The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Good Corporate Governance mechanism including managerial ownership, institusional ownership, independent commissioner, and audit committees on the timeliness of financial reporting and stock return. This research represents the empirical test which used purposive sampling techniques in data collection. Data were collected using a secondary data from manufacturing company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2015-2016. The results of this study indicate that the managerial ownership and institusional have a significantly and positively effect to the timeliness of corporate financial reporting. Independent commissioner and audit commitees have a positively effect but not significantly to the timeliness of corporate financial reporting. Furthermore, institusional ownership have a significantly and positively to the stock return. Managerial ownership, institusional ownership, and audit commitees have a positively effect but not significantly to stock return. But on the otherhand, the timeliness of corporate financial reporting do not have significantly and positively effect to stock return. This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Kadipiro Village, Banjarsari Sub-District, Surakarta City. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures. This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope. The company's value can be measured from the Price Book Value (PBV). PBV is the ratio of stock price to book value companies that show how much the stock price per share as compared to book value per share.The sample of this study consisted of 10 companies included in the index LQ45 firm and the index of Sembiring listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2010 to 2013. Analytical techniques used are the Multiple Regression Analysis with a significance level α = 5%. Profitability positively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Company size negatively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Leverage positively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Corporate Social Responsibility positively effect and does not significantly on the value of the company.   Keywords : Profitabilitas, Size company, Leverage and the value of the company.

Organic products as natural products or are free of chemicals /pesticides , is currently a trend in many countries around the world.The tendency of shifting consumer consumption patterns of consumingorganic products to conventional products has become an interestingphenomenon today . Shifting back to nature lifestyle , has become a wisechoice to meet a healthy lifestyle . This view , looking at the trend ofconsumers choosing organic ingredients and eco-friendly products isincreasing. Of the various existing studies , found that attention and thedesire to buy organic food and organic food products behavior isincreasing nowadays. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of ecological knowledge, willingness to pay more, andenvironmental awareness of the organic product purchase decisions inHortimart Agro Center Bawen .The population in this study is that consumers Hortimart AgroCenter Bawen. Based Slovin formula, the sample size was 100respondents were obtained with Purpose Sampling techniques , namelyconsumers who consume organic products . Primary data was collectedthrough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear.The resultsof the research on 100 respondents in Hortimart Agro EcologicalKnowledge Center showed that no significant influence on purchasingdecisions, different results are shown in the willingness to pay more andthe environmental awareness and significant positive influence onpurchasing decisions. willingnessto paymore variable (b2 =0,550)became the biggest factors influencing purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this research was to examine the impact ofInternational Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) on the disclosure ofIntellectual Capital. This study also examines the different of IntelectualCapital disclosure by using the index of intellectual capital disclosurewhich presented in the financial statements of high-tech manufacturingfirms. With the period of time research is at the time of IFRS convergenceand at the time of full application of IFRS. Using 96 companies listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2008 and 2012. The study wasconducted using multiple regression analysis techniques. The resultsshowed that the adoption of IFRS could improve the practice of corporateintellectual capital disclosure. The result of t-test sample,showedstatistically intellectual capital disclosure after full adoption ofIFRS is higher than intellectual capital disclosure before full adoption ofIFRS.

Analysis and Collection of Accounts Receivable Accounts ReceivableTurnover on Corporate Liquidity at CV.JI Semarang, this study aims todetermine the level of turnover and the collection of accounts receivableagainst the debtor that occurred in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Liquidity So thecompany can be found at any period of development.This research used tocollect financial statements consisting of the balance of the year 2011, 2012and 2013. Analytical tool used in this study is the accounts receivableturnover, collecting receivables and liquidity. Data collection techniques usedin the study were interviews with company directors and administrativestaff of one of the debtor company experienced problems in payment.The results of the analysis can be drawn that the company is less efficientin running their business. It can be seen that the development and collectionof accounts receivable turnover tends to decline during the years 2011, 2012,and 2013. This is due to the company's ability to manage its accountsreceivable less well and always has decreased and the increase from year toyear.From the analysis above it can be concluded that the company was notable to maintain stable liquidity (ability) in the company's financialmanagement. So in the last year of the study, in 2013 the companythreatened bankruptcy because of capital related to doubtful accounts is toohigh.

It can be seen that the developmentand collection of accounts receivable turnover tends to decline during theyears 2011, 2012, and 2013. This is due to the company's ability tomanage its accounts receivable less well and always has decreased andthe increase from year to year.From the analysis above it can beconcluded that the company was not able to maintain stable liquidity(ability) in the company's financial management. So in the last year ofthe study, in 2013 the company threatened bankruptcy because of capitalrelated to doubtful accounts is too high.

This research aims to clarify how the implementation of social audits in Corporate Social Responsibility. Object of research is at PT Apac Inti Corpora Bawen Semarang. The data were collected by interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that social audit is a part of the company's strategy phases to be done. Social audit conducted in the form of obtaining such certification  ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and PROPER Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup. Social audit was conducted by stakeholders outside the company, it is important to assess whether the activities carried out by the company has been in the interest of all stakeholders. This study examined three independent variables, ie ProceduralFairness, Distributive Fairness, and Interactional Fairness can affectcustomer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectof the three independent variables on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted with a questionnaire to 100 PLNcustomer obtained by using purposive sampling techniques. The data thathave met the test of validity, reliability, and test the assumptions ofclassical. These results indicate that all the independent variables tested arepositive and significant impact on customer satisfaction through the F testand t test, whereas the number Adjusted R Square of 0.236 indicates23,60%of the variation in people satisfaction which can be explained bythe third independent variable, where the remaining 76.40% is explainedby other factors outside of the study
