Nilai siswa merupakan representasi hasil belajar siswa yang ditepuh dalam satu semester. Nilai akhir siswa diambil dari hasil pengolahan beberapa nilai siswa. SD Negeri Jambangan 1 merupakan sekolah dasar negeri yang pengolahan data nilai siswanya dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel serta dokumentasi pembukuan. Pengolahan data nilai siswa dengan cara manual dapat menimbulkan beberapa resiko seperti rusak dan hilangnya data nilai siswa. Sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa dikembangkan dengan tujuan mengurangi resiko rusak dan hilangnya data serta mempermudah proses pengolahan data. Sistem ini akan dibangun berbasis website menggunakan model pengembangan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metode Waterfall. Tahapan penelitian berupa analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan perawatan. Pengujian sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode Black Box untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk menguji sistem apakah sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan user. Hasil pengujian black box menyatakan sistem ini sudah layak di gunakan. Hasil pengujian UAT didapatkan 96,42% responden setuju sistem ini dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat pihak sekolah dalam mengelola dan mengolah data nilai siswa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengolah data siswa dari data nilai dasar hingga menjadi nilai akhir siswa.

STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, located on Jl. Intan Raya No.1, STIKES Karya Husada Semarang in processing data values ​​using Microsoft Excel so that the data storage has not been integrated because it is still individually not stored in one database and can only be accessed by 1 user. Fast and accurate information is really needed by STIKES in delivering information. To overcome the problems at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, information systems need to be fast and accurate in conveying information. One information system that can provide information quickly is to use a multiuser system. To design this multiuser system using the main software Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0, and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 to manage the database. Therefore the final project entitled "Multiuser Based Value Data Processing Information System at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang" is an effective information system for delivering information at STIKES.

Calculation of Cost of Production is one of the important aspects in carrying out business activities. Cost of Production is one of the determinants of the selling price of a product. Besides the cost of production can indicate a company's profit. But the activity of recording the cost of production at PT Semeru Karya Buana still uses a manual method that is using excel. This causes ineffectiveness in time, the resulting information will take longer because they have to look for the components one by one. Not to mention the data generated is most likely an error in the calculation. This research is intended to study the system that is already running. And later it will produce a program to calculate the cost of production as a determinant of the selling price which is implemented with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The calculation method uses the Job Order Costing Method where the price of the product to be given to consumers is calculated by dividing all costs incurred to produce a product by the number of orders. So the benefits of each product can be directly calculated. The more accurate the data produced, the better the company is in carrying out the buying and selling process.

Modelmanajemen kualitas Malcolm Baldrige Education Criteria for Performance Excellence(MBCfPE) mempunyai konsep dan prosedur yang menetapkan petunjuk dan kriteria yangmembantu perusahaan dalam mengevaluasi aktivitas perbaikan kualitas. Melalui pengukurankinerja dengan model MBCfPE ini, Universitas akan bisa melihat tingkat pencapaian di dalamproses menuju perguruan tinggi kelas dunia. Pengembangan sebuah model pre assessment bagiUniversitas diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan sebuah gambaran awal sejauh manakesiapan Universitas dalam menerapkan manajemen kinerja kelas dunia. Hasil olah datamenunjukkan bahwa manajemen kinerja Universitas secara umum hasilnya cukup baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai score sebesar 668,55 dari skala 1000. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa upayayang dilakukan oleh manajemen Universitas untuk memberikan jaminan mutu pada masyarakatsudah cukup baik. Skor tersebut juga menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan tata kelola yang dilakukanUniversitas cukup sistematis, efektif, dan responsive. Hasil-hasil yang mengacu padapersyaratan-persyaratan mahasiswa dan stakeholder lainya, pasar, dan proses operasional,menunjukkan kinerja dan keunggulan yang baik. Untuk perbaikan kinerja Universitas perludibuat solusi khusus untuk implementasi peningkatan kinerja dari tiap-tiap kategori yangdirasakan kurang nilainya. Sementara itu untuk kategori yang nilainya sudah cukup baik masihperlu untuk terus ditingkatkan. Universitas perlu membangun sistem manajemen kinerja yanglebih baik kedepanya agar visi misi dan tujuan-tujuan strategis dimasa yang akan datang bisatercapai secara efektif dan eisien.

Hospital is one of type effort for service that is now stays in very tightening emulation climate. Struggle to create recuring business with customeroccupies central point in the effort hospital to exeed at long-range emulation. Service quality and cutomer value becomes thing which necessary for hospital. This research analysis factors influence customer satisfaction to create hospital service reference enthusiasm in Hospital PKU Muhamadiyah Gubug Kabupaten Grobogan.Research problem is existence of gap or debate at antecedent research would consequence and from customer satisfaction. Other problems is thehappening of downdraft of number of outpatients continually at last four months and existence of improvement of number sighs from patient. Respondent in this research 120 patients with sampling method applies acidental sampling. This research applies analysis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) what implemented through program AMOS as a means of assists its the analysis.Result of research proves that service quality, cutomer value and excellence of product has positive influence and signifikan to customersatisfaction. Hereinafter, customer satisfaction of influence positive and signifikan to hospital service reference enthusiasm. Excelsior service quality and cutomer value has customer satisfaction of excelsior and causes home service reference enthusiasm which excelsior.

A university as an educative institution needs an assessment for the programs it has. In order to conduct such assessment , some components need to be assessed based on the internal and external factors. It is necessary to establish a decision support system toward the performance of the department. It can help the decision maker to know the condition occurred in this department. 'l he assessment of the study program's performance for evaluating can be done by underlining the components that will be assessed by making the model. The model which is prepared by applying some rules, stated in accreditation board, will be used as a reference in performance assessment for  Diploma III program. By applying a model toward the assessment criteria from the related department, it will help us to get the result. The achieved result is in form of the total score from the assessment, the score is devided into 5 class excellent, very good, good, sufficient and poor. Consequently, the report of resulting assessment can be to determine some steps to improve or maintain the recent achievement. By applying the decision support system of the department’s performance , it allow a decision maker to be able to monitor the department or the study program.
