Expressive feelings therapy is a form of mental health nursing modality therapy that aims to help individuals express their thoughts and emotions openly without violating the rights of others. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of cognitive therapy focused on “expressing feelings” in improving emotional expression abilities among female patients in the recovery phase at the Anggrek Ward of the Aceh Government Mental Hospital. This descriptive qualitative study was conducted through group therapy activities with structured stages, using media such as emotion expression picture cards and a spin-the-bottle game as interaction stimuli. The population consisted of 18 patient in the Anggrek ward, with a sample of 12 patients who were cooperative, psychologically stable, able to communicate bidirectionally, and willing to participate in group therapy. The results showed that participants experienced an improvement in their ability to express emotions such as happiness, sadness, anger, and anxiety more openly, accompanied by increased social interaction and reduced emotional tension. The therapy also encouraged greater self-confidence and a sense of emotional relief. These findings support that expressive feelings therapy can be incorporated as part of routine nursing interventions for patients who experience difficulties in emotional regulation. It is recommended that further research be conducted over a longer duration and with a broader scope to strengthen the validity of the findings.

Cooperatives, as the backbone of the people's economy, play a strategic role in improving the welfare of their members, particularly through the management of business profits. This role becomes even more complex when cooperatives receive government assistance sourced from state finances, as its management concerns not only the internal interests of the cooperative, but also the public interest. In practice, the extensive authority of cooperative administrators is often not balanced with strict restrictions and effective oversight mechanisms, thereby creating the potential for abuse of authority and weak accountability. The purpose of this study is to determine whether legal regulations can limit the authority of administrators so that they do not abuse government assistance and to determine whether existing regulations provide adequate oversight mechanisms. The research method used was normative juridical with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that normatively, the authority of cooperative administrators has been limited through the principle of delegation from member meetings and accountability obligations, and reinforced by the state financial legal regime through government assistance. In addition, the supervisory mechanism has been regulated in layers through internal and external supervision, although in practice it still has the potential to be formalistic. The implication of this study is the importance of strengthening the implementation of authority restrictions and effective supervisory mechanisms in order to realize accountable, transparent, and sustainable cooperative governance, while maintaining public trust in government assistance programs.

This study examines the effectiveness of the SIPELANDUKILAT program (Population Administration Service System for Border and Remote Areas) in improving population administration services in rural and remote areas of Tanjung Palas Timur District, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. Using qualitative descriptive methods with an inductive approach, data were collected through interviews with 10 informants, direct observation, and documentation. The theoretical framework employs Siagian's (2011) effectiveness theory, assessed through four dimensions: human resources, funds, facilities and infrastructure; quantity and quality of services; time; and procedures. Findings indicate that the program has not yet reached full effectiveness, particularly due to the absence of specialized training for operators, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and the transition from the distributed SIAK system to a centralized SIAK system that rendered offline recording equipment unusable. Supporting factors include qualified human resources, assistance from the Provincial Civil Registry Office, and high community participation. The study recommends that Bulungan Regency accelerate adaptation to the centralized SIAK system, improve facilities and infrastructure, and strengthen inter-agency cooperation to optimize population administration services in remote areas.

The competitiveness of gig workers in the digital economy era raises issues such as competency gaps with market needs and instability in the quality of gig workers' work. This study explains the influence of training, work skills, and independent learning on the performance of gig workers who participate in training programs at the Central Java Province Cooperative and SME Training Center. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of each variable partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to the entire population or using a saturated sample of 50 gig workers participating in training at BALATKOP UKM. The data was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire instrument compiled based on the operational definitions of the variables and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the influence of training (X2), work skills (X2), and independence (X3) on performance (Y). The results of the study show that training, job skills, and independent learning each have a positive and significant effect on gig worker performance, and simultaneously, these three variables have a 66.5% effect on performance. This synthesis of findings confirms that gig worker performance is not only determined by the quality of training programs and technical skill mastery, but also by the ability to manage the learning process independently. Therefore, the conclusion is that the development of training programs at BALATKOP UKM needs to be designed in an integrated manner to simultaneously strengthen training, work skills, and independent learning as a strategy for improving the sustainable performance of gig workers.

Umbilical cord infection remains one of the major causes of morbidity and mortality among newborns, particularly in areas where knowledge and health practices are still limited. Padellegan Village is one of the regions where some mothers continue to practice traditional cord care methods, such as using herbal mixtures or non-sterile materials, which increases the risk of omphalitis. Initial situation analysis indicates that 40–60% of postpartum mothers are not yet familiar with the principles of clean and dry cord care (dry cord care), and access to accurate health information is still limited. Based on this condition, education on umbilical cord care is essential to improve mothers’ and health cadres’ understanding and skills in preventing neonatal infections. This community service activity focuses on providing evidence-based education regarding safe cord care techniques, infection risk factors, and danger signs that need to be recognized. Padellegan Village was selected due to the high need for maternal–neonatal health education and the low level of community knowledge related to cord care. This activity is expected to bring positive changes, such as improved maternal behavior in performing proper cord care, reduced use of unhygienic traditional methods, and strengthened roles of health cadres in monitoring neonatal health. Enhancing appropriate cord care practices can reduce the risk of infection in newborns, thereby contributing to improving the overall health status of the community in Padellegan Village.

This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation at the business location. The results indicate that work motivation derived from internal factors such as satisfaction with received wages and a familial work environment, as well as external factors in the form of appreciation from the owner, significantly influence employee morale and work output. Employee productivity levels are reflected in the consistency in meeting production targets for two types of crackers and the ability to adapt to demand fluctuations. These findings suggest that improving productivity in micro-enterprises like this one depends not only on technical operational aspects but is also greatly influenced by how work motivation is managed. This research provides practical contributions regarding the importance of paying attention to human resource aspects in managing operational risks and improving the performance of small-scale businesses.

This study aims to analyze the quality of granulated sugar products at PT Madukismo Yogyakarta using the Six Sigma methodology through the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). The main problems identified involve high variations in product quality and significant defects, particularly related to moisture content (less dry) and off-color products. Production and defect data from May 2023 to September 2024 were used to calculate DPMO and sigma levels as indicators of process performance. The results show that the sigma level ranges from 4.48 to 5.03, with the highest DPMO recorded at 1,456.76 and the lowest at 205.55, indicating that the process has not yet achieved Six Sigma performance. Pareto analysis reveals that color defects (58.4%) contribute the most to overall defects. The Fishbone diagram analysis indicates that defect causes originate from factors related to manpower, method, material, machine, measurement, and environment. Improvement recommendations include digitalizing monitoring systems, enhancing SOPs, upgrading operator competencies, modernizing machinery, improving raw material management, and strengthening environmental control systems. These improvements are expected to reduce DPMO to below 500 and increase the sigma level to at least 5.2. This study concludes that the Six Sigma approach is effective in identifying quality issues and formulating strategies to improve the quality of granulated sugar products at PT Madukismo.

This study aims to analyze employee performance and identify factors that need to be considered in efforts to improve employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Maumere Branch Office using the Performance Analysis Quadrant (PAQ) method. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. Interviews were used to obtain an overview of employee performance which was analyzed descriptively qualitatively, while questionnaires were used to measure aspects of employee knowledge and work attitudes which were then analyzed using PAQ. The results of the study indicate that in general employee performance is in the good category and has been in accordance with the company's operational standards, however there are still obstacles in the aspects of work quality and timeliness, especially during high workloads. PAQ mapping shows that most competency attributes are in Quadrant A (motivation) and Quadrant D (training), so that improving employee performance needs to be focused on strengthening work motivation, improving work processes and environments, and implementing ongoing training.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the regional economy, including in Boyolali Regency. However, this contribution has not been fully matched by adequate human resources (HR). The main problem in this study is the still low capacity of MSMEs' human resources, particularly in aspects of managerial skills, digital literacy, and adaptability to changes in the business environment, which impact business performance. This study aims to analyze human resource development strategies implemented in the MSME context and examine the impact of these strategies on improving MSME performance in Boyolali Regency. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a content analysis approach to relevant scientific literature from the past five years. The research process includes determining inclusion and exclusion criteria, searching for literature sources, thematic coding, and synthesizing research findings. The results show that effective HR development strategies can be grouped into three main aspects: skills training, marketing digitalization, and cross-sector collaboration. These three strategies have been proven to contribute positively to improving MSME competency, operational efficiency, market expansion, and business competitiveness. Thus, human resource development is a key factor in driving sustainable improvement in MSME performance, particularly in facing the challenges of digital transformation and increasingly complex economic competition.
