Leadership is a complex and unique phenomenon of social interaction, anyone will show leadership behavior when interacting in a format that influences others. Even in personal capacity, in the human body there is capacity or potential as a controller, which essentially facilitates a person to be able to lead himself.This research journal was conducted at SMKS Sagaranten which is located on the cigadog highway km.2 sagaranten sukabumi and produces the influence of the principal's leadership to increase the quantity of students.Leadership is often given the meaning of degree of influence, while the leader is the person who has the most potential to influence. Leaders who cannot actualize their influence do not have the character of true leadership. Then we must know how educational leadership is so the purpose of this article is to dig deeper into leadership and complete the task. Articles are made with techniques for gathering resources such as reading material and books on leadership.So that we can draw the conclusion that educational leadership as "one ability and process of influencing, guiding, coordinating and mobilizing other people who are related to the development of the science of education and the implementation of education and teaching, so that the activities carried out can be more efficient and effective in achieving educational and teaching goals.

The Bogor District Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperative Service will assist cooperatives and micro, small and medium enterprises in the Bogor district to meet licensing requirements and build their capacity. Facilitation of halal certification licensing, food safety counseling certification, digital and packaging training, and development of new entrepreneurs for micro, small and medium enterprises in Bogor Regency. To find out the influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency, and to find out the effect of the work environment on employee performance and to find out the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in Bogor Regency. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research is 77 employees. the sampling technique used random sampling, the data collection technique used primary data and the data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS 25 application. Based on the results of this study it shows that Leadership Style has a partial effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment has a partial effect on Employee Performance. Then Leadership Style and Work Environment together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on employee performance.    

The problems that exist in the Pekalongan Regency Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Office (Disporapar) on the one hand are problems in the organisational structure, especially in charge of Tourism, which has no sub-fields, even though the workload is very high. Another problem is that many tasks in the tourism sector have not been handled properly, such as the implementation of the licensing process and public services in the tourism sector, the implementation of qualifications and administration of tourism services, coordination and formulation of standards, norms and tourism promotion, and facilitation of tourism product development and the tourism business world and the creative economy in the tourism sector. On the other hand, it is a heavy responsibility for Disporapar to coordinate, communicate and socialise due to the low participation of the community to become "people aware of tourism".The purpose of the study was to analyse efforts to develop institutional capacity in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. Analyse the factors that hinder and support capacity development efforts in public services in the field of tourism in Disporapar Pekalongan Regency. The data used are primary and secondary data. With data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques through four stages that must be passed, namely information collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.Based on the results of the analysis of the above research, the conclusion is that first, the development of institutional capacity in coordinating public services in the tourism sector at the Pekalongan Regency Disporapar is not yet sufficient internally, such as budget improvement, improvement of organizational structure, recruitment of human resources apparatus, and provision of infrastructure facilities. Second, externally, there has been no development and improvement of tourism objects that are adequate for the consumption of local and foreign tourists in Pekalongan Regency. Thirdly, there is a lack of participation and awareness of the people to form "Rakyat Sadar Wisata" groups, but more people are not aware of tourism, so there is still "robbery" and destruction of tourist attraction facilities, illegal parking in tourist attraction areas, inadequate number and condition of tourist attraction facilities, and a lack of investors. However, there is a relief in the support from the Provincial and Central Governments as well as the availability of large areas of coastal, inland and mountainous land in Pekalongan Regency and the many potential natural resources in Pekalongan Regency that have not been utilised. The Broiler Chicken business owned by Andien, belonging to Mrs. Tri Winarti, initially operated with a capacity of 12,000 chickens and planned to expand to 24,000 chickens. This study aims to assess the sustainability of the development of Andien's Broiler Chicken farm to 24,000 chickens from a financial perspective. Financial analysis was conducted through calculations of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the expansion of Andien's Broiler Chicken business from 12,000 chickens to 24,000 chickens is a viable step based on the scenario calculations. The Payback Period (PP) is 1.31 periods, indicating a quick payback of investment as PP is less than 12 periods. The calculation results show an NPV value of Rp 4,936,714,867 using a 6% discount rate (based on the 2023 BRI KUR interest rate), and if using a 7% discount rate (based on the 2023 Mandiri KUR interest rate), the NPV would be 4,633,045,331. The presence of a positive NPV indicates the viability of this business development. The calculated IRR value reaches 22.26%, exceeding the 6% discount rate. The feasibility of the business is also supported by a BCR value of 1.09, where a ratio above 1 indicates the viability of the business.

In the current era of globalization and digital, fast, precise and accurate information services are needed. One of the technologies that must be applied in government agencies is the implementation of e-government which refers to the development of national e-government, and is adapted to the conditions that exist in each government agency. The aim of this e-government is to improve the quality of service and especially to realize the smart city which is currently being discussed. One of the districts that has recently implemented a smart city is the South Tapanuli district. So that in this study an analysis of the application of e-government in realizing smart cities will be carried out with the aim of knowing the process of implementing e-government policies, implementing smart cities that focus on the community, and to find out the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of e-government. The results of the study explain that the implementation of e-government in South Tapanuli district is indeed very effective in realizing smart cities in the midst of increasingly sophisticated technological developments. This is shown by the achievement of smart city aspects, although not optimal. In the implementation of e-government there are still a number of weaknesses, obstacles and challenges because the implementation in South Tapanuli district is still relatively new. These obstacles include the inadequate availability of human resources, the level of public capacity regarding e-government is still very low. Supporting factors for e-government implementation are full government support through regulations and established financial support.

Tunneling construction is important to get more attention because considering the magnitude of the risks from this work such as the instability of the carrying capacity of the soil around the construction which can cause collapse during dredging or installation of tunneling walls, or and other problems such as lack of oxygen intake for workers who are carrying out tunneling excavations , the presence of toxic and flammable gases, or falling objects that can result in minor accidents or even death. The purpose of this study is to make a visual assessment through certain media (photos/videos) that can be done quickly regarding the existing conditions of the environment/work, whether the work carried out meets work safety standards, work safety regulations and so on. Rapid assessment can assume that what happened in the field at that time was a reflection of previous work. From the results of the study there were 58 variables which were divided into 4 main variables which were assessed based on the WBS and 26 photos of the environment of the Manikin Dam Tunneling development project taken from several sides. Calculations were made using the results of data from 6 informants, resulting in a P(H | Ecomb) value of 0.932 or a probability of 93.2%, which means that the tunnel work according to the 6 informants was carried out safely. The final value obtained from the analysis is almost close to 1 and all the results of the analysis from the 6 informants are more than 67%.

This scientific study uses a descriptive methodology along with nursing care strategies to apply the "sipping ice cubes therapy" strategy to reduce thirst in CKD patients receiving hemodialysis. Somongari Village is a village in Purworejo Regency and currently Somongari Village is entering the tourist village development stage. However, there are obstacles that make the tourism village development program in Somongari Village less than optimal. These obstacles include not having properly implemented the tourism village roadmap listed in the Village RPJMD, the need to develop a network of partnerships with other parties to develop tourism villages, the need to strengthen village organizations (such as KWT, BUMDes and Karang Taruna). For this reason, a Community Service Program is being carried out with output targets: 1). There is a potential roadmap for agrotourism villages in the Somongari tourist village. 2). There is an increase in organizational capacity in the village in the context of managing and developing tourist villages in Somongari Village. Stages in activities: 1). Activity planning. The service team invited Pokdarwis administrators and the local village government. 2). Activity process. This stage is aimed at finding out the level of understanding of the mentoring participants along with feedback in the form of questions from the training participants who have received knowledge transfer regarding the potential of the village and what will be developed as a tourist village. 3). End of activity. Evaluation is carried out to measure the success of all mentoring programs. The activity success indicator was determined to be 80% of participants able to implement material to strengthen and improve the tourist village in Somongari Village.

Corruption and crime are endemic sociological events that occur with regular frequency in almost all countries on a global scale in varying degrees and proportions. The latest data shows that corruption is on the rise. Each country allocates domestic resources for the control and regulation of corruption and crime prevention. The strategies undertaken in order to fight corruption are often summarized in the term anti-corruption. In addition, global initiatives such as the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals also have targets that are expected to substantially reduce corruption in all its forms.

Increasingly sophisticated technological developments have an impact on the world of work, such as the world of Sharia accounting. This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of Islamic accountants in the digital era and the strategies carried out by state Islamic religious universities so that they can produce a generation of Islamic accountants who are able to keep up with this digitalization flow. The research method used is a qualitative approach and data sources were obtained through a literature review. The results of this study state that the influence of digital technology in the world of Sharia accounting will create opportunities and challenges that Sharia accountants must be prepared to face. Starting from the opportunity for a new work system for the Islamic accounting profession itself to the challenges that later Islamic accountants must be ready to compete with sophisticated technology. It is a big record for every agency that gave birth to a generation of Sharia accountants in the current era of digitalization. They are required to be able to produce a generation of accountants with quality, integrity, and capacity in their field. Therefore, several strategies that can be used include preparing quality human resources by preparing a platform for human resource development, increasing leadership and teamwork skills, and the need for new literacy to prepare more competitive Sharia accounting graduates.

The purpose of this study was to identify the management of Goa Boki Maruru, find out the facilities provided for Goa Boki Maruru and develop a model for the development of Goa Boki Maruru. The method in this study was the survey method, namely a research technique through direct observation of a symptom or gathering information through interview guides, questionnaires. The involvement of these various parties can be seen as sufficient in encouraging tourism. However, currently there is no synergy between stakeholders in tourism management activities. Then it has not yet facilitated the management of Boki Maruru tourism as well as regulation and funding as well as assistance and direction. The research results in the FGD also have not found implementation in management activities from the local government as a dimension of Geopark development. In the management development dimension, it was found that there was no monitoring, evaluation, conservation, education and creative economic improvement program from the Government, and there was still a lack of efforts to increase community capacity related to Boki Maruru tourism management. The dimension of developing community-based strengthening shows that there is no transparency and accountability in tourism management due to the lack of basic management and the basics of tourism management by community organizations. It is recommended that the Geopark development model be through: increasing social responsibility, utilizing digital media, increasing community HR cabality, implementing Boki Maruru management training programs for community tourism organizations, and increasing collaboration with academic and private stakeholders.

In this research, the writer or researcher uses qualitative researchers in order to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the subject or research topic. A proper qualitative approach involves analyzing and describing every source, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research emphasizes the depth of data obtained by researchers. The deeper and more detailed the data obtained, the better the quality of this qualitative research. So, qualitative research is a research approach used by the author to describe information and data analysis that is relevant to the topic of discussion.

This study aims to analyze the realization of the management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget is an important financial instrument in managing village finances to finance various development activities and public services at the village level. In this study, we use methods to study the implementation of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget management in different contexts. The data used includes the budget that has been allocated, the realization of expenses, and related financial reports. Apart from that, we also involved interviews with related parties such as village financial managers, village heads, and community members. The results of this study indicate that there are still some problems in managing the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Some of them are a lack of understanding of the budgeting process, weaknesses in monitoring and evaluating budget use, and low community participation in decision-making processes related to Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. In addition, there were also indications of misuse of funds and corrupt practices that needed to be followed up by the competent authorities. This study provides recommendations for improving the management of village budgets, including strengthening the capacity of village financial managers, increasing transparency and accountability in village financial reporting, and increasing participation the community in making decisions related to the management of the APBDes. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide valuable input for the village government and related stakeholders to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget management in order to realize sustainable development at the village level.

In order to work optimally, electric motors need a protection system that can protect them from threats. In this study, the protection system used is Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) which functions as an overload controller so that the electric motor is not easily burned or damaged. In this case, the TOR must be adjusted according to the capacity of each induction motor so that when an overload occurs, the TOR will automatically cut off the current flowing in the motor so that damage can be avoided. The TOR trip standards in this study uses the NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) standard with the method used, namely Research and Development (R&D) where this method is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The data collection was obtained through journals and books.

This paper discusses the industrialization strategy with a focus on the pattern of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Industrialization has become one of the important efforts to drive a country's economic growth. In the Indonesian context, SMEs and SMEs have a significant role in economic development and job creation. This paper outlines existing patterns in the SMI and MSMEs industry in Indonesia, and describes strategies that can be used to encourage the industrialization of these sectors. In this analysis, several important factors will be discussed, including government policy support, infrastructure development, access to capital and technology, and capacity building and training.

Deficit funding for the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) is an important challenge for the government in maintaining fiscal stability and supporting development policies. In order to find an effective funding alternative, the issuance of state bonds has become an option. This study aims to analyze the position of issuing state bonds as an alternative to funding the state budget deficit. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach by collecting data from various related sources. The analysis was carried out through a literature review, data from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance, and regulations regarding the issuance of Government Bonds. The results of the study show that the issuance of state bonds has several benefits as an alternative to financing the state budget deficit, namely diversifying government funding sources, reducing dependence on tax revenues and other income, providing flexibility in the schedule of interest and principal payments, in accordance with the government's financial capacity, attracting investor participation. institutional and retail, increasing financial market liquidity. APBN Deficit Funding is dominated by State Bonds, which of course the issuance of state bonds as an instrument for funding the APBN deficit makes fiscal space narrow. When the space for fiscal movement becomes limited, it means that the government faces limitations in collecting revenue or in managing government spending.
