Motivation to learn for a student is important. With motivation, students are able to participate in the learning process enthusiastically and are able to improve learning achievement and achieve learning goals. However, since the Covid-19 pandemic until now, students' learning motivation has begun to decline, which also affects their learning achievement, achievement of learning goals, and enthusiasm during the learning process. Catholic religious teachers, as educators and motivators, take a role in increasing students' learning motivation. In this effort, teachers experience challenges and obstacles. This article contains an understanding of student motivation, efforts that a Catholic religious teacher can make to increase student learning motivation, and the challenges experienced in these efforts. Writing this article will use the literature review method. This method is carried out by collecting various valid and reliable sources, whether in the form of books, articles, journals, etc. as reference material in writing and collecting information that is appropriate to the material discussed in this article.

As time goes by, the phenomenon of learning often changes in educational institutions in the country. This phenomenon is often faced by subject teachers, especially by Arabic language subject teachers. This variant learning phenomenon is a challenge for Arabic language teachers to anticipate the possibilities that cause mental degradation and failure to achieve students' understanding of Arabic language subject matter. The openness of Arabic teachers in choosing learning methods that must be applied every time they carry out teaching activities can project the achievement of basic educational goals that can be realized perfectly. Thus, Arabic language teachers must be able to develop good learning strategies, one of which can be done is to use effective and fun learning methods. One of the methods referred to is al-Thoriqoh al-Intiqo'iyah (electic method). The aim of this research was to identify Arabic Language Learning Innovations through al-Thoriqoh al-Intiqo'iyah in Growing Students' Interest in Learning Arabic at MA. Nurul Hikmah Besuki Situbondo. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, the researcher used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Apart from that, researchers in analyzing data use an interactive model which consists of elements in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data analysis. Meanwhile, the data inspection technique for this research uses triangulation. The research results confirmed that al-Thoriqoh al-Inriqo'iyah was implemented in the Supreme Court. Nurul Hikmah repeated the positive results, students were able to grow interested in learning Arabic through modifying the learning method. The justification for the success of using al-Toriqoh al-Intiqo'iyah in the school is illustrated by the enthusiasm for learning which continues to increase in addition to the participation of students in various language activities

This study aims to investigate the intricate relationship among marketing public relations, digital marketing, marketing mix, customer service, and customer loyalty within the contemporary business landscape. Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to gather data from a diverse range of industry experts, marketers, and consumers. Data analysis involves thematic analysis to unveil patterns, themes, and insights from the collected data. The findings shed light on the nuanced interactions among marketing public relations, digital marketing strategies, elements of the marketing mix, quality customer service provision, and its impact on fostering customer loyalty. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamic marketing ecosystem, offering valuable insights for businesses aiming to enhance customer engagement and loyalty in the digital age.

MAN 1 Ternate is an Islamic educational institution, so the implementation of character education is one of the important things in the institution, especially Islamic characteristics. The programs carried out are morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji which are always carried out every day before students enter the classroom. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji programs in improving the Islamic characteristics of students at MAN 1 Ternate. The type of research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, categorization, and verification. As an Islamic-based educational institution, MAN 1 Ternate implements various programs to form Islamic character, one of which is through morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji activities. The morning dhikr program is carried out every morning before learning begins with the aim of calming the heart and building a positive spirit through reminders of the name of Allah. Meanwhile, madrasah mengaji aims to deepen students' understanding in reading the Qur'an. The results of the study showed that both programs contributed significantly to improving student discipline, strengthening spiritual and moral values, and building a social attitude that cares about others. These programs also help students to be more disciplined, responsible, and have noble morals. Overall, the implementation of morning dhikr and madrasah mengaji at MAN 1 Ternate has proven effective in forming a strong Islamic character in students, creating a better generation, and getting closer to Allah SWT.

The objective of the study was to find out how supplementary Reading Materials Based on Tourism Place For Junior High School Students in Southwestern Maluku. The Literature study was carried out Lack of students’ understanding affect their activities for reading materials in classroom activity. Based on the  researcher did observation at Junior High School Students, as result, the problem to the students’  in learning reading material. Lack of reading Materials made their students lowest in reading. When the teacher supplementary reading Materials Based on Tourism Place. The result of reading material has developed into three units which enable the students consisting of new vocabulary, and exercises. Meanwhile the result reading Materials Based on Tourism Place got positive input for students.

The economic sector plays a key role in the well-being of the Indonesian society. The increasingly competitive economic growth poses challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in recording financial transactions. This research aims to engage business practitioners in adapting to the development of digital technology through training on the usage of the Qasir Point of Sales application. This application is designed to facilitate business owners who want to manage their businesses digitally more easily. The research methodology involves three stages: preparation, including an in-depth analysis of the specific needs of MSMEs related to accounting and the use of the Qasir application; implementation, with direct assistance in creating and configuring the Qasir application to ensure alignment with the specific business needs of the two MSMEs; and evaluation, ensuring a good understanding and measuring the impact of the training. The conclusion emphasizes the success of the training and the importance of continuous adaptation to technological and business developments. It is expected that this will have a positive impact in supporting efficient and sustainable accounting records in UMKM Zulich Clean and Care and Bon’s Laundry.

Then it is also hoped that these coastal women will be able to market their products according to their economic market targets so that the needs of fishing families can be fulfilled and the welfare of fishing families can be achieved. The plan for this service activity will be carried out for 1 day with the socialization of the productivity of coastal women, 1 day of product manufacturing training, making brands, packaging, and product distribution and 1 day of evaluation of the results by re-observing the economic development of coastal women in Pahlawan Village, Tanjung Tiram District, Batu Bara Regency.

Land acquisition has been regulated through Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning land acquisition for development in the public interest, and Presidential Regulation Number 71 of 2012 concerning the implementation of land acquisition for development in the public interest, as well as Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency number 5 of 2012 concerning technical guidelines for the implementation of land acquisition. The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding and knowledge of regional heads, local government agencies, and especially the community about land acquisition for Temporary Shelters and Integrated Waste Disposal Sites of the Banjarbaru City Environmental Service. The specific target of this community service is for regional heads, local government agencies, and especially the community to know the regulations or policies in the land acquisition mechanism as well as the process of valuation and calculation of Fair Replacement Value or Market Value in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province. Community service activities carried out by the team by educating the process and stages of land acquisition according to regulations for Temporary Shelters and Integrated Waste Disposal Sites of the Banjarbaru City Environmental Service have received a positive response. In socialization, the Government and the private sector are asked to work together to create and develop an environment for land acquisition for temporary shelters and integrated landfills that allow for private sector growth. Meanwhile, the community includes the participation of stakeholders and beneficiaries of development policies.

This community service project aims to raise awareness and knowledge about health among the elderly through the GERKASA-LASAKIT program (Movement for Healthy and Disease-Aware Seniors) in Dusun 1, Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang Regency. This initiative is driven by the high prevalence of degenerative diseases and the lack of accurate information regarding the prevention and management of these diseases among seniors. Through comprehensive health education, it is hoped that the elderly can improve their quality of life by adopting a healthy lifestyle and gaining a better understanding of common illnesses they may face. The methods used in this project include health education sessions, practical training on early disease detection, and physical activities tailored to the physical condition of the elderly. Health education is provided by medical professionals and public health experts. Additionally, individual consultation sessions are held to offer more personalized care for each participant. The results of this activity show an increase in health knowledge and awareness among the elderly, as evidenced by high participation and enthusiasm in each session. Seniors involved in this program have also begun adopting healthier lifestyles, such as engaging in regular light exercise and having routine health check-ups. This project has successfully built a support network among the elderly, their families, and the local community, creating a more caring and health-conscious environment. Thus, the GERKASA-LASAKIT program makes a significant contribution to improving the quality of life for the elderly in Dusun 1, Tanjung Anom Village. The sustainability of this program is expected to serve as a model for other villages in efforts to enhance the welfare and health of the elderly at the local level.

Health education about Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) aims to improve the understanding and awareness of adolescent girls at MTSN 1 Rantau Selatan regarding the symptoms, causes, and management of PMS. This research was conducted in January 2025 using an educational and interactive method, which included presentations, discussions, simulations, and distribution of educational materials. The results of the outreach showed a significant improvement in the participants' knowledge about PMS, as well as a positive shift in their attitudes toward the condition. Before the intervention, most participants were unaware of PMS symptoms and appropriate management strategies. After the session, they became more open to discussing menstruation-related issues and better equipped to manage PMS symptoms healthily. However, some participants still require ongoing support to implement techniques such as acupressure and light exercises. This program is expected to reduce stigma surrounding PMS and improve the reproductive health of adolescent girls at MTSN 1 Rantau Selatan.

Jurnal Masyarakat Mengabdi Nusantara 2023 STIPAS Tahasak Danum Pambelum Keuskupan Palangkaraya

This study investigates the impact of information technology education and mentoring on enhancing the productivity of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Probolinggo Regency. Involving 30 SME participants, the study utilized qualitative methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and observations, to assess changes in participants' knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards information technology. The results indicate a significant increase in understanding and use of digital technology post-activity, with 85% of participants reporting improved knowledge and 90% exhibiting a positive attitude towards the use of technology in their businesses. Practical implementation of new skills was observed in 65% of participants, who successfully activated and managed accounts on online marketplaces within two weeks after training. The study concludes that effective education and mentoring in information technology are crucial catalysts for digital adaptation in SMEs, especially in rural areas, and highlights the need for more tailored training approaches for older participants.

This article reveals the internalization of NU values ​​at Andalusia Wonosobo Vocational School, using descriptive qualitative research and interactive analysis. The results of the research show that the internalization of NU values ​​at Andalusia Wonosobo Vocational School was carried out by establishing partners with Andalusian Islamic boarding schools, using the concepts of moderation (tawasuth), balance (tawazun), tolerance (tasamuh) and perpendicularity (i'tidal), which is done through three paths: understanding (knowledge), habituation, and example. This internalization is clearly visible through four indicators: national commitment, tolerance, anti-radicalism, and accommodating local culture. Research implications: the importance of partner involvement for the successful internalization of educational values. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the development of Islamic educational institutions.

Manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) face various challenges in managing their financial policies, especially in making decisions related to dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and growth. This phenomenon shows the complexity in maintaining an optimal balance between dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth. This research aims to identify and analyze the influence of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth on debt policy. The aim of this research is to analyze and measure the influence of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth on the debt policy of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting financial data from manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during that period. The data analysis technique involves statistical regression to measure the relationship between dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth and debt policy. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant influence of dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and company growth on debt policy. The implication of these findings is that companies need to holistically consider these factors in financial decision making to ensure the optimality of their financial structure. This research contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence the debt policies of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The practical implication is that company management can use these findings as a guide to optimizing their financial structure, which in turn can improve company performance and shareholder value. These findings can also provide new insights for regulators and academics in designing policies that support company growth and sustainability.

This service aims to implement a socialization program for processing organic and inorganic waste using learning media for elementary school students. Through active involvement in media-based learning activities, students are given a deeper understanding of the importance of waste management for the environment. This method is designed to increase ecological awareness and motivate active participation in environmental conservation efforts from an early age. The results of this program show an increase in students' understanding over time, as well as engaging them in simple waste management practices at school and home. It is hoped that this outreach can become the basis for forming sustainable behaviour in the younger generation, creating positive changes in their actions towards the environment.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore in-depth understanding of the role and impact of plastic waste recyclers in the context of environmental conservation and natural resource utilization. Narrative data in the form of written or spoken words from people, attitudes, and objects that can be observed are collected through the Documentation and Observation approach. The research location involved three places, namely TPS Jl. Ambil No. 83 Sidorejo Hilir Village, Medan Tembung Sub-district, TPA Air Terjun in Medan Marelan Bandar Selamat Village, and Bank Sampah Karya Mitra Jl. Datuk Kabu, Bandar Klippa, Percut Sei Tuan Sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency. The focus of observation is the position of the Waste Disposal Sites (TPS) in Medan Tembung Sub-district, Percut Sei Tuan Sub-district, and Bandar Selamat Landfill. Qualitative data analysis techniques were conducted by studying the answers collected from the research subjects, with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness, constraints, and potential in the practice of plastic waste recycling. Plastic waste is identified as a significant source of environmental pollution, and this research tries to investigate the contribution of recycling as a critical solution to reduce its negative impact.

Community poverty alleviation must be addressed more innovatively, creatively and skillfully in order to be able to create new business opportunities (for example through entrepreneurship) to meet their various needs. Entrepreneurship is one way to overcome poverty and reduce unemployment rates. Among several examples of this entrepreneurship is the home industry, namely a home industry where the business is done at home which empowers the people around the environment and reduces unemployment by absorbing it. In connection with this condition, there are several problems in terms of economic empowerment through the home industry in the food sector, including the low level of knowledge and understanding of home industry players, especially in relation to marketing, including online promotion, and the low level of human resource capacity of home business actors. The method used in this community service activity is digital-based empowerment in the form of online marketing and product promotion techniques. Community service activities with partners in the wonton chips home business that have been carried out have resulted in the fact that digital-based empowerment is very necessary. Considering the times and technological advances, it is a necessity that business actors are able to adapt to these conditions. Through this activity, partners gain an understanding of digital-based empowerment, product diversification, and the important role of home business actors in supporting the nation's economy. This digital-based empowerment is expected to increase production, marketing and business turnover, as well as to build relationships between universities and the community.

This research describes community service activities in the form of educational outreach about making typefaces at SMA Negeri 1 Trawas. Previously, teachers and students had limited understanding of typography and also how to use design applications such as AI, PS, and Canva. This socialization activity was carried out on 22 and 24 August 2023, involving all teaching teachers, school principals and also student affairs. The socialization began with a speech from the Principal, which was then continued with a presentation of material on Basic Typography and Applied Typography by one of the Bina Desa students. Participants are given guidance when practicing regarding the use of design applications, and also how to upload fonts on the Calligraphr website. Although the skill levels of the teachers and students varied greatly, the enthusiasm of the teachers and students was very high, and this activity was also considered a success, in delivering the material, as well as in providing practical training in letter making. The success of this activity was largely due to the way the material and practices were delivered by the resource persons, as well as the use of language that was easy to understand. In conclusion, although the skill level of each individual is different, this activity succeeded in growing the interest and enthusiasm of the participants.

Parenting is a learning process in the form of care between parents and chilfren by fulfilling all their needs. Parenting education has big influence on children’s development and to improve children’s character.parents are asked to be active and effective in educating children. Parents also have to control their chilfren more at home and when using cellphones. One of the factors causing children to use cellphones is that childrenbecome disobedient to their parents. The method of this service is lectures and discussions. The method of this service is providing explanation and understanding and tips on how to educate and guide children in Dukuh Manukan. The conclusion from the dedication carrid out bt the author is that parenting education is very effective in educating and guiding children so that children become closer to their parents.

Achievement in sports is generally associated with athletes who have a healthy and perfect physique. However, physical perfection is no longer the main requirement because now many individuals with physical disabilities have become athletes and have succeeded in increasing their existence as inspiring figures. This research was conducted with the aim of understanding the meaning of life for TNI athletes with physical disabilities who are able to excel in sports. This research method is qualitative phenomenological through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that the process of rising from adversity to become a path to achievement consists of data on perceptions of the meaning of life as an athlete with a disability, social support, negative experiences, and motivation.
