Male infertility is a growing concern in reproductive health, affecting millions worldwide. Despite its significant impact on couples' ability to conceive, it remains underexplored compared to female infertility. This study offers a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of male infertility research, identifying trends, key contributors, and emerging areas of focus. By analyzing publication patterns, leading journals, influential authors, and collaborative networks, we aim to provide a nuanced understanding of the current state and future directions of this research field. The insights gained are expected to guide future investigations, enhance collaborations, and inform policymakers and clinicians about this evolving area. A systematic literature search was conducted in Scopus and Web of Science databases to retrieve relevant publications on male infertility. ScientoPy was used and bibliometric indicators, such as publication output, citation analysis, author collaboration networks, and keyword co-occurrence analysis, were used to explore the intellectual structure and research trends in this domain. Visualization tools, including VOSviewer, were employed to present the findings. The analysis included 2726 publications spanning from 2014 to 2024. The results reveal the most productive authors, influential journals, and highly cited publications in the field. Key research themes, emerging topics, and the evolution of the research landscape are discussed. Collaborations among authors, institutions, and countries are also examined to identify the intellectual structure and global research networks. This analysis provides valuable insights into the current state of research on male infertility The findings highlight the critical areas of focus, influential studies, and collaborative patterns that have shaped the field. Implications for future research directions, evidence-based practice, and potential areas for interdisciplinary collaboration are discussed.

Hospitals worldwide are increasingly concerned about the performance of outpatient services, which contribute significantly to their revenue and are projected to surpass inpatient services in importance. As the demand for medical care continues to grow, outpatient services could generate even greater financial returns for hospitals. This study aims to evaluate patient service wait times at Stella Maris Hospital Makassar's outpatient department using the lean methodology. A mixed-methods approach was employed, involving the measurement of wait times for 100 patients and interviews with eight informants, including the head of the outpatient department (1 person), admission officers (3 individuals), the hospital director (1 person), and nurses (3 individuals). The interview data were analyzed through processes of data reduction, visualization, and conclusion formulation. A patient care process flowchart was created to assess data quality. Findings indicate the absence of an integrated hospital information system (SIMRS), leading to issues such as long queues at the pick-up counter, delays in doctor availability, and inefficiencies in order processing. Recommendations include integrating SIMRS across the hospital, implementing system improvements, and quantifying outcomes for effective decision-making.  

The development of information and communication technology has encouraged changes in consumer behavior, especially in online shopping activities through social commerce platforms such as TikTok shop live streaming. So an effective marketing strategy is needed, such as maximizing product visualization and attractive promotional offers to attract consumer attention and increase competitiveness in the digital market. This research aims to analyze the influence of online visual merchandising and flash sales on the impulse buying of TikTok shop live streaming users on the 3Second brand. Design/methodology/approach: The research uses quantitative methods with associative research type with a sample size of 100 respondents selected using a simple random sampling method from the population of followers of the TikTok account @its3second. Instrument quality testing includes validity testing and reliability testing. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis. Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis is used. Results: The research results show that the online visual merchandising and flash sale variables have a positive and significant influence on the impulse buying of TikTok shop live streaming users on the 3Second brand with an R-Square value of 0.515. Research limitations/Implications: Research limitations lie in the method of collecting data through online questionnaires which has the potential to be biased and the implications of the research are encouraging increased product displays and flash sale strategies in live streaming marketing to increase interaction and purchases.  

This research was inspired by Bumdesa Podo Makmur, which is an initiative of the village government to improve the community's economy, including educating the public about BUMDes, planting and raising various types of livestock, and running trade and other businesses. There are still individuals who have not joined and taken advantage of BUMDes institutions even though business units are available. The qualitative research methodology used. Data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observations. Data analysis methods include data reduction, data visualization, data validation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research are 1) The efforts of the Podo Makmur Kandangan bumdesa in the livestock unit in Kandangan Village, namely improving the quality in the management structure and management of bumdes so that the performance of bumdes managers is getting better. Increasing collaboration with farmer organizations and strengthening social capital capacity, especially in terms of trust and networks to develop livestock business units, is very important in addition to strengthening the management structure of BUMDes. The next step is to try to increase farmers' trust in Bumdes by making the company more open, honest, and honest. 2) The contribution of the Podo Makmur Kandangan bumdesa through the livestock unit to improve the economy in Kandangan Village by carrying out its programs to improve the business units run, especially the livestock unit; helping the community through education, guidance and business improvement training provided by Budes every two months to ensure the proper running of business programs; Assists in organizing, managing, repairing, and supervising the enclosure. This helps goat farms breed and produce livestock products that can be used by many people.

This research aims to explore the role of video learning media in creating enjoyable learning at YLA Cibadak Vocational School. In the digital era, the use of video media has become an effective tool for presenting learning material visually and interactively, which can increase student engagement and motivation. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interviews and document analysis methods to collect data from teachers and students. The research results show that video learning media contributes significantly in creating an interesting and dynamic learning atmosphere. Students find it easier to understand material presented via video, especially because the visualization supports the explanation of difficult concepts. Additionally, videos provide flexibility for students to learn according to their pace and learning style. However, challenges such as limited access to technology and the need for training for teachers to maximize the use of this media still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right support, video learning media can be an effective tool in creating fun and meaningful learning at YLA Cibadak Vocational School.
