Akuntansi Pajak dan Kebijakan Ekonomi Digital 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

In the fast-moving fashion retail industry, supply chain efficiency is a key factor in operational success. Heybeb Factory Outlet, as one of the retail business actors, faces challenges in managing the flow of goods from upstream to downstream, particularly in balancing demand between offline (physical stores) and online (e-commerce/marketplace) channels. This proposal aims to design and analyze the logistics workflow starting from goods ordering (restocking) from the central warehouse, the goods receiving process, rigorous Quality Control (QC) procedures, storage in a dedicated transit warehouse, and the stock distribution mechanism (stock split) for the two sales channels. The main issues identified include the risk of overselling in one channel while stock accumulation occurs in another, as well as the potential for defective items to pass through due to an unstructured QC process. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach by mapping out an ideal Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The expected outcome is the development of an integrated inventory management system capable of minimizing return rates caused by defective items and maximizing inventory turnover through accurate stock allocation between online and offline divisions.

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy, both in creating jobs and strengthening the national economy. However, amid the rapid pace of digital technology development, MSMEs cannot rely solely on traditional methods such as manual or offline marketing. Indonesia is a country with a Muslim majority population. This presents a huge opportunity for the Muslim fashion industry, including the Nibras brand located in Sooko Mojokerto. This study aims to examine in depth the application of sharia marketing strategies through the 7Ps at Nibras House Sooko Mojokerto, as well as its implementation in digital marketing. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews with the owner and employees of Nibras House Sooko Mojokerto. The results show that Nibras House Sooko Mojokerto has implemented sharia principles in all aspects of marketing with sharia-compliant products, fair prices, honest promotions, strategic locations, good staff, fast and responsive service processes, and good customer reviews. Additionally, Nibras House Sooko Mojokerto utilizes digital marketing through e-commerce and social media to expand its market and strengthen its competitiveness against new Muslim brands.

Background. Public transportation of vehicles coming in and going out from the Passo Transit Terminal, along with its location close to the market, can influence the levels of CO and HC in the exhaust gases from the vehicles. This can affect the air quality around the area. This is because the intercity buses use diesel fuel, some of them are old, and others have been operating for about 10 years with only 4 to 5 months before their last maintenance. Because of this, the researcher wants to study the levels of CO and HC in the exhaust gas emissions from the vehicles. Research Objective. To check the air quality of the exhaust gas emissions from intercity buses at the Passo Transit Terminal. Method. This study is a descriptive research that includes laboratory tests conducted at the HipperKes Laboratory Center. The population of this study includes 20 intercity buses, with a sample of 2 buses selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results and Discussion. The results of the CO levels show that bus 1 has 1.77% and bus 2 has 0.22%, which exceed the standard quality level of 0.5% as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 8 of 2023. Conclusion and Suggestions. The parameters measured do not meet the required exhaust emission quality standards. The community and passengers are encouraged to increase awareness and use personal protective equipment such as masks

The digital transformation of payment systems has become essential for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to improve transaction efficiency and expand market accessibility. This community service program was conducted to introduce and implement the use of QRIS through the Dana Bisnis application for four MSMEs located in the Makam Raja-Raja Imogiri tourism area Yogyakarta : Warung Wahyu, Warmindo Babe, Warung Pecel Bu Yani, and Warung Pecel Bu Elti. Initially, all MSMEs relied solely on cash transactions, leading to difficulties in financial recording and limited access to digital financial services. The program consisted of several stages, including on-site surveys, problem identification, explanation of digital payment benefits, training on QRIS registration and usage, and continuous assistance during the transition process. The results indicate a significant improvement in MSMEs’ understanding of digital payment systems and a gradual shift towards non-cash transactions. Evaluation findings show that approximately 60% of daily transactions were conducted via QRIS, and business owners reported benefits such as simplified bookkeeping, faster payment processing, and enhanced transaction security. This program demonstrates that QRIS-based digital payment systems can be effectively implemented in traditional MSMEs through proper mentoring and hands-on guidance. The initiative also plays a strategic role in promoting financial inclusion and strengthening MSME competitiveness in tourism areas. Continued efforts remain necessary, particularly in enhancing digital literacy and expanding access to supporting technology to ensure equitable adoption of digital payment systems.

This study aims to analyze the reaction of the Indonesian capital market to the establishment of the Danantara Investment Management Agency (BPI) as a new financial institution formed by the government in 2025. Using a quantitative approach through the event study method, this study measures the abnormal return of the Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) around the date of the announcement of Danantara's establishment, namely in the observation period from January 31 to April 17, 2025. The analysis results show that the market reacted significantly negatively on the day of the announcement (t₀) with an abnormal return of -0.78 percent and a p-value of 0.05, while on other days around the event, no significant reaction was found. This indicates that the market responds quickly to public information, but the impact is temporary. In the long term, the cumulative abnormal return (CAR) shows a significant negative trend, reflecting market pressure and investor caution regarding Danantara's existence. These findings are in line with the semi-strong form of market efficiency theory and show that investor confidence is highly dependent on the transparency and governance of state financial institutions. Overall, the results of this study confirm that the establishment of Danantara has not had a sustainable positive impact on the Indonesian capital market.

Digital development has significantly influenced business practices, particularly for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which are required to adapt to technological changes in order to remain competitive. However, many MSMEs still rely on conventional marketing methods and have limited understanding of digital marketing and digital financial management. This community service program aims to strengthen MSMEs’ competitiveness through the implementation of digital marketing strategies that support market expansion and improve business sustainability. The program was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through a series of community service activities, including field observations, interviews, seminars, and mentoring sessions for MSME actors. The focus of the activities was to introduce and assist MSMEs in utilizing digital marketing platforms, particularly social media such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, as well as online marketplaces, to promote products more effectively. In addition, MSME participants were introduced to basic digital financial applications to support more structured and transparent financial recording. The results of the community service activities indicate positive changes among MSME participants, including increased awareness of the importance of digital marketing, improved product branding, broader market reach beyond local areas, and better financial management practices compared to previous manual recording methods. The adoption of digital marketing strategies enabled MSMEs to communicate product information more efficiently and build consumer trust through online presence. This community service program demonstrates that digital marketing assistance combined with practical mentoring can enhance MSMEs’ competitiveness and contribute to improving community economic welfare. Continuous support and consistency from MSME actors are essential to ensure the sustainability of digital transformation initiatives.

This study aims to understand the meaning of halal lifestyle for Generation Z Muslim consumers in East Java through a phenomenological approach. In recent years, the concept of halal lifestyle is no longer limited to food and beverage consumption, but has expanded to include fashion, skincare, digital services, and even social media interactions. Generation Z, as digital natives, interprets halal not only as a religious rule, but also as an identity, a social trend, and a form of self-actualization. This study integrates the results of previous empirical studies that show that halal awareness, religious education, marketing strategies, and the influence of public figures play a significant role in shaping halal behavior among the younger generation. The results of the literature review indicate that Generation Z in East Java experiences complex dynamics in adopting a halal lifestyle, ranging from identity dilemmas, ethical challenges, to the influence of local culture. This phenomenological study confirms that halal lifestyle is a multidimensional phenomenon influenced by spiritual values, consumption rationality, and digital interactions. These findings are expected to provide a conceptual contribution to the study of Muslim consumer behavior and form the basis for developing a halal industry that is more adaptive to the characteristics of the younger generation..

This study aims to analyze the brand equity strategy and perception of Tomoro Coffee Blimbing based on four main dimensions: brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through in-depth interviews with management, baristas, and customers. The data were then analyzed thematically through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that Tomoro Coffee's brand awareness is strongly formed through store expansion, social media activities, and a memorable slogan. Brand associations are perceived as modern, aesthetic, and closely related to youth lifestyles, although there is still a conflict between premium and economical images. Regarding quality perceptions, customers value consistent coffee taste and service, but perceived value is still influenced by promotions. Customer loyalty varies, with some indicating repeat visits due to quality, while others rely on promotions and situational needs. This study concludes that Tomoro Coffee's brand equity is quite strong, but needs to be strengthened with perceived value and fostering emotional loyalty. The implications of these findings can inform the development of marketing strategies and brand management in the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry.

This study aims to explore how gold price volatility influences customers’ investment decisions in Islamic banks within the framework of Islamic values. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research investigates the perceptions, motivations, and strategies of twelve active customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Surabaya through in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that gold price volatility does not necessarily reduce investment interest; instead, it stimulates adaptive and reflective behavior grounded in religious commitment and Islamic financial literacy. Investment decisions are shaped by three main factors: rational risk perception, religious conviction in the permissibility of gold as an Islamic instrument, and trust in the integrity of Islamic financial institutions. Thus, gold price volatility is interpreted not only as an economic signal but also as a social and spiritual phenomenon that fosters financial maturity among investors. The study concludes that faith-driven investment behavior contributes to financial resilience and moral stability amid market uncertainty. These insights enrich the field of Islamic behavioral finance by highlighting the integration of economic rationality and spiritual values in investment decision-making.

The development of digital technology has led to significant changes in economic behavior, including among Muslim communities in Tegal Gubug. Economic activities that were once centered in traditional markets have now begun to shift to digital platforms such as marketplaces and social media. This study aims to examine the shift in the economic behavior of the Muslim community from direct interactions in Tegal Gubug Traditional Market to digital-based interactions in buying and selling transactions. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews and observations of Muslim traders and consumers who have transitioned to using digital platforms. The findings reveal that the main factors driving this shift are ease of access, time efficiency, and the expansion of marketing networks. However, the study also identifies challenges such as reduced direct social interaction among economic actors and a lack of understanding regarding the application of Islamic business ethics in the digital space. This research emphasizes the importance of internalizing Islamic values such as honesty, justice, and responsibility in every digital economic activity to ensure alignment with sharia principles.

This study aims to explain how the implementation of a Financial Management Information System (MISK) can improve decision-making capabilities in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In the digital era, MSMEs are required to manage their finances quickly, accurately, and in an integrated manner to compete in a dynamic market. The SIMK offers a solution to simplify the process of recording, analyzing, and reporting financial information in real time, enabling business decisions to be based on valid data. Analysis of various studies shows that the implementation of a MISK can improve operational efficiency, financial reporting transparency, and the quality of managerial decisions. However, its effectiveness is greatly influenced by financial literacy, digital readiness, and the ability of human resources to operate the system. Many MSMEs still have not fully utilized technology due to limited capital and accounting knowledge. With training and government policy support, the implementation of a MISK is expected to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs, increase productivity, and achieve professional financial governance.

The Marketing Mix strategy is a combination of various marketing elements that include product, price, distribution place, and promotion. The Marketing Mix strategy, also known as the marketing mix is a concept in marketing that explains four main elements that must be managed in an integrated manner to achieve marketing objectives. In general practice, the using of QRIS is a payment standard using a QR code developed by Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association to simplify and accelerate digital transactions. Through VOSviewer analysis, the implementation of QRIS can have a positive impact on the operations and business performance of MSMEs, and the marketing mix strategy in the context of business digitalization becomes an important approach to maintaining MSME competitiveness. The results of the VOSviewer visual map analysis and the review of previous State of the Art research indicate that most existing studies still focus on aspects of QRIS adoption and transaction efficiency alone. These studies generally highlight how digital payment system is able to  improve the speed, security, and convenience of transactions but have not yet widely linked them directly to marketing mix strategies and consumer purchasing decisions. This indicates a research gap in understanding the role of QRIS is not only as a transaction tool but also as part of the marketing strategy that influences consumer behaviour.

The main problem in empowering fish farming communities in Dawuhan Village, Poncokusumo District, Malang Regency is how to empower communities through the Peti Koin Bermantra Program in Dawuhan Village, Malang Regency, such as low managerial capacity, weather constraints, high feed prices, and limited market access, which have an impact on the suboptimal economic improvement of the community. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Peti Koin Bermantra Program in empowering fish farming communities to improve their economic welfare. The study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, as well as the community empowerment theory of Hashemi, Schuler, and Riley (1996). The results show that the Peti Koin Bermantra Program contributes positively to improving community welfare through eight empowerment indicators, such as increased mobility, small-scale purchasing power, ability to make larger purchases, involvement in major decisions, freedom, political and legal awareness, participation in public protests and political campaigns, economic security, and contribution to family support. The success of the program was supported by collaboration between facilitators, the East Java Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service, and the Malang Regency Fisheries Service, although there were still obstacles in terms of capital, group management, and product innovation. To support the sustainability of the program,

This paper analyzes the relevance of the Frankfurt School’s Critical Theory in shaping public policy in Indonesia’s trade sector, particularly in the context of implementing Law Number 7 of 2014 on Trade. Using key concepts of Critical Theory—such as alienation, reification, instrumental rationality, and emancipation—this study evaluates how the structure of modern political economy can generate social inequality, the marginalization of small business actors, and the dominance of market-driven logic in national trade practices. A thematic analysis approach based on a literature review is employed to examine relevant scholarly works, including theories from Adorno, Horkheimer, Habermas, and contemporary critical theorists. The findings indicate that trade policies tend to be technocratic, efficiency-oriented, and insufficiently reflective of economic democracy, social justice, and empowerment principles for grassroots economic actors as mandated by the constitution. Such conditions reproduce structural injustices, particularly for MSMEs, which are often marginalized within a competitive trade system dominated by large capital. Therefore, more inclusive, participatory policy designs that are sensitive to structural inequalities are urgently needed. This study concludes that Critical Theory serves as a robust conceptual framework for analyzing power relations within the trade sector while also offering a transformative direction for policy development. Strengthening deliberative public spheres, enhancing MSME protection, and transforming power relations are essential steps toward achieving trade policies that are fairer, more humanistic, and emancipatory.
