The Order for Termination of Investigation or hereinafter referred to as SP3 is the authority given attributively to criminal investigators. This paper intends to provide an analysis in terms of normative law regarding the validity of the termination of an investigation carried out based on reconciliation between the suspect and the complainant in the case of ordinary offenses. Research is a main means in developing a science and technology with the aim of revealing the existence of a truth both systematically, methodologically, and consistently through the research process as well as conducting analysis and construction of the data that has been processed and then concluded. Article 109 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) states that there are three conditions to stop an investigation of a criminal act. First, there is not enough evidence. Second, the act committed by the suspect is not a crime. Third, the investigation was stopped for the sake of law. The fact that the revocation of the police report resulted in the case being discontinued or terminated, as evidenced by the issuance of an Investigation Termination Order or SP3.

Taxes are people’s contributions for the state treasury which are used for the construction of facilities either at the central or regional governments. This research purpose to knowing is the taxpayer awareness, understanding of taxpayers, and public services of tax authorities on taxpayer compliance in the Karangayar area. The type of data used in this study is primary data, data collection used by questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 taxpayer respondents, whose sample collection used accidental sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that awareness taxpayer, taxpayer understanding, and the taxpayer services have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

The use of sea sand in construction work from an economic point of view does have advantages. One of them is increasing the income of the sea sand collectors who are spread throughout the area in Fakfak Regency. In addition, the potential availability of sea sand is quite large and is able to accommodate all types of concrete construction work in this area. This study aims to determine and analyze the use of sea sand in the AC-WC mixture of course by doing the Marshall test. This study uses variations in asphalt content of 5.0%, 5.5%, 6.0%, 6.5% and 7.0%, this study was carried out using Marshall testing in accordance with the general specifications of Bina Marga 2018. The results of the research conducted showed a relationship asphalt content and Marshall parameters such as stability value, VMA, density, MQ at an asphalt content of 5.0%-7.0%, meet the specifications of 1932 kg, 19.84%, 2.26 gr/cm3 and 1031 kg/mm. Values of VIM, VFWA and flow at 5.5% asphalt content are known to not meet the mix spasticity, namely 8.07%, 59.71% and 1.67 mm. Based on the Marshall parameter data, the Optimum Asphalt Content value is 6.5%.

Making evening party dresses that must be considered is the pattern. Patterns are used as examples to avoid mistakes when cutting fabric. Pattern making must be adjusted to the size of the body shape of the clothing model. Patterns are very influential on the results of the clothes that will be made, therefore this study uses two different types of pattern techniques, namely draping pattern techniques and construction pattern techniques. This study aims to determine which pattern technique is good for making evening party dresses. This research uses the R&D (research and development) method or can be called research and development. The trial results show that using the draping pattern is more efficient than the construction pattern technique. The practical construction pattern technique has a weakness at the waist, namely the location of the waist that rises from the original waist. After making an assessment through the validator, the author makes evening party dresses using the pattern technique that has the highest value. The making of evening party dresses uses two pattern techniques, namely on the body pattern using a draping pattern technique and on the skirt using a construction pattern technique.

Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

In an effort to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum majoring in Building Information Modeling Design in building structure subjects, it is necessary to introduce to students that there is a computer program that can support it. The computer program is SAP 2000 which can be used to analyze the forces acting on the structure of beams, columns, plates, and the cross-section of a 2-story house construction. As a form of effort that can be made to maintain the quality of education on the influence of the development of information technology contained in the SMK curriculum, majoring in Building Information Modeling Design (DPIB) in building structure subjects, it is necessary to make a proposal to hold an activity "Training on Design and Modeling of 2 Floor House Buildings Using the SAP 2000 Program in the Department of Design and Building Information Modeling SMK PGRI 1 Gresik".

Traditional houses scattered with various unique forms in the territory of Indonesia reveal a distinctive and unique local cultural identity in their states and display the richness of the traditional culture of the Indonesian nation. The diversity of traditional houses in this archipelago has a high artistic feel in architectural forms, motifs, and similarities in philosophy. Still, it is rich in architectural structures that differ from one place to another. The traditional housing group for the Sentani tribe in Ifale village is formed from the unity of three different kinship groups of indigenous peoples. The three kinships live one life together as the traditional Sentani people and still maintain the ancestral traditions passed down from generation to generation by adjusting to current life developments. The traditional house of the Sentani indigenous people has changed with the entry of knowledge and changes in people's lifestyles. The shift in housing does not affect the existence of their traditional residence, a nation's wealth that must be maintained and protected. This study aimed to study changes in building traditional Sentani houses on Lake Sentani in Jayapura Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive in conducting data analysis using qualitative methods (field data) and quantitative (excel program and SPSS). The study results show that changes in the way of building the traditional houses of the indigenous people of the Senani tribe towards the process of building and using house construction for the period 1907-1925 and 2021 have changed from places formed by their ancestors to modern traditional houses. These changes are influenced by the increase in community economic growth, public awareness of environmental and human health, and construction use following the latest developments in construction technology.

Sinar Harapan store which is engaged in construction materials has regular customers who are outside the area, so a sales information system is needed to help customers buy and receive product information from the store. This web-based information system can help shop customers shop online without having to visit the store in person. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. Data obtained through field research, library research and interviews. The system design uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database storage. The information system for selling goods is based on the Sinar Harapan Makassar Store based on the results of the implementation test with the user acceptance test getting an average weight of 36 with a percentage of 90% so this application is very suitable for use

This research is qualitative research, applying facts in the field. Attraction of Puri Mataram get attention of the Indonesian Vice President in managing through BUMDes Tridadi Makmur increasing the construction activities, additions and management of infrastructure facilities that are balanced with increasing quality of services provided, making Puri Mataram a natural tourist attraction as a leading tourist destination in Sleman Regenc. Methods of approaching tourism components 5A (Accessibility, Accommodations, Attraction, Activities Amenities). The conclusion of a quality and balanced development strategy pays attention to 3 main steps, namely short-term focused emphasis, medium term emphasizing consolidation and long-term focus on development.
