Economic growth and increasing population density in adulthood require awareness regarding environmental concern. Caring for the environment is an important thing that must be done to prevent natural damage and maintain ecosystem balance. Nganjuk Regency, with a population density of around 1,103,902 people in 2020, of course produces quite a lot of household waste. There is a need to increase awareness and change attitudes regarding waste sorting and processing to create a clean and healthy environment, which is the aim of holding waste bin procurement activities. Seeing that Setren Village SDGs number 12, namely Environmentally Conscious Village Consumption and Production, still has not met the target score that must be achieved, knowledge regarding waste sorting needs to be emphasized more. The method used was direct observation in the Setren Village environment, then a Focus Group Discussion was held regarding handling waste problems to create a healthy environment. The results of the community service carried out are the provision of waste sorting bins and socialization of waste sorting. Apart from that, there has been an increase in knowledge regarding types of waste for the people of Setren Village.

The phenomenon of globalization has transformed the world's landscape, connecting nations, and inspiring the concept of Special Economic Zones (SEZs). The utilization of Foreign National Health Workers (FHNWs) has become a strategy to address the shortage of medical personnel and enhance healthcare services, particularly in remote regions. However, the implementation of this policy also faces several ethical, cultural, and linguistic challenges. The ethical aspect takes center stage in the utilization of FHNWs. Patient rights, professionalism, and cross-cultural collaboration are crucial focal points in healthcare service practices. Despite its benefits, the utilization of FHNWs encounters communication hurdles, especially when the employed language is unfamiliar. Additionally, the integration of local cultural values becomes a pivotal aspect in delivering sensitive and patient-centered care. This paper analyzes policy documents related to the utilization of Foreign National Health Workers (FHNWs) in Indonesia through normative and predictive approaches. The objective is to comprehend the concepts and regulatory implementations concerning the ethics of FHNW utilization within the context of Indonesian healthcare services. The phenomena of globalization and efforts to expedite economic growth through Special Economic Zones (SEZs) have influenced these policies. The analysis involves various policy documents relevant to FHNW utilization. In facing the ethical dilemmas arising in the practice of healthcare services by foreign medical personnel, it is imperative for them to adapt to the local culture without compromising the principles of medical ethics. Moreover, competition within the job market and cultural disparities between foreign and local medical personnel also present challenges that need to be addressed. In dealing with competition, a holistic approach involving the government, relevant institutions, and professional training for local medical personnel is required. Overall, the utilization of FHNWs holds potential benefits in addressing medical workforce shortages and enhancing healthcare access. However, this utilization must be carried out with ethical responsibility, respecting patient rights, and considering cultural and professional aspects. With a prudent approach, the utilization of FHNWs can contribute to improving the quality of healthcare services and the well-being of local medical personnel, in line with ethical principles and national interests.

It is estimated that the medical tourism industry in Asia will be worth US$4 billion by 2022, and Indonesia is positioning itself as one of the main players in the region, expecting revenues of up to US$590 million in five years. In 2022 alone, Indonesia received 341,288 medical tourists with an income of 253.84 million. Thus, the potential of this industry is very large, and the Indonesian government is taking the right strategic steps in this direction. Medical tourism as it is currently practiced and promoted is a relatively new concept, although patients traveling long distances to seek medical care is nothing new. This journal explores the development and growth of medical tourism in a global context, as well as among key Asian players in the industry, before turning to the Indonesian experience. The role of key players in advancing the industry agenda, namely the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of International Trade and Industry, Association of Private Hospitals etc., will also be discussed. With the increasing need for medical services and developments in technology, doctors and patients are often faced with various legal issues related to health care. The role of doctors in society is crucial because of the knowledge and skills needed to diagnose and treat disease, as well as maintain patient health. A surgeon is a specialist doctor who treats diseases, injuries or emergency conditions in the body through surgical methods (operatives) carried out in the operating room installation. The doctor's legal responsibility towards patients in the operating room installation is based on several relevant legal principles, the principle of informed consent or consent in treatment is an important factor in determining whether the doctor is responsible or not. Patients must be given adequate information about the diagnosis, procedures, risks, and treatment alternatives before giving consent for medical treatment. What are the rights and obligations between the doctor and patient in the agreement before surgery, as well as the agreement between the doctor and patient after the patient has received this information. Research methods using normative law are methods used to study legal rules as a system that can be linked to certain legal events. Secondary data uses tertiary legal data, secondary legal data and tertiary legal data from books, literature, publications and statutory sources related to all discussions. From this research it was found that every human being has the human right to live a healthy life and a doctor has ethical and professional responsibilities in carrying out his duties. The relationship between doctors and patients is regulated by applicable laws and regulations. It can be concluded that the legal responsibility of doctors towards patients in operating rooms is very important in medical practice. As health professionals, physicians have an ethical and legal obligation to provide safe, competent, and responsible care to their patients. If a doctor fails to meet expected standards of care or commits negligence that results in injury or harm to a patient, they may be legally liable.

Nowadays information technology is developing very rapidly in the health sector. As technology advances, the use of medical records has begun to shift from conventional or paper-based to digital. Electronic medical records (EMR) are an important part of health services. Electronic medical records are electronic information created by health care providers based on patient conditions, forwarded and sent to other departments for consultation and further examination and received and stored in digital form and can be viewed at any time if needed. Electronic medical records are very useful for healthcare organizations, healthcare professionals as well as patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of electronic medical records and legal studies. This study used normative juridical research methods. This study had a specificity, namely descriptive-analytic where this study sought to analyze legal issues and also the legal system, that it could be understood and then conclusions could be drawn. The results showed that the implementation of electronic medical records, namely first, the implementation of electronic medical records could increase the accuracy and security of data. Second, the implementation of electronic medical records could increase efficiency and productivity. Third, the implementation of electronic medical records could provide better service to patients. The legal basis for implementing electronic medical records was contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 269/MENKES/PER/III/2008 concerning Medical Records where in Article 2 Paragraph (2) it was explained that "Medical records must be written, complete and clear or electronic". ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 did not regulate how electronic medical records were issued. Electronic medical records as a form of medical document must comply with applicable legal requirements, such as the right to privacy, confidentiality, accuracy and data security. It was hoped that legal certainty in the implementation of electronic medical records could help improve and improve health services.

Societal Serve: Journal of Community Engagement and Services 2024 Pusat Riset dan Inovasi Nasional Mabadi Iqtishad Al Islami

This Community Empowerment Program involves delivering education on handwashing techniques and raising awareness about the dangers of drugs to children living in the Ar-Ridho Orphanage. Consisting of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, this service successfully generated enthusiasm among the participants during the delivery of the materials and handwashing practice sessions. Good information absorption occurred because the material was tailored to their age. Socialization about drugs was also conducted with the aim of providing understanding of their dangers and encouraging them to stay away from drugs from an early age. This activity combines delivering material about drugs with interactive games and quizzes, strengthening the children's understanding of the risks of drug abuse. The results are expected to enhance their understanding and foster a spirit to stay away from drug abuse. Throughout the socialization process, the participants showed enthusiasm both when listening to the material and when practicing proper handwashing. This is because of the use of strategies, methods, and media tailored to their age, allowing participants to understand the socialization material well during this service. Therefore, there is a need for ongoing supervision from the caretakers at the orphanage to ensure the absorption of the taught material.

Stunting is a nutritional problem caused by insufficient nutritional intake for a long time. The condition of failure to thrive in children under five is a result of chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Indonesia is among the highest in stunting cases with a prevalence of 37.2% compared to other neighboring countries. Indonesia targets the stunting rate to fall to 14% in 2024, while the stunting rate in 2021 will reach 24%. The impact of stunting is an increase in morbidity and mortality rates in children, growth in body posture or height that is not optimal compared to the child's age, disruption of motor development, increasing the incidence of degenerative diseases, less than optimal learning performance so that children's cognitive and productivity are affected and that furthermore is the increase in Health costs. The Kupang City Government, in an effort to reduce the prevalence rate of stunting below 10% in 2024, is carrying out convergence work or cross-sectoral collaboration within the scope of Pentahelix (Government, PT, Private, Community and Mass Media). The foster parent program is a form of care and effort made by involving all sectors in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in toddlers. The sub-districts that are used as places for community service activities are Penfui and Oesapa Selatan Subdistricts, Kupang City. The foster parent program aims to help families who really need health care for children suffering from stunting and malnutrition, and this is based on a sense of care and responsibility. The Kupang Ministry of Health Polytechnic, as one of the implementations of health transformation, supports the government's program in strengthening primary health services, especially stunting, and is expected to be involved and become a team in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in Kupang City. The method for implementing this community activity is the Peekaboo Psychoeducational method, namely the Kiss, Hug and Give Feed method as well as providing nutritious food to children aged 6-24 months for 90 days. The results of this community service are the achievement of measurement data on children's body weight, improvements in nutritional value/body weight of children suffering from stunting and increased knowledge of the psychoeducational parenting style of the Peekaboo method to increase parents' knowledge about stunting.

The operation of electromedical equipment in health care centers is very dependent on the quality of electrical power. Disturbances such as voltage sags, also known as dip voltage, can disrupt the performance of sensitive electronic devices and potentially threaten the stability of a power distribution system. This study suggests the use of a Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) equipped with feedforward control to reduce voltage sags. With long flashes and significant voltage drops, simulations using MATLAB/Simulink show that the feedforward control on the DVR is able to compensate for voltage sags correctly and on time while still maintaining a stable load voltage.

This study aims to explore the relationship between the quality of antenatal care (ANC) services and the satisfaction levels of pregnant women at the Kuta Raja Community Health Center, Banda Aceh. This relationship is pivotal in understanding how service quality impacts maternal satisfaction and, ultimately, maternal health outcomes. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is defined as the number of mothers who die during postpartum, pregnancy, and childbirth. High MMR is often attributed to a lack of awareness and infrequent ANC visits. In 2023, only 86.25% of pregnant women attended ANC services, falling short of the 93% target. Initial observations indicated that 60% of the attendees were dissatisfied with the ANC services at the Kuta Raja Community Health Center. This analytical survey, employing a cross-sectional design, was conducted at the Kuta Raja Community Health Center. The study population included 93 pregnant women, all of whom were surveyed using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses, with the chi-square test employed for bivariate analysis. The study found that certain quality dimensions of ANC services—responsiveness (p < 0.001), assurance (p < 0.005), empathy (p < 0.005), and tangibility (p < 0.001)—were significantly related to the satisfaction levels of pregnant women. However, reliability (p > 0.05) showed no significant relationship with satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between the responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility of ANC services and the satisfaction levels of pregnant women at the Kuta Raja Community Health Center. Conversely, reliability did not show a significant correlation with satisfaction. To improve maternal satisfaction and health outcomes, it is recommended that pregnant women regularly attend ANC services and that efforts be made to enhance the quality dimensions that impact satisfaction.
