Soft skills are non-technical skills that relate to how people operate, engage with coworkers, solve problems, and manage the task for which they are responsible. Soft skills are required for future leadership jobs and will influence their effectiveness in managing teams to execute diverse initiatives. Furthermore, the capacity to show attentiveness and empathy to clients indicates a dedication to solving problems or meeting their requirements. To strengthen the ability to work with others and positively impact one's profession, a soft skills development program was held for the community in Wonoplumbon Urban Village, Mijen Sub-district, Semarang City, and its stakeholders comprising of RW leaders. This activity aims to achieve one of the Sustainable Development Goals, namely that governments, workers' organizations, and employers all over the world work to improve workers' employability, place young people in decent productive jobs, and increase company productivity through higher quality and relevant training.

Secang wood from the Caesalpiniacea tribe which was commonly found in Indonesia had secondary metabolites as antibacterial. This study aims to formulate secang wood ethanol extract into a transparent solid soap that is able to meet quality requirements. This research method was begin with formulating the extract into a transparent solid soap preparation with 3 concentrations, namely 5g (F1), 10g (F2), and 15g (F3). Furthermore, appearance tests, foaming ability, free alkali, free fatty acids, irritation, hedonic, and pH were carried out. The results of the research on transparent solid soap gave different colors for each concentration, namely transparent bright red (F1) and transparent dark red (F2 and F3) which were stable for 4 weeks; the foam power test shows a height of 4.5-6.5 cm after 10 minutes; free alkaline test shows a value of 0.07-0.08%; free fatty acid test 0.16%, and pH test 8.96-9.66 at week 4; and transparent solid soap does not cause irritation, attractive and liked by volunteers

The purpose of this study was to describe service quality and patient satisfaction and loyalty at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro, to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, the influence of service quality directly on patient loyalty, the effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty, and the influence of service quality indirectly. on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory using a quantitative approach. The population of 700 patients at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro in November 2021 with a sample of 88 respondents. The sampling technique used was quota sampling. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire and documentation by analyzing it using path analysis, especially Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that service quality and patient satisfaction and loyalty at RSIA Fatma Bojonegoro are in good category, service quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, service quality has a direct significant effect on patient loyalty, patient satisfaction has a significant influence on patient satisfaction. patient loyalty, service quality has a significant indirect effect on patient loyalty with patient satisfaction as an intervening variable.

The development of technology today has become something that is universal and can be used in various human lives. One of them is in business. In today's era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality in service. In this case, Toko Maju Jaya is used as a place of research, because in this place the system that is carried out is still manual and has not been managed properly, so errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock items. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

Every company definitely wants good and adequate quality human resources, with the existence of quality human resources makes the company able to compete with other companies. According to Firdaus (Putra et al., n.d.). Therefore the welfare of employees is also very important to note.Especially in giving workload to employees. Each work unit has a different workload. A workload that is too high can cause an employee to become stressed, not to mention the job demands given by the company so that its employees give the best results. Each individual has different resilience to the workload and responsibilities given, the higher the workload given, the higher the stress level that will be experienced by the individual, conversely the lower the workload given, the lower the stress level. A high workload can make employees decide to quit or leave the company and look for a better company. This situation is also known as intensive turnover. In the case of Indonesia, the phenomenon of turnover intention is well recognized by both academics and practitioners. Every year there are around 10-12% of employees who turn over.

The textile and agriculture industries are sectors that have a large impact on the environment. Chemicals used in the printing and dyeing processes of cloth and in fertilization can contaminate water and soil, and affect human health. Therefore, the emergence of eco print technology and eco enzymes is an attractive alternative to reduce this negative impact. This community service aims to study the potential use of eco print and eco enzymes in producing multi-functional environmentally friendly products in Delik Sari Village, Semarang. The research method used is training by presenting resource persons in accordance with the fields: eco print and eco enzymes Meanwhile, making eco prints aims to increase better product results and more diverse product diversification. Eco-enzymes produced by bacteria and fungi are used as basic ingredients for making environmentally friendly soaps and household cleaners. The results of community service show that the use of eco print and eco enzyme technology can produce quality fabric products with attractive and durable colors. In addition, the waste products from the eco print and eco enzyme processes can be used as organic fertilizer which is useful for agriculture in Delik Sari Village. Thus, eco print and eco enzyme technologies have great potential to produce multi-functional environmentally friendly products that can improve the welfare of the people of Kampung Delik Sari, Gunung Pati sub-district, Semarang City.

The roles and functions of quality management, known as total management quality, can be interpreted as a system that helps an organization, hospital, or business entity to oversee every activity and duties and responsibilities needed to maintain the quality or quality of service. Efforts to improve the quality of health services are the most important step to increase the competitiveness of Indonesian businesses in the health sector. The purpose of this theoretical review study is to find out how the role and function of the quality of health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review study are the role and function of quality as an effort that is carried out continuously, systematically, objectively, and integratedly in determining problems and causes of health service quality problems based on predetermined standards with effectiveness, efficiency, protection and acceptance of health services. It can be concluded that service quality and good quality will greatly influence health services in hospitals. Patients getting comprehensive health services will increase patient satisfaction in the treatment program so that the quality of health services will increase. Hospitals also need to improve the quality of quality health services. Quality also has a function as a reference or benchmark in managing the quality provided by a hospital. So that in its implementation it is necessary to carry out monitoring and evaluation.

The purpose of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence as well as the dominant variables of Service Quality (X) which include the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Physical Evidence (X5), on Satisfaction of Library Members (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. From the results of the validity test of the total number of questions, 18 statements all have a value of rcount > rtable, which means all questions are valid (feasible). From the results of the reliability test, it can be seen that the results obtained were 0.836, which means that the questionnaire items can be said to be reliable, because the Cronbach's Alpha value is > 0.6. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis research, the regression equation Y= 0.465 + 0.366X1 + 0.265 X2 + 0.183 X3 - 0.185X4 + 0.246 X5. The correlation coefficient (R) is 0.843 at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), Evidence Physical (X5), to Member Satisfaction (Y). The Adjusted R square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.503, which means that the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence (X5) contributes of the dependent variable, namely Member Satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 49.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research. From the results of the F test, the Fcount value is 14.372 > Ftable 2.37, so it can be concluded that the Service Quality (X) variable consists of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) and Physical Evidence ( X5) has a significant effect simultaneously (together) on the Member Satisfaction variable (Y), so that the first hypothesis can be accepted or H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test for the variables Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), and Physical Evidence (X5) have a significant effect on Member Satisfaction (Y) of libraries at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service. Meanwhile, the variables Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4) do not have a significant effect on Library Member Satisfaction (Y) at the Paser Regency Archives and Library Service.  Furthermore, the t test results show that the Reliability variable (X1) has a dominant influence on Member Satisfaction (Y) which is strengthened by the highest t value of 3.299 and a significance value of 0.002. So the hypothesis states that it is not proven or rejected. H0 is accepted. Ha is rejected.

The hospital as a health service institution that organizes individual health services in a complete manner that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Efforts to improve health services as an agreement on setting long-term goals and visions which then become a common reference in achieving the goals that have been set. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how to improve health services in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are by increasing efforts such as providing adequate infrastructure facilities including from a physical perspective, besides being efficient, fair, timely, secure, integrated, focused, reliable and effective. It can be concluded that efforts to improve the quality of health services as a process of meeting the needs and life expectancy of patients, both internally and externally. Quality can also be associated as a gradual and continuous improvement process. In general, the quality of health services focuses on the concept that health services have three main foundations, namely quality, access and cost.

Hospitals in guaranteeing good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Hospital Accreditation is a way of monitoring the implementation of measuring hospital performance indicators. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out the importance of improving the quality of hospitals, especially for hospital structures and health workers. The method in this scientific article is to compare cases from several hospital studies that apply the accreditation process and the literature collected at the editing (re-examination) stage. The data is then processed and analyzed and conclusions drawn. The findings from the study of the application of hospitals in the importance of holding accreditation are to improve the quality of hospital services, improve hospital patient safety, increase protection for patients, the public, human resources for hospitals and hospitals as institutions and support government programs in the health sector. It can be concluded that the importance of hospitals carrying out accreditation is to ensure good service quality and patient safety must be proven through accreditation. Accreditation is carried out by submitting an application to the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS). Suggestions made for hospital agencies, namely hospitals that have obtained national accreditation status are required to make strategic improvement plans in accordance with the surveyor's recommendations to meet hospital service standards that have not been achieved.

This research is motivated by the results of preliminary observations that the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture seems too forced, without any review of the existing situation and conditions. In Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, it is known that there is a clause on sustainable food land zoning, whereas the existence of the Regional Spatial Plan (RT RW) which is the reference is in the process of technical review related to the formation of the New Autonomous Region of Pangandaran Regency. As a result of all that, it is indicated that the quality of agricultural products is not being considered, whereas the main purpose of the regulation is to improve the quality of food crops. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 10 people. The results of the study obtained are as follows: (1. The implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture in Ciamis Regency is said to be effective if it meets the criteria for effectiveness such as the existence of policy objectives or targets, the existence of activities or activities to achieve objectives, and the existence of activity results. (2. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in the protection of food agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (3. The obstacles faced by the government in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the implementation of sustainable food agriculture are the status of land ownership owned by individuals; inventory and determination of land that may not be converted are difficult to carry out; the application of incentives and compensation is very difficult to implement; protection and empowerment of farmers; financing in protecting agricultural land requires a lot of money/funds. (4. Efforts made by the government in implementing Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Sustainable Food Agriculture, are Sovereignty of agricultural land by the State; Financing the implementation of sovereign food agriculture, the authority is assigned to the central level; and the authority to organize food agriculture must be returned to the central level.

This research is based on the results of preliminary observations that in order to achieve success and effectiveness in the implementation of Regional Autonomy, it is necessary for the Regional Government to be prepared in all fields, including the readiness of human resources to be able to answer the challenges in the implementation of Regional Autonomy. In addition, what is no less important for the implementation of Regional Autonomy to run effectively is how regions can explore and empower existing regional potentials, so that in terms of finance which is the main element in running regional government, independence can be achieved. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The population in this study was 5 people. The sampling technique used a purposive sample technique, thus the sample in this study was 5 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of the study are as follows: The Regional Original Income Increase Program in Supporting the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Cilacap Regency has been effectively implemented through intensification and extensification programs that are quite effective in boosting the increase in Regional Original Income (PAD), and the Central Government's control of programs carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to increase regional income. To overcome this problem, the way to detect DDoS attacks has several methods and algorithms, one of which is the Artificial Neural Network algorithm and uses the Machine learning method due to the fast computing process, high accuracy, and this research uses the SKKNI research method Number 299 of 2020. The development of information technology provides opportunities for educators to create more efficient and interactive learning evaluation media. This study aims to design and develop a computer-based test media using Wondershare Quiz Creator as a tool to support online learning. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. The results show that the developed test media is capable of providing various types of questions, such as multiple choice, short answer, true-false, and matching, and is equipped with features such as automatic feedback, time settings, and exportable test results. User testing indicates that the media is easy to use, responsive, and effective in supporting the learning evaluation process in online learning. In addition, educators can quickly create, manage, and distribute tests through digital platforms without requiring advanced technical skills. Thus, the use of Wondershare Quiz Creator has proven to be an alternative solution for providing practical and interactive computer-based test media that supports improving the quality of online learning. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educators in utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of learning evaluation

Therefore the district government. Sidoarjo provides assistance through the Independent Women's Business Card (KURMA) program for single parent women to create and advance their businesses. With the implementation of this program, many women experience confusion in creating new UMKM and developing their businesses. The purpose of this socialization is to assist women in providing UMKM business ideas, reducing women's poverty, increasing women's income, increasing knowledge and knowledge along with the quality of human resources, especially women. This study focuses on the process of managing the Ship Movement Permit for MT.SHIP TRINITY during its transfer from the dock area to the anchorage area at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.
