Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian bahwa untuk lebih mempertajam pesaingan produk BSKIN ini dengan pesaing sejenis, ditemukan alternative yakni dengan cara memperluas strategi pemasaran secara online atau pemasaran produk melalui internet mampu memperluas daerah pemasaran dan menetapkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan efesien. strategi pemasaran ini, bertujuan untuk mencapai sebanyak mungkin transaksi penjualan dengan pelanggan. Pemasaran melalui word-of-mouth (WOM) memang memberikan banyak keuntungan dalam memasarkan produk atau jasa. Dengan rekomendasi personal dari teman atau keluarga, tingkat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap suatu produk bisa meningkat. Oleh karena itu, tidak mengherankan jika banyak dari beberapa perusahaan seperti HDI menggunakan  pemasaran melalui word-of-mouth dapat menggandakan penjualan hingga dua kali lipat. Prinsip pemasaran transaksional ini difokuskan pada mencapai target atau volume penjualan yang tinggi. Pemasaran transaksional mengandalkan pada pendekatan dasar pemasaran yang dikenal sebagai 4P: produk, harga.

This research discusses the negative impact of the internet on society, especially related to cases of sexual violence and revenge porn. Through a descriptive qualitative approach with secondary data analysis, this research highlights a tragic case in Pandeglang, Banten, where a female student, IAK, became a victim of rape and distribution of revenge pornographic content by her ex-boyfriend, Alwi Husein Maolana. This case reflects the complexity of the challenges in dealing with sexual violence in cyberspace, where victims face various forms of physical and psychological violence, as well as threats and blackmail. Even though the perpetrator was punished under the Information and Electronic Transactions Law (UU ITE), there is the potential to charge him with other articles related to sexual violence, rape and coercion. These findings emphasize the need for comprehensive and fair law enforcement in dealing with cybercrime and sexual violence, as well as the importance of deeper awareness and understanding of related legal concepts to protect victims and punish perpetrators appropriately. Thus, this research provides valuable insight into the need for legal reform and public awareness in addressing the negative impact of the internet on sexual violence.

Currently, advances in Internet technology can help the banking sector run its operations better, one of which is the existence of electronic banking (e-banking), and what is popularly used by the public today is Mobile Banking services. It turns out that there are advantages as well as disadvantages, namely the dangers of digital crime. One of the attack techniques that are often carried out to threaten the security of mobile banking is phishing attacks. Phishing is a manipulation technique that tricks users into revealing the victim's data to open the data or steal the victim's identity. The literature review method, which is a method for reading and analyzing data from papers, books, articles, and videos, is used in this kind of research. The research aims to analyze phishing techniques for mobile banking services and find out the types of phishing fraud modes to maintain security in every transaction. The research results can provide information regarding important steps to prevent digital fraud.

In criminal cases, particularly corruption cases, judges have the absolute authority and duty to decide and follow up on these matters. The background of this writing is that corruption is an extraordinary crime that hinders national development and must be prosecuted according to applicable regulations. The issue with this decision is that the judges were not meticulous enough, as they acquitted the defendant despite the defendant's actions causing state losses. An acquittal (Onslag Van Vervolging) means that the suspect or defendant in a corruption case is not subjected to any punishment or sanction.The analysis focuses on the verdict No. 56/Pid.Sus-Tpk/2017/Pn.Kpg, highlighting specific details that deserve further scrutiny. The juridical analysis of this decision will address the formulated issues, namely the basis for the judge's consideration in issuing an acquittal and how the judge should have ruled. The judge's considerations encompass three aspects: Philosophical, Juridical, and Sociological. This juridical analysis will include an understanding of the arguments presented, the legal basis used, and the factors influencing the court's decision to acquit the defendant of all charges. Internet users in Indonesia are increasing, in 2021 the development of Internet use is increasing rapidly as many as 7,000 samples come from Indonesia and all provinces in Indonesia and is growing from 8.9% to 73.7%, equivalent to 196.7 million internet users. Internet use is mostly used for social media such as Instagram. However, not all Instagram users can use Instagram wisely, so many cases of cyber crime still occur in Indonesia. So this research will discuss how law enforcement deals with cybercrime by manufacturers who employ endorsements to promote illegal cosmetics via Instagram. Using normative research methods activities that will examine internal aspects (to solve problems that exist within) positive law. For cases that occur, law enforcement can be applied such as imposing criminal sanctions as explained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions Article 9 in conjunction with Article 62 paragraph 1 of the Law Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection which reads Business actors who violate the provisions referred to in Article 8, Article 9, Article 9, Article 10, Article 13 paragraph (2), Article 15, Article 17 paragraph (1) letter a , letter b, letter c, letter e, paragraph (2), and article 18 shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 5 (five) years or a fine of up to Rp. 2,000,000,000.00 (two billion rupiah). Suggestions that consumers are obliged to report if a case like this occurs so that the implementation in law enforcement will run smoother and be eradicated quickly, similar cases will no longer exist.

This success highlights the need for media monitoring as a means to track and analyze brand and product insights on the internet. By utilizing social media monitoring analytical tools and collecting timeline-based data from Brand24, this study employs Netnography as a descriptive qualitative research method.

The online goods ordering information system is an application that allows customers to order goods practically via the internet. The Extreme Programming (XP) software development method is an approach that can be used to develop information systems with a focus on flexibility and responsiveness to changing user needs. This research aims to implement the Extreme Programming method in developing an online goods ordering information system. The research method used is a literature study to identify the basic concepts of Extreme Programming and analysis of the design of an online goods ordering information system. The research results show that the implementation of the Extreme Programming method in developing an online goods ordering information system can increase flexibility in dealing with changing user needs and improve the quality of the software produced.

The accounting profession in the industrial era 4.0 faces significant challenges in maintaining business ethics. In the context of Rural Credit Bank (BPR) Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang Branch Office, efforts to avoid violations of business ethics are very important. By referring to literature studies and descriptive qualitative interviews, this research method reveals the strategies implemented by BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang in controlling ethical violations. The research results show that BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang uses internal audit and data crosscheck as the main strategy to ensure the accuracy of recording financial transactions. In addition, separation of functions and strict supervision of business processes are important steps in maintaining the integrity and honesty of company operations. However, challenges related to employee internet access present obstacles in efforts to prevent ethical violations. However, BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang continues to strive to use good vendors and implement strict operational procedures. The research results show that BPR Dana Nusantara Tanjungpinang continues to be committed to improving their internal control practices in order to create an ethical business environment and reduce the possibility of ethical violations in the future.

This study aims to design and build a hotspot network system using userman and proxy server radius at SMK Negeri 5 Luwu to solve problems because users are not limited in using devices to make internet connections in the school environment. Radius servers run a centralized user administration system. This system will certainly simplify the task of an administrator. With this system, users can use hotspots in different places by authenticating to the radius server. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 5 Luwu. The research method used in this study is Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Data collection methods consisting of direct observation methods to the research location, interviews with one of the operators as well as network operators / administrators in the school, literature studies. Testing was conducted using browser, CMD and Speedtest. The results of research with the hotspto using userman and radius server using the same user as the password in user authentication management to improve network security have been successfully implemented internet networks in schools to improve network security, so it is very helpful for network providers in managing and monitoring all users connected to their networks.    

Teledentistry is a relatively new combination of telecommunications technology and dental care. It has its roots in telemedicine, which involves the use of communications and information technology to provide health services across geographic distances. Teledentistry faces several challenges, including limited internet access and inadequate infrastructure in remote areas, concerns about the confidentiality of electronic medical records, and incomplete regulations regarding teledentistry in the current law. The problems raised in this research are the obstacles faced by teledentistry practitioners in Indonesia, including factors that hinder their ability to manage medical risks and legal protection for teledentistry practitioners who face medical risks such as drug allergies. Legal protection for dentists in the field of teledentistry when facing medical risks, such as allergies to electronically prescribed medications. Dentists must obtain legal guarantees and certainty in providing health services to their patients. The conclusion of this study is that in teledentistry consultation services, medical risks such as drug allergies, which are unpredictable reactions of the patient's body, cannot be predicted. The M-TIX app, which provides online movie ticket booking services, is one example of an app that has become an important part of movie fans' routines. Despite its popularity, users have reported various issues related to usability and overall user satisfaction. In this study, we focus on the user experience of the M-TIX app by using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the user experience aspects. Through a structured qualitative approach, the UEQ enables an in-depth evaluation of six key dimensions of user experience, namely Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. The study involved respondents predominantly aged between 17 to 21 years old, with the largest group being 20 years old (15 respondents), and most of them (26 respondents) were students. The results of this study are expected to provide valuable recommendations for improving the design and functionality of the M-TIX application, as well as increasing the understanding of the relationship between users' characteristics and their perceptions of user experience in the context of online movie ticketing applications. This research aims to address the existing problems and enhance user satisfaction by providing actionable insights.    

In the digital era, universities play an important role in developing policies and technology to ensure students' academic integrity. This research aims to explore and analyze holistically the contribution and effectiveness of universities in maintaining academic integrity in the digital era. The research method used is a literature review with a semi-systematic review approach, which is then expanded with bibliometric analysis using the VOSViewer tool. Of the 115 papers identified in the bibliometric analysis with the keyword “college plagiarism”, it was found that the term “plagiarism” was often associated with “student”, “college”, “academic”, and “plagiarism”. Key relevant terms include “training”, “locus of control”, “rabin-karp”, “text mining”, “hash”, “levenshtein distance algorithm”, “similarity”, and “publication”. Universities should conduct training and strengthen students' locus of control to instill integrity values. The concept of “similarity” in plagiarism detection helps maintain the originality of academic work, while “rabin-karp” and “text mining” technologies are used to recognize plagiarized text and find suspicious patterns. The “hash” concept and “Levenshtein distance algorithm” are important in maintaining academic integrity, and “publication” ensures research meets academic integrity standards. Universities leaders are responsible for preventing plagiarism by implementing code of ethics and promoting awareness and understanding within the entire academic community.

The development of information technology in the modern era is increasingly rapid. and influences various aspects of life, including early childhood education. The Internet, as a component of information technology, connects computers around the world into a very large network, enabling instant and global exchange of information. This has a significant impact on Religious and Moral Competencies in AUD. The qualitative approach used in this research is a case study design at the Bung Karno State Kindergarten. Data was collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews with PAUD teachers, and questionnaires for parents or guardians of students. The research results show that technology, especially the use of gadgets, has a significant influence on the moral and religious values ​​of young children. Children who use technology excessively tend to have difficulty socializing, have apathetic behavior, and show signs of addiction. Challenges in teaching moral and religious values ​​​​include the difficulty of conveying abstract concepts to children who are still at the fundamental cognitive development stage. This research concludes that moral and religious education needs to be fostered from an early age to form quality character. Although technology can facilitate various activities, uncontrolled use can have a negative impact on children's moral and religious development. Therefore, parents, educators and other stakeholders need to do better to manage the use of technology and strengthen the education of moral and religious values ​​​​in early childhood.
