In Indonesia, the Job Creation Law has had a major impact on workers, especially in terms of policies that tend to favor companies. The emphasis on labor flexibility and the ease with which companies can restructure can reduce job security, wages, and workers' rights. Inequalities in labor contract negotiations arise as the power differential between companies and workers widens. Thus, modern slavery practices often emerge to make workers feel marginalized. This is due to the lack of legal protection, which is detrimental to their health. Therefore, this study aims to provide an explanation of the effect of government regulation in the form of omnibus law and investment policies on the welfare of workers in terms of wages and working time. To achieve this goal, this research uses a political economy perspective with two derivative theories, namely the theory of oligarchy and neoliberalism. Then, in collecting data, this research will use the big data analytics method that will collect data containing tweets from Indonesians on social media X that contain certain keywords. This method consists of several stages consisting of data cleaning processing, data transformation into tabular form, and data visualization. Besides big data, this research also uses literature review methods to collect data from books, journals, and articles related to this research topic.

Immunization is the process of administering vaccines aimed at providing protection or immunity against specific diseases. Immunization stimulates the body's immune system to recognize and fight disease infections more effectively, reducing the risk of individuals who have been vaccinated contracting the disease. Understanding the administration of immunization is crucial, especially in the current context where infections and diseases are highly dangerous and easily transmissible, such as tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, hepatitis, and others. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the mother's educational level and the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of Sungai Tabuk 1 Community Health Center, Pemakuan Village, in the year 2023. The research design used is cross-sectional and was conducted in October 2023. The population consists of mothers with children aged ≥11, with a sample size of 112 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and Maternal and Child Health Books (Buku KIA). The majority of mothers had a low level of education, amounting to 60 people with a percentage of 53.6%. Most respondents had complete basic immunization, totaling 77 respondents with a percentage of 68.8%. The Chi-Square Test analysis results show p = 0.000 < α (0.05), thus it is concluded that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, indicating a relationship between the mother's educational level and the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of Sungai Tabuk 1 Community Health Center, Pemakuan Village..

Environmental degradation and poverty remain pressing challenges in Indonesia, exacerbated by rapid economic growth and resource exploitation. The increasing demand for sustainable development has highlighted the need for alternative financial models that integrate both economic growth and environmental protection. Sharia-based green investments have emerged as a promising solution, offering a framework that aligns ethical considerations with sustainability goals. This study examines the impact of Sharia-based green investments on social welfare and environmental sustainability in Indonesia, with a focus on reducing income inequality and fostering community development. Using a mixed-method approach, including quantitative analysis of secondary data on green investment performance and qualitative interviews with key stakeholders, the research evaluates how these investments contribute to enhancing income equality, providing access to renewable energy, and promoting sustainable economic activities. Findings show that Sharia-based green investments not only improve income distribution, especially in rural areas and small businesses, but also contribute to environmental sustainability through renewable energy projects and eco-friendly infrastructure. In line with the concept of environmentally friendly national development, every commercial and industrial activity must be committed to preserving the environment. This is in accordance with Law no. Regulation Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. Referring to Law No.30 of 2007 concerning Energy, which was then followed up with Government Regulation No.33 of 2023 concerning Energy conservation which requires energy users above TOE to carry out Energy conservation by conducting periodic Energy Audits of Lighting Systems and Air Conditioning Systems . This research conducted an audit of lighting and air conditioning systems by collecting data on lighting intensity, temperature and humidity in each room in the office from 08.00 – 17.00 using a lux meter measuring instrument, then the results were analyzed by referring to the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) regarding lighting and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2012 concerning Saving on Electricity Use. The use of electrical energy in the office work environment is still not optimal and even though the density value is satisfactory, the lighting level in the office still has rooms that do not meet SNI standards. Apart from that, the use of electrical energy for the air conditioning system is also considered insufficient so several recommendations need to be made
