Green Economy is an economic approach that focuses on sustainable development and utilization of resources, by integrating economic, environmental, and social aspects by involving changes in mindset and lifestyle. With the expectation that people are expected to adopt sustainable behaviors and consumption such as reducing waste, supporting environmentally friendly products, and recycling. The main goals of a green economy are to reduce negative impacts on the environment, including reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, protection of biodiversity, conservation of water resources, and effective waste management.  Green economy not only focuses on environmental protection, but also involves social and economic aspects. This includes improving social welfare and improving quality of life through sustainable job creation, increased access to basic services, and community empowerment in decision-making that impacts the environment. There are several important aspects in realizing a green economy through policies and regulations to encourage the transition to a sustainable economy that considers environmental and social aspects that support the green economy in realizing the transition to a sustainable economy. The second is investment in renewable energy that uses energy such as solar power, wind power, hydroelectricity, biomass and geothermal energy. The third is sustainable infrastructure development, the fourth is community empowerment and the fourth is collaboration between the public and private sectors.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural conditions of the farming community in relation to children's education and the socio-economic conditions of the farming community in the village of Suro, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection tools used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study show that factors such as limited access to education, traditional belief in the local education system, and the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of formal education are challenges in improving the education of children in Suro Village. However, through joint efforts from the government, community and non-governmental organizations, such as increasing access to formal education, the role of parents in providing support and motivation, campaigns and outreach programs regarding the importance of formal education, can improve the education of children in Suro Village. It is hoped that these efforts can gain strong support from all parties to create a conducive educational environment for the children of Suro Village to prepare for their future. It is hoped that this article can provide an overview of the condition of children's education in farming communities in rural areas and become a reference for the development of sustainable education policies in Indonesia.

This kind of information system is developing so rapidly in all fields including in the health field. One of the evidence of the development of information systems especially in hospitals is electronic medical records. Thus, by folding electronic medical records with application or web bases will minimize the leakage of patient data to the general public. In addition, the use of these electronic medical records will make it easier for patients to register or access hospital services. The study uses a review literature study approach with several selected sources based on the established inclusion and exclusion criteria

The quality of Light Rail Transit (LRT) services in Pegangsaan Dua - Velodrome is the result of efforts by the Jakarta Provincial Government and LRT Jakarta to improve public transportation services in Jakarta. The development of LRT Jakarta began with the increasing demand from the community for safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation access. In the process of developing LRT, a service quality analysis is carried out to determine the extent to which LRT can meet the needs of the community and measure user satisfaction levels. This analysis is carried out using various methods such as user satisfaction surveys, direct observation, and analysis of LRT usage data. From the results of this analysis, it is expected that solutions can be found to improve the quality of LRT services so that they can meet the increasing needs and satisfaction of users.

Street vendors are traders who usually display their wares and sell by utilizing public spaces in the community. Therefore, public space certainly becomes something meaningful for these street vendors. However, unfortunately, as a street vendor who has never officially obtained permission from the government to have the freedom to use this public space as their selling stall, the potential for eviction will continue to exist and threaten their existence and the activities they carry out. Therefore, it is necessary to have concrete solutions prepared, provided and offered by the government so that they can regain their rights as part of society to use and access public spaces or the environment in order to make a living and survive. The existing solutions must be in the form of things and points that benefit any party and not just one side, but the entire community and the government and the country itself. In this case, the government is significantly trying to find a solution and so are the street vendors themselves to prepare life defense strategies both in the social and economic fields so as to avoid a decline or impact that can be caused if at any time evictions or relocations are carried out.

This study aims to determine the role of information technology in public sector accounting in preventing fraud that occurs in public sector organizations. The research conducted was a literature review research based on articles appropriate to the research topic for further analysis. The result of this research is that there are fraud prevention methods which include technical strategies and preventive strategies. The technical strategy includes efforts to prevent fraud through the use of privacy officer services, IoT access, managing data access, establishing timely reporting, and controlling data in real time. The preventive strategy is in the form of developing a fraud detection system that is run using machine algorithms, data mining, and meta learning methods.

The smart city action plan for the city of Denpasar Bali includes: 1) human resources 2) nfrastructure, 3) applications, and 4) smart city literacy. Meanwhile, in building a smart city there are six pillars, namely smart governance, smart society, smart living, smart economy, smart environment, and smart branding. In 2020 Denpasar City ranks 1st Smart City with Surakarta in the framework of the movement program towards 100 Smart Cities Indonesia.The 2021 Electronic-Based Government System Index is 3.19 which is in the good category and is in the Top 5 RKCI that year.  The Denpasar Bali City Communication, Information and Statistics Service (Kominfos) has taken several steps to implement e-government in realizing a smart city. Some of these steps include building an e-gov portal, increasing accessibility, using the right technology, establishing partnerships with the private sector, developing mobile applications. By implementing e-gov and developing a smart city, the Denpasar-Bali City Communication and Informatics Agency is able to improve the quality of public services, facilitate public access to information and public services, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of the Denpasar city government.  

     A large body of research on library marketing, published in open access journals and included in open access databases such as Google Scholar, needs to be evaluated. Bibliographic analysis becomes a parameter for evaluating research results to determine the relationship between science and technology, map a particular scientific field, and monitor the development of new knowledge in a particular scientific field. The purpose of this study is to map the evolution of library marketing research indexed in Google Scholar, analyze topics related to library marketing, and identify researchers who have worked on those topics. In this research, a qualitative method based on the theme analysis approach is adopted as a data analysis method. This study uses the Publish or Perish (PoP) application to collect research data obtained from studies indexed by the keyword "library marketing" in Google Scholar. This sample was determined by screening publications in the form of journal articles published between 2018 and 2023. Study data were analyzed using the VOSviewer application. The relationship between library marketing and strategy is illustrated by the keyword mapping results in the article titled "Library Marketing Mix Strategy for the Digital Age." It was also noted that a library marketing study was conducted by 20 researchers from 2019 to 2023.

Marketing strategy is a plan to increase influence over the market, both in the short and long term, based on market research, product strategy, price, promotion and distribution sites. Purchase intention is part of the behavioral component in consumption attitudes, the tendency of respondents to act before buying decisions are actually implemented. Meanwhile, repurchase intention is a purchase intention based on past purchasing experience. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence sharia marketing strategies, determine sharia marketing strategies and to determine the impact of sharia marketing strategies in increasing people's buying interest in online business. This research is included in qualitative research, meaning that this research produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from the people and the observed behavior. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which means that the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, and not in the form of numbers. The results of the study show that the factors that influence sharia marketing strategy are competitors, technology, network, finance, goods and access. Then, the sharia marketing strategy for online business is product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion. The impact of the sharia marketing strategy on online business is that it can increase sales and public buying interest in online sales.

Fear of dental care is a common problem that can hinder people's access to optimal dental health services. In Panakkukang District, Makassar City, this phenomenon often causes delays or avoidance of dental care, which ultimately has the potential to worsen the community's dental and oral health conditions. This study aims to reduce fear of dental care through a comprehensive psychological approach and community education. The methods used in this study involve providing education to the community through dental health counseling, as well as the application of psychological techniques such as relaxation and desensitization techniques to help overcome fear. Education is delivered through socialization activities at various strategic points in Panakkukang District, while psychological techniques are applied in clinical situations and in community-based simulations. The results of the study showed that this approach significantly reduced the level of fear of dental care among the local community. Participants reported increased knowledge about the importance of dental care and decreased anxiety levels when having to undergo dental care procedures. In conclusion, the approach that combines community education with psychological interventions has proven effective in reducing fear of dental care in Panakkukang District, Makassar City. Therefore, it is recommended that similar programs be implemented in other areas to improve community access to better dental health services.

It is easy for the public to access information through various media, and one of these media is YouTube. With the ease of dissemination of information, the development of the Korean Wave in Indonesia is growing rapidly. Many young people are fond of various things about the Korean Wave and imitate the Korean Wave lifestyle. One of the content creators who provides information on Korean culture on YouTube is the SunnydahyeIn channel. This channel provides various information about Korean idols and also Korean lifestyle or culture. There are several lifestyle indicators, namely: (1) style of dress; (2) speaking style; and (3) consumption culture. This study aims to find out the perceptions of members of the Jogja K-poper community which were formed by exposure to information on Korean lifestyle and culture through the SunnydahyeIn YouTube channel, which led to a change in lifestyle within them. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the SunnydahyeIn YouTube media channel has a role in shaping the perceptions of Jogja K-Poper communication members on the Korean Wave lifestyle and Korean culture.

The research focused on the quality of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services in kupang city. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation and quality model of whatsapp-based online services in population administration services. The theory used is the theory of online service quality proposed by parasurahman with the variables of efficiency, fullfilment, system availability, privacy. The research design used qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed that the implementation of quality whatsapp-based online services was seen from service efficiency, ease of access and a simple mechanism; fullfilment, a fast and free service period; system availability, the internet network support; and privacy, the end-to-end encrypted whatsapp. The obstacle is there are no regulations, infrastructure facilities are still limited, just using one smartphone for one service where the smartphone capacity is limited for document transactions. Then there is still a lack of government socialization. Therefore, the model that needs to be carried out by the population and civil registry office of kupang city is to make a regulation for the mayor of kupang. It is necessary for the government to be responsible for providing computers for whatsapp online, and conducting wider socialization to the public.    

Environmental issues in Bumi Ayu Subdistrict are characterized by a low level of public awareness and understanding of the impacts of environmentally unfriendly behaviors, including the use of single-use plastics, water pollution, and waste burning. This condition presents a significant challenge to the implementation of sustainable development at the community level. This community service activity aims to enhance community participation in environmental conservation and to strengthen social awareness of sustainable development. The methods employed include interactive presentations and the development of informational media as accessible and effective educational tools. The results indicate an improvement in community understanding of the relationship between daily behaviors and environmental degradation, accompanied by the emergence of collective awareness and active participation in environmental conservation initiatives such as waste management and greening programs. Overall, this activity contributes to encouraging behavioral change toward environmentally responsible practices within the framework of sustainable social development.

Democratic country has an obligation to ensure the fulfillment of its citizens’ rights, including access to quality public services. However, in Indonesia, the quality and effectiveness of public services currently face significant challenges, as evidenced by the decline in service standards. This study highlights the importance of psychological capital in improving job performance among public service employees, with job engagement as a mediating factor. Utilizing quantitative methods and convenient sampling, this study involved 317 participants. The variables were measured using the Individual Job Performance Questionnaire, Psychological Capital Questionnaire, and Utrecht Job Engagement Scale. The results showed that psychological capital predicts job performance, psychological capital predicts job engagement, and job engagement predicts job performance. In addition, this study showed that job engagement mediates the relationship between psychological capital and job performance. Therefore, increasing psychological capital and job engagement can improve the quality of public services, which has a positive impact on public trust and welfare.

And that was born from the process of modernizing Islamic education which began in the early 20th century. In line with the development of social and economic institutions, the Muslim modern elite mostly live in cities, are highly educated, have religious knowledge, work in the New Order bureaucracy and in various secular modern institutions, the social and religious position of the modern Muslim elite makes them have social access. and strong politics. And they spread a lot to membership in the DPR both through Islamic and nationalist parties such as Golkar and others.

Basic education is a fundamental right for every child, yet disparities in access to education persist in various regions, including Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi. This study aims to map the disparities in access to basic education in Baubau and evaluate the outreach efforts undertaken to raise public awareness of the importance of education. The research employs a combination of field surveys, interviews with education stakeholders, and analysis of spatial and demographic data to assess the current situation and the impact of existing interventions.The findings of the research reveal significant disparities in educational access between urban and rural areas, with rural regions facing greater challenges. Key factors influencing these disparities include inadequate infrastructure, a shortage of qualified teachers, and the economic challenges faced by families in remote areas, which limit children's ability to attend school regularly. Furthermore, there is a lack of community awareness regarding the importance of education, which exacerbates the problem.

This increase in the elderly population makes the government need to formulate policies and programs aimed at elderly population groups so that they can play a role in building public health. One of the government policies is that health services are provided at health centers, such as providing good and quality services, giving priority to elderly people and providing safe and easily accessible facilities, providing support or guidance to the elderly and their families on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. The study used a cross sectional analytic descriptive research method. The sample of respondents was 88 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed with the chi square statistical test. The results of the study were 68 respondents (77.3%) with the highest age, 73 respondents (83.0%) had the highest education. Chi square test results obtained p value <? 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of the Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. Suggestions are expected that the Puskesmas can use this research as one of the bases in health promotion for the elderly.. Kelurahan is one of the government agencies which is the spearhead in administrative services to the wider community, the Kaliwungu subdistrict is an administrative part of the Kaliwungu sub-district, Semarang Regency which is located at Jl. Raya Ampel –Simo KM 8, in the service and processing of population administration data in the Kaliwungu village, they still use the conventional method, namely the data is still stored separately in books, this of course has weaknesses such as when looking for data records, difficulties in making reports population that cannot be obtained immediately and the process of data collection and storage of population archive data that is still stored and recorded manually. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through the system design stages which were validated by experts and product prototypes that were field tested by involving users. Making a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) system application using the ALFRED method approach to analyze the system, the software used using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 as a design medium and as a programming language, and a SQL Server database as a storage medium. The final result of this research is a product prototype of a filing system using an electronic filing system (e-filing) which has been declared to be functioning properly so that it can produce useful information for the archiving process up to the stage of making reports, which can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. already exist, making it easier to re-access archives and provide public services with accurate and integrated information 

Cervical cancer is a malignancy in the cervix or cervical uterus. Efforts made to detect cervical cancer include cervical cancer screening with Inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influenced the interest in visiting the inspection of Visual Acetate (IVA) Inspection by Productive age women in Sipahutar Health Center in 2019. The type of this study was the Cross Sectional method. The population in the study was productive age women in Sipahutar Public Health Center. The eligible women were 4408 women and 96 women were taken as sample . The results of the study stated that there was a significant influence between age and interest in visiting; education; knowledge; access to information; health services; support of health and socio-cultural personnel with p value <0.05. The variable that most influenceing was the interest in IVA examination visits is access to information with a value of Rp. 95,615. It is hoped that productive age women will increase its knowledge about the dangers of cervical cancer and participate in the early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method at the health care facility.
