Development communication is a scientific discipline and communication practice in the context of developing countries, especially communication activities for planned social change. The priority of developments is activities to educate and motivate the community. In a board sense, development communication includes  the role and function of communication between all parties involved in development efforts. In this case, researchers got results from The Asam Beetle Crocodile Park in Medan. Not only that, the park has received official permission from the tourism office and currently its existence is very well known to the wider community, even to people outside Sumatera.

This study aims to analyze the role of the financial sector in poverty alleviation in Indonesia using annual data for the period 1980-2014. The ARDL cointegration approach is used to show the existence of a long-run trade-off between the financial sector and poverty alleviation. In addition, the Granger causality VECM method is also used to detect the direction of the causal relationship between the financial sector and poverty. In addition, to measure the time horizon and relative intensity of poverty in response to shocks experienced by the financial sector, impulse response functions (IRF) and variance decomposition (VDC) are used. Private sector money supply and domestic credit ratio are used as indicators of financial sector development, while poverty is measured by household consumption expenditure per capita and economic growth is measured by gross domestic product (GDP) per capita. The results show that there is a long-run relationship between the financial sector, economic growth and poverty alleviation in Indonesia. Furthermore, the results show that there is a two-way causal relationship between the financial sector and poverty. The contribution of money supply and private credit ratio to poverty shocks is positive. Therefore, to accelerate poverty alleviation, the government can adopt a policy that requires commercial banks to provide convenient lending conditions for the poor and the private sector.

Rubber latex is a raw material for Indonesia's strategic plantations and is the largest contributor to the country's foreign exchange after palm oil. Several places in Indonesia have land conditions that are suitable for rubber plantations, one of which is the rubber plantation owned by Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember. However, in recent years, income from Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember has continued to decline, so it is necessary to formulate an optimization strategy which is expected to have a positive impact and be able to increase rubber latex production in Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember. This research uses SWOT and QSPM analysis methods. The results of the research show that there are several factors that influence rubber latex production, both internal and external factors, from these factors several alternative strategies have been produced, including the use of protective umbrellas, producing high quality rubber raw materials, improving production facilities and infrastructure, optimizing technology. for production and promotion. A suitable strategy to be implemented at Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember is the use of protective umbrellas because the application is quite simple and can function to maintain the quality of production and the quality of rubber latex..    

Education is the key to the development of a nation. Education is carried out through efforts to determine all the natural strengths that children have, both as humans and as members of society, to achieve the highest safety and happiness. In line with this, the educational process should also be focused on the process of developing all human potential so that we can become ourselves with superior abilities and personalities so that we can create adequate resources. The method used in writing this article is a qualitative method. Qualitative research is research that looks at the perspective of social reality, namely by seeing the world as it is, therefore a qualitative researcher must be someone with an open mind. Basically, qualitative research has two objectives, namely: first, describing and revealing and second, describing and explaining. According to Ma'Tuf in M.Hatis, a gadget is a small technological electronic device or item that has a special function, but is often associated as an innovation or new item. A gadget among the public is no longer foreign, in this advanced era it is very sophisticated because the gadgets that are made are small and have many benefits and there are positive and negative sides to the use of gadgets. The use of gadgets in young children aged 5-6 years is indeed the use of gadgets It has a big influence on children because nowadays children are more concerned with playing with gadgets than studying and some of these children's families give their children a personal gadget.

Lamong Bay is one of the important water areas in Indonesia, located around the coastal area of ​​Surabaya, East Java. This area has high ecological and economic value because it functions as a sea transportation route and supports marine biota. So this research is intended to monitor the quality of sea water in Lamong Bay based on benthos and plankton bioindicators. Plankton and benthos are small organisms that live in waters and are very sensitive to environmental changes. The plankton sampling method involves using a plankton net to collect plankton samples from the waters. The grab and net sampling method is a method used to collect benthos samples from the bottom of the waters. The results that can be concluded from the analysis carried out in the waters of Lamong Bay, for the type and abundance of plankton, phytoplankton are 3 classes, namely Bacillariophyta (16 species), Cyanobacteria (2 species), and Euglenozoa (1 species), and zooplankton found include Arthropods Monacilla sp. and Nauplius, Ciliophora individuals include Favella sp. , Tintinnopsis sp. , Tintinnopsis sp. 2, Tintinnopsis sp. 3 as well as individual Rotifera including Notholca sp. Meanwhile, for Benthos, only Thiaridae was found.

Plants living in extreme environments have developed significant adaptations in their reproductive organs to survive and reproduce. This research explores the mechanisms of plant adaptation in extreme environments, discusses the implications for plant survival and reproduction, and identifies structural and functional changes in reproductive organs in response to environmental stress.    

Language is a communication tool used to express an idea or emotion. In linguistics, language is comprehensively explored with the aim of developing understanding and is also used for research. In analyzing the meaning of language, a pragmatic understanding is required. Pragmatics is a linguistic field that examines the interplay between the function and form of speech acts. This research primarily focuses on the analysis of expressive and directive speech acts. Expressive speech acts involve utterances that convey the feelings or thoughts experienced by the speaker. On the other hand, directive speech acts involve utterances intended to encourage or trigger action from the listener. This research aims to obtain, examine, and discuss a variety of speech acts found in educational science-themed videos on the YouTube channel "Kok Bisa?". This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a theoretical approach, namely a pragmatic approach. The data used consists of a number of utterances in the videos. The data collection technique used is observation and note-taking. Data analysis is carried out using distributional and correlational techniques. Data presentation is done formally and informally. The potential value of this study lies in its capacity to offer insights to the author and researchers concerning expressive and directive speech acts found in utterances. The practical benefits of this research will be obtained by those in the field of science, educators, learners, and language researchers as a basis, reference, and teaching material concerning expressive and directive speech acts found within utterances. In the science videos on the "Kok Bisa?" YouTube channel, 26 expressive speech acts and 36 directive speech acts were identified from nine selected videos. This analysis reveals that directive speech acts in the form of questioning dominate these videos, enabling two-way interaction through viewer comments.

The research method applied is a qualitative descriptive method with free-involved listening techniques followed by note-taking techniques. The results of the analysis carried out were that there were 66 utterances including illocutionary speech acts, which were classified into 17 representative speech acts, 21 directive speech acts, 19 expressive speech acts, 5 commissive speech acts, and 4 declaration speech acts. This research has broad benefits for understanding communication, language analysis, developing communication skills, and contributing to communication theory and related scientific disciplines.

PT LBP is a manufacturing company that provides products and services, especially specialists in the field of industrial tanks. The products made are dominated by products that function to support production processes in industry, for example Storage Tanks, Pressure Tanks, Silos, Heat Exchangers, and so on. In carrying out its work, PT LBP has a warehouse as a place to store goods, which is an area that functions to store goods or components and makes a very important contribution to the speed of a project. Currently, PT LBP still uses conventional methods in its goods storage system. There is still haphazard storage, there are no procedures for grouping types of goods, such as grouping types of high frequency goods and the like. Items included in the high frequency category are 4 inch grinding stones, 4 inch cutting stones, P80 plasma nozzles, welding wire and welding filler. This causes an irregular buildup of goods or components and even blocks the process of entering and exiting the road. Therefore, the 5S method is very suitable if applied to PT LBP, the 5S method will improve the system for structuring, sorting, cleaning and storing goods with the aim of reducing searching time for inventory in the warehouse storage area. The results of the design carried out were rearranging the placement of goods, cleaning goods, and implementing procedures in accordance with the 5S concept.

The aim of this research is to find out the role of the intranet in building effective collaboration in health services. This research method uses a theoretical study approach. The results of this research can play a role in using intranets in health services because they can speed up and simplify work processes and transactions at the hospital. So that the officers at the hospital can work more effectively and efficiently. Finally, the information produced will be timely and useful. It can be concluded that intranet integration in the healthcare sector is not just about the adoption of technology it is an evolution in the way healthcare is delivered. With this intranet, it can certainly provide more targeted, efficient and effective accessibility to patients. For health services, it is necessary to improve health services through the use of intranets where the need for intranet technology can play an important role in equalizing health services to remote areas and cities. So that it can effectively improve service quality.

Laboratory space is a place to store important assets, so security is an important factor. The application of technology is needed to help security in the laboratory space. In addition, with various technology options, it is necessary to consider human errors that often occur. The use of smart door access with a mechanism using a fingerprint sensor is determined due to security considerations and minimizing human error. Security is guaranteed because only registered fingerprints can access the room. The microcontroller uses Arduino Uno as a system driver that has been programmed in the Arduino IDE. The system works according to the function where the outer door uses a fingerprint sensor while the inner door uses a touch sensor to move the solenoid door lock. Three variations were carried out, namely clean fingers, dusty fingers and wet fingers to observe fingerprint performance. The fingerprint sensor works quickly when the finger is clean then the finger is wet and finally the finger is dusty. The length of time the solenoid door lock opens when the smart door access system is operated according to the settings in the Arduino IDE program.

The computer is one example of a technological tool that can be used. Regarding computers, we must first study in detail about programming algorithms that have applications and functions for us in education and everyday life. The purpose  of writing this article is to examine the application and function of programming algorithms. Then the writing of this article use the literature study method and library research, namely by studying systematically and structured about programming algorithms. Data collection is done by online books or offline books, reputable scientific journals and sources from Google Scholar, Digital Library, website research and so on. The result of writing this article is that the application or presentation of programming algorithms can be seen in examples of application in mathematics. Writing an algorithm is not bound by a certain rule, but it must be clear what it means for each step of the algorithm. Many functions are very important in programming algorithms. The main function of programming algorithms is to solve a problem. This algorithm is an important thing in the activity of making a program.

An orphanage is an institution that is known by the community to shape the development of children who do not have a family or who do not live with a family and provide social welfare services to orphans by carrying out sponsorship and reducing child neglect, providing substitute parent/guardian services for children. in meeting the physical, mental, and social needs of foster children. This study aims to describe the role of caregivers in fostering social behavior of children at the Annur orphanage in Pasanehan City. The research method used is a descriptive approach with qualitative data analysis. Data collection through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the caretaker of the orphanage has been considered as a family for every orphan where the caretaker of the orphanage has a function as a place to fulfill affection, physical education, and provide a view of life for children as well as a place to hide the values and norms that apply in society.

This research provides a theoretical examination of the implementation of the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) Information System to enhance the management of scholarly publications at the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) of Sebelas Maret University (UNS). SINTA, serving as a platform indexing and presenting information on scholarly publications, is the focal point of this study with the aim of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of scholarly publication management within the academic environment of LPPM UNS.The study commences by offering a theoretical overview of SINTA, encompassing its roles and primary functions in providing information on scholarly publications. Subsequently, the fundamental concepts of scholarly publication management are analyzed in detail, involving processes such as article submission, metadata management, and researcher performance monitoring at the institutional level.The significance of implementing SINTA in enhancing research visibility, real-time monitoring of researcher performance, and facilitating easy information access becomes a primary focus in identifying the benefits of this implementation. Additionally, case studies and examples of successful implementations at LPPM UNS will provide a concrete illustration of how SINTA can be effectively applied in the context of scholarly publication management.However, the study also includes an analysis of challenges and obstacles that may be encountered during the implementation process, including data security, accurate information availability, and integration with other existing information systems within the institution.Through this study, specific recommendations are expected to be generated for LPPM UNS to enhance the implementation of SINTA as a primary tool in scholarly publication management. The conclusions drawn from this study aim to provide deeper insights into the role of the Science and Technology Index Information System in improving the effectiveness and quality of scholarly publications at LPPM UNS.

The Purpose of Research on Seba baduy conducted by STKIP Sheikh Manshur students in Lebak Regency, aims to get to know more closely the Baduy community in preserving their culture in Seba baduy activities. The research method used is descriptive with a functional approach through data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The result of this research illustrates that Seba Baduy activity is the culmination of a ritual event conducted once a year which is intended to express gratitude to God and the government for the welfare of the Baduy community that has been produced in a period of one year. In addition, Seba Baduy activity has a ritual ceremony, this ceremony is a proof of customary recognition and aims to stay in touch between Kanekes community and the government both in the regency and province, namely to the regent and governor officials who informally become the leaders of Baduy community. The best time and date for the ceremony is chosen, especially after the harvest. The seba ceremony is a series of religious or belief systems of the Sunda Wiwitan religion adopted by the Kanekes community, so this ceremony must be carried out because it is an ancestral heirloom that must continue to be maintained and preserved which is passed on continuously to its children and grandchildren in a firm and binding manner. (Ayuna et al., 2021)

This study aims to find the function of Gordang sambilan in the wedding ceremony of the people of Tongah Village, Rao District, East Pasaman Regency.  This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, cameras and cellphones. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing data and inferring data. The results showed that in Tongah Village, Rao District, Pasaman Regency, there is a form of traditional art that has developed until now which is named after its supporting community as Gordang Sambilan music. The people of Tongah Village use Gordang Sambilan music for horja Godang traditional ceremonies as a function of emotional expression, entertainment function, communication function, physical reaction function, aesthetic pleasure function, symbolic representation function. Gordang sambilan music in Tongah Village can be enjoyed and used by all groups both in terms of age and in terms of social status.

The elderly is a process of the final stage of human life that will be lived by everyone. Cognitive function indicates the process of receiving, organizing and interpreting stimulus sensors to think and solve problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cognitive ability and the level of independence of Activity Of Daily Living (ADL) in the elderly in Singkil 1 sub-district 6 Manado city This research uses a correlational analytical method with the approach used is a time series, which is a type of data consisting of variables collected according to time sequence in a certain time span. The sample of this study amounted to 42 respondents using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection was taken using questionnaire sheets. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Chi-square statistical test with a significant level (α) of 0.05 The results showed that the most respondents' gender was women, namely 35 respondents with a percentage (83.3%), the most respondents did not attend school, namely 28 respondents with a percentage (66.7%), the most respondents' jobs as IRT were 35 respondents with a percentage (83.3%), and the results of statistical tests found a significant relationship between cognitive function and the level of independence of the elderly with p-value = 0.002

As one of the regions with extraordinary cultural wealth, West Java has a variety of arts and cultures that have been passed down from generation to generation. Saung Angklung Udjo is present as one of the realizations of the commitment to preserve and develop traditional arts. In its role, Saung Angklung Udjo not only functions as an art performance venue but also as a cultural literacy tool that plays an important role in maintaining and developing cultural wealth in West Java. Through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods (mixed methods), this research will try to explain that Saung Angklung Udjo is a cultural literacy tool that plays an important role in West Java. The results showed that based on the questionnaire results, 95.8% of Indonesians agreed with the statements contained in the questionnaire, which means that Saung Angklung Udjo has a very crucial role as a means of cultural literacy in West Java.
