfaction of employees at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in Banyuwangi Regency; Testing results indicate that the work environment significantly affects the job satisfaction of employees at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in Banyuwangi Regency; Testing results indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) significantly affects the job satisfaction of employees at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in Banyuwangi Regency; Testing results indicate that discipline, work environment, and OCB collectively affect the job satisfaction of employees at the Religious Affairs Office (KUA) in Banyuwangi Regency. High discipline, supported by clear rules, can improve the job satisfaction of KUA employees in Banyuwangi Regency. Employees who feel comfortable in their workplace contribute to higher job satisfaction. Employees exhibiting strong OCB are more likely to experience greater job satisfaction. The synergy of high discipline, a conducive work environment, and strong OCB can significantly enhance the job satisfaction of KUA employees in Banyuwangi Regency.

The work environment is all conditions or situations in the workplace that affect employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Work discipline is the attitude and behavior of employees that shows compliance with the rules, policies, and procedures that have been set by the company or organization. This study aims to determine the extent to which the work environment and work discipline influence employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method, the sampling technique is to use the saturated method, where this study has 50 respondents, the data collection technique is carried out by observation and questionnaires. The results of the calculation of the t test where the sig value has a partial effect on X1 on Y is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t value is 4.597> t table 1.679. So that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, then the calculation of the t test where the sig value has a partial effect on X2 on Y, The calculation results on the t sig test are 0.009 <0.05 and the calculated t value is 2.740> t table 1.679. where the sig value has a partial effect on X2 on Y, then the calculation of the f sig test is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated t value is 39.04> t table 3.20 So, which means H3 is accepted, it can be concluded that the work environment X1 and work discipline X2 simultaneously or together have a significant effect on employee performance.

Organizational culture plays a crucial role in shaping employee behavior and performance. A strong organizational culture fosters a conducive work environment, enhances employee engagement, and motivates them to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to analyze how organizational culture influences employee behavior and performance while identifying the key cultural elements that significantly impact productivity. This research employs a literature review method, examining recent scholarly works on organizational culture, employee behavior, and performance. The findings indicate that a positive organizational culture—characterized by open communication, alignment of values with company goals, and managerial support—directly enhances work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee productivity. Conversely, a weak organizational culture can lead to dissatisfaction, high turnover rates, and decreased productivity. The implications of this study highlight the importance of fostering a strong and adaptive work culture to sustain and improve employee performance. Additionally, this study offers strategic recommendations for managers and organizational leaders in developing a culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being.

This study aims to analyze the influence of e-money usage and financial literacy on the consumption behavior of accounting students in Batam City. E-money as a digital payment method has become increasingly popular among the younger generation, while financial literacy plays an important role in effective personal financial management. The study uses primary data collected from questionnaires distributed to 97 accounting students in several universities in Batam, as well as secondary data from interviews with 10 accounting students regarding e-money and financial literacy. The results show a positive correlation between high financial literacy and wise financial management, which in turn influences students' consumption behavior. Additionally, the use of e-money plays a significant role in facilitating transactions and changing consumption patterns. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant impact with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 38.5%. The findings are expected to provide insights for relevant stakeholders in designing more effective financial education programs and promoting the use of e-money among students.

This research was conducted in order to participate in resolving the problems that occur in UMKM Processed Mina in the coastal areas of Central Java, especially the Sayung area. Many fish processing businesses in the area only pursue profits to help the household economy, considering that their business productivity has not developed/increased, which is likely due to a lack of attention to conscious efforts to carry out or comply with Occupational Health and Safety (K3), such as using personal protective equipment such as hand straps, boots, or in processing fish related to stoves, there are no manual extinguishers for home businesses. K3 attitudes and behaviors for those whose workers are mostly women, are not/may not yet aware of this. Efforts to foster K3 attitudes and behaviors are things that affect economic businesses, especially mina because productivity is increasing. The results of the study are expected to help the local village government to strive to improve their business.

The current research aims to verify the relationship between talent management practices represented by (attracting talent, investing talent, localizing talent, retaining talent) and the creative work behavior of employees represented by (exploratory creative work behavior, investment creative work behavior), among a sample of teaching staff in private universities and colleges in the Middle Euphrates region, numbering (276) instructors. The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach, taking the questionnaire as a basic mechanism for collecting the necessary data for the practical aspect of the study. The study concluded that there is a relationship between talent management practices and the creative work behavior of employees. As a result, the study reached a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which is that private universities and colleges must create a flexible academic environment that encourages innovation, such as remote work options or flexible work schedules, which supports work-life balance and makes room for creative thinking, in addition to implementing a periodic evaluation system to measure the level of employee engagement and creative behavior, and using the evaluation results to improve programs and practices. Continuously.

Performance assessment is very important for a company when it comes to making decisions. Performance assessment can also affect employee motivation and commitment at work and can affect the criteria for promotion. In general, some companies use a performance assessment system that is subjective and is considered less effective because there is no standard, making employees feel less fair in terms of assessment. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to design an assessment system with the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method because this method is more objective in matters that need to be assessed. It is hoped that this BARS method can assess all employees more objectively and fairly and can affect the motivation of employees to be more active in work.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that there are still jobs that do not match the specified time, The ability to communicate and master information globally to be able to adapt to environmental changes is still relatively low, The inability of each employee to implement full accountability (personal accountability) in accordance with their field of duty and function, Weak acceleration of completion of work tasks that can result in time delays, The weak ability to compile activity agendas that prioritize the needs of supporting work for autonomous regional apparatuses that are best practice, The inability to create a collaborative network (net working) with related autonomous apparatus agencies/agencies in compiling work agendas to support the smooth running of the tasks of the Regent of Ciamis. The method used is a quantitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 49 people. The sampling technique used the total sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 49 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study were as follows: The competence of employees of the Ciamis Regency Regional Development Planning Agency is included in the good category. This shows that employees of the Ciamis Regency Regional Development Planning Agency have good competence in terms of Behavioral Tools, Image Attributes, and Personal Characteristics. The performance of employees of the Ciamis Regency Regional Development Planning Agency is included in the good category. This shows that employees of the Ciamis Regency Regional Development Planning Agency have good employee performance in terms of quantity of work, quality of work, job knowledge, creativeness, cooperation, dependability, initiative, personal qualities. Employee competence has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Ciamis Regency Regional Development Planning Agency. This means that if employees have high competence, then employee performance will be even higher. Because the provision for achieving performance is the existence of competence.

This research is motivated by the importance of understanding factors influencing employee performance, particularly at PT Air Minum Bandarmasih (PERSERODA) Banjarmasin. The study aims to analyze the effects of work behavior and workload on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This quantitative research employs a survey design with a population of 380 employees and a sample of 79 respondents selected using random sampling based on Slovin's formula. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, linearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that work behavior and workload significantly affect employee performance, both individually and simultaneously. Positive work behavior enhances employee motivation, while a proportional workload supports employees in developing their potential. The implications of this study highlight the importance of organizational management in fostering productive work behavior and effectively managing workload to sustainably improve employee performance.

This study investigated the effects of different leadership styles on employee productivity in JUHEL Pharmaceutical Firm, Anambra State, Nigeria. The primary objectives were to analyze the impact of transformational leadership, evaluate transactional leadership, and explore laissez-faire leadership's influence on productivity, as well as compare these styles' overall effectiveness. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 66 employees through structured surveys. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and ANOVA were employed for data analysis. The findings revealed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on employee productivity, enhancing motivation and performance. Transactional leadership showed a moderate impact, fostering goal-oriented behaviors and structured work environments. Conversely, laissez-faire leadership was found to have a minimal effect on productivity, often leading to lower employee engagement due to insufficient guidance. Comparative analysis indicated that transformational leadership outperformed the other styles in promoting higher productivity metrics. This study highlights the importance of effective leadership strategies for enhancing productivity in pharmaceutical firms. It suggests that JUHEL Pharmaceutical Firm and similar organizations should prioritize transformational leadership development to achieve optimal performance. The research contributes valuable insights to the field of leadership studies and offers a basis for future investigations into leadership practices and productivity outcomes.

Ther success of a company depends on the work achievements of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of democratic leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior partirally and simultaneously on the performance of employees of the National Land Agency of Gianyar Regency. A total of 65 ermployees became the population in this study and by using saturated sampling, a sample of 65 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumptiron test, multiple linear regression analysirs, determination analysis, partial significance test (t-test), and simultaneous significance test (F-test). The results of the study prove that democratic leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior partially and simultanerously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Land Agency of Gianyar Regency. An employeer who has a leader with the right leadership styler, will creater job satisfaction in the minds of employeers which will later increaser the effectiveness of employeers at work and have an impact on improving employeer performance.

The purpose of the study was to determine the direct and indirect effects of workload variables, organizational culture, communication on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment in employees of PT Daihatsu Capella Medan. This type of research is causal associative and uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees at PT Capella Medan Daihatsu totaling 78 people. The sample withdrawal method uses nonprobability sampling method with census sampling technique. So the sample in this study amounted to 78 employees at PT Capella Medan Daihatsu. The results of the study are workload directly has a significant effect on organizational commitment of PT Capella Medan Daihatsu, organizational culture directly has a significant effect on organizational commitment of PT Capella Medan Daihatsu, communication directly has a significant effect on organizational commitment of PT Capella Medan Daihatsu, workload directly has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of PT Capella Medan Daihatsu, work culture directly has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of PT Capella Medan Daihatsu, communication directly has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior of PT Capella Medan Daihatsu. This study aims to conduct a literature review examining the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on job satisfaction and employee performance. Through a thorough analysis of relevant literature, this article presents significant findings from previous research. The analysis of three relevant journals reveals that OCB has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. When employees voluntarily engage in OCB behaviors that go beyond their formal job responsibilities, it tends to enhance their job satisfaction. Additionally, OCB is positively related to employee performance. Employees who engage in OCB behaviors tend to achieve better performance in various aspects of their work. In the context of education, OCB also plays a crucial role in improving teacher performance and creating a productive learning environment. Previous studies have shown that teacher OCB behaviors, such as assisting fellow teachers, providing emotional support to students, and actively participating in extracurricular activities, contribute to enhanced teacher performance and student academic achievement. This article provides an in-depth understanding of the importance of OCB in enhancing job satisfaction and employee performance. To create a positive and productive work environment, organizations need to encourage and appreciate OCB behaviors through recognition, appreciation, and increased participation opportunities. Although previous research findings demonstrate a positive relationship between OCB, job satisfaction, and employee performance, it is important to note that further research is needed to gain a deeper understanding of the factors influencing OCB and the best strategies for fostering OCB behaviors in the workplace. Through a greater understanding of OCB, organizations can create a positive and empowering work environment where employees feel satisfied with their jobs and achieve optimal performance.

Cholesterol is a lipid compound produced by the body and obtained from food, functioning to build cell membranes, produce certain hormones, and support metabolic processes in the body. Excessive cholesterol levels can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. This Community Service initiative aims to enhance the understanding and awareness of staff and employees at St. Yoseph High School, Cakung, regarding the risks of high cholesterol and preventive measures through routine screenings and health education. The program follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) approach, encompassing planning for education and screenings, conducting information sessions and cholesterol measurements, evaluating program effectiveness, and implementing follow-up actions for continuous improvement. Education on a healthy lifestyle, which includes a balanced diet, physical activity, and avoidance of alcohol and smoking, plays a vital role in maintaining normal cholesterol levels. Routine screenings are also essential for the early detection of high cholesterol risks. This initiative is expected to promote healthy behaviors and support improved workplace health by raising awareness about the importance of cholesterol prevention in the work environment.
