The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rental prices and service quality on customer satisfaction at Pt Gunawangsa Mapan Sentosa Merr. This study uses primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is quantitative. The results of this study are, Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing there is a significant effect of rental prices on customer satisfaction, and there is also a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. As for simultaneously there is a significant influence of rental prices and service quality on customer satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an effect of the Internal Control System, the Application of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109, Human Resource Competencies and the Use of Information Technology on the Quality of Financial Statements of Zakat Management Organisations (OPZ) in DKI Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods using primary data. This study uses a population of members of the DKI Jakarta zakat forum consisting of 1 BAZNAS and 7 LAZNAS with a total of 191 employees being the population with a resulting sample of 52 people. The data quality test used is validity test, reliability test. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, f test and coefficient of determination test) using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate a significant joint influence of the variables of the Internal Control System, Implementation of PSAK 109, HR Competence and Utilisation of Information Technology on the Quality of OPZ Financial Statements in DKI Jakarta.

Hospitality Management Applied Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Dian Nuswantoro University.This final project aims to explain the role of a Room Attendant, especially in the Housekeeping department in supporting operations. A Room Attendant has duties and responsibilities in working on guest rooms, by providing the best quality of room comfort for hotel guests at Artotel Gajahmada Semarang. This research is a research that uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques using qualitative research methods for the data collection process are obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation, to obtain the correct data. The research results obtained show that the comfort of guest rooms is supported by three things, namely tidiness, beauty, and completeness. By implementing these three things, it will make guests feel comfortable and at home while staying at the hotel at Artotel Gajahmada Semarang.

Hospitality Management Applied Undergraduate Study Program, Faculty of Cultural Sciences, Dian Nuswantoro University.The Purchasing Section is part of the accounting department which is fully responsible for procuring goods as requested by the department, so that hotel operations run smoothly. This final project aims to describe the obstacles and find out the strategy of the purchasing department in the process of procuring goods at Awann Sewu Boutique Hotel & Suite. The author sees that there are obstacles faced by the purchasing department when the process of procuring goods at the hotel. Barriers are prone to occur both from the initial order until the goods have been sent which can affect hotel operations. besides that, the author also looks at the strategies implemented by the purchasing department to overcome obstacles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method for the data collection process. The data obtained were collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques so as to obtain accurate data regarding the barriers and strategies of the purchasing department in procuring goods. The results of this study describe the obstacles in the Purchasing department in the process of procuring goods at Awann Sewu Boutique Hotel & Suite, so that the Purchasing department needs to implement a strategy in procuring goods to overcome the occurrence of obstacles.

Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a vehicle for the application and advancement of science and technology that takes place outside of school under certain time constraints, work processes, and requirements. Higher Education's Community Service Program is an effort to improve the content and quality of education for students and to gain more added value in higher education by carrying out several program activities, one of which is the socialization of personal branding and graphic design. It is envisaged that by implementing this Socialization, it will be possible to build local potential at the KKN location. The goal of this research was to discover and improve the local potential of the Tapaan Village region. The demographic and sample in this study are MSME-Practitioners and Tapaan Village business owners. Interviews, observation, and documentation were utilized to obtain data. This interview method seeks information about the SMEs that the community lives and the potential that exists in the Tapaan Village. According to the study's findings, the role of KKN is part of growing student competency as a kind of community service, particularly in Tapaan Village.

Assessment of the quality of service in hospitals can be done by determining the completeness of filling in medical record documents through quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis of medical record documents is the study or review of certain parts of the contents of medical records with the aim of finding specific deficiencies related to recording medical records. Quantitative analysis of medical records includes four review components, namely identification review, recording review, reporting review, and authentication review. Rumah Sakit Umum Hidayah Boyolali has implemented electronic medical records since January 2023 in accordance with the mandate of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning medical records. The aim of PkM activities is to increase the knowledge and abilities of medical record officers regarding quantitative analysis of medical records and electronic medical records at Rumah Sakit Umum Hidayah Boyolali. The PkM implementation method includes material presentation, discussion, clinic and evaluation. The target of PkM consists of 13 medical record officers with the results of PkM being to increase the knowledge and ability of officers in analyzing the completeness of filling in medical records and electronic medical records.

The canteen is one of the most important parts because it is the main support for employee consumption. They play an important role in providing official food to employees in hotels. The importance of the quality and taste provided is very influential for the satisfaction and comfort of all employees. In providing services, the canteen must serve optimally so that the service will be well received without any dissatisfaction. Data collection methods were collected in 4 ways, namely literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation studies in order to obtain accurate data regarding the satisfaction of canteen staff towards employees. The results obtained from this study are that employees are still dissatisfied with the variety of food menus on weekends. Meanwhile, on weekdays, the variation of the food menu is quite satisfying. A company is said to be successful if employee satisfaction can be guaranteed, and the presence of inhibiting and supporting factors is one of the factors that can be a success of a company or not in its application. The results of this study are that increasing employee satisfaction with canteen services in a company greatly influences the welfare and satisfaction of employees in the company, so it is important for the human resources department to prepare all the facilities needed by employees and also provide excellent service to all employees.

This research aims to examine the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency from a review of digital marketing and the quality of human resources. This research uses an explanatory method with a population of MSME actors in Demak Regency and a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the study show that: (1) There is an influence of digital marketing on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (2) There is an influence on the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. (3) There is an influence of digital marketing and the quality of human resources on the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. The contribution of digital marketing and human resources variables to the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency is 66.40%, while 33.60% is influenced by other factors outside the research. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that digital marketing and the quality of human resources are important factors influencing the development of MSMEs in Demak Regency. Digital marketing can help MSMEs to reach a wider market and increase sales, while the quality of human resources can help MSMEs to develop innovative and quality products and services. Recommendations that can be given to improve MSME development in Demak Regency are: (1) The government and related agencies need to provide training and assistance to MSMEs to improve digital marketing capabilities and quality human resources. (2) MSMEs need to utilize digital technology to market their products and services. (3) MSMEs need to improve the quality of their products and services in order to compete in an increasingly competitive market

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the use of influencer services, Instagram promotion media and product quality which have a significant influence on online product purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research with research methods in the form of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The sample amounted to 100 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis.The regression test results show that 72.30% of the factors of buying decisions can be explained by brands, price discounts and salespeople, while the remaining 27.70% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the Influencer Service Usage, Instagram Promotion Media and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on buying decisions with the results of the analysis namely Fcount (87,016)> Ftable (2,700). The t test results show that the influencer service use variable shows the results of the tcount,¬ (0.060) and the Instagram Promotion Media variable shows the results of the analysis of tcount (3.727) while the product quality variable is 6.620 where the t table is (1.98498) then partially the Instagram promo media variable and product quality that has a positive and significant influence on online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla The influencer service variable does not have a positive and significant effect on online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla. The dominant variable affecting online product purchasing decisions at Bittersweet by Najla is Product Quality.

This research background is that customer satisfaction has not been maximized at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Maumere. This research was conducted to (1) find out how the description of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Borwita Citra Prima Maumere; (2) find out whether there is an influence of sevice quality and protionj on customer satisfaction at PT Borwita Citra Prima Maumere. The population in this research was all customers who currently utilized products from PT Borwita Citra Prima Maumere as many as 3178 customers. By using the Slovin formula, the sample in this study was 100 people. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and inferential statisticks, namely simple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the t-test. The study’s findings demonstrated that service quality (X1) and promotion (X2) simultaneously influenced consumer satisfaction (Y) where the value of F-count > F-table, 83.486 > 3.09 then H0 was rejected. It can be concluded that both independent variables, service quality and promotion variables, had a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of controlling raw material inventory and production processes on product quality in MSMEs Warung Ohay Tasikmalaya. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 40 employees of Warung Ohay MSMEs. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling of 40 employees. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear analysis with SPSS program version 25. The results of this study show that controlling raw material inventory and production processes simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. Partial control of raw material inventory has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products. The partial production process has a significant effect on the quality of Warung Ohay MSME products.

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Facilities on Consumer Interest at the Gunawangsa Tidar Apartment in Surabaya. This research uses Quantitative method. The data used are primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the quality of service and facilities has a significant influence on the consumer intention, which can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression analysis with indicating a positive linear pattern, meaning that the quality of service and facilities increases the consumer interest in buying a unit.

Teenagers today often experience sleep disturbances, this happens because teenagers prefer to be in front of screens such as gadgets, televisions and computers. In a day, teenagers use gadgets for 5-7 hours, so it takes around 60 minutes longer to fall asleep. Apart from using gadgets, another factor that can affect sleep quality is stress. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship between gadget use and stress levels with sleep quality in adolescents at Puspita Medika Tapos Health Vocational School, Depok. Method: This research uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was a total sampling of 99 students. Results: based on statistical logistic regression tests on 99 respondents, a significant value of p = 0.045 was obtained, namely <0.05 for the gadget use variable and p = 0.001, namely <0.05 for stress levels. Conclusion: there is a relationship between gadget use and stress levels with sleep quality in teenagers at Puspita Medika Vocational School.

The world of the food and beverage industry is developing very rapidly. In Indonesia, this is characterized by the variety of culinary delights available with regional and modern flavors. "The rapid development of culinary arts in Indonesia means that entrepreneurs have to think hard to remain creative in order to be able to fight new, innovative competitors. The current phenomenon means that old entrepreneurs must have new innovations to be able to maintain their business. Because it is known that many young entrepreneurs have created food and beverage products that offer delicious flavors at economical prices. This kind of competition is difficult to avoid. This research examines menu diversity, service quality and prices at Hakui Coffee Tulungagung. These three interrelated variables seem interesting if used as research objects. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive quantitative. The analysis techniques used are validity test instruments, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, t tests, F tests, coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that the first hypothesis proposed states that menu diversity has a significant effect on buying interest. Partially, according to the t test of 2.986 with a significance level of 0.060 > 0.05, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, where the research results show that diversity The menu has a significant effect on buying interest as evidenced by the results obtained in the form of a correlation coefficient of 0.231 and a partial significance test which produces a t-count of 2.096.

This research aims to determine the influence of accounting information systems and internal control systems on the quality of village government financial reports at the Palue District level. This type of research is quantitative research. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The population in this study were village officials in Palue District, where the number of samples was 56 respondents. The tests used are research instrument tests, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression analysis and model feasibility tests using SPSS 16 tools. Based on the results of the t test and F test partially or simultaneously the accounting information system and system internal control affects the quality of village government financial reports in Palue District.

Health is a vital element and is a constitutive element in a person's life process. So that improving health, health recovery and treatment cannot be separated from financing. One of the subsystems in national health is the health financing subsystem. Health financing itself is the amount of funds that must be provided to organize and/or utilize various health efforts needed by individuals, families, groups and communities. The aim of this research is to find out the management strategy for health financing and insurance in health services. The method used is a literature study by analyzing and comparing existing theories and producing findings from the analysis results. The results of this research are strategies for managing health financing and insurance in health services, namely by providing health services, increasing health personnel, improving information, providing adequate health equipment, vaccines and technology, good leadership and governance in management and financing and accelerating access to health services as a whole. universal for reducing inequalities in health. It can be concluded that strong, stable and sustainable health financing plays a very vital role in the provision of health services in order to achieve various important goals of health development in a country, including equal distribution of health services and access (equitable access to health care) and quality services (guaranteed quality). Therefore, health policy reform in a country should provide an important focus on health financing policies to ensure the implementation of adequacy, equity, efficiency and effectiveness of health financing itself.

The development of the cosmetic industry is increasing so that companies must innovate and must provide appropriate prices and maintain the quality of their products. Price is indeed the first measuring factor that is assessed by consumers as well as for the quality of the product. This study aims to determine the Price and Quality of Lipcream Wardah Products on Purchasing Decisions partially and simultaneously. The object of this study is Wardah Lipcream Products. In this study, primary data was collected by 100 respondents buying and using Wardah Lipcream products. The sampling method in this study was non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The test phase was carried out with the results of the Validity and Reliability tests stating Valid and reliable, and normality test results 0.200 , multicollinearity test tolerance values 0.700 and VIF 1.429 and heteroscedasticity test spread randomly, autocorrelation test, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and test coefficient of determination. This study used a questionnaire instrument with the help of Google Form and valid data which was collected by 100 respondents. This test used the SPSS Version 24 tool.The results of this study indicate that the variable price and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Louvrea cosmetic customers. The population in this study were Louvrea cosmetics customers, while the samples that met the observation sampling criteria were 100 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used the slovin technique. Data analysis techniques in this study using the t test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the promotion variable partially did not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, the service quality variable partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and based on the hypothesis test regarding the effect of promotion and service quality on customer satisfaction simultaneously there was a significant effect between promotion and service quality on satisfaction customers on Louvrea products.

This research is entitled the influence of product quality and price of realme brand smartphones on purchasing decisions (studies in Batuliang sub-district, Central Lombok district). The aim is to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The data collection method used is the purposive sampling. The population and respondents in the study were 60 people in Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the quality of Realme brand smartphone products has a positive and not significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) The price of Realme brand smartphone products has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

In the current era of globalization, there is a lot of competition from various schools or madrasas, to offer the best quality from their institutions. This can be seen from the various forms of promotion and strategy, moreover educational institutions with a private background are certainly required to have higher quality and competitiveness compared to other educational institutions, especially those with a state label. This research in general, aims to describe (1) how the recruitment of students is carried out at Karya Bunda Middle School (2) What is the strategy used by Karya Bunda Middle School in recruiting new students (3) What are the obstacles faced by the school in the student recruitment process at Karya Bunda Middle School. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, educators, students, education staff, and two students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation techniques with research extension, increased persistence, and triangulation. The results of this study indicate (1) the implementation of student recruitment with technical instructions from the Education Office, the recruitment process does not have selection and applicant tests only need to pay administrative costs and have actually passed SD (2) The strategy used in recruiting students is a promotion strategy, namely a strategy from door to door, distributing brochures and placing advertisements on social media, visiting SD/MI, community activities, and working with students (3) in the process constraints the recruitment of these students is due to limited classroom space, unable to compete with the country and less desirable.
