The purpose of writing this research is to find out the regulation of kasapekang sanctions and the implementation of kasepekang sanctions imposed on residents in Dewasana Traditional Village based on the perspective of Human Rights (HAM). The research that the researcher conducted was empirical research using a statutory approach, case approach, facts and comparisons. The results of the study show that the regulations that guarantee the existence of customary law communities are regulated according to Indonesian positive law in the 1945 Constitution article 18b paragraph 2 and also village awig-awig, especially the Dewasana Customary Village related to kasapekang sanctions are regulated in the village awig-awig in pawos 69. Kasepekang sanctions when viewed from a human rights perspective can lead to human rights violations because they are contrary to the formulations in the 1945 Constitution. For the implementation of kasepekang sanctions imposed on residents of Desa Adat Dewasana, it has been carried out in accordance with awig-awig pawos 69. In its implementation, the stage of imposing sanctions is considered quite mild, but it can also cause human rights violations.

Trauma requires immediate and appropriate treatment. Because if the handling is not right or wrong it will result in further complications, such as infection, damage to nerves and blood vessels so that it can result in further soft tissue damage. The system (OSS RBA) is a platform for administering business licensing that is digital-based and has been issued for business actors who will carry out business activities assessed based on the level of risk of business activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the Application of the Policy Contents of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 Concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Licensing Services for MSME Actors by the DPMPTSP of Bintan Regency. The related indicators in this study are: 1). Government Regulation, 2). Resources, 3). Communication, 4). Disposition or Attitude of Executors, 5). Assisted Services Clinic. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with 8 informants. The results of the research (1) In Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 the Bintan Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Service already has Standards, Goals and Targets in implementing the OSS RBA system. (2) Resources which include, Human resources that are adequate and have obtained BIMTEK in providing services to business actors, Financial Resources are still inadequate because DPMPTSP applies a budget priority scale for OSS RBA system policies, and Adequate Resources for Facilities and Infrastructure in the process implementation of OSS RBA system services. (3) Communication, DPMPTSP has collaborated with DKUPP Bintan Regency which has been granted derivative access rights for the OSS RBA system and socialization has been underway to business actors who are micro, small and medium enterprises

The development of technology today makes humans coexist with technology. Many human activities can be carried out through the internet network. One of them is the presence of the metaverse which is a technology that contains virtual interactions, digital objects, and decentralized humans from various platforms. Metaverse is used by many people as a medium for buying and selling transactions. Metaverse users generally sell their products in the form of NFTs. Various well-known brands have started promoting their products through the metaverse. The emergence of well-known brands in the metaverse is an opportunity for irresponsible parties to infringe brand rights. As was the case in Ryder Ripps v. Yuga Labs. Pollution, imitation, obscuration, and so forth of well-known trademarks are carried out by irresponsible parties. One of them is the doctrine of Trademark Dilution. Trademark dilution is the unauthorized use by other parties that can weaken the quality or characteristics of a trademark. This makes the question of how the protection of trademarks in the virtual space of the metaverse and what legal action can be taken when there is a violation of trademark rights. Not many countries have regulated the protection of digital trademarks specifically against trademark dilution, as well as Indonesia. This research will be conducted using a non-native juridical approach method with legal sources in the form of laws and regulations, international agreements, theories, and legal rules. The focus of this research is how metaverse with the platform in it can protect the trademark with the terms and conditions agreement of account users in the platform. The result of this research is that brands can be protected against infringement of rights to the brand as well as brand dilution by referring to the terms and conditions of account users listed in the platform. In addition, the legal action that can be taken is to file a lawsuit as determined by the platform and the removal of related content.

Increasing the productivity of an agency's performance is inseparable from the quality of human resources (HR) who are reliable, professional and have high integrity. Increasing the competence or expertise of HR can support an increase in employee performance. Managing employee performance effectively is one of the key factors to improve the company's business performance. In this case, effective performance management includes the process of measuring employee performance objectively through a series of appropriate performance indicators. The problems that have been the inhibiting factors are 1) the process of determining the best employees still uses conventional methods, so errors often occur in evaluating employee performance, 2) there is no system or method that can quickly, precisely and accurately determine the best employees at CV Diana Cosmetics Bandung, so as to produce reports that are more organized, so that they can be used as a reference for future elections. Land is very beneficial for human life and is a gift from God Almighty. Human life and land are closely intertwined. Humans need a piece of land not only to survive but also to die. As a result, land scarcity is increasingly appearing, even though the need for land is increasing. For human existence, land is an essential component. This is due to population growth which increases every year in direct proportion to the need for land. A number of strategies are used by the community to manage, own, and even trigger land conflicts. This shows that land also has rights, has social purposes, and that the public interest overrides private interests in its use. All land rights have social uses, according to Article 6 of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agricultural Regulations or UUPA. A grant is the gift of an item to someone where the giver is still alive. This study aims to determine the legal status of land that has been donated and then resold and what are the legal consequences arising from the land that has been granted and then resold, in Putiana Village, Orchid District, North Gorontalo Regency in a review of Law Number 5 of 1960. Based on the results of the research it is understood that the withdrawal of gift items according to the Civil Code is regulated in article 1688 which reads that a grant cannot be revoked and therefore cannot be revoked, except in 3 cases, namely if the grantee's conditions are not fulfilled by the recipient of the grant, if the person the person who was given the grant is guilty of committing or participating in an attempt to kill or some other crime against the donor himself, and if the grantor falls into poverty while the one who was given the gift refuses to provide for him. If the recipient of the grant refuses to provide a living or allowance to the grantor, after that the grantor falls into poverty. With the withdrawal or elimination of this gift, all kinds of items that have been donated must be returned to the grantor in a clean condition of the burdens attached to the item. The legal consequence of the decision to cancel a grant that has permanent legal force is that the object of the dispute, namely land, will return to the grantor and their rights. If the object of the dispute has been certified on behalf of the recipient of the grant, then with this decision the certificate becomes null and void.

The phenomenon of migration is a phenomenon that is often found in people's lives as an alternative action to make a move for a specific purpose, including work. Migration is one of the causes of population movement between regions. The development gap between cities and villages continues to be a driving force for migration. It is inevitable that every human being would want to have a comfortable place to live with adequate facilities, for example there are places for entertainment, sports, education, and so on. The era of globalization has also removed barriers for everyone to migrate between countries and even continents. International migration of labor can be interpreted as the movement of individuals from one country to another with the aim of getting a job. Globalization also makes people to carry out mobility with various reasons they have. Problems with migration also do not include the problems of the destination (recipient) country, but also the country of origin, where after the immigrants return to their country of origin it becomes a problem that must be resolved. priority so that they have a high quality and level of competitiveness as well as gain an understanding of their rights as migrant workers. The results of this study are to obtain information about the number of people migrating out of the Tulungagung Regency area and its impact on the economic sector in the Tulungagung Regency area because migration greatly influences the opportunities and challenges in the region.

Youth is a valuable asset for the nation's successor. Young people who have entered the world of work. The purpose of carrying out this community service is to provide knowledge or add broader insight to the Modongan village youth regarding the application of work relations in the industrial world. Industry is one of the efforts to improve the welfare of the population. In addition, industrialization is also inseparable from efforts to improve the quality of human resources and the ability to optimally utilize natural resources. In industrial relations there are also labor relations disputes that occur within a company. We tell the village youth that in the industrial world there are institutions that deal with labor relations disputes. Community service activities must also pay attention to aspects of education and training for young people. The importance of providing access to them to acquire the knowledge and skills needed in the world of work, so that they can become productive, independent workers while understanding their rights.

Elementary school students need to get character education strengthening through education in everyday life so they are able to practice character values, namely nationalist, religious, mutual cooperation, independence, and integrity values. There are phenomena that arise related to character violations which are quite worrying, for example acts of violence, violations of human rights (HAM), free sex, indiscipline, anarchism, corruption, theft, dishonesty, and so on. For this reason, we need a solution, one of which is strengthening character education based on local wisdom culture which is carried out in stages through socialization where the students are. Character education with local wisdom has a role as a driving force that carries good rules and norms to be practiced in everyday life. This activity was carried out at SD Negeri 54/IV, Danau Teluk District for 2 days, namely 2-28 May 2022 and continued with activities, with participants totaling 40 students. The results of the socialization of this activity indicate an increase in insight and understanding of character education and recognition of one's own potential in instilling local wisdom and training the spirit of leadership. This can be seen from the activeness and high enthusiasm of the participants for two days with a usefulness level of 3.75 on average, in addition to positive support from the principal and teaching staff being an important element of this activity. As well as in the learning process there is an influence, namely in cycle 1 the average student score is 67 and after cycle 2 it increases to 78 with improvements to the methods and media used during the learning process in accordance with the school environment and local environment.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a significant role for the welfare of society. The purpose of this activity is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing sales. The long-term goal of this research is to build a management model that can be practically applied by MSMEs to support productivity and business development. In general, MSMEs business management (marketing, production, HR and finance) can be implemented by providing training to MSMEs actors. In its journey, MSMEs need to be monitored intensively, to always monitor the management they are doing. SWOT analysis is the right option to help MSMEs determine marketing strategies and project changes in the business environment. SWOT analysis can evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses which include internal factors in MSMEs, Opportunities and Threats which include external factors or competitors. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted, a strategy was obtained to provide training in all aspects, given the lack of knowledge possessed by SMEs. From this study, 4 marketing strategies were obtained for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, namely the S-O Strategy for MSMEs to innovate products to strengthen competitiveness, establish product characteristics, and aggressively carry out promotions and sales by utilizing technological developments with online sales. In the W-O strategy, MSMEs are required to always pay attention to market and consumer desires, determine market targets, and improve the quality of human resources. S-T strategy, MSMEs should make a prominent feature of the product and innovate in product promotion. In the W-T strategy, MSMEs players need to determine their target market, where and who is the target for their sales and pay attention to the wishes of the market and consumers to adapt their products.

Refugees are one of the long-standing problems in this world. The issue of refugees also participates in the discussion which is in the spotlight for the international community, because the problem of refugees is related to issues of humanity, namely related to human rights (HAM). This community service program aims to make it easy for immigrants to communicate with other people. Some of the benefits obtained are; will make it easier to communicate, minimize the occurrence of conflicts, there will be no cultural discrimination. The targets in this community service activity are refugees from abroad who live in Bapel Aparna Graha Utama Puspa.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the existence of the Personal Data Protection Act makes the public feel comfortable with their privacy which is a human right, because there are many leaks of personal data which greatly disturb comfort and security. -The Personal Data Act has resolved the issue of personal data security or not. The research method used is the literature study method which is a method that is carried out by collecting library data, taking notes and reading, as well as managing research materials from previous studies and making direct observations. The results of public observations have full hopes that this personal data protection law can become their guarantee to protect personal data, the public hopes that with the tone of this Personal Data Law no one will dare to hack personal data illegally.

The global era with the rapid and great advancement of information system technology, challenges teachers to have the ability to adapt themselves by improving scientific abilities and cutting-edge skills. But the most important thing is the ability to nurture students by sticking to sharia 'and can make them as noble ethical people. Efforts to strengthen tarbiyah and teacher training in Islamic educational institutions must make maximum efforts so that digital technology tools do not lull and deprive students of the right to get full control of teachers. This is the main mission of Islamic educational institutions so that the development of intelligent ethical humans can be reached by Islamic educational institutions. The three strategies that researchers offer in an effort to strengthen the conception of tarbiyah and teacher training in him and apply it to teacher professional performance activities are: (1) Understand and realize the achievement of tarbiyah and teacher goals; (2) Understand and apply the types of education and teaching; (3) Development of teacher soft skills so that they can become role models for students.

Unauthorized communication interception constitutes a violation of privacy rights protected by the constitution and human rights principles. The development of digital technology has increased the potential for illegal interception of public communications and personal data. This study aims to analyze the forms of legal protection for victims of illegal communication wiretapping and the effectiveness of Indonesian positive law in providing remedies for victims. The research employed a normative juridical method using statutory and conceptual approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources. The results indicate that legal protection for victims of illegal wiretapping has been regulated under the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and the Personal Data Protection Law. However, the implementation of such protection still faces several challenges, particularly related to digital evidence, low public cybersecurity literacy, and the lack of optimal compensation mechanisms for victims. Existing legal protection remains more focused on punishing offenders rather than comprehensively restoring victims’ rights. Therefore, regulatory harmonization and strengthening of privacy protection mechanisms are necessary to ensure more effective legal protection for victims of illegal wiretapping.  

Children who grow up in orphanages have the same rights as children who are in a family environment. Communication carried out by caregivers to provide motivation to foster children in terms of self-confidence. Based on this, orphanage caregivers need to carry out good communication patterns in increasing the confidence of foster children. The theory used in this study is the theory of social penetration popularized by Irwin Altman and Dalmas Taylor. This theory discusses the development of relationships through 4 stages, namely the orientation stage, the exploratory exchange stage, the affective exchange stage, and the stable exchange stage. This research uses a qualitative approach. Researchers use the constructivist paradigm, where knowledge is the result of human construction. Data collection techniques in this study through direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the pattern of communication of caregivers to foster children in increasing self-confidence in the Asyiyah orphanage was a wheel pattern, and a star pattern. The relationship between caregivers and foster children goes through 4 stages, namely the orientation stage, the exploratory exchange stage, the affective exchange stage, and the stable exchange stage. Factors that influence the increase in self-confidence in foster children are environmental factors and educational factors.

As prospective managers of Islamic educational institutions we must know the hadith relating to management itself. The method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The results and discussion of this article are this is related to human resource management in perfect Islam. The review of hadith can be interpreted as a process of managing and realizing human and Muslim society to truly believe in and fear Allah and are expected to be able to carry out full responsibility duties, reproduce scholars who have Islamic qualities , faith, knowledge, and noble character for the sake of building himself and his society seen from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Adapu the conclusion of this article is Management of the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaurrasyiddin Management of human resources at the time of the Prophet placed a person seen from being able or not knya completed a mandate given especially in the field of management. That he put the right person in the right position or "the right man in the right place". Placing someone according to their expertise is one of the characteristics of Islamic professionalism. And put more emphasis on the professionalism of an employee.. Rasulullah and his friends really implemented these noble values in their leadership.

Law is a tool for regulating people's lives with a coercive nature and requires people to follow existing rules. The law is made for the benefit of the people and contains the norms of life as a guide in society. Death penalty is a punishment with the most severe sanction scale for perpetrators of extraordinary crimes such as narcotics, premeditated murder, terrorism, and crimes against state security. However, the application of death penalty in Indonesia is controversial because it violates Human Rights (HAM) and the right to life guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution Article 28A paragraph (1). Even though there is an update in the latest Criminal Code (KUHP) which regulates probation for 10 years, pros and cons still occur in the application of death penalty. Various views on capital punishment exist, in which some consider human rights and the principles of justice. However, the death penalty must be applied carefully and pay attention to human rights.

The concept of tolerance is an important thing to study, especially in a pluralistic society with different ethnicities, nations, races and religions.  This study discusses the concept of tolerance from the viewpoint of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah, in order to examine the concept of tolerance in literature from the Nahdhatul Ulama, Muhammadiyah, and Islamic Unity fronts (FPI) so that it can be implemented in life, especially in Islamic education learning.  The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach.  The results of the study show that from the perspective of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah tolerance is an important principle in building brotherhood and harmony among religious communities by emphasizing the importance of equality in rights and obligations without discrimination.  In line with that, the application of the concept of tolerance in PAI learning can be through religious education curriculum content which is not only dominated by worship and belief material, but material about the harmonious life of fellow human beings which is implemented through religious tolerance.  Instilling the concept of tolerance in PAI learning can also be implemented with an emphasis on PAI teachers in tolerance learning practices and assisted by significant learning materials that assist in tolerance learning both in early childhood education, elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools even in  study bench.

Every citizen has the right to civil registration in the sense that he has the right to request an authentic deed from a state official. It is still rare for residents to realize how important a deed is for them in sustaining their life. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the policy for implementing population administration in the possession of death certificates for the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and to identify obstacles in implementing the policy for implementing population administration in making death certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service for Kuantan Regency Singingi. Qualitative research as a research method that starts from assumptions, interpretive/theoretical lenses, and studies of research problems that look at how individuals or groups interpret social or humanitarian problems. The results of the research that the researchers conducted regarding the implementation of population administration administration policies in Kuantan Singingi Regency (a case study of death certificates), namely, the policy of implementing population administration regarding death certificates had not been properly implemented by the Kuantan Singingi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, this was obtained from several factors, namely Policy standards and targets/measures and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, implementor communication, attitude and position of executors, social, economic and political environment. The second obstacle is the lack of socialization related to population administration. The third obstacle is the lack of public awareness.

A justice collaborator are suspect, defendants or convicts but work together with law enforcement officials to provide information in uncovering criminal acts that have occurred. The aim of the research is to analyze the legal protection of justice collaborators in terms of Law 31/2014. This study uses normative legal research methods with qualitative data. The results of the study show that (1) Legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of Law Number 31 of 2014 explained in article 5 that law enforcement officials have the obligation to provide protection and assistance to justice collaborator from legal entities so that they feel safe from threats which will come. (2) Legal protection for justice collaborators in terms of five basic principles or commonly called Maqashid Asy-Syariah which can be concluded that Islam highly upholds the protection of human rights, which in this case is legal protection for justice collaborators who have important services in helping officials Law enforcers uncover a crime.
