Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

Peningkatan kebutuhan mobilisasi masyarakat di Jawa Tengah, terutama Kota Salatiga, dipandang sebagai suatu peluang dan dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pengusaha transportasi dalam membantu pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah dan nasional. Mobilitas sangat berkaitan erat dengan kebutuhan transportasi. Kebutuhan akan transportasi untuk kegiatan wisata dan mobilisasi masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan atau kepentingan masyarakat memberikan peluang bagi Jeggboy Salatiga untuk merilis aplikasi rental kendaraan pertama di Salatiga. Karena berbasis start-up, Jeggboy Salatiga menerapkan pemasaran digital dan juga dibantu dengan pelaksanaan kegiatan brand awareness. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 75 responden dengan kriteria berusia 16 tahun ke atas dan pernah memanfaatkan Jeggboy Salatiga. Kuesioner digunakan dalam pengumpulan data untuk kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Partial Least Square SEM. Hasil dari penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan: 1) Variabel pemasaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand awareness. 2) Variabel pemasaran digital memiliki berpengaruh sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. 3) Brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Perkembangan dunia fotografi dan dunia digital saat ini mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Hal ini dilihat dari media-media digital yang semakin banyak digunakan oleh pengguna. Media digital digunakan oleh UMKM Legenda Photo untuk menjual serta memasarkan produk dan jasa yang mereka tawarkan kepada konsumen. Tujuannya adalah untuk membantu UMKM dalam pemanfaatan media digital untuk meningkatkan brand awareness pelanggan terhadap UMKM. Adapun hasil pengimplementasian strategi digital pada UMKM Legenda Photo yang dimana menunjukkan bahwa followers instagram Legenda Photo setelah melakukan promosi secara online meningkat sebanyak 37 kali lipat, dimana dari jumlah followers awal 9 followers meningkat menjadi 285 followers.

In the increasingly advanced digital era, gadgets can have a positive impact on students. However, the use of gadgets can also have a negative impact on their understanding and poor practice, therefore PAK teachers need to play a role in overcoming the irresponsible use of gadgets. PAK teachers have a key role in teaching responsible gadget use. They should have a role to play in building awareness of the negative effects of using gadgets; and encourage critical discussion and moral reflection related to gadget use. In addition, Christian religious education teachers strengthen moral education and Christian religious values in learning. They provide creative alternatives that don't rely on gadgets, so students can experience experiences that support their moral development. Collaboration with parents and the church community is also an important part of ensuring messages that are consistent and in line with Christian religious values. By implementing this strategy, PAK teachers can have a proactive role in shaping the moral development of students. With a deep understanding of the influence of gadgets and Christian religious values, students can develop moral attitudes and behaviors that are in accordance with the teachings of Christianity.

In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.

In line with the above, marketing communication is an effort to convey messages to the public, especially target consumers, regarding the existence of products in the market, so that they contribute to brand awareness for the company.

The problems faced by home businesses are quite diverse, ranging from operational management, employee performance, finance, to marketing, are tasks that must be completed by businesses. The challenge faced in this digitalization era is technological competition in terms of product marketing. The lack of utilization of existing digital marketing is one of the problems that exist for business actors who are doing competition. After Covid-19, consumers who are already familiar with the digital era are very used to the convenience of technological facilities that assist in every transaction activity that is carried out, such as when we are going to shop for clothes or food to choose the menu or model we want. want, we don't have to come to the seller's place, just look at the seller's social media, website, or e-commerce(Danny and Robin, n.d.). If business people can no longer follow the existing trends, then our products will lose competitiveness with other people's products that are easy to reach. In addition, it can have an impact on business development, business actors do not develop because income does not increase, the marketing area is not wide(Hidayati, Triajeng Pungkasanti, and Wakhidah 2020a). This becomes self-introspection in increasing mastery of digital marketing in this digitalization era. There are many kinds of marketing strategies, one of which is the use of quite a lot of digital marketing. This is an awareness for Mrs. Dina Marlina as the owner of the Basreng Teh Dina business that assistance is needed in using social media, be it Instagram, Facebook, or opening an e-commers account. in a store or app. other e-commers to become a product marketing tool. This qualitative study aims to delve into the intricate interplay between public relation strategy, digital marketing, brand awareness, and their influence on customer loyalty. Employing a qualitative research approach, the study will utilize in-depth interviews and focus group discussions to gather rich insights from participants. A purposive sampling technique will be employed to select participants who possess relevant experiences and perspectives in the domain of interest. Data analysis will involve thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns within the data. The findings of this research endeavor are anticipated to shed light on the nuanced relationships between the aforementioned factors and customer loyalty, offering valuable insights for businesses seeking to enhance customer retention strategies in today's competitive landscape.

This community service program aims to enhance the technological competencies of madrasah teachers in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The primary issue identified was the low level of technological skills among madrasah teachers, which can hinder the integration of technology into the learning process. To address this issue, a series of intensive training, continuous mentoring, and the formation of practitioner communities were implemented. The methods used included an initial survey to identify needs, intensive training followed by interactive workshops, and mentoring through reflective sessions and technical support. Active participation from teachers and community involvement in this process were key factors in the program's success. The results of this program showed a significant increase in teachers' technological skills, the formation of an active practitioner community, and positive social changes, including the emergence of local leaders among the teachers. The program also succeeded in creating new awareness regarding the importance of technology in education in the digital era. These findings support theories of technology-based learning and social change.

National development requires strengthening the quality of human resources (HR) as a fundamental pillar for sustainable development, particularly in facing the challenges of the Society 5.0 era characterized by rapid advances in information and communication technology. Youth, as a productive age group, play a strategic role as agents of social change and drivers of economic development through entrepreneurship. However, low entrepreneurial awareness, limited managerial skills, and insufficient business mentoring remain major obstacles to youth business development at the local level. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance youth understanding, motivation, and entrepreneurial capacity through an educative and participatory approach based on business incubation. The program was implemented for young people in RT 013, Lubuk Gaung Village, Sungai Sembilan District, on June 18, 2023, using counseling sessions, interactive discussions, and entrepreneurial mentoring methods. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of entrepreneurial concepts, the role of business incubators, and the importance of digital literacy and business collaboration in the digital economy era. The program also fostered collective awareness among youth to become innovative and sustainable entrepreneurs. Therefore, this PKM activity confirms that community-based business incubation has strategic relevance in improving youth human resource quality, promoting economic self-reliance, and supporting sustainable local economic development.

This study aims to determine the effect of digitalization and excellent service on the optimization of the Population Administration Awareness Environmental Area (KALIMASADA) program in Dukuh Sutorejo Village. This study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires and questionnaires with a sample of Dukuh Sutorejo Village residents who entered Kalimasada data (residents whose population administration was incomplete) aged 18-64 years. The number of samples in the study was obtained by multiplying the number of variable indicators used by the minimum number, namely 5. The sampling technique was carried out using the Accidental Sampling technique, namely a sampling technique based on chance, that is, anyone who accidentally meets a researcher can be used as a sample if seen by others. that happen to be encountered is suitable as a data source. The data used in this research is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that digitalization and excellent service partially and simultaneously have a positive effect on optimizing the Population Administration Awareness Environmental Area (KALIMASADA) program in Dukuh Sutorejo Village.

The rapid growth of digital startup companies in Indonesia brings its own challenges in human resource (HR) management, especially related to workload and organizational commitment. High work dynamics, aggressive targets, and intense operational pressure can cause an imbalance in workload that impacts motivation, work stress, and increased turnover intention. HR commitment is a key factor in startup success, but it is difficult to achieve without effective and humane workload management. This community service activity was carried out by Karangturi National University (UNKARTUR), through the Faculty of Economics, Business and Humanities (FEBHum), which aims to improve the understanding, skills, and awareness of digital startup entrepreneurs and employees in Bugangan Village, Semarang, regarding workload management strategies. The methods used include workshops, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of the impact of disproportionate workloads, as well as the ability to implement efficient and sustainable work strategies. This activity also encourages collaboration between academics and practitioners in designing a healthy and adaptive work environment. With better workload management, it is hoped that the level of commitment, satisfaction, and retention of employees in digital startups can increase, while strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses in the era of digital transformation.

In the digital era, some MSMEs have not been able to compete in facing the challenges of increasing visibility and turnover through digital promotion. One of the main obstacles is the limited understanding and strategies in using social media, especially Instagram, which has the potential to support market expansion and brand recognition. This Community Service activity (PKM) is designed to provide assistance to Kamala Coffee in utilizing Instagram Insight and implementing effective logo branding. The activity stages include needs analysis, preparation of training materials, hands-on training, as well as implementation and evaluation of results. Based on the results of the activities, there was a significant increase in engagement and reach of content on social media, especially through the Instagram Insight feature. The use of a new and attractive logo also helped increase brand awareness. Through this approach, Kamala Coffee is expected to maximize their digital potential to achieve their target turnover and strengthen their position in the local market.

Pondok Etam is an MSME engaged in the culinary field that sells various kinds of food products that are focused on the target market for teenagers to adults. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of digital marketing for MSME Pondok Etam.  The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews. The result of this study is that digital marketing has a positive impact on the MSME of Pondok Etam, because there is an increase in brand awareness and a significant increase in sales

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of product knowledge, perceived benefit, and perceived ease of use on QRIS adoption intention for MSMEs in Semarang City during the Covid-19 pandemic. An associative quantitative approach was applied in this study. Population of this research are merchants in Semarang City’s traditional market. Empirical data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents and analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 based on the SEM-PLS method. The results of this study confirm that product knowledge, perceived benefit, and perceived ease of use have a significant impact on the intention to adopt QRIS. The findings encourage the government to continue to accelerate the formation of a cashless society and increase public awareness of the benefit of digital payments in preventing the spread of the virus, especially the use of QRIS.

This community service aims to assist 25 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Ciung Wanara tourist location, Ciamis district, boost their sales turnover in 2022. The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. They already have business Google accounts, Instagram accounts, and other accounts on social media to reach out to a larger viewer.

This paper aims to identify the determinant factors that trigger early marriage and strategies to prevent early marriage as a targeted prevention intervention in Semarang City. The method used is quantitative research using analytic descriptions. The results showed that early marriage in the city of Semarang was not caused by economic problems, but because of incidents of pregnancy out of wedlock. The main driving factors for early marriage related to this are psychological factors: 80%, social and social: 79% and culture in society: 77% and low knowledge related to marriage and sexuality: 61%. This study recommends the provision of comprehensive and inclusive Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights ( SRHR) education for all children, increasing public awareness in supervising violations of norms and values, increasing the capacity of Karang Taruna as part of the community's economic drive, increasing social bonds and family bonds in protecting children from the bad effects of promiscuity, improving the quality of education and the economy of early marriage actors through skills training through a smartphone and internet-based digital economy, as an effort to create jobs that are practical, economical and applicable.

Today's technology continues to grow and the benefits of using the internet are felt for the users. Some people feel dependent on the internet, including the activities of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in utilizing information technology to run their business, especially in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study is to generally describe the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Sidorejo village. This research is of a qualitative type, using a triangulation model, which combines structured interview methods, in-depth interviews and observations of MSME actors who are actively registered at the Office of Market Community Empowerment – Cooperatives and City Small and Medium Enterprises. From the research results it is known that digital marketing makes it easier for MSME actors to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, increase awareness and increase sales for MSME players in Sidorejo village. This program emphasizes the importance of understanding digitization from an early age for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to market products in today's modern business style, and is expected to increase the value branding of these products or increase sales turnover.

Sejak pandemi melanda pada awal tahun 2020, berbagai sektor perekonomian merasakan dampaknya. Dengan total 64,19 juta pelaku UMKM, sektor ini menempati 99,92% dari seluruh sektor usaha yang ada. Berdasarkan survei dari Katadata Insight Center yang dilakukan pada 206 pelaku UMKM di Jabodetabek, hanya 5,9% yang mengalami pertumbuhan positif. Sementara 82,9% lainnya merasakan dampak negatif berupa penurunan omzet.Output yang ditargetkan setelah adanya program Digitalisasi Marketing pada UMKM ini adalah meningkatkan insight serta awareness owner terhadap potensi jangka panjang dari pengaruh digitalisasi pada UMKM Cheese MeDengan adanya program Digitalisasi Marketing telah tercapai beberapa platform digital yang sudah bisa dioperasikan untuk kelangsung penjualan produk dalam UMKM Cheese Me yaitu Instagram, Grabfood, dan Tokopedia. Adapun packaging yang berubah dengan tujuan peningkatan produk yang ada. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan beberapa ilmu dan strategi baru terhadap owner. Platform digital yang sudah tersedia nantinya akan tetap di monitoring oleh tim dan diawasi oleh ketua tim agar kualitasnya terus meningkat kedepannya.Program ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan proses penjualan dari segi teknis dan profit melalui digitalisasi marketing. Bermodalkan dengan pengetahuan tim tentang dunia digital, kami membuat beberapa platform online yang akan membantu dimulai dari proses marketing sampai proses penjualan secara online. Indikator keberhasilan jalannya program ini nanti akan dilihat dari perbedaan penjualan sebelum dan sesudah adanya program ini, serta peningkatan follower secara berkala, yang artinya masyarakat mulai lebih aware dengan adanya UMKM Cheese Me.
