The behavior of changing the use of technology for business actors is very rapid. Information of system is form of data that has been processed through a certain model into information that can be used by the recipient in making decisions. Some MSME actors with a Data List of product images and detailed information on their products to be marketed to customers using laminated paper. Marketing information using the Website implements CMS with E-Catalog as an alternative solution. Reader and Viewers can view the Catalog privately or together. The treatment of the Plugin model with the CMS that has been embedded on the website is reliable because it is online. Several list images are displayed on WhatsApp Status and social media to introduce products to the public with the aim of increasing sales volume and selling in the market. This is an obstacle if one day people need pictures but do not have complete detailed information. High purchasing power is expected to be created from the spread of E-Catalog regarding products from MSMEs that have been installed on the E-Catalog website. Websites with online CMS can be opened on any device by requiring an internet connection, making it easier for marketing and complete information for consumers, customers and MSME business players.

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on UMKM. Social distancing has changed consumer behavior from conventional to digital. UMKM Shapro Official is an original automotive t-shirt vendor that was established in 2017. Shapro Official has difficulty in introducing and marketing products with a clear target consumer and competitive price competition. Sales promotions have not been managed optimally and sales data management is still manual (notes). Owners also have difficulty monitoring sales reports in real time. Website created using CMS Wordpress to help Shapro Official difficulties. The system development method is Rapid Application Development (RAD). System analysis method using fishbone diagram and system modeling using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The results showed that the existence of a website can help the management to manage promotions, sales and sales reports. Having a website makes sales targets focus and increase.

In the current era, learning adheres to the 2013 curriculum which includes HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) consisting of critical thinking competencies, creativity and innovation, communication skills, collaboration skills and selfconfidence. These five things need to be trained or improved for deaf children so that they can take part in learning well. So learning media products are made that can be used to recognize letters and numbers. This Learning Media is equipped with sign language to support the understanding of deaf children in addition, it is packaged with an attractive appearance so that deaf children are interested in learning it. Often in daily teaching and learning activities students still often experience problems in remembering the material being taught both in the introduction of letters and also the introduction of numbers and what becomes an obstacle for students learning must be done repeatedly so that they can remember it and can really understand what it means. being taught and also they are sometimes bored and lazy in learning. From the problems that occur above, it is necessary to have a learning media that can help children with disabilities, especially the deaf, especially for the introduction of numbers and letters so that they can easily understand and understand letters and numbers. not bored, bored and lazy in learning. Learning media in the form of an android application so that it can be used on smartphones which are currently very widely used by both teachers and parents of students with disabilities.

The  purpose  of  activity  is  to  introduce  that  the public  must  be familiar with  current  technological developments,  and  how  technology  can  contribute  to  the  business  world.  The  activity   also  opened  up insight  and horizons  for  thinking  about  blockchain  technology  called  mass technology,  because  the PKM  activity  also  brought business  partners  from  PT  Alko  Sumatra  International. The results of this activity can provide new enthusiasm, especially the community  so that products marketed through FB, WA and IG can be effective, it is necessary to carry out ongoing evaluations  by always  presenting  value  in every business  they run, then business  people  must  know what is called go digital or digital transformation, so that va lue can come with clear measurements  and make financial planning whose turnover   increases   by   15-20%.  If  it  is  still  not  achieved,   then  it  is  necessary   to  carry  out  a  clear  strategy   of concentration in a certain area. Tujuan   kegiatan memperkenalkan    bahwa   masyarakat    harus   mengenal perkembangan  teknologi   saat  ini,  dan  bagaimana   teknologi   mampu  memberikan  kontribusi  dalam  dunia  usaha. Kegiatan  juga  membukakan  wawasan  dan cakrawala  berpikir  terhadap  teknologi blockchain yang disebut teknologi masa,   karena   Kegiatan   PKM juga   menghadirkan   mitra   bisnis   dari   PT   Alko   Sumatera   International. Hasil   kegiatan   ini   dapat   memberikan   semangat   baru   terutama   masyarakat    agar  produk  yang dipasarkan melalui FB, WA dan IG bisa efektif, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan  dengan selalu menghadirkan  value dalam setiap usaha yang dijalankan, selanjutnya  pelaku bisnis harus mengenal yang  namanya go digital  atau  digital  transformation,  agar value dapat hadir dengan pengkuran yang jelas dan membuat perencanaan keuangan  yang  omset   meningkat  sebesar 15 -20%. Jika  masih  belum  tercapai  maka  pelu  lakukan  strategi yang jelas konsentrasi  dalam area tertentu.

Nationalism is a form of ideology that places the highest love, loyalty, and commitment on the nation-state. The concept of nationalism leads to the desire to live together as a nation that has goals and aspirations to be achieved together. Nationalist understanding and behavior must be based on the awareness of being part of a nation and oriented toward achieving common national goals. In the context of practicing nationalism and supporting national defense, the defense industry is a vital strategic industry to pay attention to. The defense industry is engaged in the area of ​​national defense-supporting products. With the arrival of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, the defense industry cannot remain silent and requires adaptation in its application both in the production of defense products and in their use to support national defense. Nationalism is the basis for the development of national independence as the main capital for realizing the ideals of independence, namely becoming an independent, sovereign, and prosperous nation. For this reason, the independence of the defense industry is an implementation of nationalism and part of the national defense strategy in dealing with state threats that are always developing in tandem with technological developments. The independence of the defense industry must be implemented and fully supported by the government and related parties so that it can play a role in realizing the aspirations of the nation and fostering a spirit of nationalism for the Indonesian people.

This research is a type of field research, where the author goes directly to the field in processed tempeh SMEs in Tempe Processed Village, Sampangan Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The study used data analysis techniques, namely qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. In analyzing the data, the researcher conducted observations, interviews, and documentation to obtain the required data. The results showed that to survive the COVID-19 pandemic, the efforts made were marketing through social media, promotion through social media and maintaining the quality of products and services from Tempe Processed SMEs.

Nirwana Collection is a shell craftsman in Kendal Regency. Nirwana Collection does not yet have a system for calculating the cost of production. In accounting records done manually, the data is not well organized and has not produced information as expected. Nirwana Collection produces goods based on orders, the calculation of the cost of production is still not correct, because it does not calculate other costs incurred and only focuses on raw materials. This of course results in an inaccurate selling price and results in a profit that is not as expected. The Accounting Information System for the Cost of Production at the Nirwana Collection with the Job Order Costing method can process recordings and transactions at the Nirwana Collection more effectively, as well as making it easier to produce production cost reports quickly and accurately.

This study aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy and to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in implementing the marketing mix strategy at PT. Innovative Brebes Synergy. Another goal is also to find out how the strategy at PT. Brebes Innovative Synergy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis using SWOT analysis. The place and its location at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes with the speakers, namely the General Manager and the Quality Control division. The results showed that the application of the marketing mix strategy at PT. The synergy of Innovative Brebes in the SWOT matrix is ​​in quadrant I. The strengths of the 4P marketing mix are: product, price, while the weaknesses are: promotion and price. The threat is promotion and place. The strategy in dealing with competitors with other companies that have the same product creates a strong brand image and maintains product quality to be able to differentiate the product from other products.

One way to maintain business continuity in the midst of intense competition is to maintain customer satisfaction. Product diversity is considered important here because the more diverse the number and types of products sold in one place, the customer will feel satisfied if he makes a purchase at that place and he does not need to make a purchase elsewhere. In addition, good service makes it easier for customers to find the goods they want. The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the effect of product diversity, service quality mediated by the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intentions. The analysis technique that will be carried out in this research is descriptive analysis, instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, model test, and hypothesis testing. The minimum sample selected in the study was 92 respondents. The adjusted R² value of 0.301 means that the effect of the product diversity variable (X1) and service quality variable (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y1) is 30.1%. The adjusted R² value of 0.422 means that the magnitude of the influence of the product diversity variable (X1), service quality variable (X2) and customer satisfaction (Y1) on repurchase intention (Y2) is 42.2%

This study aims and is useful to examine and analyze the impact of professional competence, work discipline, and transformational leadership on teacher performance, and whether professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance can be moderated by transformational leadership. The purpose of this research is to explain, as well as expand from previous research, namely about how the influence of professional competence and work discipline on teacher performance with transformational leadership as moderating. The sample in this study was obtained using a simple random sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire. The object of this research is all PNS Teachers of State Junior High Schools in Pekalongan City. This research shows the product that: (1). Professional competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (2). Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, (3). Transformational leadership has a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, (4) Transformational leadership cannot moderate the effect between professional competence on teacher performance, (5). Transformational leadership cannot moderate work discipline on teacher performance.

Technological developments at this time are very advanced in various ways, inviting everyone to find new discoveries, therefore an information processing work system that is fast, precise and accurate is expected to improve service to consumers to achieve goals. MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak administration includes payment of Education Development Contribution (SPP), extracurricular money (including: scouts, computers, volleyball and drum bands) and Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) money up to the preparation of financial reports every day, every month to every years to be reported to interested parties, such as the school treasurer, principal and head of the foundation, and all these payments are still recorded manually. This system has a weakness, namely in terms of recording school administration payments it is less effective because it has to record in triplicate, namely on student payment cards, daily data payment report books, and monthly data payment report books, as well as the process of finding data and submitting student payment reports is not fast. With the existence of a system, it is hoped that later the design can assist in the transaction process for paying tuition fees, UTS, UAS and all expenses at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak, besides being able to produce software applications that aim to increase productivity and support facilities in administrative activities, especially tuition payments. , UTS, UAS and expenditure transactions at MA Miftahul Ulum Ngemplak and the recording process becomes more effective because recording is only once during the school financial administration payment process and speeds up the process of searching for data and submitting school financial administration payment reports

CSR Program of PT. Pertamina RU II Sei Pakning is no longer a charity but is already in the form of a CSR program which is directed to increase people's income through the development ofmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Innovation is not only carried out in the product form of the program, but also innovation in processes, methods, strategies and systems. The goal is that the fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprisesin the future can exist and be independent. The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of themicro, small, and medium enterprisescommunity in Sei. Pakning. This type of research uses a mixed method. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of the innovation-based CSR program at PT. Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning has not been able to fully cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of the assistedmicro, small, and medium enterprises. Statistical tests show that there is a significant effect of CSR program innovation consisting of product innovation, process, method, strategy and system on the entrepreneurial spirit of fosteredmicro, small, and medium enterprises. For this reason, it is better for Pertamina RU II Sei. Pakning made improvements to the innovations from the CSR Program they had carried out.

This research was conducted in the city of Medan with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques using the Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 for Windows Determination of the number of samples through non-probability sampling techniques. especially purposive sampling as many as 150 respondents it was found that the community participation variable. the use of Information Technology. had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying at Medan Mall and the organization! commitment variable had a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying at Medan Mall.

The company's use of advanced technology must be supported by reliable personnel, because no matter how sophisticated the technology used, if it is not supported by reliable personnel, it may not necessarily contribute to the smooth operation of the company. The purpose of this research is to find out and test whether compensation has an effect on employee performance, whether compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, and whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. This research is included in the quantitative research using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The population in this study were employees of the plastic romen sport factory. The sample in this study used slovin using 55 people. The analysis technique in this research is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study show that compensation affects employee performance, does compensation affect job satisfaction, and does job satisfaction affect employee performance?

Hemodialisa merupakan terapi pengganti ginjal yang dijalani oleh penderita gagal ginjal terminal seumur hidupnya. Seringkali hemodialisa menyebabkan ansietas dan stress sehingga mereka harus mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisinya. Salah satu bentuk adaptasi penderita gagal ginjal terminal adalah melakukan pembatasan cairan untuk mencegah hipervolemia. Kondisi hipervolemia dapat diketahui dengan mengukur interdialytic weight gain (IDWG). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa hubungan self acceptance dengan interdialytic weight gain penderita gagal ginjal terminal yang menjalani hemodialisa. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional yang melibatkan 62 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Alat pengumpul data terdiri dari lembar observasi yang berisi data demografi dan IDGW, serta kuesioner Unconditional Self Acceptance Questionnaire (USAQ). Analisis statistic penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan self acceptance dengan interdialytic weight gain penderita gagal ginjal terminal yang menjalani hemodialisa (p = 0.534; α = 0.05).

Penelitian ini memilki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap minat beli Green Product pada mahasiswa FEBI UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif  sampel yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa FEBI angkatan 2018, 2019, dan 2020 sebanyak 100 mahasiswa sebagai sampel. untuk memperoleh data peneliti melakukan penyebaran kuisioner skala likert kepada responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya Green Marketing memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat beli Green Product untuk kemajuan teknologi juga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli Green Product  dan juga memiliki pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel  minat beli Green Product yang berdasarkan dari hasil uji F, untuk besar pengaruh dari variabel Green Marketing dan Kemajuan Teknologi terhadap variabel  minat beli Green Product berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi  adalah sebesar 38,4% dan 61,6% lainya dipengaruhi variabel yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Technological developments and increasingly high business competition make MSME actors must have a good marketing strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. This research was conducted to determine the marketing strategy carried out by Ledys Cake SMEs in facing competition in the digital era. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach through structured interviews with business actors. The results of the study show that MSMEs provide added value and differentiation to the products and services provided, while in terms of price, they apply competitive prices. The application of technology is more widely used in culinary businesses through websites and social media to establish good relationships and communicate with consumers. The researcher concludes that there are several discussions, namely Strategy, Constraints and Solutions. The strategy carried out by MSMEs is that there is a 4P (Product, Promotion, Price, Place) mix. Product strategy in the form of innovation, promotion strategy in the form of price discounts, price strategy for every purchase of cake will get a bonus, and place strategy in the form of flexibility in sending cake orders, so as to maintain and improve the quality of the taste of the cake. Although there are financial constraints and product raw materials, we can still find solutions and alternatives, namely by managing finances and using raw materials efficiently. Then, MSME solutions by maintaining cash flow, product innovation, maximizing social media and delivery services

Technology developments in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 provide many opportunities to improve supply chain performance and performance. The existence of the waste processing industry as a business has prospects for development, given the large amount of waste generated by the community and the need for several processed products. PT A reduced the amount of garbage that accumulates in the final disposal site (TPA) by reprocessing the waste produced by the community. The existence of waste banks, government agencies, hotels, zoos, and Islamic boarding schools is one of the sources of waste that is processed for waste products. This paper seeks to develop the concept of a digital supply chain by adopting the supply chain model run by PT A. The initial identification presented in this paper can result in several technology identifications that need to be prioritized in implementing relevant technologies in the industry.
