This study aims to describe the implementation of the Christian mission by the Christian Veterinary Mission (CVM) in the development of agriculture/livestock and education for students of IAKN Tarutung, which also focuses on evangelism that introduces Christ to the communities and students being served. CVM, as an international Christian mission organization, carries out services that combine spiritual and practical approaches, particularly among communities that also include IAKN Tarutung students, through technical assistance, training, community empowerment, and educational support. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, utilizing data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation from CVM workers, scholarship recipients, and the communities involved in the program. The theoretical basis of this research refers to the thoughts of David J. Bosch, who asserts that mission is an attribute of God (missio Dei) and the church is merely an instrument sent to carry it out. This also underpins the view that CVM's mission is not merely evangelism, but also practical service that addresses the real needs of society. The research findings indicate that CVM implements a holistic mission that focuses not only on evangelism but also on economic empowerment through agricultural and livestock training, improving the quality of human resources through formal and non-formal education, and building social and spiritual relationships within the community. This research emphasizes that CVM's application of the Christian mission is capable of providing positive transformation that encompasses social, economic, educational, and spiritual aspects of the community. This finding is expected to serve as a reference for the development of Christian mission models in other regions with relevant and contextual approaches.

Transformational leadership is an approach that emphasizes inspiration, empowerment, and individual development in order to achieve organizational goals holistically. This study aims to examine the concept of transformational leadership theoretically, while reviewing its application in the context of general organizations and churches, and its relevance according to the biblical perspective. Using the literature study method, this study collected data from various scientific literature and theological sources to build a solid conceptual framework. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has significant benefits, such as increasing employee engagement, innovation, and performance. On the other hand, this approach also has limitations, especially in the context of organizations that are bureaucratic or still in the early stages of formation. From a biblical perspective, transformational leadership is in line with the examples of Deborah and Jesus Christ, who led through service, example, and personal transformation. Thus, transformational leadership is not only relevant to the development of modern organizations, but also has a strong spiritual basis in Christian teachings.

Effective leadership, especially transformational and democratic leadership styles, also has an important role in improving performance. In addition, a positive organizational culture, conducive work environment, and appropriate use of technology can increase employee productivity and job satisfaction. To improve employee performance, organizations need to create a supportive and motivating work environment. This can be done by implementing various strategies, such as providing ongoing training and development, implementing a fair and transparent compensation system, building positive interpersonal relationships, and providing sufficient autonomy to employees. Apart from that, organizations also need to pay attention to external factors such as technological changes and evolving market dynamics.

Illegal streaming sites are one of the forms of copyright infringement that are rampant in the digital era and have a significant impact on the creative industry, the economy, and law enforcement. This research analyzes the Indonesian legal framework consisting of Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright, Law No. 11 of 2008 jo. Law No. 19 of 2016 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as well as the technical regulations of the Ministry of Communication and Information (Kominfo) in addressing these violations. The findings indicate that although the legal framework is in place, enforcement still faces technical, legal, social, and complex cross-border challenges. These sites often utilize foreign servers, mirror domains, and anti-blocking technology to evade blocking, thus requiring international cooperation thru mechanisms such as Mutual Legal Assistance (MLA) and coordination with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). An effective counter-strategy must be multidimensional, encompassing regulatory strengthening, the use of detection technologies such as digital watermarking and content ID systems, as well as public education to curb the demand for illegal content. A comparison with the United States, Japan, and South Korea shows that proactive enforcement, a quick notice-and-takedown mechanism, and industry cooperation have proven effective in reducing violations. In conclusion, the eradication of illegal streaming sites in Indonesia requires continuous synergy between the government, industry, and society to protect copyright and the sustainability of the creative industry ecosystem in the digital era.

The family plays a central role in shaping children’s growth and well-being, particularly in marginalized communities where access to education and healthcare is limited. This study aims to describe the forms of family support in improving the well-being of children at Sanggar Anak Sungai Deli, a non-formal educational institution located along the banks of the Deli River in Medan City. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research involved observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants included families of children, sanggar administrators, and children actively participating in the program. The findings reveal that family support is manifested in six main indicators: (1) positive emotional relationships, (2) provision of safety and comfort, (3) instilling positive values, (4) support for education and talent development, (5) protection from negative influences, and (6) partial fulfillment of basic needs. These supports contribute significantly to children’s emotional, social, and intellectual well-being, although the physical aspect remains less fulfilled due to economic constraints. Despite limited financial resources, families demonstrate care and commitment to supporting their children’s development. Sanggar Anak Sungai Deli serves as an essential partner by providing a safe and supportive learning environment. This study concludes that family involvement, combined with community-based interventions such as SASUDE, is crucial in ensuring holistic child well-being. The implications highlight the importance of strengthening collaboration between families, community organizations, and government to address gaps in child welfare programs in marginalized areas.

Investment decision-making among millennials in Indonesia is not only influenced by rational considerations but also by behavioral and psychological factors, which can be explained using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Millennials represent the most active group in adopting digital financial services and participating in various capital market instruments, making it important to understand the determinants of their investment behavior. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, risk tolerance, financial attitude, and investment experience on investment decisions among millennial employees. The research employed a quantitative design by distributing structured questionnaires to 100 respondents selected using an incidental sampling technique. The study population consisted of millennial employees working at BRI Tower 2, Jakarta. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, processed through SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2. The results indicate that financial literacy, risk tolerance, and financial attitude significantly and positively affect investment decisions, whereas investment experience has a positive but insignificant effect. These findings confirm the TPB framework, in which financial literacy and financial attitude strengthen attitude toward behavior, while risk tolerance reflects perceived behavioral control. However, investment experience alone is not sufficient to consistently shape rational decision-making. This research contributes theoretically to behavioral finance studies and extends the application of TPB in the context of investment behavior. Practically, the findings imply the need for organizations and policymakers to design targeted financial literacy programs and initiatives that foster positive financial attitudes. Strengthening these aspects is expected to encourage sustainable and rational investment practices among young employees in Indonesia.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are a crucial component of hospital information systems that support the effectiveness, accuracy, and continuity of patient care. However, their implementation among nurses at Hospital X remains suboptimal due to barriers related to organizational culture, leadership, and individual motivation. This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture (X1) and transformational leadership (X2) on the implementation of EMR (Y) through work motivation (Z) as an intervening variable. The research applied an explanatory-causal design with a quantitative approach, using a cross-sectional survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to nurses and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that organizational culture and transformational leadership significantly influence EMR implementation both directly and indirectly through work motivation, with p-values less than 0.05. These results indicate that strong organizational values, collaborative culture, and transformational leadership that fosters motivation and innovation can improve nurses’ willingness and effectiveness in utilizing EMR. The study concludes that enhancing organizational and leadership factors, along with maintaining high work motivation, is essential to ensure successful EMR adoption and optimize healthcare service quality in hospitals.

This study examines the integrity of general elections through the lens of prophetic journalism. A qualitative approach was employed to explore the perspectives and experiences of institutional administrators, community leaders, and local residents regarding electoral integrity grounded in prophetic journalism. This approach emphasizes the importance of relationships among various actors in the public policy process, including government institutions, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector. The research was conducted at the East Java Provincial General Election Commission (KPU), with data collected directly by the researcher through observation of words and actions. Data collection was carried out holistically and integratively, focusing on relevance to the study objectives. Data analysis involved systematically searching, organizing, and processing all interview transcripts while ensuring validity through careful verification procedures. The results indicate that electoral integrity can be maintained effectively through a combination of deliberative democracy and prophetic journalism. In this context, the media functions not only as an information distributor but also as a moral agent ensuring transparency, accountability, and fairness throughout the electoral process. Campaigns to validate and counter hoax news during elections are most effective when prophetic journalism is integrated with agenda-setting theory, allowing the media to shape public perception through information filtering, digital literacy education, and the delivery of objective and ethical reporting. Prophetic journalism also serves as a social control mechanism, reinforcing transparency and oversight by combining the press’s watchdog function with principles of honesty, responsibility, and wisdom, preventing electoral manipulation and safeguarding democratic integrity.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work-family conflict, job stress, and compensation on employee performance at PT Nusa Gas Pratiwi. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 permanent employees. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS software. The results indicate that work-family conflict, job stress, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.900 implies that these three variables explain 90% of employee performance variation, while 10% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings reinforce the Job Demand-Resource and Role Enrichment theories, suggesting that job stress and role conflict can become positive driving forces when balanced with fair compensation and organizational support. Therefore, maintaining equilibrium between psychological and economic factors is essential to enhance employee productivity and loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the integration of administration, state property management, human resources, and finance in supporting a facilitative immigration system. These four aspects are essential pillars for maintaining efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency in public service delivery within immigration institutions. However, their implementation often operates separately, causing inefficiency and delays in administrative decision-making. Using a descriptive-analytical approach based on literature review and regulatory analysis, this study finds that structured collaboration among administrative units strengthens internal coordination and improves service quality for the public. Administration functions as the foundation for documentation and record management, state property supports operational infrastructure, human resources drive organizational performance, and finance ensures program continuity and budget accountability. The integration of these components creates a more adaptive, transparent, and accountable work system to face global challenges, especially in the era of digital public services. The study recommends implementing an integrated information system, enhancing personnel competencies, and optimizing budget planning and supervision to achieve professional and competitive immigration governance.

This article employs a Critical Literature Review (CLR) approach, analyzing studies from 2013–2025 that include academic papers, nationally accredited journals (Sinta 2–4), and reputable international journals indexed by Scopus (Q1–Q4) to understand systemic fraud and audit failure in Indonesia.Previous re-search has mostly explained fraud from individual or organizational views, while few have addressed structural factors such as the normalization of fraud, weak regulatory oversight, and the crisis of auditor legitimacy. The synthesis reveals four main issues. First, systemic fraud in Indonesia has shifted from in-dividual misconduct to a structured socio-economic phenomenon rooted in culture. Second, auditing as a control mechanism remains technically focused, often failing to uncover collusive fraud involving top management. Third, an expectation gap exists between unqualified audit opinions and public demands for assurance against corruption, reducing trust in auditors. Fourth, conflicts of interest arising from audit fee dependence, weak regulation, and limited adoption of audit technology and forensic analytics indicate the need for institutional reform. Therefore, this article calls for an integrative framework that connects individual, organizational, regulatory, and socio-cultural dimensions to address systemic fraud and rein-force public accountability in Indonesia.

Traditional and modern leadership are two approaches with distinct characteristics and advantages. Traditional leadership is rooted in culture, customs, and values passed down through generations, where the leader's legitimacy is often based on lineage, social status, or collective recognition within the community. This model emphasizes hierarchy, authority, and stability to maintain group harmony. However, in a constantly changing era, the traditional approach is often deemed less flexible as it tends to be static and resistant to adaptation. In contrast, modern leadership emerges in response to the needs of more dynamic and complex societies and organizations. Modern leaders prioritize competence, innovation, and member empowerment, emphasizing effective communication and the ability to adapt to change. Both approaches hold unique relevance in different contexts. Integrating the positive values of traditional and modern leadership can create a more holistic model of leadership aligned with contemporary demands.
