This study aims to examine the effect of learning accounting character, interest, and learning motivation on learning achievement of accounting students at the University of Victory Sorong. The research was carried out on all students of the Accounting Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Victory Sorong. The data collection method used in this study is a survey method through distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling method. Students as the unit of analysis participated as many as 83 students. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the application of Statistical Package for The Social Science version 22. The results showed that the character of accounting learning, interest, and learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement of accounting students.

Basically, the principles of Al-Qur'an learning can be carried out using various methods, all of which have the same goal, namely so that children can read the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly. The low motivation of students in learning the Qur'an is still one of the reasons for the low quality of education, especially in the ability to read the Qur'an. One of the efforts to increase motivation to learn to Read and Write the Qur'an is the use of online methods during the Covid-pandemic. 19 can be carried out by educators or teachers in the reading and writing subject of the Koran which is the basis of learning in Islam The low motivation of students in learning Al-Qur'an is still one of the reasons for the low quality of education, especially in the ability to read Al-Qur'an. So it can be said that motivation and learning achievement are directly proportional to the learning methods developed. One of the efforts to increase the motivation to learn to read and write al-quran is to use appropriate methods that can be used by educators or teachers in reading and writing al-Qur'an subjects which are the basis of learning in Islam.

The aim of this research is to increase the academic achievement of science to the students of VIB SD Negeri Gentan 01 in the academic year 2019/2020 by using discovery learning method. This research was done with two cycles, and each cycle consist of plan, action, data account, and reflection. The place of research is SD Negeri Gentan 01 with the subject of the reseach is the students of class VIB consist of 23 students. The data account is done by observasion, documentation, and test. Analyzing data with three steps, they are reduction data, presentation data, and conclusion or verification. By  discovery learning method can increase the academic achievement of science from the first average value is 61.73 until the second average value become 84.13.

Tujuan  yang  ingin  di capai  pada penelitian  ini  adalah untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran materi PKn sub pokok bahasan Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebhinekaan  melalui penerapan model pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning pada Siswa Kelas X Ps-2 Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019 SMKN 7  Surakarta.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tindakan Kelas (PTK), data pada penelitian ini berupa data tentang prestasi belajar PKn yaitu hasil ulangan dan tes dalam materi sub pokok bahasan Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebhinekaan pada mata pelajaran PKn, dan data tentang penerapan Metoda Pembelajaran Problem Base Learning.  Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif komparatif dan analisis kritis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa prestasi belajar siswa meningkat, yaitu pada kondisi awal dari 36 siswa terdapat 21 siswa  yang dinyatakan tuntas (58%) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 15 siswa (42% ) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 61,73.  Pada siklus I siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 27 siswa (75 %) dan siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 9 siswa (25 %) dengan nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 68,15. Pada siklus II semua siswa dinyatakan tuntas semua (100%) dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 76,88.Kata kunci: Metode pembelajaran, Problem Based Learning, Prestasi belajar, PKn ABSTRACTThe aims of the study was: this Classroom Action Research (CAR) was to improve the success of students in learning civic education sub-subject Integrasi bangsa dan Kebinekaan through implementation of Problem-based learning to the students of class X Ps 2 in even semester of 2018/2019 Academic year SMKN 7 Surakarta. The method used in this research was Classroom action research (CAR), the data were learning outcomes of students in Civic education, such as result of exam and test of material sub-subject Integrasi Bangsa dan Kebinekaan in civic education, and data of Problem-based learning implementation. The technique of collecting data were observation and test. The technique of analysis data were descriptive comparative and critical analysis technique. Based on data analysis, it is obtained that students' learning outcomes were improved, that was in   initial condition from 36 students there are 21 students who are stated as completed (58%) and students who weren't completed consist of 15 students (42%) with class average score 61,73. in the cycle 1 students who were passed consist of 27 students (75%) and students who are not passed 9 students (25%) with class average score 68,15. in the cycle II all students were stated as all completed (100%) with class average score 76,88. The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. This can be evidenced from the results of the training that was attended by 27 people already able to be a mentor of 21 people.Keywords: Counseling, Guidance learn to overcome learning difficulties, teachers and parents.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.
