The success of a hospital in carrying out its functions is marked by the results of quality service. In order for this to be realized, a hospital should be managed professionally by competent human resources and the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. One of the factors that influences the success of a hospital is good service quality. Quality health services are health services that can satisfy every user of health services. Another problem faced by partners is negative views of nurses, such as being rude, unfriendly, or unprofessional, which still often appear in the community. When friendliness and attention are absent, a climate of discomfort and reluctance to interact is created, resulting in suboptimal service. Health service providers, in addition to having professional ethics, also need to have good "manners" or etiquette in providing services to service users in this case patients or their families. The importance of the manners possessed by health workers in supporting service quality at Kardinah Hospital, Tegal City because health workers are the spearhead of services provided by the hospital to customers. The success of a hospital in carrying out its functions is marked by the results of quality service quality, one of which is the service provided by health workers

A clot or bleeding in the brain causes a stroke or a cerebral vascular disease that damages the nervous system. Patients suffering from strokes may have physical, mental, sensory, and intellectual disabilities that impede their interaction with the environment and prevent them from performing daily activities and quality of life. This research determines the correlation between the disability level and the quality of life of patients suffering from stroke treated at the Kedungmundu Public Healt Care. The quatitative research applied a cross sectional approach and collected the samples from 67 respondents using proposive sampling. The applied measuring tools were mRS and SSQOL. The Spearmen Rank statistical test obtained a p-value of 0,000. The result accepts Ha, indicating a significant  correlation between  the disability level and the quality of life of the post-stroke patient with a value of r = -0,542. The value indicates a moderate and negative correlation between the level of disability and the life quality of post-stroke patients. The research result suggest the implementation of the intervention to lower the disability level because it influences post-stroke patients with low quality life.

Stock prices serve as a benchmark for investors to assess a company's success. A positive stock return is an indicator of business success for a company. This study has three main objectives: to examine the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS) on stock returns, to investigate the relationship between Return On Assets (ROA) and stock returns, and to determine the extent to which the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) affects stock returns. The population of this study consists of 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2018-2023. Simple random sampling was used to randomly select samples from the population, resulting in 264 quarterly financial data samples. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from semi-annual reports downloaded from www.idx.co.id and from the respective pharmaceutical companies' websites. Data analysis was conducted using Eviews version 10. The study found that only one variable, Earnings Per Share (EPS), significantly influences stock returns. The other two variables, Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), do not have a significant effect on stock returns.

The sampling method used in this research used a purposive sampling technique to obtain 10 companies that presented complete financial reports, resulting in 90 samples. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, moderated regression analysis (MRA), multiple linear regression, t test, and f test. The research results partially concluded that Return on Assets and Cash Ratio influences managerial ownership while Total Assets Turnover has no effect on Managerial Ownership. The results of the research simultaneously show a calculated f value of 3.099 and an f table of 2.71, meaning calculated f > f table or a significance value of 0.031 <0.05. So Return on Assets, Cash Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover has a simultaneous effect on Managerial Ownership. Research results Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) shows that Product Development Costs can moderate the Return relationship on Assets to Managerial Ownership and Product Development Costs can moderate the Cash relationship Ratio to Managerial Ownership. This study aims to analyse reasoning in the opinion columns of Kabar Madura, a prominent local newspaper in Madura. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design to understand and evaluate the quality of argumentation in these opinion columns. Data were collected through content analysis and discourse analysis of opinion articles published within a specific timeframe. The findings reveal that while many articles demonstrate effective rhetorical use and a critical approach, there are deficiencies in evidence presentation and logical consistency. More experienced writers tend to construct stronger arguments supported by relevant evidence, whereas less experienced writers often struggle to formulate coherent and logical arguments. This variation in argumentative quality indicates a need for writer training and capacity development. Additionally, the analysis shows that some articles adopt a critical approach that aids readers in understanding the complexities of local issues. The local social and cultural context also influences reasoning in the opinion columns, with articles relevant to the daily lives of the Madurese community receiving more positive responses. The study concludes that enhancing reasoning quality in opinion columns can improve the credibility and impact of local media in shaping public opinion. Practical recommendations include providing training for writers and further research encompassing more local media and mixed methods for more comprehensive results. This research contributes significantly to the development of more critical and responsible journalism within the local media context in Indonesia.

Body scrub is a type of cosmetic preparation that has seen increased use, particularly with the incorporation of natural ingredients as its base. Belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi Linn.) is a traditional medicinal plant known for its high content of saponins, flavonoids, tannins, glycosides, and formic acid, all of which contribute to its significant antioxidant activity. This makes it a promising candidate for development into a cosmetic product for skin care. This study involved the formulation of body scrub preparations using A. bilimbi powder, with variations in triethanolamine (TEA) as an emulsifying and alkalizing agent to optimize the resulting product formula, which was then tested physically. The A. bilimbi fruit was processed into simplicia, which was subsequently ground and formulated into three different body scrub formulas. These three formulas were subjected to organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, and pH tests to assess the impact of varying TEA concentrations. The results indicate that TEA influences the texture and pH values of the body scrub preparations. However, the distribution of the preparations based on the homogeneity test results showed no significant differences among the three formulas. The study identified Formula II, with a 3% TEA concentration, as the most optimal formula, meeting SNI standards for pH and demonstrating the best organoleptic properties among the three formulas.

This study examines the multifaceted impact of financial inclusion on industrial societies, focusing on its role in economic growth, social equity, digital transformation, and industrial development. Using a mixed-method approach combining systematic literature review and case studies from five industrial countries (Germany, South Korea, the United States, China, and Brazil), we analyze the mechanisms through which financial inclusion influences societal outcomes. Our findings reveal that financial inclusion significantly contributes to economic growth, with a 10% increase in inclusion indicators associated with a 0.2-0.7% rise in GDP growth rates. Moreover, we identify synergistic effects between financial inclusion and digital transformation, notably in mobile banking adoption. The study also highlights persistent challenges, including urban-rural divides and gender disparities in financial access. Cross-cutting themes emerge, emphasizing the importance of integrated policy approaches, regulatory innovation, and public-private partnerships in advancing financial inclusion. These insights offer valuable guidance for policymakers and financial institutions in designing effective strategies to leverage financial inclusion for sustainable and equitable economic development in industrial contexts.
