The implementation of hospital accreditation is a policy used to measure whether the standards set by the government have been met by a hospital, besides that another function of hospital accreditation is that it can be used as an accountability for the quality of services provided. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between hospital accreditation and the quality of health services. Literature Review design was chosen as the design to conduct this research, the databases used are Elsevier, google scholar, PubMed, and Sinta. Hospital accreditation has an influence on the quality of service in the hospital, where the higher the accreditation of a hospital, the better the quality of health services. There are several factors that can improve both variables, including the use of information technology, patient assessment, drug use management, patient and family education, control and prevention of infectious diseases, facility management.

Most of people in the world are familiar with smart phones or smartphones, and because of their very complete and practical uses, smartphone users are always increasing every year. Smartphones are used for various types of activities such as for social media, for entertainment such as playing games, doing office work, even personal matters such as financial management applications. In connection with the problems above, the researchers tried to design an application entitled Beber Village Community Complaints. In designing this application, the author uses the SDLC Waterfall model method, which is carried out step by step in accordance with the procedures in the Waterfall method. The admin application is built using the Codeigniter Framework version 3 with the PHP programming language. While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version. This application will exchange information between the community and the village and between the village and the community. This application aims to make it easier for both the community and the village in exchanging information, which then the information data can be stored intact in the database

Background: Stroke is a neurological disease that is often found and stroke management must be done quickly and appropriately. Stroke has various impacts, one of which is paralysis of the limbs or disability. Purpose : to analyze articles related to increasing motor strength in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients by gripping a rubber ball. The search strategy used two electronic databases, namely: Pubmed and Google Scholar and following the PRISMA (Preffered Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis) protocol with a publication range of 2012-2019, obtained 10 articles that matched the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Methods: systematic review is used in this research method by searching for article topics based on the database: Pubmed and Google Scholar according to the PRISMA diagram. The diagram includes identification, eligibility, screening, and determination of articles that enter the inclusion criteria. Furthermore, the articles that have been found will be reviewed systematically using the Joana Brigg Institute Check list (JBI). The search for articles for identification began in April-June 2020 with a range of 2012-2019 in each database. The three keywords used in the article search consisted of: motor strength, non-hemorrhagic stroke, gripping a rubber ball. Article searches are also performed by combining words using the AND keyword; OR. Results: the study showed that stroke patients with upper extremity weakness after gripping a rubber ball therapy will experience an increase in muscle strength when they do exercise frequently. Conclusion: rubber ball gripping exercise can be used as a nursing intervention in providing nursing care. Rubber ball gripping exercise is also a rehabilitation program that aims to make non-hemorrhagic stroke sufferers achieve the maximum possible functional ability and prevent complications and recurrent strokes. The exercise program must also be structured and focused on doing more repetitions of exercise 2 times a day for 8 days so that the exercises carried out can achieve the expected results, so that it can lead to an increase in muscle strength properly.

One of the important aspects of the digitization of customary law is the creation of a comprehensive digital database. The purpose of this study is to show that this approach not only results in richer and more authentic documentation, but also empowers communities to be active in the process of preserving their own culture. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that the digitization of customary law has great potential not only to preserve valuable cultural heritage, but also to revitalize and make customary law more relevant in facing the challenges of the 21st century.

Perhitungan harga pokok produksi (HPP) adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam menjalankan kegiatan usaha dan salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan  untuk menentukan harga jual produk. Selain itu perhitungan harga pokok produksi dapat menunjukan besar laba yang diperoleh dari setiap produknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi dan harga jual dari setiap produk di UMKM Empat Bintang.  Perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang digunakan adalah metode harga pokok proses (Process costing method), sedangkan untuk penentuan harga jual produk menggunakan metode cost plus pricing. Sistem informasi penentuan harga pokok produksi dibutuhkan untuk penentuan harga jual produk yang tepat, menghitung biaya produksi yang dibebankan setiap produk supaya mengetahui perolehan laba yang sesungguhnya. Rancang bangun sistem informasi perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan bahasa pemrograman Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2010, XAMPP sebagai server dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sitem informasi ini yaitu dapat memperhitungkan harga pokok produksi sesuai jenis produk 

SAE Kerupuk Bawang adalah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) yang bergerak dalam bidang kuliner (makanan). Pengelola SAE Kerupuk Bawang hanya mencatat pengeluaran dan pemasukan secara global serta tidak menggunakan perhitungan yang terperinci sehingga dalam menentukan laporan masih dikatakan belum memenuhi standar akuntansi. Penulisan laporan keuangan perlu diperhatikan karena akan berpengaruh pada perhitungan rasio untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Perbandingan rasio menggunakan metode Profitabilitas yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba. Sistem informasi untuk pengolahan harga pokok produksi dan laporan keuangan dibutuhkan perusahaan untuk menghetahui perbandingan rasio, sehingga dapat mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi perbandingan rasio laporan keuangan dengan bahasa pemrograman Visual Studio .Net 2010, XAMPP sebagai server, dan MySQL sebagai database. Hasil yang diperoleh dari sistem informasi ini yaitu dapat memperhitungkan perbandingan rasio laporan keuangan periode bulan ini dengan periode bulan sebelumnya 

Di lingkungan Polri, Polsekta/Polsek mempunyai peranan penting dalam melindungi, membina, melayani dan menegakkan hukum di lingkungan masyarakat Polsek Tegowanu. Oleh karena itu, Polsek Tegowanu dituntut untuk dapat melayani masyarakat dimana salah satu tugas pokok Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah sebagai pelayan masyarakat. Sebagai salah satu aparat penegak hukum, Nasional Sistem agenda kerja yang lama masih menggunakan cara manual dan memakan banyak waktu serta dengan sistem tersebut akan memperlambat kinerja anggota Polsek. Dokumentasi kegiatan yang dilakukan Petugas Polsek Tegowanu tidak dapat dilihat oleh Kapolsek dan anggota, karena dokumentasi foto hanya disimpan di komputer petugas. Permasalahan lainnya adalah belum adanya penyimpanan data data kegiatan masyarakat dan jadwal kegiatan, karena tidak adanya penyimpanan pada database sehingga pengolahan data belum terintegrasi dengan baik. Dengan dirancangnya sistem informasi Kegiatan Berbasis Kinerja dengan Metode Berorientasi Objek di Polsek Tegowanu Resort Grobogan diharapkan dapat membantu pengolahan data agar lebih terintegrasi dengan baik serta proses pelaporan dan pengambilan data menjadi lebih cepat jika sewaktu-waktu data diperlukan. dan membuat sistem yang terintegrasi dengan database. Informasi yang akan dibangun dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan dan pengiriman informasi serta kegiatan Polsek Tegowanu kepada Kapolsek.

This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

This research was carried out by comparing the DS18B20 sensor and the MLX 90614 sensor to detect the accuracy of detecting human body temperature which is used to detect Covid 19 symptoms. In this experiment, 10 trials were carried out with different human segments detected using the sensor. In the experiment, it was found that the MLX90614 sensor is more suitable to be used for development with an IoT-based system because it does not need to come into contact with the skin of the human body. The MLX90614 sensor will detect the temperature and change it to one Celsius unit then send it to the firebase database which will then be picked up by the android application which is held by the security officer so that the temperature can be known remotely. When the temperature is more than 38.5 Celsius it will turn on the buzzer sound which can be heard from a distance which indicates the temperature is above 38.5 Celsius and on android will also display a danger sign

This research explores the utilization of virtual reality (VR) in educational settings and examines current trends, future directions, benefits, and challenges associated with its implementation. The purpose of this library research is to provide an overview of the existing literature on VR and educational research, highlighting the potential of VR technology to enhance traditional teaching methods and improve student engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. The method used for this research is a comprehensive review and analysis of relevant scholarly articles, books, and reports from academic databases and libraries. The results indicate that VR has been utilized in educational research to create immersive and interactive learning experiences, personalize instruction, bridge the gap between abstract concepts and concrete understanding, and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. VR also presents challenges such as cost, accessibility, curriculum integration, teacher training, technical limitations, health and safety concerns, privacy, and ethics. However, the research concludes that with careful planning, adequate resources, and proper support, VR has the potential to revolutionize education and prepare students for a technologically advanced future. Further research and innovation in areas such as immersion, AI integration, collaboration, assessment, accessibility, and ethics are recommended to fully leverage the benefits of VR in educational settings.

Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information

The advantage of the system that will be made is that it provides an administrative information system for paying school fees so that it can make it easier to perform data processing and data retrieval. With an administrative information system that has been integrated in a database, it will facilitate the process of financial calculations and the existence of a Client Server-based school administrative information system will connect between sections, namely the administrative section, school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation making it easier to access financial information. school any time

ABSTRACT With the rapid development of technology, the role of information systems is very important. One of the organizations that feel the benefits of an information system is government agencies. The process of deleting fixed assets is still using Microsoft Excel so its performance is still not effective. The problem that arises is when recording assets that will be deleted but the physical condition of the assets does not exist and another problem is that there are still many unrecorded assets for deletion so that employees have to look for asset data and become ineffective. This problem can be solved by designing an information system for the disposal of fixed assets using the waterfall and web-based model, the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used is the UML (Unified Modelling System) system modelling, namely Activity Diagrams and Use Case Diagram. The design of this information system aims to assist BPKAD employees in handling the asset write-off process and producing the required reports.   Abstrak Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang pesat, peran sistem informasi menjadi sangat penting. Salah satu organisasi yang merasakan manfaat adanya sistem informasi yaitu instansi pemerintahan. Proses penghapusan pada aset tetap masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kinerjanya masih belum efektif. Masalah yang muncul yaitu ketika pencatatan aset yang akan dilakukan penghapusan tetapi kondisi fisik asetnya tidak ada dan masalah lainnya yaitu masih banyak aset yang tidak tercatat untuk dilakukan penghapusan sehingga para pegawai harus mencari data aset tersebut dan menjadi tidak efektif. Masalah tersebut dapat diatasai dengan merancang sistem informasi penghapusan aset tetap dengan menggunakan model waterfall dan berbasis web, bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Metode yang digunakan  yaitu permodelan sistem UML (Unified Modelling Sistem) yaitu  Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram. Perancangan sistem informasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu pegawai BPKAD dalam menangani proses penghapusan aset dan menghasilkan laporan yang dibutuhkan.

The Literature Review research aims to find out whether nutritional status influences physical fitness in students by using secondary data, namely previous research journal articles. The data collection technique uses the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis) method. Searching for journal articles in literature reviews uses methodology with the criteria (1) Searching for journal article data to be reviewed according to the research title, (2) Research variables used according to writing needs, (3) Searching for articles with a time period of 2018-2022 or a period of 5 years, (4) The results of the research are measured validly, (5) Data analysis is analyzed appropriately. The database used by researchers was from Google Scholar Eric Journal and Taylor and Francis with keywords (the relationship between "nutritional status" and physical fitness). From the results of the literature review conducted, it shows that the results of the research show that the variables (1) nutritional status have a relationship with physical fitness in students, (2) there are significant results between nutritional status and physical fitness in students due to several influencing factors.

Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) merupakan organisasi yang dibentuk untuk membantu memajukan pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Indonesia. BWI dapat membentuk perwakilan di provinsi, kabupaten atau kota sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kecamatan Rangkasbitung merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berada di bawah naungan BWI perwakilan Kabupaten Lebak. Pendataan tanah wakaf di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung saat ini belum terorganisir dengan baik. Masih banyak tanah wakaf yang belum memiliki akta wakaf dan belum dikelola dengan baik. Hal ini menimbulkan kesulitan dalam pencarian lokasi tanah wakaf tersebut. Untuk membantu penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dibangun aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) Pemetaan Tanah Wakaf berbasis Web di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini adalah prototype. Aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter, GeoJSON dan LeafletJS, untuk database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil dari analisis persebaran ini berupa peta digital web untuk pengetahui informasi lokasi tanah wakaf secara lebih tepat, sehingga dapat membantu untuk melakukan pencarian lokasi tanah wakaf menjadi lebih mudah. This study was conducted to examine the effect of financial inclusion and bank profitability. The data test method is done manually, which is obtained from the Bloomberg database and the annual reports of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2017-2019 period with a total sample of 17 banks. The data from this study are included in the type of panel data and the data processing technique used is in the form of Least Square Analysis (OLS) using SPSS version 23. The results show that the amount of loans and the number of automated teller machines (ATMs) have a negative and significant effect on bank profitability. meanwhile, the number of bank branches has a positive and significant impact on the profitability of banks in Indonesia.  

Kemajuan teknologi informasi diharapkan dapat menjadi alat yang dapat membantu proses pengelolaan data. Pengelolaan dan penggunaan data yang tersistematis dapat menghasilkan informasi yang rinci. Pengelolaan data yang baik dapat meningkatkan kualitas informasi yang diolah. Pada perancangan database, terdapat hal-hal penting yang harus diperhatikan, diantaranya adalah constraint, type data dan relasi yang dibutuhkan untuk masing-masing table yang ada pada database. Constraint, type data, dan relasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan performasi dari database yang dimiliki. Fokus pembahasan pada paper kali ini adalah optimisasi table dari database yang digunakan pada aplikasi pencatatan keuangan digital. Optimasi yang akan dilakukan pada penelitian ini mencangkup optimasi penggunaan constraint yang tepat untuk setiap kolom untuk masing-masing table yang ada pada sistem pencatatan keuangan digital yang ada, selain constraint, hal yang dilakukan adalah optimasi untuk type data yang sesuai untuk masing-masing kolom yang ada pada setiap tabel database. Pada tahap percobaan nantinya database yang ada akan di ekspor ke dalam database MySQL menggunakan aplikasi XAMPP. Data yang akan digunakan untuk pengujian sebesar 1.585 data catatan keuangan yang dilakukan user melalui aplikasi.

Pencucian pakaian dan layanan dry cleaning, yang saat ini dapat dijalankan di rumah atau melalui bisnis yang tersedia, menjadi semakin populer. Hal ini telah menyebabkan persaingan sengit di industri ini. Untuk mengatasi persaingan ini, diperlukan usaha untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan layanan pencucian pakaian dengan menggunakan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Tujuan utamanya adalah menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada, serta efektif mengelola data pelanggan dan keuangan bisnis pencucian pakaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang menggunakan metode CRM untuk meningkatkan interaksi yang positif dan nyaman dengan pelanggan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, bahasa pemrograman seperti PHP dan HTML digunakan, dengan penggunaan database PostgreSQL dan framework Laravel. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang kompatibel dengan penerapan metode CRM, memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam mencari informasi tentang layanan pencucian pakaian. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk terus meningkatkan penggunaan metode CRM agar interaksi dengan pelanggan dapat lebih aktif dan efektif.
