This study aims to analyze the challenges and development strategies of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) located in low-income areas in Indonesia. MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, but in areas with low income levels, MSMEs face various constraints, such as difficulties in accessing adequate capital, technology, and management skills. To conduct this study, the researchers used a qualitative approach by collecting data from various sources of relevant scientific literature. The results showed that MSMEs in low-income settings face several key constraints, including difficulty accessing formal sources of financing, limited use of information technology, and low implementation of good business management practices, such as in marketing and financial record-keeping. To be able to develop MSMEs in low-income environments, comprehensive efforts are needed, such as facilitating MSME access to official funding sources, providing training and assistance in the use of information technology, and improving MSME skills in implementing good business management practices. In addition, the availability of skilled human resources, as well as innovation and creativity are also important factors in supporting the growth of MSMEs in low-income areas. By paying attention to these various aspects, it is expected that the development of MSMEs in low-income environments can run effectively and provide optimal benefits to the regional and national economy, through collaboration and synergy between MSMEs, government, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

This research aims to determine the influence of business networks and information technology on the performance of Sapu Lidi and Sapu Ijuk MSMEs in Medan Sinembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District. The sample for this research was 30 Broom Stick and Broom Fiber MSMEs in Medan Sinembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District. The analysis techniques used are Multiple Regression, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination. The analysis results were obtained using the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 16.064 + 0.290X1 + 0.101X2. The t value of the Business Network variable (X1) is 4.654 when compared to the t table value of 1.703. So the calculated t obtained is greater than the t table value or 4.654 > 1.703. Then it can also be seen that the sig value is smaller than the value 0.00 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that the variable 1,703. So the calculated t obtained is greater than the t table value or 2.025 > 1.703. Then it can also be seen that the sig value is smaller than the probability value of 0.00 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that the variable 00>0.05 and Fcount value 96.467>Ftable 2.96. R square (R2) or R square shows the coefficient of determination is 0.877, meaning that the percentage of Business Networks (X1) and Information Technology (X2) on increasing MSME performance is 87.7% while the remaining 12.3% is influenced by other variables not examined by the this research.

In this discussion the author uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach which makes it possible to answer questions that require absolute answers, namely by presenting the evidence that exists because absolute truth cannot be seen through mystical/prological thinking.

This research aims to find out about how business competition law is protected in e-commerce shopee and tiktok shop in Indonesia. The method used in this research is normative with a statutory approach and a case approach. Legal materials are collected through literature study, then analyzed prescriptively. The research results show that judging from the elements of Article 20 and Article 17 paragraphs (1) and (2) of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition, monopoly practices and unhealthy competition are not fulfilled so that flash sale marketing on the platform e-commerce shopee and tiktok shop cannot be said to be predatory pricing because there are several elements that are not fulfilled. This only results in tighter competition between e-commerce in Indonesia, both in increasing sales and also increasing the number of potential business actors.
