The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

It can be seen from the graph that is processed based on data from the Indonesian Internet Service Providers Association (APJII) and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), that internet customers and users are increasing every year. The usefulness and benefits of the website include making it easier to exchange and update information with other internet users, and to be able to obtain up-to-date information. Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang merupakan pelajaran wajib dan harus diikiti dari jenjang sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi sesuai kurikulum yang berlaku di Indosesia saat ini. Persoalan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris adalah sulitnya siswa menerima bahasa kedua yaitu bahasa Inggris dan pendidik yang bukan native speaker, sehingga terkadang pembelajaran yang disampaikan mengalami human error. Dalam mentransformasikan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris melalui media pembelajaran diharapkan mampu mengurangi kebosanan, sulit dalam memahami pembelajaran dan mengurangi human error. Metode dengan menggunakan media sebagai alat transformasi pembelajaran, salah satunya melalui permaianan, slide, dan gambar-gambar yang menarik. Melalui metode tersebut perubahan siswa dalam menerima pembelajaran lebih baik sesuai dengan indikator pada tiap-tiap tingkat pembelajaran. Selain iti siswa bergairah untuk belajar, dapat berinteraksi yang lebih langsung antara anak didik dengan lingkungan dan kenyataan dan semangat belajar sendiri-sendiri sesuai kemampuan dan minat masing-masing.

Kitab kuning sebagai rujukan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Thailand Selatan umumnya menggunakan bahasa Arab dan Melayu yang di tulis dengan tulisan jawi. Hal ini bertolak belakang dengan bahasa yang digunakan mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mereka setiap harinya berbahasa melayu yang berbeda dengan buku-buku agama yang dipelajari Bahasa melayu mereka telah sedikit tercampur dengan bahasa Thailand. Pada pendidikan formal dari jenjang sekolah dasar semua pelajaran akademik menggunakan bahasa resmi kerajaan Thailand disatu sisi mereka harus mempelajari buku agama yang berbahasa berbeda. Bahasa inilah yang menjadi kendala mereka dalam mempelajari kitab kuning. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: 1) Upaya guru bahasa Arab dalam dalam menumbuhkan pemahaman isi kitab kuning bagi pelajar Ahmadi Wittaya Foundation School, 2) Faktor-faktor penyebab kurang fahamnya pelajar dalam mempelajari kitab kuning dan cara guru mengajar kitab kuning di Ahmadi Wittaya Foundation School. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penilitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian naturalistik. teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan tekknik Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Dalam teknik analisis data menggunakan Reduksi, Penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa 1) upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru bahasa Arab cukup maksimal, adapun metode yang digunakan, Tazwidul Mufrodat, Muthola’ah, Muhaddatsah dan Imla’ telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dalam membelajarkan pelajar Ahmadi Wittaya Foundation School dalam membantu menumbuhkan pemahaman isi kitab kuning, 2). Penyebab kurang fahamnya Pelajar dalam mempelajari kitab kuning antara lain karena banyaknya bahasa yang dipelajari, kurangnya minat belajar padapelajar, kurangnya fasilitas media pembelajaran di sekolah, dan metode pembelajaran kitab kuning yang terlalu monoton. Cara guru  mengajar kitab kuning dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan presentasi disetiap dan diakhir pembelajaran bab.

INNOVATION MEDIA that is useful to provide good absentee information quickly and easily, also through this study is expected to provide convenience to employees of CV. INNOVATION MEDIA in attendance. The design of employee attendance systems at CV. This INNOVATION MEDIA was developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software and with Finger Print as a tool. This system records employee attendance in the form of a daily attendance list. It is used to store data - data needed to expedite the information system.With this system the data processing is expected to be more effective and efficient. Even searching for data will be easier. The purpose of this research is to design an employee attendance information system that is expected to help the company's performance especially in the Human Resources Field to be faster and more practical.

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly along with the discovery and development of knowledge in the field of information and communication so as to create tools that support the development of information technology, ranging from communication systems that are unidirectional and two-way (interactive). Every machine that is able to receive data, process data, store data, and produce output in the form of text, symbols, numbers and sounds can be categorized as a computer. CV. Java Mini Semarang is well aware of the importance of information technology for the smooth running of its business. Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. And one of the media that can provide information quickly, accurately and a very broad reach is to use website media.Based on the description above in the preparation of this thesis, the author takes the title "SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM ONLINE (Case Study in CV. Java Mini Semarang)"

This research is about the value of manufacture company in Indonesian stock exchange from 2012 until 2016. The purpose of this research is to analyze profitability, and good corporate governance in mediating the influence of company growth and capital structure to firm value. The sample is selected through purposive sampling as many as 46 manufacturing companies in Indonesian stock exchange. The data obtained by analyzing the company's financial statements of the year 2012 to 2016. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression with SEM-PLS 4.0 program. The result showed that company growth has a significant positive effect to profitability, capital structure has positive effect not significant to profitability. The company growth has a negative effect not significant to good corporate governance, capital structure has positive effect not significant to good corporate governance. The company growth has positive effect not significant to firm value, capital structure has negative effect not significant to firm value. Profitability, and good corporate governance have a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the influence of company growth, and the capital structure to firm value. Good corporate governance does not mediate the effect of company growth, and the capital structure to firm value, good corporate governance mediates the influence of capital structure to firm value.

Tax evasion could be seen as an ethical deed or not depends on several factors. They are among others: gender, religiosity and Love of Money (LoM). The goal of the current research is to examine the effect of gender, religiosity, and LoM towards tax evasion ethical perception. The population of the research is undergraduate (S1) accounting students of private universities in Semarang. The sample used in the researchcovers the undergraduate accounting students of Dian Nuswantoro University, Soegijapranata Catholic University, Sultan Agung Islamic University, State University of Semarang, and University of Muhammadiyah Semarang. The sampling technique used in the research is accidental sampling. As much as 100 questionnaires have been delivered to the chosen respondents and all of them are declared properly to use. The analysis results using Smart-Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0 model show that gender and religiosity have impact on tax evasion ethical perception, however LoM does not. The results of the research show that religiosity and LoM do not mediate the relationship between gender and tax evasion ethical perception.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1). Untuk mengetahui pengembangan model literasiuntuk peningkatan Civic Virtue pada siswa SMAN 6 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2017/2018.2). Untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media sosial pada siswa SMAN 6 Surakarta tahunajaran 2017/2018. 3). Untuk mengetahui pengembangan model literasi melaluipemanfaatan media sosial untuk meningkatkan civic virtuepada siswa SMAN 6Surakarta tahun ajaran 2017/2018. SMA N 6 Surakarta terletak di jalan Mr. SartonoNo.30 Surakarta, Kelurahan Nusukan, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta dengankode pos 57135.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaituWakil Kepala Sekolah bagian Kurikulum, Guru PPKn dan siswa SMAN 6Surakartasebagaisubjek. Sedangkan data yang di kumpulkan dalam penelitiam iniadalah data primer dan data sekunder tentang pengembangan model literasi melaluipemanfaatan media sosial guna meningkatkan civic virtue siswa di SMAN 6 Surakarta.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untukteknik analisis data dengan menetapkan informasi kunci yang merupakan informan yangdipercaya dapat membuka informasi kepada peneliti dalam berwawancara. Setelah itu,perhatian peneliti pada objek penelitian dan memulai membuat instrumen wawancaradeskripsi, jadi proses penelitian ini berangkat dari luas kemudian memfokuskan, dankemudian meluas lagi sehingga kemudian dapat di ambil kesimpulan dari narasumberyang disajikan dengan bentuk narasi. Sebelum melakukan wawancara, penelitimelakukan observasi pada kelas 11 MIPA SMAN 6 Surakarta.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Pengembangan model literasi terintegrasimelalui rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang di sisipkan dalam setiap pembelajaran.2) pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran PPKn memberi dampakpositif dan dampak negatif. 3) dengan pembiasaan berliterasi dalam pembelajaran yangmemanfaatan media sosial dapat meningkatkan civic virtue siswa sehingga menjadikansiswa berperilaku baik di sekolah maupun di masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Model Literasi, Media Sosial, CivicVirtue.

Academics as well as managers have long been interested in the roleof satisfaction with complaint handling (SATCOM) in shapingcustomers’ attitudes and repurchasing decisions. This interest hasgenerated a widespread belief that SATCOM is driven by the perceptionthat the complaint handling process is just. To test how SATCOM ismodulated by distributive, interactional, or procedural justice, weperformed a meta-analysis of 60 independent studies of the antecedentsand consequences of SATCOM. Results indicate that SATCOM isaffected most by distributive justice, then by interactional justice, and onlyweakly by procedural justice. We also find that SATCOM mediates theeffects of justice dimensions on word-of-mouth. However, contrary tocom-mon belief, SATCOM does not mediate the effects of justicedimensions on overall satisfaction and return intent. We draw on ourresults to suggest several avenues for further research.

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity, the influence of financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity on firm value, and to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value mediated by financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity. Population used is the whole company public listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013- 2015. Number of samples are 86 firms each year, was selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data, i.e. the annual report. The analytical method used is path analysis and hypothesis mediation analysed by using Sobel test. The result of analysis show that carbon emissions disclosure have positive and significant effect on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity. While financial performancebhave positive but not significant effect on firm value, operational performance have positive and significant effect onfirm value, and cost of equityhave negative and significant effect on firm value. This research also shows that the operational performance and cost of equity plays a role in mediating carbon emissions disclosure on firm value, while financial performance do not mediate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value. The implication is the firms should pay more attention to the company's relationship with the surrounding environment so that the company's image can be improved because the firm’s sustainability are not only determined by the level of profitability, but also they have to combine economic performance, the concentration of social justice, and responsibility towards environmental sustainability. Keywords: carbon emissions disclosure, financial performance, operational   performance, cost of equity and firm value

This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation and understanding of students towards Javanese script material, as well as media that can be used by teachers in learning Javanese language learning activities by reading Javanese characters and their partners. The method used by researchers is the R&D (Research and Development) method while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The material presented in the Javanese script learning media are (1) Introduction of Javanese script, (2) Sandhangan, (3) Couples, (4) Swara script, (5) Wilangan. In making learning media researchers used Adobe Flash CS6 software, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe audition CS6, with the final product being an interactive CD (Compact Disk). Validation test from material experts and media experts got the criteria of "good" - "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation with 52 students stated "agreeing" - "strongly agreeing" with the use of Javanese script learning media. thus the Javanese alphabet learning media on elementary students of Muhammadiyah Weleri was declared feasible to be used in learning activities to read and understand Javanese script.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari fenomena-fenomena kepemudaan yang harus senantiasa ditingkatkan, diantaranya tenggang rasa, kerja sama, kebersamaan, hard skill, soft skill, dan sebagainya, dan untuk mengembangkan potensi, bakat, dan minat pemuda yang implikasinya pada peningkatan soft skill dan hard skill baik dilingkungan keluarga, sekolah/tempat bekerja, maupun masyarakat. Bahasa sebagai media komunikasi verbal maupun tulisan memiliki peranan baik secara interpersonal maupun transaksional untuk menunjang kompetensi berkomunikasi sehingga pesan yang tersurat maupun tersirat akan tersampaikan dan difahami sesuai maksud dari interlocutor. Bahasa asing (Inggris) berperan sebagai media untuk memudahkan komunikasi pemuda dengan anggota masyarakat maupun dengan bacaan tertulis. Interaksi dengan anggota masyarakat bermakna bahwa pemuda memerlukan bahasa Inggris untuk berinteraksi dengan sesama pengguna bahasa Inggris untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu, diantaranya interaksi dengan tenaga pendidik bahasa Inggris (apabila pemuda masih menempuh pendidikan), interaksi dengan rekan kerja maupun relasi asing, dan sebagainya. Interaksi dengan bahasa cetak bermakna aktifitas pemuda terhadap bahasa tulis, diantaranya materi bacaan cetak maupun non-cetak berberbahasa Inggris, dan sebagainya. Materi pengabdian ini adalah strategi belajar mendiri menggunakan ebooks dan media sosial. Belajar mandiri merupakan suatu kegiatan belajar secara sadar baik didalam maupun diluar kelas sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab peserta didik untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Self-study dilatarbelakangi kesadaran dan kemauan peserta didik untuk belajar. Media sosial merupakan media komunikasi verbal maupun non-verbal sehingga dapat dipergunakan untuk mempraktikkan penggunaan bahasa secara interpersonal maupun transaksional. Pengabdian ini telah dilaksanakan pada 11 pemuda Desa Jetak 02/03, Wonorejo, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar. Pada hari Sabtu, 26 November 2016 pukul 16.00 -17.00. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah (1) para pemuda memahami penggunaan media sosial tidak hanya sekedar mengirim dan menerima informasi namun juga sebagai sarana praktik penggunaan bahasa Inggris secara tertulis; (2) pemuda memahami dan akan mencoba mempraktikkan belajar mandiri menggunakan ebooks sebab waktu mereka untuk belajar bahasa Inggris dibawah bimbingan guru hanya disekolah dan beberapa jam dilokasi les; dan (3) pemuda membentuk group blackberry dan whats up sebagai tindak lanjut dari pengabdian ini untuk mempraktikkan komunikasi non-verbal dengan sesama pengguna.

Mengajar adalah pekerjaan transformatif yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru atau oleh suatu tim dalam rangka mengoptimasikan pencapaian tingkat kematangan dan tujuan belajar siswa. Guru juga harus mampu memilih media pembelajaran yang tepat serta mengembangkan sendiri media pembelajaran yang inovatif. Kompetensi mengembangkan media pembelajaran idealnya telah dikuasai guru, tetapi pada kenyataannya masih banyak guru yang belum menguasai kompetensi tersebut dengan baik. Guru pada umumnya lebih mengandalkan media pembelajaran yang sudah ada, tetapi belum membuat atau mengembangkan media secara mandiri. Salah satu cara menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dapat menggunakan media pembelajaran dengan Software Program R. Program R juga dapat membantu guru dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika dengan cepat . Seorang guru harus selalu membekali diri dengan kemampuan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan jaman. Perkembangan dalam dunia teknologi adalah salah satu kompetensi yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang guru. Jika seorang guru mampu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut dalam pembelajaran maka kompetensi guru tersebut akan meningkat dan berakibat meningkatnya kemampuan siswa

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Karang Taruna Eka Karya yang beralamat di desa Slametan RT 10, RW 04, Gatak, Ngawen, Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Waktu pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu dari tanggal 13 Oktober sampai 15 Oktober 2017. Pengabdian ini dengan berlandaskan pada sebuah penyadaran akan pentingnya sumber daya manusia yang berpotensi untuk masa depan yang lebih baik. Dengan adanya manusia sebagai sumber daya yang sangat berpotensi, maka dari itu, penting adanya sebuah peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan terutama bahasa. Hal itu akan mendampingi mereka dalam proses modernisasi yang semakin banyak membutuhkan pemahaman dan pengertian yang lebih. Penting bagi mereka untuk mendapatkan ilmu bahasa untuk menghadapi modernisasi yang semakin maju. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi para pembelajar bahasa adalah pemikiran bahwa belajar bahasa asing sukar dan membosankan. Bagi mereka yang telah bekerja, belajar bahasa asing dengan mendatangi lembaga bimbingan belajar juga kurang fleksibel waktunya, di masyarakat belum terdapat platform interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran, biaya yang mahal serta beberapa permasalahan lain yang banyak dihadapi oleh pembelajar bahasa. Untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan tersebut maka aplikasi mobile untuk belajar Bahasa khususnya bahasa Inggris hadir untuk menjadi solusi bagi masyarakat yang ingin belajar bahasa asing dengan cara yang lebih efektif, efisien dan fleksibel dalam masalah waktu. Para pembelajar bahasa juga dapat belajar bahasa asing dimanapun dan kapan saja mereka suka.
