Nusantara song 1 (one) is one of several koes plus songs with an archipelago (Indonesia) theme. The objectives of this study include (1) to reveal the meaning contained in the lyrics of the song Nusantara 1 (one) by Koes Plus, (2) to describe the representation of nationalism contained in the lyrics of the song Nusantara 1 (one) by Koes Plus, (3) what figurative language which is contained in the 1 (one) archipelago song by Koes Plus. The problem contained in representing this 1 (one) archipelago song is that the lyrics of this song tell about the beauty of the archipelago (Indonesia) and contain an invitation to people to unite with each other and mutually protect the integrity of the archipelago (Indonesia), but many are represented as lyrics. songs that lead to something that smells of romance, so many people misinterpret the lyrics of the song, making it a complex matter to be discussed in this study. With a different meaning of the lyrics of the archipelago 1 (one) song regarding the reality of the original lyrics made by the creator. Through research methods that are analytical descriptive by concluding data through literature study. Based on the results of the research, the views of the wider community regarding the 1 (one) archipelago song produced by Koes plus its meaning become clear and detailed, namely telling about the beauty of the archipelago which is packaged in poetic words that contain many meanings using association figures of speech.

This study aims to determine the ways to develop short story writing skills of vocational high school students, the factors causing the lack of such skills, innovative and effective strategies to be applied, the effectiveness of applying such strategies, and the benefits that students can obtain in developing their short story writing skills. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and literature review. The results show that factors such as lack of motivation, limited vocabulary, and lack of understanding of short story structure can cause the lack of short story writing skills among vocational high school students. Innovative and effective strategies that can be applied include the use of visual and audio media, vocabulary development, and short story writing techniques application. The implementation of these strategies is effective in improving short story writing skills of vocational high school students and can provide benefits in developing critical thinking skills, creativity, as well as improving language and literacy skills of students.

This study aims to determine the Analysis of Operational Factors, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety Against Guidance Services at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 pelabuhan Bitung This research was conducted on employees of the Shipping Agency working area of ​​Tanjung Redeb as a population. Data was collected through the methods of Observation, Literature Study, Interview, Documentation and Questionnaire. The analytical technique used is based on the results of research and multiple analysis with the help of the SPSS V.26. Here’s the result from research of regression : Y = -0,219 + 0,308X1 + 0,200X2 + 0,192X3 + 0,349X4 + µ. The multiple linear regression equation can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing the guidance is the safety variable with a regression coefficient of 0.349. With the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R square) the results obtained are 0.837 or 83.7%, which means that the guidance at PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is influenced by operational variables, tariffs, facilities and safety which is 83.7% and other factors that affect the guidance of PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung is 16.7%. Thus the results of the study indicate that Operations, Tariffs, Facilities and Safety have a positive and significant effect on the PT. Port of Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Pelabuhan Bitung.

Education plays an important role in efforts to improve human quality, both social, spiritual and intellectual. Apart from that, education is not only burdened with the task of making the nation's life more intelligent, but it is also burdened with the task of fostering the nation's morals, namely upholding human values, all of which will be realized if it is based on religious beliefs. Meanwhile, religious belief will only be obtained with a deep understanding of the basics of religion itself. Judging from its function, language is a means of communication and liaison in everyday human interactions, both between individuals and individuals, individuals and society and society and certain nations. Not only does Arabic have high quality literature for those who know and understand it, but Arabic is also destined to be the language of the Koran, namely communicating the words of Allah (Yusuf, 1997: 187). In fact, Arabic has become a special identity and characteristic of Islamic educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools, which differentiates them from other institutions. Likewise with the existence of the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic Boarding School whose vision and mission refer to the vision and mission of the Islamic boarding school. The Vision and Mission, among other things, seeks to develop students to become Muslims so that they become Muslims who are ready for life. For operationalization to achieve the output expected by the vision and mission, there needs to be a program realization at the girls' Islamic boarding school that must support it. One of the programs of the women's Islamic boarding school is the development of improving muhadatsah skills. From this program it is hoped that students will be able to speak Arabic actively. Because basically female students are able to perform muhadatsah optimally. The aim to be achieved in this research is to find out and describe the problems of improving muhadatsah skills at the Miftahul Ulum Suren Jember Islamic boarding school both in terms of implementation and evaluation. The research method used in this research is approach, determining research subjects, data collection methods (observation, interviews and data analysis.

Marriage that precedes a sibling is a social phenomenon that often triggers differing views between customary law and Islamic law in Indonesian society. This study aims to examine the perspectives of customary law and Islamic law on this phenomenon and understand the dynamics of the interaction between these two legal systems. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design, combining primary data from in-depth interviews with customary leaders, religious scholars, and marriage participants, along with secondary data from relevant literature. The results show that customary law tends to regulate the order of marriage within the family, with social sanctions for violations, while Islamic law does not have such prohibitions and emphasizes individual freedom as long as the marriage requirements are fulfilled. Despite the potential for conflict, integration between customary law and Islamic law is possible through a dialogical approach involving all relevant parties. This study recommends strengthening dialogue between customary leaders and religious scholars to create harmony in marriage practices within the community and encourages further research to gain a broader understanding of public perceptions on this issue.

Japan announced that tanks used to hold waste from leaking nuclear reactors could no longer hold it, so the waste had to be dumped into the sea. The main problem in this study is about the regulation of International Law violated by Japan based on its decision to dump nuclear waste into the Sea, and how the impact will be on the environment. The type of research used in this study is normative legal research or can also be called doctrinal legal research. Normative legal research is literature law research. The action that will be taken by Japan who want to dispose of nuclear waste that they have stored for years due to the Earthquake and Tsunami event has received a lot of resistance from various elements. Especially from the Japanese people themselves to protests from neighboring countries who are afraid that they will also be affected by the waste if it is thrown into the sea. It is hoped that Japan can take appropriate action before doing so because it will not only harm its country but also harm other countries that are disappointed with the actions that Japan will take.

Digitalization in human resource management in the education sector is a strategic step to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of teacher performance. This study aims to determine the HR management strategy by integrating digital to improve the performance of the HR in it, namely teacher. This research was conducted through a literature study by reviewing various relevant sources, such as articles, books, research reports and other references related to HR management in education, teacher performance and digitalization in education. A qualitative approach is used to examine and understand varius strategies that have been proposed by previous researchers. The results of study indicate that the digitalization strategy in HR management can be carried out by carrying out careful planning for the implementation of digitalization into HR management, implementing a digital HR management information system and training educators so that they have sufficient skills and understanding in utilizing digital technology. This research contributes to broadening the understanding of human resource management strategies to improve teacher performance amidst the development of digitalization in educational institutions. These findings can be used as a reference by policy makers and education practitioners in developing strategies to improve the quality ef education in the digital era.

The teaching method is a method used by a Sunday school teacher in teaching, guiding, advising and directing Sunday school children in understanding the word or works of God by using ICT. However, in reality, Sunday school teachers do not make use of ICT in organizing teaching and learning activities, even though they already understand that ICT greatly supports or helps the child's level of mastery of subject matter as a tool for achieving teaching and learning goals. In this study, the steps taken by the author to examine the literature search method. Literature search includes searching from various sources of literature from magazines, books and other sources to facilitate research, the method is to find material related to the discussion of this article, both physically and digitally or manually. Thus, so that learning can be effective and not boring, Sunday school teachers are required to be able to use ICT as a learning method when teaching. So in this case the Sunday school teacher will find it easier to provide learning as well as children will find it easier to capture and understand learning, not get bored in learning, and will have an interest and curiosity in the lessons being studied. The use of ICT as a teaching method for Sunday school teachers will generate new desires and interests for children and the media can control the pace of learning and provide a comprehensive experience for children from concrete and abstract things. So, teaching methods using information and communication technology will have a major influence or impact on learning outcomes with the desired goals.

This study discusses the negative impact of YouTube on learning English. This is due to advances in technology and information that have caused many users to use applications, one of which is YouTube which is used as a learning medium, but they are not aware of the effects that will occur if they cannot regulate what they use. they see or hear. Literature research was used in writing this article, which includes collection and analysis from various sources, such as documents, books (e-books), research journals, and other related online articles. After collecting the necessary data, the author reads and documents sources that relate to the topics discussed. The results of the study show that there are many negative impacts of YouTube that arise because of a lack of understanding in selecting quality English learning materials.

The significance of such access for healthcare professionals lies in their ability to exercise caution and maintain the confidentiality of patient information in the digital era. The purpose of having this access for healthcare workers is to understand the utilization and differentiate between applications available in hospitals that fall under internet, intranet, and extranet access. Additionally, it allows them to delve deeper into subjects in theory or research and assist readers in better understanding them, along with their implications. This article discusses the definition, differences, and examples of applications available in hospitals with internet, intranet, and extranet access.

Instant granules are preparations in the form of granules that are served by brewing and are widely chosen because of their practicality. Natural materials are widely used as antioxidants, but they still need to be made practical for their use. Therefore, this literature review was conducted to provide information regarding the formulation, evaluation of instant granules, and natural ingredients used in instant granules. This research method was carried out by studying literature from various data sources, namely the Directory of Open Access Journals, Science Direct (DOAJ), Garuda, and Google Scholar. A literature search was carried out using several keywords such as "formulation", "instant granules", "natural compounds", "herbs", and "antioxidants". The search results for various natural ingredients with antioxidant effects have been formulated into instant granule dosage forms. The formulation of instant granules is generally carried out using the wet granulation method. Evaluation of preparations carried out were physical evaluation of preparations, hedonic tests, and antioxidant activity tests. The content of phenol group compounds and vitamin C is found in many natural ingredients used in the manufacture of instant granules. The antioxidant activity of combined natural ingredients can provide stronger activity than a single active ingredient. Therefore, the utilization of phenol group compounds from various herbs as antioxidants are expected to continue to be developed.

This research is motivated by the still not maximal local revenue in the city of Banjar. This is indicated by the low quality of human resources, lack of socialization, low innovation, weak level of supervision and low stakeholder support from various parties in collaborating. Research is focused on studies using the theoretical approach of Emerson, Nabatchi & Balogh (2011), namely the Collaborative Governance Regime (CGR) model through 1). System context dimension 2). Drivers dimensions include (leadership, incentive consequences and interdependence), and 3). The dynamics of collaboration (Principled Engagement, shared motivation, and capacity for joint action). With the aim of the research to examine and analyze the implementation and the constraints that have caused it to be ineffective, as well as an effective strategy for implementing collaborative governance in increasing Regional Original Income in the City of Banjar. The research method uses descriptive analysis with a qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, literature studies and observation. The research results show: 1). The implementation of collaborative governance in increasing Local Own Revenue in the City of Banjar on the dynamics dimension of collaboration can be said to have not run optimally, more concrete efforts are still needed related to motivation, awareness, work systems and technical policy support while on the system context and drivers dimensions concerning the availability of resources resources, and budget constraints as well as the level of supervision has been carried out optimally. 2). Obstacle factors in the implementation of collaborative governance in increasing Local Revenue in the City of Banjar, namely the low level of communication and coordination; lack of human resources and budget, lack of technical regulatory support regarding the involvement of stakeholders (private parties and community leaders); as well as the low support and commitment of policy makers from members of the legislature, regional tax-producing apparatus organizations, and stakeholders (private parties and community leaders). 3). Collaborative governance strategies in increasing effective Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Banjar City are aggressive growth strategies by maintaining the previous strategy and optimizing the strengthening of the second availability of human resources, budget and infrastructure; maximizing the clarity of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), regarding tax collection, support from the private sector and other OPDs, as well as optimizing the involvement of cross-sectoral collaboration (government, private parties and community leaders) through Collaborative Governance in the City of Banjar.

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze how to improve the quality of the system and the quality of information included in the informasibase. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative research method that builds on previous papers published by researchers and focuses on evaluating the literature with respect to specific components affecting the information management system.  Each study shows that the quality of the system, the quality of information, and the quality of service are all in line with the expectations of system users. As system quality, information quality, and service quality all improve, user experience also improves. Informasibase is a very important component of an information management system, which also serves as a component of infrastructure, summation of information, assurance of information efficiency, and assurance of information effectiveness.

This study has a purpose to explain a leader's transformational leadership style and work motivation. The research is qualitative. Data collection techniques include listening attentively and recording important information to do data analysis through data reduction, data display, and deduction through previous literature and study discoveries.    

This study aims to determine the Psychodynamic Approach in the context of leadership. The type of research used is a literature study. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from literature reviews and websites related to the research topic. Conclusions are drawn by combining the results of previous studies with existing data and several literature references. The results of the research show that the psychodynamic approach in the study and development of leadership focuses on the dynamics of human behavior. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada artikel Literature Review dalam bidang Ilmu Manajemen SDM adalah metode Kualitatif Deskriptif dan kepustakaan yang berasal dari Google Cendikia dan jurnal ilmiah maupun non ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan apa yang dimaksud. Hasil artikel ini bahwa pengaruh Skill Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja merupakan kaitan antara keterampilan pada produktivitas dapat dijamin. Karyawan yang terdidik dan terlatih dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dapat mempengaruhi seseorang yang berarti memberi mereka energi yang memicu minat mereka pada tugas mereka, membuat mereka ingin menggunakan semua sumber daya mereka untuk bekerja secara efisien dan untuk kesenangan mereka. Adaptive leadership style is very instrumental regarding the problems and challenges that occur, these problems are both from external and internal factors.This study aims to determine the leadership style of Adaptive Leadership of a leader. This research methodology uses qualitative research, and the research method used is the literature study method. The data sources used in this research are books, scientific journals, articles and related documents relevant to the topic of Adaptive Leadership style of a leader. Data Selection Data selection is carried out using certain criteria to determine which sources are relevant and can be used as the basis for analysis in this literature study research. The results showed that the leadership style of Adaptive Leadership has a significant effect on good emotional intelligence, organizational justice, character and plays an important role in career development so as to create a conducive organizational atmosphere.
