This study investigates sustainable Islamic business models through a qualitative case study of green-tech startups in Central Java, Indonesia. Using semi-structured interviews with founders, managers, and employees, complemented by secondary data from business reports and sustainability disclosures, the research examines how Islamic ethical principles, including stewardship (khalifah), social welfare (maslahah), and justice (adl), are integrated into operational practices and sustainability strategies. The purposive selection of 3–5 startups enables an in-depth exploration of organizational decision-making, innovation adoption, and environmental and social performance. Thematic analysis identifies recurring patterns in ethical integration, technological innovation, and sustainability outcomes. Findings reveal that Islamic startups effectively embed ethical values into operations, fostering environmental accountability through renewable energy initiatives, waste reduction, and resource optimization, while enhancing community engagement and equitable service delivery. Technological innovations such as IoT, AI, and blockchain further support sustainability performance, enabling startups to monitor and optimize environmental outcomes without compromising financial viability. Comparative analysis demonstrates that Islamic startups outperform non-Islamic counterparts in key sustainability metrics, including carbon reduction and social impact, highlighting the competitive advantage of ethics-driven entrepreneurship. Overall, the study confirms that Islamic ethical frameworks foster both environmental accountability and technological innovation, providing a practical model for sustainable development in emerging economies. These findings offer valuable insights for policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs seeking to align ethical, social, and environmental objectives with business strategy.

This research focuses on optimizing accounting business processes through efficient stages of the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). SDLC is a framework used to plan, develop, test, and maintain accounting information systems. In this study, each stage of the SDLC is analyzed to identify steps that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems. The research method used is SDLC with a Waterfall approach, involving the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results show that applying a structured SDLC can help companies manage accounting data more effectively, increase accuracy, reduce errors, and speed up accounting processes. This optimization also includes selecting the appropriate SDLC model, such as Waterfall and Prototype, based on the specific needs of the project and business environment. Thus, this research is expected to provide practical guidance for companies in optimizing their accounting business processes.

Biometric features that can be used for identification include iris, voice, DNA and fingerprints. Fingerprints are the most widely used biometric feature because of their uniqueness, universality and stability. Fingerprint recognition can be grouped into two different forms of problems, namely verification and identification. Verification is comparing one fingerprint with another fingerprint. Meanwhile, identification is matching an input fingerprint with fingerprint data in the database. Thus, identification can be interpreted as an extension of verification carried out by comparing one fingerprint to many fingerprints. Identification is inherently more complex than verification. The problem increases as the number of fingerprint datasets increases, resulting in an increase in the time required for the identification process. However, there is a way to overcome this complexity, namely classification. Apart from that, evolutionary algorithm optimization can also be carried out. The Chromosome Algorithm is an improvement on the evolutionary algorithm with a separate local search process. The memetic or chromosomal algorithm is a simple algorithm with reliable performance that can provide accurate solutions to problems in the real world. The current challenge is with the increasing growth of datasets (more than 106) which include the process of clustering text analysis, molecular DNA simulation, feature selection, and forecasting, handling large-scale optimization such as complex simulations, data mining, quantum chemistry, spectroscopic analysis, geophysical analysis, drug discovery, and fingerprint recognition studies. Chromosome algorithms have proven to be very competitive in large-scale optimization because they are based on stochastic algorithms that do not require gradient information.

Technological developments provide convenience in various fields, including marketing and finance. Currently, marketing can be carried out digitally by utilizing internet technology. The presence of online loans, which is a type of peer-to-peer lending financial technology (fintech), is the result of advances in financial technology. PT. Fidac Innovation Technology is a company operating in the fintech sector and has the Dumi product which provides online loans specifically for State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The purpose of this research is to determine digital marketing techniques in increasing sales of fintech peer-to-peer lending on Dumi products by using 5 (five) digital marketing techniques, namely: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), online advertising, email marketing, mobile applications, and social media marketing. Qualitative descriptive is used as a research method by collecting data through interviews with PT employees. Fidac Technology Innovation IT Design Division which carries out digital marketing, observation and documentation. The research results show that the digital marketing techniques implemented by PT. Fidac Technological Innovation by utilizing SEO, online advertising, social media marketing and mobile applications is already running well. However, Dumi's digital product marketing technique in the form of email marketing has not been implemented due to limited resources.

The research proposes an innovative approach to identifying and positioning vehicle number plates using a combination of Maximally Stable Extremal Regions (MSER) and Harris Corner methods. The MSER method is used to detect stable regions on the vehicle number plate image. MSER has the ability to recognize areas that have significant contrast intensity, which often represents the characteristic of the number plate. After identifying the potential regions, the Harris Corner method was applied to determine the characteristic angles. The cross points on the number plate. The combination of these two methods allows for more accurate and reliable identification of the position of the number plate. In this study the author performs optimization by changing the preprocessing part and the part of the MSER method. In the preprosessing the author changes the morphological part of a filter, in the section of the method MSER adds input arguments such as ThresholdDelta, RegionAreaRange, and MaxAreaVariation. The results of this study are 99.27% accuracy, 82.73% precision and 83.14% recall. Previous studies were 98.85%, 67.61% and 79.66% recalls. Based on the results of these values, the study has successfully optimized previous studies.

Export trade of coffee in Indonesia plays a crucial role in the country's economy; however, challenges and dynamics in the global market demand the development of an optimal strategy to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian coffee products. This research aims to formulate an optimization strategy for coffee export trade by leveraging information provided by the Trademap website. The research method involves analyzing Indonesian coffee export data from the Trademap site, identifying global market trends, and evaluating relevant trade policies and regulations. The results of this analysis will form the basis for designing a strategy to increase market share and the export value of Indonesian coffee. The proposed strategy includes strengthening product branding, diversifying target export markets, improving the quality and innovation of products, and optimizing the supply chain to enhance logistic efficiency. Additionally, the integration of information technology and communication in trade management is incorporated to expedite information access and minimize business risks. The implementation of this strategy is expected to make a positive contribution to the growth of Indonesia's coffee exports, opening opportunities for access to new markets, and increasing the value-added of products. By tapping into the information potential of the Trademap site and developing adaptive strategies, Indonesia can effectively navigate the dynamics of the global market, strengthen its position as a leading coffee producer, and enhance the well-being of business actors in the coffee sector.

This research focuses on the important role of landing pages in designing online experiences for consumers. The theoretical basis involves the concept of marketing transformation, landing page optimization, and the importance of brand awareness for waste collection services. The methodology used adopts a qualitative approach with a case study in Karung Sampah. Data is collected through observation and analysis using third parties, namely Google Search Console and Google Analytics. It was found that responsive design, relevant content, and social media integration played an important role in the success of the campaign (brand awareness)

Indonesia has enormous marine and fisheries potential because of its vast sea area. Human resources in managing fishery products have not maximized the potential of fishery products. Therefore, in order to maximize the potential of fishery products, quality human resources are needed. Since human resources are an important part of an organization, including in the Indonesian fisheries industry, human resource management and development is very important for the success of an organization. The method used is qualitative research method, more precisely literature research. The literature research process is carried out by reviewing the literature and analyzing the relevant topics combined. Literature search can utilize sources in the form of journals, books, dictionaries, documents, magazines and other sources without conducting field research. The results found that in optimizing in improving the performance and sustainability of the fisheries product management industry, it is important to optimize human resources. Many approaches can be used to improve operational efficiency. With the rapid development of technology, it benefits us in facilitating work in various fields. One example today is the use of modern technology in optimizing business processes. Information is one of the important assets for the Company in carrying out its business processes. With the rapid development of information technology also resulting in faster data movement, this must be used to help the Company in obtaining information quickly, precisely, effectively and efficiently. This is also evidenced by the increasing number of pioneering industries from small to large industries that are developing today. One of them is PT. XYZ. Of course, as a pioneering company, it requires a number of optimizations in its business process activities, one of which is reporting and recording. Because assets are one of the important elements in the Company's productivity, it is necessary to monitor the condition of assets regularly. The company still uses a manual asset damage reporting system using Whatsapp. Of course, this is less effective and efficient in the process, especially in recording activities to report damage to existing assets. Therefore, this study was conducted to help optimize the existing asset damage reporting system. From the results of the research, it can be seen using current technology, it can help optimize the reporting of damage to the Company's assets with the help of Google Sheets as its main database and Appsheet as a simple application for filling out reports.

Rubber latex is a raw material for Indonesia's strategic plantations and is the largest contributor to the country's foreign exchange after palm oil. Several places in Indonesia have land conditions that are suitable for rubber plantations, one of which is the rubber plantation owned by Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember. However, in recent years, income from Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember has continued to decline, so it is necessary to formulate an optimization strategy which is expected to have a positive impact and be able to increase rubber latex production in Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember. This research uses SWOT and QSPM analysis methods. The results of the research show that there are several factors that influence rubber latex production, both internal and external factors, from these factors several alternative strategies have been produced, including the use of protective umbrellas, producing high quality rubber raw materials, improving production facilities and infrastructure, optimizing technology. for production and promotion. A suitable strategy to be implemented at Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember is the use of protective umbrellas because the application is quite simple and can function to maintain the quality of production and the quality of rubber latex..

This research aims to investigate and optimize drilling strategies as an effort to increase production efficiency in the geological context of oil and gas production. Effective drilling is a key element in the exploitation of hydrocarbon resources, and this research combines geological analysis and drilling techniques to achieve optimal results. This study begins with an in-depth characterization of the physical and chemical properties of the reservoir rocks to understand the geological challenges faced. Next, existing drilling techniques are evaluated and analyzed in the context of a particular production field. The results of this analysis are the basis for developing an integrative model that combines aspects of geology and drilling techniques.Through this approach, this research aims to identify potential improvements in drilling strategies that could significantly increase production. Simulation and modeling results illustrate the positive impact of implementing optimized drilling strategies on production efficiency and hydrocarbon recovery. The conclusions of this research provide a new perspective on the importance of integration between geological science and drilling techniques in achieving efficient production goals. It is hoped that these findings will provide practical guidance for the production geology industry to increase the sustainability of oil and gas production.

This research aims to reveal the role of madrasa head leadership in improving teacher performance at MAS Islamiyah Tamiang. The research background illustrates the importance of educational leadership in achieving the effectiveness and efficiency of educational institutions. The focus of the research is on the duties and functions of the madrasa head in Learning Management (PBM) at Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Tamiang. The research method used is field research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, field notes, documentation and observation. The research results show that madrasa heads play an active role in improving teacher performance by involving them in training, training, seminars and other activities. Routine supervision is carried out to accompany and improve the teaching and learning process. Apart from that, the madrasah principal provides motivation, rewards, and includes teachers in workshops to improve professional competence. The research conclusion shows that the leadership of the madrasa head has a positive impact on teacher performance. The madrasa head carries out his role by involving teachers in various activities that support competency development. However, the research also identified several weaknesses in the supervision of teacher discipline and use of time, as well as suggestions for improving the optimization of supervision by madrasah heads.

Big data processing has become an important aspect of computer science and various industries in the digital age. Efficient and timely programming algorithms play a central role in addressing the challenges presented by big data. This journal focuses on various optimization methods and techniques that can be applied in the development of programming algorithms for processing big data. Supporting and relevant references are used to illustrate the concepts and techniques presented in this paper. Discussions include parallel methods, data compression, indexing, divide and conquer strategies, and greedy algorithm approaches. Case studies on the implementation of fast sorting algorithms in the context of big data processing are also presented. The understanding and application of these optimization methods are important in maximizing the efficiency and performance of programming algorithms in dealing with big data, and they play a key role in the development of relevant information technology solutions.

This study aims to determine whether there is an Effect of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. in Makassar City. To find out and analyze which variable is the dominant influence on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. In Makassar City. This type of research uses quantitative, the data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 for windows. That the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. That simultaneously leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of this study are in accordance with the theory of Budi Setiyawan and Waridin (2006) that discipline is in an ideal state in supporting and carrying out tasks according to the rules in order to support work optimization. One of the conditions for discipline to grow in the work environment is the complete division of labor to the lowest employee or officer, so that people know consciously what their duties are, how to do it, when the work starts and finishes, as arranged in advance and understand who is responsible for the results of the work.

The pandemic era that occurred in 2020 is a new history in human civilization. The emergence of the pandemic has limited interaction between humans and the surrounding environment. Limited interaction during the pandemic is manifested in the social distancing program, indirectly this program can reduce the sense of social concern, kinship and togetherness between residents. Not only does it have an impact on social welfare, this program will also limit buying and selling activities in markets and local village environments. Thus affecting the level of economic welfare of local communities. The pandemic era that has ended has not been able to restore the economy and health of the affected communities, so various individual and group efforts still need to be made that can increase people's income. Some of the problems above are the background and reasons for choosing Simomulyo Village as our KKN object. Simomulyo village has a very strategic location because it is located in the city center and has a fairly large market. Of course, this condition causes Simomulyo village to receive a significant impact from the pandemic period to the post-pandemic period. To solve existing problems, we and the Simomulyo Village community will work together to maximize the benefits of implementing the waste bank program. The success of this optimization is marked by increased awareness and insight of the village community regarding waste that is ready to be recycled and sold to increase village income. The hope is that, apart from being useful in creating a healthy environment, the waste bank program will also be useful in improving economic and social welfare for the people of Simomulyo Village. This is realized in the form of a waste bank account which is accumulated into cash to ensure the smooth implementation of several village activities.

By using literature studies/literature research, this article discusses how programming algorithms can be applied to the Internet of Things (IoT). The purpose of this article is to explain the function of algorithms in Internet of Things (IoT) programming and several examples. IoT is a concept where various devices and objects can connect and communicate with each other via the internet network. After data is collected through text study, content analysis techniques are used to analyze it. Literature studies show that programming algorithms must be applied to the Internet of Things to ensure efficient collection, analysis and use of data from connected objects. Programming algorithms are widely used for data prediction and analysis, network management, data collection and processing, security, and optimization of communication between IoT objects. Internet of Things developers and researchers should pay attention to the importance of implementing appropriate programming algorithms in their systems because these algorithms enable IoT to optimize the use of resources such as bandwidth, memory, and energy. Efficient algorithms enable smarter data analysis and better data security.
