. In the ever-growing information era, video editing has become an important part of television news production. This study investigates the use of video editing on TVRI North Sumatra news programs. This research focuses on the editing software used, the editing methods used, and how the use of this editing impacts the quality of news production. To gain a better understanding of video editing techniques at regional news stations, we conducted direct observations, interviews, and document analysis through qualitative research methods. The research results show that video editing at TVRI North Sumatra is carried out by professional programs. To improve the visual and audio quality of news broadcasts, adjustment techniques such as visual transitions, color adjustments, and sound effects are often used. In the use of broadcast video editing, issues such as limited time and resources are identified as important elements. Improved time management, more training for production teams, and more technical resources are recommended. In other words, this research provides a comprehensive analysis of video editing methods in TVRI North Sumatra news production. The results could improve the industry's understanding of video editing methods in regional news contexts and help develop more creative and high-quality news production methods.

Islamic business ethics can be explained as an understanding of principles that govern and manage businesses by considering norms and morality in line with Islamic values. In Islam, business ethics encompasses conduct in the business world that integrates the values and teachings found in the Qur'an and Hadith into a unified business practice. Buying and selling involve a process where the exchange of goods adheres to values, involving both sellers and buyers who comply with Islamic Sharia principles. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at Pasar Pagi 28 Desa Purwoasri, North Metro District, Metro City. This study is a field research involving direct observation of traders in the market. A qualitative approach is used to descriptively analyze the business ethics behavior applied by traders at Pasar Pagi 28 Purwoasri North Metro, Metro City. The results of this research indicate that in buying and selling transactions in the traditional market of 28 Purwoasri, the five principles of Islamic business ethics, namely Tawhid, Balance/Justice, Accountability, Free will, and Excellence, have been implemented.  

This research is motivated by the role of the Sharia Investment Gallery (GIS) as a student laboratory for learning about investment. Based on the data, the number of investors in the Islamic Investment Gallery from the inception of GIS from 2016 to 2021 is unstable every year and is still relatively low. Even though the FEBI Faculty has good potential in attracting investors because there are so many enthusiasts in the FEBI departments. Low interest and motivation in investing in Indonesia is due to low knowledge and understanding of the capital market. GIS is expected to help foster student interest in investing in the Islamic capital market. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Gis, both the constraints and solutions faced by Gis in fostering students' interest in investing in the capital market. This research approach uses descriptive method with a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that is happening now. The method used in this research is to collect data through interviews, observation, surveys, and documentation. The results of the study show the role of Islamic investment galleries (GIS) in fostering student interest in investing in the capital market by carrying out 4 roles, namely first, socialization as an introduction to the world of investment to students and inviting students to invest, second education, namely providing investment knowledge to students, third motivation, namely motivating students by giving examples of people who are successful in investing, the four integrity, namely the management of GiS applies a commitment attitude among the board, consistently carrying out their duties, being responsible, honest and courageous in conveying educational and motivational socialization to students. The internal constraints for Gis are the difficulty of coordinating administrators to be active in activities and the external constraints are the difficulty in getting students to participate in Gis activities and the lack of awareness of students to invest. The internal solution is to always hold monthly meetings to strengthen relationships between administrators and trigger back responsibilities as GIS administrators and the GIS Management also utilizes social media as a promotional medium so that it can be even wider to convey socialization and education to students. Meanwhile, for external solutions, GIS requests lecturer assistance to direct students to participate in all activities held by GIS. As for these 4 roles, the role most expected by FEBI students is the role of motivation. With good motivation given it can trigger students’ interest in investing.

This community service program is carried out in the Ngunut area, Tulungagung Regency, with activity partner ONC. The problems faced include economic growth and technological developments emphasizing the need for ONC to remain competitive and sustainable. Tight competition in the local market, the need for updated technological knowledge, and business sustainability challenges are the main focus. Solutions carried out through the latest training provide a solid foundation for their self-development. Strategic collaboration with activity partners and analysis of new business opportunities are the foundation for developing business models that are not only innovative but also sustainable. Technology enablement and implementation of digital marketing strategies were key steps in improving ONC's operational efficiency and increasing their visibility in the tight local market. outreach on business sustainability provides better understanding for ONC members, helping them reduce environmental impacts and increase resource efficiency. As an integral part of this program, monitoring and evaluation are carried out strictly to measure the impact of each step taken. Thus, the community service program not only provides an immediate solution to the challenges ONC faces, but also forms the basis for long-term investment, supporting the growth and sustainability of their business in the future.

This study focuses to figurative found in Frozen 2 movie, Descriptive method is used in this research, the data source of this research is the script of the movie Frozen 2. The researcher finds 36 sentences containing figurative language in the movie Frozen 2. All these terms are divided into nine categories, namely simile, metaphor, hyperbole, personification, metonimia, repetition, alliteration, irony, and lithotes. Researchers finds more types of figurative language containing repetition, there are 10 sentences finds in the movie Frozen 2. By reading this research, the researcher hopes that this research can provide readers with a deeper understanding of figurative language analysis. The researcher hopes that this research can provide inspiration for students who want to conduct research in the same field. This research shows readers the types of figurative language found in the movie Frozen 2.

The involvement of the church in building moral values in a pluralistic society is important. This is because the church has an important role in shaping the character and morality of society. Worry is a person's feeling or mental condition that arises as a result of fear or anxiety about a certain thing or situation. The challenges of human life in the contemporary context, such as worries about financial pressure, work that never comes and so on, will have a negative impact on their body, spirit and soul. However, Jesus was present and gave teachings and advice on how to overcome anxiety. This is a teaching that really helps the lives of believers in today's contemporary context. The Gospel of Matthew 6:34 provides essential insight and understanding of how God loves His people. The method used is a qualitative method which aims to answer human concerns. The results of the study show that what believers need to do in the contemporary context in overcoming worry is to realize that worry is not useful. Jesus wants His people to prioritize Him in all things so that Jesus, who is full of love, will love His people by providing for all the needs of His people and humans too. You are required to be able to make peace with the situation by thinking positively by making the situation comfortable for yourself.

This community service program aims to improve the life skills of PKK mothers in Bulumeduro Village to be more productive through training in processing fish waste into high protein pellets and to reduce fish waste that is not properly utilized in order to create a better environmental ecosystem in Bulumeduro Village. The implementation methods used include extension or lecture method, carried out using direct practice or training methods, and assistance or monitoring for program sustainability. The results of community service activities using these three methods are that PKK mothers have a good understanding of how to process fish waste and how to make pellets and PKK mothers also know the benefits of processing fish waste into pellets, this can be seen from the pre-test and post-test results which show that there was an increase in PKK mothers' knowledge after counseling and training. The conclusion from the results of implementing the community service program is that PKK mothers become more productive in increasing income and improving life skills, in addition to increasing insight or knowledge regarding processing fish waste into high protein pellets.

One possible way for school students obtaining environmental awareness is from environmental knowledge taught in classes. The Community Service Program of Department of Marine Science of Fisheries and Marine Science Faculty, Pattimura University in the form disseminations on literacy of coastal environment aimed to encourage school students to be pioneers and drivers for coastal conservation and beach clean-ups in their local community in Ambon Bay. The materials used in the disseminations focused on understanding coastal environment in Ambon Bay, and sources and types of pollutants in the system. The materials also covered the impacts of the coastal pollution and how to address it including to reduce and solve the pollution in Ambon Bay. At the end of the disseminations, the questions-and-answer session was conducted to evaluate the understanding of students on the knowledge of marine pollution management in Ambon Bay,

Currency is a symbol of a country's sovereignty, the Rupiah is currency as well as a legal means of payment for use in economic transactions in Indonesia. Learning to understand the difference between fake and real money and implementing how severe punishments for dealers and users of counterfeit money are carried out effectively will provide a positive change in the future for students. This socialization regarding disclosing the secret of the difference between real and fake money and preventing fake money fraud was highly appreciated regarding this socialization, especially teachers and students, but many students were still confused about differentiating between real and fake money. So that female students do not get caught up in fraud and the distribution of counterfeit money, this socialization hopes that female students from early ages to adults can avoid and be able to distinguish between real and fake money, understand the characteristics of the authenticity of money, and know the penalties related to the laws that apply to its use. and distribution of counterfeit money. The methods for implementing activities in this socialization are lecture, interview, discussion and evaluation methods. The results of the training are an increase in understanding of real money vs fake money, understanding the characteristics, increasing insight regarding applicable legal regulations and being able to use this knowledge better in the present and future.

Febrile seizures are one of the manifestations of health problems that often occur in children aged three months to 5 years and can potentially cause harmful complications in children. Complications of febrile seizures occur due to a lack of parental skills in providing proper first aid to children with febrile seizures. Health education about febrile seizures is thought to improve parents' skills in performing first aid measures for children with febrile seizures. This study aims to explain the effect of health education about febrile seizures on increasing the skills of mothers in providing first aid to children with febrile seizures.This study uses a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-posttest design without a control. The samples involved in this study were mothers with children aged three months - 5 years in Blukon Village, Lumajang District, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria determined by the researchers with a total of 48 people. The intervention applied in this study was providing health education about febrile seizures. Data collection used observation sheets as a checklist for first aid management in children with febrile seizures, carried out before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test with the help of IBM SPSS 25 software.The pre-test results showed that the mean ± SD of the mother's skill in performing first aid for children with febrile seizures was 2.41 ± 0.84. The mean ± SD score of mothers' skills in providing first aid to children with seizures increased after attending health education about febrile seizures to 6.47 ± 0.68. The results of data analysis showed that the provision of health education about febrile seizures had a significant effect on increasing the skills of mothers in performing first aid for children with febrile seizures with a ρ-value = 0.000 or less than 0.05.In controlling patterns of delivering health education about febrile seizures, this research calls for increased effort and assistance from local health workers. First aid procedures for children experiencing febrile seizures will become more instinctive or skillful when understanding is followed by frequent demonstrations. .                                                                                  

As older people age, their muscle strength typically declines, including the weakening of the thenar muscles over time which can lead to a blockage of the median nerve often known as carpal tunnel syndrome. This blockage causes pain that can radiate from the shoulder to the fingertips. This counseling is designed to provide older adults with knowledge and training on hand pain, including its symptoms and triggering factors. The counseling method uses presentations to explain information to the elderly with the aim of health promotion. In addition, there was a question and answer session and education on exercises that can be done at home. The counseling process went smoothly, the elderly could follow and understand the exercises taught to be done at home. This counseling has the potential to reduce pain in the elderly after they do the exercises at home. Counseling activities at the Children and Elderly Posyandu Rw.3 Rampal Celaket, Klojen District, Malang City helped increase the understanding of the elderly about pain in the hands caused by median nerve blockage.

This research examines how Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara reflect on their experiences in facing the newly implemented Merdeka Curriculum. The Independent Curriculum is an educational approach that focuses on student needs, so teachers face additional challenges and responsibilities in implementing it. This research aims to explore the perspectives and experiences of Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara in facing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with interview techniques with Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara. Data validity testing was carried out using data source triangulation techniques. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum is considered relevant and oriented towards meeting student needs. Teachers have tried a variety of tailored learning strategies, including content, process, and product differentiation. Apart from that, this research also highlights the important role of learning modules and media in the Independent Curriculum, as well as the importance of In House Training (IHT) as an effort to increase teachers' understanding of the newly implemented curriculum. It is hoped that these findings can provide a valuable contribution in the development of educational strategies and provide the necessary support to teachers and other educational institutions that are implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

Terate village, which is located near the PTPN XII Kotta Blater plantation company, is facing serious problems related to poor internet networks and electricity supplies. The aim of this research is to study the dynamics of conflict, how retarded access impacts people's lives. The analysis is based on Ralf Dahrendorf's conflict theory to understand inequality of access. This study will look at what caused conflict during the construction of internet and electricity network infrastructure in Terate Village, with special emphasis on the role of the economic power of PTPN XII Kotta Blater in causing conflict. In addition, we will investigate how limited access affects education, economic growth and social life in Terate Village. This research will use approaches such as interviews and surveys with the community to gain a better understanding of the dynamics of conflict in Terate Village. In addition, this research is expected to provide insight into the complexity of conflict and also provide recommendations with the aim of improving equality of access and quality of life.

Knowing Indonesia's unique geographical conditions, various disaster risks have been discovered that will occur. This disaster risk is found in areas that have special conditions, one of which is the Pancer Beach area. Where conditions are close to the beach, various disaster risks definitely arise. That's why preparedness is needed for the surrounding community which is built on an understanding of early warning. Social media representation also plays an important role in the effectiveness of Early Warning System deployment. So research was conducted which aimed to analyze the effectiveness of social media representations used in increasing citizen readiness based on an early warning system. This research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and analysis of documents related to early warning systems. The research results show that the effectiveness of using the media to convey information to citizens is still lacking. This research also found several challenges in the implementation process. Residents who live on the coast and in remote parts of the village have different access to the internet or social media they use. Based on the final analysis, this research recommends strategies related to media collaboration with in-depth representation regarding the dissemination of information and overall participation. So it can increase effectiveness in the process.  

Corruption has become a global concern in efforts to strengthen good governance. In the context of Islamic law, aspects of preventing corruption and implementing the principle of legality in criminal acts attract in-depth attention. This article analyzes corruption prevention strategies from the perspective of Islamic law in the context of applying the principle of legality to criminal acts. The method in this research is a qualitative method in exploring Islamic legal concepts related to preventing corruption, such as Taqwa, Adl, and Amanah,as well as how these values ​​can be applied in efforts to prevent and overcome corruption. Furthermore, this article also examines legal aspects related to the implementation of the principle of legality in enforcing the law against criminal acts of corruption according to Islamic teachings. The results of the analysis show that the principles of Islamic law provide a strong foundation for corruption prevention strategies. Concepts such as justice, transparency, fair punishment, and building strong institutions are the main focus in overcoming the problem of corruption. In the context of implementing the principle of legality, consistency with sharia principles in establishing and enforcing laws is crucial to ensure the success of efforts to prevent corruption. This article contributes to a better understanding of corruption prevention strategies from an Islamic legal perspective, as well as the importance of integrating Islamic legal values ​​and principles in efforts to eradicate corruption. The practical implications of this analysis support the need for a holistic approach that includes legal and moral aspects in tackling corruption to create a society that is more just and has integrity.

The theological perspective on eschatology in the Book of Revelation includes various views and interpretations that have been submitted by the theologian, preacher, and religious scholars. The Book of Revelation, also known as the Book of Revelation to John, is one of the books in the New Testament in the Christian Bible. It focuses on the vision of the Prophet John who talks about the future and the end of time. Over time, the interpretation differs to the phenomenon of eschatology has sprung up. Although the Bible provides an idea of what will happen at the end of time, the more difficult to interpret how these events will occur in the modern world that continues to grow. Christian understanding of the end of time has developed and changed over time and in different cultural contexts. Therefore, this article will discuss what is the end of time (eschatology). How did the book Revelation talk about eschatology? What is the final picture of the time in the book of Revelation?

The elderly who are cared for in an elderly care home require spiritual needs to be met, and there are times when the elderly use the resources available either from the family, people who are religious experts either in the hospital or others in the elderly community. Therefore, the fulfillment of the spiritual needs of the elderly must be done so that the elderly on the eve of death can die in a calm and peaceful state. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the fulfillment of spiritual needs in the elderly near death from the perspective of the caregiver at the Kendal elderly Social Service Center (PPSLU). This study uses descriptive survey research design. The sample in this study amounted to 36 respondents. Sampling using total sampling. The results showed that the majority of hospitalists were aged based on a median value of 41 years, male gender as much as 53%, high school education as much as 53%, have long worked >3 years as much as 89% and meet the fulfillment of spiritual needs in the elderly near death as much as 44%. The caregiver is only limited to fulfilling the spiritual needs of meaning, purpose and hope in life but in the spiritual needs of relationship with God; spiritual practice has not been fulfilled. This is because the caregiver's understanding of spiritual needs is only limited to religion or belief.

Key findings include the positive influence of service quality dimensions such as reliability, physical evidence, and friendliness on patient satisfaction. Additionally, the interconnection between service quality and adherence to health standards and regulations is emphasized, underlining the significance of compliance for service improvement. External factors, such as government regulations and health policies, are identified as potential influencers of service quality, adding complexity to quality management. Practical implications for healthcare policies and practices are highlighted, suggesting improvements in human resource training, service processes, and infrastructure. Recommendations include strengthening human resource training through regular and ongoing programs, optimizing service processes by thorough workflow evaluations, and ensuring strict compliance with health standards. Furthermore, the integration of technological innovations is proposed as a progressive step toward enhancing service efficiency and result accuracy. The implementation of laboratory information systems, modern equipment, and related applications is suggested to advance service quality. The establishment of a regular monitoring and evaluation system, including internal audits, routine performance reviews, and patient feedback collection, is crucial for continuous improvement. Collaboration with external entities, such as health oversight agencies and laboratory professional associations, is advocated for robust guidance and support. Encouraging research and innovation in quality management and laboratory service is recommended to enhance understanding of new technology applications, quality maintenance strategies, and policy impact evaluation. By implementing these suggestions, laboratory units are expected to continually enhance service quality and ensure optimal patient satisfaction.
