Abstract. Development is a pattern of changes experienced by an individual from the time they are still in the womb until a certain period of life.  Development generally involves growth (progress) but at certain times it will involve aging.  This development is the result of the maturity process and learning experiences of each individual.  Development is closely related to tempo and rhythm, it is integral to it.  Individuals who experience development can be marked by certain characteristics, but it is not uncommon for individuals to be less aware of the changes that have occurred to them.  This research uses a critical review method, which involves careful examination and evaluation of various sources of information, such as scientific journals, articles and other media.  The main aim of this approach is to improve the reader’s understanding and interpretation skills in the context of prenatal, early childhood and child development psychology while offering a critical assessment of the material reviewed.  In addition, a critical review requires identifying important topics in the literature, analyzing the methodology used, and evaluating the strengths and limitations of the sources studied.  In development, there is a pattern of changes experienced by individuals from the time they are still in the womb up to a certain period of life. In a child’s life there are two processes that have the potential to be continuous, namely growth and development. In this case, both processes have stages, including moral and spiritual stages.

The Nutrition Care Center (NCC) is a teaching factory (TEFA) at the Jember State Polytechnic (Polije) which provides assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems, comprehensive nutritional assessments, diagnostic services, nutritional counseling, and customized diet plans for clients. Health services, including nutrition, require accurate medical records that include patient identification, examination, treatment, interventions, and other relevant information. However, NCC faces challenges, namely that the medical recording system is still manual paper-based. Medical record numbers do not comply with numbering regulations, age is still used instead of date of birth, the nutritional assessment section is not yet standardized and disease code classification does not yet exist. This manual system is susceptible to damage, loss, and requires dedicated storage time and space. Since it was inaugurated in November 2021, the number of NCC visits has continued to increase both from internal clients and external clients of Polije with initiations with several educational institutions, offices and elderly groups. The use of EMR which is made easier with QR Codes and the application of Whatsapp Bot is the main alternative to build or improve the management of assessment and diagnostic services for nutritional problems according to client needs. Socialization of assistance in implementing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with QR Code and WhatsApp Bot at NCC aims to make things easier for experts. nutrition to access the client's examination history, allergy history and previous therapy in one view and make it easier for clients to access medical record numbers without a card. This initiative is in line with the Department of Health Research Masterplan 2022 and the development of TEFA services. This research examines the role of bureaucracy and power structure in modern educational organizations using the Max Weber's theoretical approach. The primary objective of this study is to understand how Weber's concepts related to bureaucracy and power can be applied in the context of contemporary educational institutions. The research methodology employed in this study is a literature review, involving a comprehensive examination of literature from various sources, including books, scholarly journals, and conference papers, relevant to Max Weber's theory, bureaucracy, and power structure in modern educational organizations. The collected data were qualitatively analyzed to support the research findings. The research findings indicate that Weber's bureaucratic principles, such as division of labor, hierarchy, and rational rules, still hold relevance in modern educational organizations. However, their impact may differ in an educational context, where aspects such as flexibility, innovation, and participation also hold significance. Furthermore, the power structure in modern educational organizations can be understood through Weber's concepts of authority and control. This study provides in-depth insights into how Weber's theory can help us comprehend the dynamics of bureaucracy and power in educational institutions, which, in turn, can support improvements and developments in modern education systems.

Popliteal Artery Aneurysm (AAP) is a pathological dilation of the popliteal artery, and although often asymptomatic, can lead to serious complications such as rupture, thrombosis, or embolism. Aneurysms if ruptured can result in internal bleeding such as, stroke, and can sometimes be fatal. This research method is a literature review study, where literature exploration is carried out in various databases with keywords such as Percutaneous Transluminal Angioplasty (PTA)", Popliteal Artery Aneurysm (AAP) cases. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) in popliteal artery aneurysm (AAP) involves patient preparation, tools, procedure, post-operative care, and outcome evaluation. Patient preparation includes education, renal function evaluation, medication adjustment. Equipment preparation includes catheterization table, fluoroscopy system, various types of catheters, appropriate contrast agent. The PTA process includes insertion of the catheter into the femoral artery, evaluation and delineation of the popliteal artery, and completion of the procedure. PTA examination in AAP requires careful preparation and coordinated medical team collaboration to achieve optimal results. Percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) has proven to be effective as a primary therapeutic option to treat popliteal artery aneurysms (AAP) and prevent popliteal artery stenosis. Risk factors such as advanced age, male gender, and cardiovascular disease were considered in the literature analysis. Although PTA successfully improves the diameter of the popliteal artery as a minimally invasive method, it is important to recognize that the success of the procedure and the decision to use stents have a significant impact on the final outcome.

Stroke is an acute clinical manifestation resulting from neurological dysfunction in the brain, spinal cord and retina, either partial or complete, that persists for 24 hours or causes death due to blood vessel disorders. According to the American Heart Association (AHA), in 2015 the prevalence of stroke reached 33 million patients worldwide. According to Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2007, the national prevalence of stroke was 8.3 per 1,000 population. The highest stroke prevalence was found in Aceh (16.6 per 1,000 population) and the lowest in Papua (3.8 per 1,000 population). Many factors can influence the incidence of stroke, one of which is hypertension. Hypertension is a major risk factor for stroke. Often referred to as the silent killer because hypertension increases the risk of stroke by 6 times. It is said to be hypertension if blood pressure is greater than 140/90 mmHg. Stroke cases are included in the Doctor Competency Standards with grade 3B, which means a general practitioner must be able to make a clinical diagnosis based on anamnesis, physical examination and simple additional examinations. The general practitioner must be able to decide and provide preliminary therapy, as well as refer to relevant specialists (emergency cases).

This study is to find out about Parotid Gland Tumors, Salivary Gland Physiology, Definition of Parotid Tumors, Epidemiology, Etiology, Classification, Benign Parotid Tumors, Malignant Parotid Tumors, Clinical Manifestations, Diagnosis, Supporting Examinations, Therapy, Complications and Prognosis. Parotid tumors are tumors that attack the parotid salivary glands. The etiology of salivary gland tumors remains unknown but a multifactorial role is thought to be involved. The most common benign salivary gland tumor in children is parotid gland hemangioma. In adults, benign salivary gland tumors that often occur include pleiomorphic adenomas. Parotid malignant tumors in children are rare and the most common in children is mucoepidermoid carcinoma. The diagnosis of a parotid gland tumor will depend on the history, clinical examination, imaging, and fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB). Treatment of parotid tumors is based on appropriate staging and preoperative diagnosis. Facial nerve injuries and Frey's Syndrome are complications that often arise. Most salivary gland tumors are non-malignant and grow slowly. Surgical removal of the tumor usually cures the patient.
