Inductive loads on ships are loads that cause the power factor value to move away from 1.00, especially if the addition of this type of load exceeds the standard and the load is installed unbalanced, it can worsen the power factor value. A low power factor value results in soaring current values and reactive power, which often results in cable insulation burning and reduced efficiency. The aim of this research is to create a tool that can automatically correct low power factor values using a Capacitor Bank, PZEM-004T sensor and ESP32 controller at certain inductive loads and can monitor and record electrical load parameter data from various areas on the ship online and offline. This research uses a trial and error method. Based on the test results, this tool can automatically improve the power factor value of inductive loads in the form of TL lamps and electro motors to above 0.90 and the working current value of TL lamps can be reduced from 0.30-0.31 A to 0.17-0.18 A. Electro motors experience a decrease in current from 0.74-0.76 A to 0.66-0.68 A. This tool is also equipped with a system for monitoring and recording load parameter data using Google Spreadsheet when an internet connection is available. If an internet connection is not available, the recording will be transferred using Micro-SD.

This writing focuses on catechesis services, which are an integral part of ecclesiastical life for Christian believers. It is important for deepening the understanding of faith truths and their implementation in daily life within the social community. In this context, it aims to explore the relationship between theological understanding and practice in catechesis services for religious communities within the Christian context. Through a reflective theological approach, the author discusses how catechesis services can serve as a means to strengthen the foundation of believers' faith, integrate the teachings of Jesus Christ with the concrete experiences of Christian believers, and facilitate spiritual growth. The everyday reality is that in the struggle of life as a Christian, many still do not know Jesus Christ, as seen in our tendency to harbor mutual hatred towards one another. The methodology employed in this academic work includes literature review and practical findings from participating in a community service program at SMAK Bakti Luhur. The findings suggest that as followers of Jesus Christ, we must always acknowledge Him as the Savior of humanity, the only begotten Son of God the Father, and we, as believers, represent His presence in the world

In the midst of job competition between countries in Asia, people with disabilities must also fight for their place in the job market. People with disabilities, who may face physical, mental, intellectual, motor and sensory barriers, face the additional challenge of finding employment commensurate with their abilities and barriers. Although the Indonesian government has made efforts to provide equal rights to people with disabilities through laws and policies, many challenges remain. Many people with disabilities are forced to work in the informal sector with low wages, and low participation. Therefore, research on the career prospects and experiences of individuals with disabilities is important in identifying the obstacles faced and exploring solutions that can improve disability inclusion in the world of work. Literature studies can provide valuable insights into the potential and problems experienced by people with disabilities in finding and maintaining employment, and provide a basis for the development of more inclusive policies and more effective support. By encouraging better accessibility and providing appropriate support services, communities and governments can help people with disabilities develop their potential and achieve success in their careers, while ensuring that work environments become more inclusive for all individuals, regardless of background or physical condition.

The position of humans in the eyes of God is considered equal, but often it is humans themselves who create differences in treatment towards fellow humans. This differential treatment is particularly felt by individuals with physical, mental, or intellectual limitations, known as people with disabilities. Disability is defined as a condition in which someone experiences long-term physical, intellectual, mental, and/or sensory limitations, resulting in obstacles and difficulties in social interaction. This article discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by people with disabilities in the workplace, as well as the government's role in creating inclusive employment opportunities and laws that protect their rights in the workplace. Despite the existence of many laws regulating this matter, people with disabilities often still face discrimination in the workplace. The method used in writing this article is through literature review, involving understanding and learning theories relevant to the topic.

Mental health problems that are still of concern to mental health practitioners in Indonesia are serious mental disorders, one of the serious mental disorders that we often encounter and treat is schizophrenia (Mashudi, 2021). According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2022) there are 300 million people worldwide experiencing mental disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, dementia, including 24 million people who experience schizophrenia. And one of the most common things found in schizophrenia is the risk of violent behavior. Violent behavior is a response to anger that is expressed by making threats, injuring other people and destroying the environment. To reduce the symptoms of violent behavior, appropriate treatment is needed. One of them is carrying out an implementation strategy. People with mental disorders in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, especially in the Kopeta Community Health Center working area, also need nursing actions such as implementation strategies to speed up the healing process and clients can become independent. For this reason, research was carried out by implementing an implementation strategy as the main intervention, because so far only treatment and home visits were carried out but not routinely.
