Sharia financial institutions continue to develop along with increasing public demand for services that comply with sharia principles. Among the various products offered, the Wakalah and Rahn contracts are two important instruments in providing diverse and flexible services. The Wakalah contract, which is a form of representation in transactions, allows customers to appoint a financial institution as a representative in managing their financial affairs. Meanwhile, the Rahn contract, or sharia pawn, allows customers to obtain financing by handing over goods as collateral. This research aims to explore the implementation and benefits of service products in sharia financial institutions that use Wakalah and Rahn contracts. The method used is literature study and case analysis of several sharia financial institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that the use of Wakalah and Rahn contracts not only increases flexibility and security for customers, but also supports the growth and stability of Islamic financial institutions. In addition, products based on these two contracts have been proven to be able to meet the diverse financial needs of society, while maintaining compliance with sharia principles. Thus, the integration of Wakalah and Rahn contracts in service products at sharia financial institutions is an effective strategy in supporting financial inclusion and sustainable economic development.

Muamalah in Islam deals with financial issues with the principles of justice, efficiency, transparency, anti-riba, anti-gharar (uncertainty) and social responsibility. This study was conducted with the aim of examining the principles of muamalah from an Islamic economic perspective and how these principles can be applied to the modern economy. The introduction of this study highlights the importance of Muamalah maintaining ethics and morals in economic transactions, especially in the face of increasingly complex global economic developments that are often not based on justice. This study uses qualitative methods and a descriptive-analytical approach. Primary data were obtained through interviews with Islamic economic experts and Islamic banking practitioners, and secondary data were obtained from related literature such as books, journals, and Islamic economic articles. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify the application of muamalah principles in various economic sectors. The results of the study indicate that the principles of muamalah have been widely used in Islamic banking, Islamic investment and Islamic e-commerce with a focus on justice, efficiency and transparency. However, there are challenges in implementing these principles, especially related to the prohibition of gharar and riba in the speculative global financial system. This study concludes that the principle of muamalah can be the foundation for a better and more sustainable economic system, if supported by proper education and regulation.

The use of technology in economic transactions is increasing, one of which is the digital payment system known as the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). MSME players are not affected by the development of the QRIS digital payment system. However, currently not all MSMEs, especially micro businesses, have knowledge about this. Considering this phenomenon, this service activity was carried out with the aim of providing knowledge about the benefits and working procedures of QRIS in encouraging the efficiency of payment transactions. One of the micro businesses in Ambon city that has not yet used QRIS is Es Kelapa NTB. This business has quite a lot of loyal consumers but has not utilized QRIS technology, which causes a lack of knowledge about QRIS. The method of this activity begins with target identification, socialization about QRIS and monitoring and evaluation. Activities were carried out smoothly, every question about QRIS was answered in detail so as to provide knowledge and understanding of the digital payment system. It is hoped that this activity can make business actors have confidence in the security and convenience that can be provided by the QRIS digital payment system.

Stocks are one of the most popular investment instruments due to their high profit potential. However, in the Islamic view, stock investment requires special consideration to ensure its compliance with sharia principles. This study aims to explain the concept of stocks in the Islamic perspective, the criteria for halal stocks, and the ethical principles that must be applied in investment activities. In Islam, stocks are considered halal if the company that manages its business does not conflict with sharia, such as avoiding usury, gambling, and businesses that contain haram elements. In addition, the stock transaction mechanism must be free from excessive speculation (gharar) and market manipulation. By understanding these principles, Muslim investors can invest responsibly in accordance with Islamic values. This study is expected to provide practical guidance for the public in managing sharia-based investment portfolios.

The practice of vote-buying and money politics in elections is a common issue found in the democratic process, which contradicts the principles of Islamic law. Offering money or basic necessities to the public with the intention of influencing votes is considered bribery. Transactions between legislative candidates and voters in exchange for certain rewards raise serious ethical and legal concerns from an Islamic perspective. In Islamic law, transactions that involve uncertainty (gharar), manipulation, and dishonesty are not permissible because they go against the principles of justice, transparency, and integrity outlined in Sharia. Vote-buying is regarded as an act that corrupts trust (amanah), as candidates involved fail to fulfill the rights and trust granted by the voters. This practice also creates social injustice, as it can unfairly affect election results and harm the interests of the broader society. Therefore, from the perspective of Islamic law, vote-buying is not only considered haram but also violates the fundamental principles of muamalah, which demand fairness and honesty in every transaction.

This study aims to examine the factors affecting the use behavior of the Flip.id application using the UTAUT2 framework. The results indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence positively affect behavioral intention. Meanwhile, facilitating conditions and behavioral intention positively influence use behavior. The study found that facilitating conditions and performance expectancy are the strongest antecedents in this research. The findings also reveal a negative effect of hedonic motivation on behavioral intention, while price value does not influence behavioral intention to use the Flip.id application. The moderation testing of experience on facilitating conditions and hedonic motivation shows a positive relationship. However, perceived credibility does not moderate the relationship between behavioral intention and use behavior. Based on the findings, it is evident that the ease of application use, adequate facilities, usefulness, and recommendations play crucial roles in increasing behavioral intention. Conversely, emotional and financial aspects do not demonstrate significant importance for users. This study provides implications for Flip application developers to enhance functional features, user education, and other facilities that support transaction processes within the application.
