Many studies have described meta-analysis on the overall effect of e-learning influence in learning. However, there has been no meta-analysis of the overall effect of STEM-based e-learning on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).  The purpose of this study investigates the effect of STEM-based e-learning on students' critical thinking skills in Indonesia. This type of research is a Systematic Literature Review (SL) and meta-analysis. Data sources came from 10 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The process of searching for data sources through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Eric, and Springer. Data analysis used the Hedge formula to calculate effect size with the help of the JSAP application. The findings show that the effect size value (ES = 0.793) is medium. This explains that STEM-based e-learning provides a very high positive impact and is effective in improving students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Furthermore, HOTS characteristics do not cause heterogeneity in the results of STEM-based e-learning research on students' Higher Order Thinking Skills. The findings suggest that educators should choose STEM-based e-learning as one of the learning models to improve students' Higher Order Thinking skills in Indonesia.

The background of this research is that the performance of the employees of the Financial Management Agency and Regional Income Management in the City of Banjar has not been maximized due to the lack of training, one of which is asset management and service delivery by employees who tend to be less focused and slow resulting in organizational plans or targets not running optimally because of the cycle time is not quite right. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. What is the effect of training on employee performance? 2. How does work motivation affect employee performance? 3. What is the influence of training and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 50 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Training tends to be good and employee performance is high, so training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's work motivation, the higher the employee's performance at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency. 3). Training and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the training and the higher the work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Regional Revenue and Financial Management Agency.

How does competence and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance at the Banjar City Archives and Library Office? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 46 employee respondents and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Competence tends to be good and employee performance is high, so competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competency, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Libraries Office. 2). Work motivation tends to be high and employee performance is high, so work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service. 3). Competence and work motivation tend to be good and employee performance is high, so that competence and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the competence and high work motivation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Archives and Library Service.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation factors consisting of compensation, promotion and work environment on employee performance at the Banjar City Transportation Agency. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is as follows: 1. How does compensation affect employee performance? 2. How does promotion affect employee performance? 3. How does the work environment affect employee performance? 4. How does the effect of compensation, promotion and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service? The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature, and documentation. With a research sample of 56 employees and data analysis used through statistical tests of correlation and multiple regression using SPSS version 26.00 for windows. The research results show: 1). Compensation tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the compensation, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 2). Promotion tends to be good and employee performance is high, so promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the promotion, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service. 3). The work environment tends to be good and employee performance is high, so that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the better the work environment, the better the performance of employees at the Banjar City Transportation Service 4). Compensation, promotion and work environment tend to be good and employee performance is high, so compensation, promotion and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is motivated by the still not optimal performance of the Banjar City Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency employees which is characterized by frequent recording and reporting errors involving administrative management, the completion of existing work that is not in accordance with work achievement targets, employees who arrive late from work hours entering work that has been determined, besides that employees often leave the effective time of working hours and delays in completing work. How does work discipline affect employee performance? 4. How does competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence employee performance at the BPKPD in Banjar City? The aim of writing this article is to discuss the role of colleagues in improving employee performance at the Padepokan Buffet Restaurant. This research uses a qualitative research method approach with primary data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data using literature studies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the role of coworkers has a significant impact on employee performance in restaurants. The effective role of coworkers can influence employee performance through several mechanisms. First, through good teamwork, colleagues can increase employee productivity and work quality. Synergistic teamwork enables the exchange of knowledge and experience that can improve individual skills.

Gatot Subroto is the furniture industry route and the road connects to the Bangil-Rembang toll road. On the K.H. Hasyim Ashari road, the road is connected to the Pantura road so that several points of the road are damaged and bumpy which are caused by heavy vehicles. On the section Jl. K.H. Hasyim Ashari to Jl. Gatot Subroto The method for this study uses a qualitative method in determining road eligibility, in collecting data by field observations, visual analysis and literature study based on Minister of Public Works Regulation Number 11/PRT/M/2010. So that in the condition of the Jl. K.H. Hasyim Ashari Until Jl. Gatot Subroto, in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No.11/PRT/M/2010, is a road segment with a conditional function-worthy category (LS) so that several components need to be handled as can be seen in tables 4.169 to 4.175

The foot kick method is generally the inside leg kick technique used to provide short passing that suits them. the most dominant movement in running, the main goal is to score as many goals as possible towards the opponent's goal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deep kick training on shooting accuracy in soccer matches. The research method used is a literature search covering several sources such as primary and secondary sources. With the results of research from various sources to be able to conclude that the method of practicing kicking the inside of the leg affects the accuracy of the shot. "There is an effect of training to kick the ball with the inside of the foot, which affects shooting accuracy in soccer matches, using this method of oblique training. Thus, it can be concluded that how to kick the inside of the leg has a significant effect on shooting accuracy in a soccer match

This study aims to determine civil liability related to default in article 7 letter f of law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection at PT. Hj. Warni Niode Palu, as well as to know and understand the process of resolving disputes related to this default through ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), namely dispute resolution outside the court. This type of research is a normative-empirical research, namely research conducted by conducting field research, and using a quantitative approach to primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes interviews with the parties concerned, namely PT. Hj. Warni Niode Palu as a provider of transportation services and service users (consumers) and secondary data includes a search of the literature as a support for the main data. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that the responsibility of the Freight Forwarding Services of PT. Hj. Warni Niode is based on Article 7 letter F of Law no. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, namely the provision of compensation for compensation for traded services, has proven to be not optimal, PT. Hj. Warni Niode does not provide compensation in accordance with the amount of losses suffered by PT. Sari Jasa. Therefore, PT. Hj. Warni Niode was declared in default because it was not in accordance with what had been agreed upon and mutually agreed upon. The solution sought is a settlement through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), especially mediation, as an efficient and fair way of resolving disputes between PT. Hj. Warni Niode and PT. Sari Jasa to avoid time-consuming litigation.

This book review examines the impact of integrating Bloom's Taxonomy into entrepreneurship education on the competitiveness and performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through a comprehensive analysis of literature, empirical evidence, and expert opinions, the review highlights the significance of this pedagogical approach in fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills among entrepreneurship students. Empirical studies demonstrate improvements in students' competencies and learning outcomes following exposure to Bloom's Taxonomy-aligned curricula. Case studies, such as the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), provide evidence of the practical relevance of this approach in addressing challenges faced by MSMEs. Expert opinions underscore the importance of preparing students for the dynamic demands of the entrepreneurial ecosystem through curriculum designs that prioritize higher-order cognitive skills development. Overall, the review emphasizes the transformative potential of Bloom's Taxonomy integration in shaping the future of entrepreneurship education and enhancing the competitiveness of MSMEs in global markets.

This article aims to answer big questions about the slogan smoking to death, don't smoke to death, it's better to smoke until you die: a philosophical-sufistic study. This paper uses a literature approach with a philosophical-sufistic conception, and is analyzed inductively. The results of the study show that the destiny of death is God's prerogative, no one can avoid it when the time comes. The mystery of death and Islamic eschatology in a Sufistic framework in order to achieve self-perfection in living the teachings of Islam, so when you can avoid smoking in order to live the teachings of Islam, then that is good, on the other hand, enjoying cigarettes as a way to get closer to Allah is not bad. However, it needs to be underlined that the belief that death is God's right needs to be put forward, while the dangers of smoking are only a medium, nothing more than that. Research implications: the importance of a philosophical-sufistic perspective for assessing an action in depth. The research contributes to the philosophical-sufistic meaning of slogans for the direction of multidisciplinary research in the future.

This study aims to describe and describe 1) the causes of changes in the role and function of dancers' positions by using women in Galombang Kreasi dance. 2) the role and function of female dancers in Galombang Kreasi dance performances. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive methods. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself and assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing or analyzing are data reduction, data presentation and inferring data. The results showed that the Galombang Kreasi dance is usually performed by men who can number up to dozens of people and then divided into two groups, where each group seems to be a group of bodyguards. Galombang Kreasi dance has a little element of pencak silat in its movements, so that when it is performed there will be a little martial arts attraction in the series of dances performed, in contrast to pasambahan dance which highlights elegance in every movement and can also be performed by women. The combination of these two dances serves to welcome and pay homage to the bride and groom, also paving the way for a line of virgins carrying carano offerings containing traditional betel. In addition, this new creation of traditional dance also serves as a fence for the entrance of the ninik mamak troupe that accompanies the journey of the bride and groom.

Basically Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is manifested in the social role of a company or Limited Liability Company (PT) towards the company's internal environment, namely the welfare of its workers' lives. The existence of a level of welfare for workers is one way or strategy that can increase the participation of workers, motivation and loyalty of the workers. This problem is included in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies and in addition to the Law Number 25 of 2007 concerning Investment (UUPM) Article 34, namely "companies that invest in are required to implement CSR" to create conditions that are harmonious, balanced and in accordance with the environment, norms, and culture, as well as the Law that regulates the Social Security System and which establishes the Employment Social Security Administering Agency as an institution that regulates all labor guarantees for all Indonesian people, namely BPJS employment. The purpose of this writing is; 1). Providing a form of CSR responsibility to the company for the welfare of the workers; 2). Implement sanctions given to companies if they do not carry out CSR responsibilities to employees. This method uses writing in the form of normative legal methods or in legal research literature from the results of a study, there is one main thing that can be concluded. Namely, there are several rules that regulate corporate social responsibility, there is a law on State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), an investment law and a social security law. a requirement for CSR that has the potential to cause multiple interpretations in practice, because not all laws that have regulated and contain rules that are subject to sanctions in it.

The government is required to always adjust to what is needed by the community, one of which is the need for decent public services. Collaboration is a stage to give birth to a service innovation in the public sector, therefore collaboration in innovation seems endless to always be discussed by the government as well as organizations and other sectors. In the last ten years, the practice of collaboration and innovation in the administration of the government bureaucracy in Indonesia has been revealed in a number of literatures. One of them is in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. According to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018 concerning sub-districts, it is stated that the task of the Perbekel is in the field of service in the working area. In accordance with the mandate of the government regulation, one form of service in Penatih Dangin Puri Village is business license services through Online Single Submission (OSS), land services, and non-licensing services. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration process in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District and to determine the achievement of collaboration results in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. The theory used by Penta Helix Collaborative according to Howkis (2009: 34) is, optimizing the role of academic, business, community, government and media (ABCGM), in developing goals because it relates to policies made by the government because this theory is a breakthrough and new strategy in In this millennial era, some regional heads have even made the Pentha Helix concept a new strategy to deal with several problems that occur in the region. This study uses a qualitative approach where the qualitative approach is an approach based on the philosophy of postpositivism, while for researching on natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, the data collection technique is done by triangulation (combined). Where data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize the meaning of generalization. Researchers have made direct observations to Penatih Dangin Puri Village. In addition, the authors also conducted observations and documentation studies on existing documents and policies, as well as in-depth interviews with all informants related to the implementation of the Online Single Submission (OSS) permit service.

The existence of a web check-in system facility provided by Citilink airline is one of the company's efforts to reduce complaints from passengers during the check-in process. Where many passengers have to stand for a long time to queue at the check-in counter. So that passengers feel tired and inefficient in the use of time. The purpose of this study is to obtain information about the effect of the web check-in system on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang in April - July 2023. In this study using quantitative research methods. In this study, primary data were used in the form of questionnaires distributed to Citilink airline passengers at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang with a total of 100 respondents. Secondary data was obtained from documentation in the form of data related to thesis preparation and literature study in the form of looking at previous guidelines. In analyzing the data, the instruments used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test, T test and coefficient of determination test (R2). From the data analysis that has been done, it shows that the web check-in system has a positive and significant effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang. Based on the results of the R square (R2) determination test, it can be concluded that the web check-in system has a 70.6% effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Abdulrachman Saleh Airport, Malang. While 29.4% of passenger satisfaction is influenced by other variables not examined. The simple linear regression test produces a constant value of 9.296 which is the consistency value of the passenger satisfaction variable (Y). Then the t test (partial) produces a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05 with a t count > t table (15.228 > 1.66055). The value obtained from the results of hypothesis testing shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

This study to determine the effect of product, proce, and location on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The location of this research was conducted at UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. The objects in this research are rice cutomers from UD. Guna Karya Grogol, Kediri Regency. This research is quantitative research. Data cllection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, observation, documentation and literature, Data analysis was perfomed usuing validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test., multiple linear test, hypothesis test, determination test. From the result of the research that has been done, it shows that the first problem formulation regarding the product partially has a significance level effect on customers satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 2.850 with a significance level of 0,009. Price partially has a significance effect on consumer satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t count value of 1.948 with a significance level of 0,044. Place partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product,price and Place on customer satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. F count is 3.968 with a sig level of 0.021 where the figure is <0.05.

This study aims to examine more deeply the material related to corporate financial management, which in this study will focus more on family takaful insurance companies, this research method is through a literature study by collecting literature related to looking at all sources related to the financial performance of tabarru funds. by using a literature study, then every data found by the author will try to separate between what is considered true and not true. The results of this study indicate that tabarru funds are used by family takaful insurance companies to help fellow customers in need, then takaful applies the principle of shring of risk realized through the collection of tabarru funds, so as to be able to create solidarity, mutually protect relationships and establish kinship among participants. Then the participant's funds are managed by family takaful insurance based on a tijarah contract which is free from elements of obscurity, usury gambling etc., participant funds will be invested in sharia-based investment instruments such as sharia stocks, sukuk, syr'i mutual funds, so that they can move the economy to realize people's welfare

This research discusses "Phonological Differences in Indonesian and Japanese." The aim of this research is to obtain data and information about the differences in phonology between Indonesian and Japanese. The research method used is a literature study by collecting scientific articles and journals from various relevant sources as material for comparative analysis between the phonological systems of Indonesian and Japanese. The findings of this research indicate that there are significant differences between the phonologies of Indonesian and Japanese. The implication of this research is that it is important to understand the differences in Indonesian and Japanese phonology, which can provide benefits in teaching and learning both languages in the future.

Phonology is a branch of linguistics that studies the sound system of language and examines the rules that regulate the use of language sounds based on their characteristics, such as articulation, frequency, duration, and intensity. This research discusses "Phonological Differences in Indonesian and Japanese." The aim of this research is to obtain data and information about the differences in phonology between Indonesian and Japanese. The research method used is a literature study by collecting scientific articles and journals from various relevant sources as material for comparative analysis between the phonological systems of Indonesian and Japanese. The findings of this research indicate that there are significant differences between the phonologies of Indonesian and Japanese. The implication of this research is that it is important to understand the differences in Indonesian and Japanese phonology, which can provide benefits in teaching and learning both languages in the future.
