In Indonesia, English is the first foreign language that is studied as a compulsory subject from junior high school to university. English is a very basic and important requirement in Indonesia. This is evident in the development of the current education system, English has been included as one of the subjects tested in the national exam. Based on the observations of class IX students at SMP Negeri Sukadana, in preparation for the national exam, many students still had difficulty answering English questions: reading skills. One of the causal factors of these student problems is the lack of practice by applying strategies to answer questions and do not have the skills to easily predict questions that will appear during the national exam. In addition, the lack of interest in learning English is also a major factor in learning English. Based on the results of the community service activities, it was shown that class IX students at SMP Negeri Sukadana were motivated so that they could optimize their abilities and skills in answering English questions: reading skills. Thus it can be concluded that in this service program students have gained experience in implementing strategies for quick predictions in identifying the right answers.

This research was conducted in accordance with the phenomena that occurred at SMA N 8 Mandau which showed cases of students behaving aggressively such as fighting teachers, fighting with friends, making fun of friends and damaging school infrastructure. The homeroom teacher is the person closest to the students and has the authority to handle cases like this, because at SMA N 8 Mandau there is a rule that for any problems or inappropriate behavior caused by students, the homeroom teacher is the first to have authority. to deal with them. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of the homeroom teacher is in overcoming the aggressive behavior of students at SMA N 8 Mandau. The research method that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were the homeroom teacher of class XI IPS 3 as a key informant and two students of class XI IPS 3 who behaved aggressively as supporting informants. Data collection was carried out by interviews and observation, as well as documentation. While the data analysis technique used is to examine all data, data reduction, and data presentation. The results of the study explained that the homeroom teacher of SMA N 8 Mandau overcame aggressive behavior in the first way that was carried out by the homeroom teacher, namely seeking information or seeking the truth whether students were actually carrying out aggressive behavior. information from subject teachers who teach in classes whose students behave aggressively, then the homeroom teacher will reduce points and enter the student's name in the case book, then the homeroom teacher will call students who behave aggressively to be given individual counseling services and finally the homeroom teacher will call parents students who behave aggressively to discuss and find solutions to student problems with parents.

Self-disclosure through cyber counseling or online counseling has become increasingly popular in recent years. This is because more and more people feel comfortable seeking counseling or psychotherapy help online rather than in person. Advances in communication technology and the internet have made online counseling more accessible and acceptable to many people. Online counseling also provides clients with greater anonymity and privacy, allowing them to be more open about the problems they face. In addition, online counseling also provides convenience in terms of time and place. Clients do not need to come to the counseling place in person, so they can save time and transportation costs. Online counseling also allows clients to conduct counseling sessions from a comfortable and safe place for them. However, keep in mind that online counseling also has some drawbacks. One of them is the lack of social interaction which can affect the counselor's ability to observe the client's body language and facial expressions. In addition, online counseling also requires higher technology and data security skills to maintain client privacy and confidentiality.

Counseling about maturing the age of marriage is a means of communication, information and discussion of problems that exist in an area. Counseling on the maturity of child marriage aims to increase knowledge & awareness in making decisions regarding marriages that are healthy, safe and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in our country. Besides that, counseling on child marriage maturity is a strategy in order to improve the health status of mothers and babies so that there are no cases of high-risk pregnant women due to child marriage, marriage at a young age is very vulnerable to hypertension in pregnancy, abortion and babies born with LBW or stunting. Counseling on the maturation of child marriage was given to families who have children who are still in junior high school - high school, health cadres & village officials totaling 150 people from 5 village locations in the Kunduran District area. After being given counseling, it is hoped that all participants and officials will have a commitment to try to reduce cases of child marriage in their respective village areas.

This article aims to reveal the heuristic value of the palapa oath as the spirit of the Nusantara Capital, by emphasizing the historical aspect of how the oath was motivated and applied along with its achievements. This study is a heuristic setting, qualitative analysis, studying sources systematically one by one descriptively. The conclusion of the study: that the heuristic value in the palapa oath is the idea of ​​knitting diversity within the framework of unity and equity in development and education which is used as the spirit of the Nusantara Capital City. This spirit is assumed to be able to overcome problems related to the issue of radicalization that threatens the disintegration of the nation, as well as issues of development and education equity which have so far hampered sustainable development and Indonesia's position at the international level. The research contributes as one of the reinforcements for government policies regarding the new capital city, and stimulates further, more specific research.

Satisfaction with Perceived Ease of Transaction such as easy to learn, easy to use, clear, easy to understand, skillful, and easy to use. Satisfaction with Customer Value paid is due to added value, suitability of costs with benefits, ease of obtaining services. This research is intended for Jakarta MRT customers to have significant simultaneous satisfaction for using the Jakarta Integrated Moda Raya Train (MRT) according to Ticket Prices, Facilities and Perceptions of Ease of Transaction. Satisfaction of passengers of the Jakarta Integrated Moda Raya Train (MRT) on Perceptions of Transaction Ease and Customer Value which are jointly perceived, namely punctuality satisfaction, facility completeness satisfaction, price suitability satisfaction, departure schedule satisfaction, and function and facility satisfaction. This research was also conducted to find out how the quality of service or service, the perception of the price of MRT transportation services, and how the facilities on the MRT. Whether and how important service quality plays a role in the level of satisfaction of MRT passengers. The research method used in this research is descriptive research which is one type of quantitative research approach. This study uses a questionnaire distribution of questionnaires to 20 users or who have used MRT transportation services. In the questionnaire we provide choices about the quality of station facilities, train units, service quality, timeliness of departure, and how the fare is adjusted for MRT transportation services. In the study we found that service quality plays a very important role in the level of satisfaction of MRT passengers.

This study aims to find out how to improve students' mathematical creative thinking skills after using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media and to find out how students' answers process in solving problems on the mathematical creative thinking ability test after applying the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which was conducted in two cycles, the subjects in the study were class IX-3 MTs Citra Abdi Negoro, totaling 27 students. This research is said to be successful if it meets the indicators of success, namely, (1) The level of students' mathematical creative thinking ability increases with a value of ≥ 85% at least in the medium category, (2) The process of completing student answers with a value of ≥60% at least in the good category, (3) The results student and teacher observations show a good category. Based on the results of the study, the average initial ability test score of 58.10 increased to 61.34 in cycle I and 80.55 in cycle II. There was also an increase in classical completeness, in the creative thinking ability test of 8 students (29.63%) in the initial ability test increased to 12 students (44.44%) in cycle I and 25 students (92.59%) in cycle II. For the process of student answers from cycle I with an average presentation of 50 students' answer processes, 31% increased to 70.67% in cycle II. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Geogebra media can improve students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.  

The article titled "The Influence of Islamic Business Ethics in Enhancing UMKM" by Manna et al. elaborates on how Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are one of the solutions to address economic challenges in society. However, UMKM entrepreneurs often encounter various challenges in running their businesses, which has led to the emergence of the Islamic economic system as a solution to these problems. In applying Islamic business ethics, there are several rules that must be followed. This research uses a qualitative research method and a literature review approach by searching for several relevant journals and articles about the application of Islamic business ethics in enhancing UMKM. The results of this study indicate that the application of Islamic business ethics needs to be implemented to increase awareness in business practices. The application of Islamic business ethics also has a positive impact on enhancing UMKM.

The purpose of this study is to identify the quality of Choco Wafer Roll packaging and offer improvements to improving the Choco Wafer Roll packaged products in PT. Temprina Media Grafika. The study was used are Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Based on the results of research on Statistical Quality Control (SQC), the most dominant defects were color not appropriate (27,2%), after that shiny color not right (23,4%), uneven colors (21,9%), Spots appear on the pack (15,3%), and packaging design cut (12,3%). Based on the results of research on Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the problem causing disability with the highest RPN value of 168 is the machine factor with the cause of dirty UV polymer containers. This study aims to examine the effect of the quick ratio on the return on equity (ROE) at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga. The author uses research methods in quantitative descriptive to discuss the problems faced by corporate finance. Data analysis described the use of the results of several linear sub-data analyzes regarding the quick ratio (current ratio) to return on equity (ROE) (Y). The results showed that there was a positive relationship between the quick ratio and return on equity on CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga is 0.206, so when interpreted on a value scale it can be categorized as low. The regression equation obtained Y = 1.329 + 0.319X which shows the effect of the quick ratio on return on equity at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga. The t test shows that the hypothesis proposed is rejected (not significant), where t count is 0.365 > 2.07387, which means that the return on equity does not necessarily increase as much as the regression coefficient/slop (0.319) if the quick ratio variable is added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that the quick ratio only contributes 4.2% to the return on equity at CV. Graha Mineral Sibolga and the remaining 95.8% is influenced by other factors not included in the model.

Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

The existence of the cosmetics industry basically has a positive impact but also creates new problems because there is still inadequate management of liquid waste. The aim of the study was to find out how the coagulation and flocculation processes affect the quality of BOD, COD, and TSS in wastewater treatment plants. This research method uses a qualitative type method, based on its type with a cross sectional approach with an observational researchhmethode. The populationnof this study is the outlet of the Wastewater Treatment Plant which has undergone coagulation and flocculation processes. The samples used were outlets after the coagulation and flocculation processes were carried out at the WWTP in Cosmetic Industry X, Depok City. The results from the inlet levels of BOD 2,152 mg/l, COD 5,380 mg/l, and TSS 1,830 mg/l. The outlet levels of the Cosmetic Industry X Wastewater Treatment Installation in Depok City showed a BOD level of 15 mg/l, a COD level of 63 mg/l, and a TSS of 20 mg/l. In this study the contents of BOD, COD and TSS in cosmetic industry waste X in Depok city were included in the water quality status with good quality after coagulation and flocculation processes.

The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in education has become an important topic in optimizing human resources in schools. This article aims to provide an overview of the benefits and challenges of utilizing ICT in education, and how ICT can improve the quality of human resources in schools. The research method used in this article is a literature review conducted by studying references related to the use of ICT in education. The results and discussion show that the use of ICT in education can provide significant benefits, such as facilitating teachers in presenting teaching materials, providing access to more diverse information and learning materials, and improving interactions between teachers and students. However, there are challenges and barriers in utilizing ICT, such as accessibility problems to ICT infrastructure and difficulties in operating ICT devices. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the accessibility and infrastructure of ICT in schools, as well as providing training and developing the competencies of teachers and students in operating ICT devices. In conclusion, this article presents useful information for the development of education in Indonesia, especially in terms of the utilization of ICT as a means to improve the quality of human resources in schools. With appropriate efforts, the use of ICT in education can provide more optimal and sustainable benefits for the improvement of human resources in schools.

Geriatrics is a branch of gerontology that studies the level of health in the elderly from various aspects, including: promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative which includes physical, mental and social health. In principle, geriatrics strives for a happy and useful old age. Throughout the world today, the number of elderly people is estimated to be more than 629 million people, and in 2025 it is projected that the number of elderly people will reach 1.2 billion. Indonesia is a country that has a fairly high number of elderly people. In 2010 the number of elderly aged 65 years and over was 11 million, and it is projected that in 2020 the number of elderly will increase by 7.2%. Even the United States Census Bureau estimates that Indonesia will experience the largest increase in elderly citizens in the world in 2025, namely 414%. The increasing number of elderly will affect the welfare of the elderly (Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Indonesia. 2012). The increase in the elderly population is of course accompanied by the risk of various degenerative diseases such as diabetes mellitus, coronary heart disease, osteoarthritis, neuromuscular disease and lung disease. Around 50-80% of elderly people aged more than 65 years will experience more than one chronic disease. This is related to the fact that the older you get, the more health problems you experience. One way to improve the quality of life for the elderly is to do physical exercise. Physical exercise can maintain or improve flexibility, cardiopulmonary endurance, agility, strength and balance. Several studies show that physical exercise has a consistent effect in reducing the risk of falls in healthy older adults.
