The increasingly rapid development of technology makes it easier for humans to receive information and to carry out various jobs just by using sophisticated technology. The impact of these developments also affects the legal field. Indonesia has also begun to upgrade its judicial system through PERMA Number 7 of 2022 which regulates the Electronic Administration of Cases and Trials in Courts issued by the Supreme Court so that every Court begins to use an electronic court justice system with the aim of the supreme court's mandate to ensure that the principles of trials are simple, fast , and low cost can be achieved. Therefore, this writing was carried out by the author to find out about the implementation of e-court in realizing the principles of simple, fast and low-cost justice in trials at the District Court, and the author also observed the use of e-court which was also accessed by advocates in the author's place when participating in field work practices. This writing uses normative empirical research methods to determine the differences between Das Sollen and Das Sein and to compare the e-court system to the principles of civil justice in the form of simple, fast and low cost principles

Hydronephrosis is a condition widening of one or second kidneys because of enhancement of the pressure kidney. Objective: From this research, to determine the effect of murrotal therapy on anxiety levels in elderly people with hypertension at Rt 003/007 Sawangan Baru in 2023. The population in this study was 36 elderly people, the sample size was 15 respondents. The research design used pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The data collection method uses the Geriatric Anxiety Scale (GAS) questionnaire to measure anxiety levels. The results showed that the average blood pressure in the elderly before murrotal therapy was 150/100 MmHg, after murrotal therapy it showed 130/90 MmHg, while the level of anxiety in the elderly before and after murrotal Qur'an therapy was an average value. P – value or sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 which means less than p <0.05 using the Paired Simple T - Test Statistical Test which states that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, therefore there is a significant change between before and after the administration of murrotal therapy. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of murrotal therapy on anxiety levels in elderly people with hypertension.

Cholesterol is a fatty substance that circulates in the body which is produced by the liver and is very important for the body. Excessive cholesterol in the blood will first cause problems in the blood vessels and brain. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giving dragon fruit juice on total cholesterol levels in the elderly at Posbindu Kebayoran Lama Utara, South Jakarta. The research method used a pre-experimental pre-post-test group design including administration of dragon fruit juice, analysis of measurements of total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention, and analysis of food cholesterol consumption. The Wilcoxon test results were chosen because the data did not meet the normality assumption. The p value resulting from the Wilcoxon test is 0.028, which is smaller than the significance level which is generally set at 0.05. This shows that the difference between total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention is statistically significant. The conclusion from the results of this research that has been carried out can be concluded that there is a significant difference between total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention (p<0.05).

Word wall media provides features such as quizzes, matching, pairing, anagrams, random words, word searches, grouping. The PkM (Community Service) Lecture Program with the title "Using the Wordwall Website as a Learning Media to Increase Student Learning Motivation at Bima Utomo BS Vocational School" is carried out by prioritizing how to use the wordwall website, especially for teachers or teaching staff at Bima Utomo BS Vocational School with the main aim increase student learning motivation and make it easier for teachers to deliver learning material. The results of the implementation of Community Service at BIMA UTOMO BS Vocational School, Sidodadi Village, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra which was carried out from February 5 - February 27 2024, the team was able to adapt well so that a cooperative relationship was established between the school, students and students, teachers are able to use wordwall media as an interactive learning media for the continuity of teaching and learning activities, socialize the use of wordwall media as an interactive learning media, provide contributions in the form of assistance to the school regarding administration and students feel motivated by the existence of interactive learning media.

The research purposes to determine effectiveness of the Manpower Expansion and Placement Program towards reducing the unemployment rate in the Riau Islands. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by literature and documentation studies which are collecting data from records, administration, documents, books, and scientific works. Data analysis techniques were by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are seen from the achievement of effectiveness indicators, namely a good understanding of the program because there is community participation and collaboration with various parties, target accuracy are running well because there is absorption of job vacancies, the timeliness of the program for a year, the achievement of goals by decreasing the unemployment rate even though it is not too much, and real changes in the impact of job training so that people have jobs and are placed according to their experience.  

This study aims to compare the regulation of cosmetic distribution between the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) in Indonesia and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the United States. The comparative method is carried out by analyzing regulations, registration procedures, security requirements, post-marketing supervision, and the role of each institution in maintaining the safety of cosmetic products. The research results show that although BPOM and FDA have the same goal of protecting consumers and ensuring the safety of cosmetic products, there are significant differences in their regulatory approaches and registration procedures. BPOM tends to adopt a more formal, qualified approach with strict requirements for registration of cosmetic products, while FDA uses a more flexible approach with more responsibility devolving to manufacturers to ensure compliance with approvals. The two agencies also have differences in post-marketing oversight. Indonesia's BPOM tends to be more active in conducting regular product testing on the market, while the United States FDA relies more on consumer and manufacturer reports to identify unsafe products. However, both face similar challenges in dealing with the rapid development of the cosmetics industry and product innovation. Continuous efforts are needed to improve regulation and supervision to ensure that cosmetic products in circulation are safe for consumers around the world.

Based on the International Diabetic Federation (IDF), in 2017, the number of people suffering from DM in Indonesia was 10.3 million people, Indonesia was ranked 6th with the highest number of DM patients. Foot ulcers are often the main cause of hospitalization in DM patients, and DM is the main cause of lower extremity amputation in non-traumatic cases. Currently, Indonesia does not yet have a consensus for the management of diabetic foot infections. Management of diabetic foot infections currently uses guidelines from the Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA) and the International Working Group of Diabetic Foot (IWGDF) for empirical selection of antibiotics. The basic principles of healing diabetic ulcers are adequate arterial perfusion, proper control of infection, and offloading the ulcer area. Empirical selection of antibiotics often coincides with inadequate information regarding microbiological patterns. Choosing an antibiotic with a spectrum that is too narrow will cause pathogens to be overlooked in infections which are often caused by polymicrobial, and cause clinical deterioration in the patient. Unnecessary selection of broad-spectrum antibiotics can contribute to the increasing problem of antibiotic resistance. Mild and moderate infections can be given antibiotics with a narrower spectrum. Severe infections require parenteral administration to reach therapeutic levels immediately.

This activity aims at empowerment and development of snack business based on local potency. Mitra is a group of Micro small and Medium Enterprises community of Ganesha (KUB Bahtera) Purworejo and culinary group of Angudi Laras Purworejo (KBU Satu Hati). There are 8 participants. Problems faced by partners include: Lack of marketing access, low production capability, low access to capital for funding, Low financial management capability and business accounting administration, Limited human resources marketing and Production. To solve these problems, the program solutions offered are: 1) Increased marketing access, 2) Improvement of product processing techniques, 3) Strengthening of loan access to various funding sources, 3) improvement of financial management and business administration, and 4) Strengthening Partnership. The method used is training and mentoring. The results achieved are: the increasing ability of participants in the field of online marketing, enhancement of capabilities in designing product packaging, increasing sales through the implementation of online marketing, and strengthening the partnership relationship between groups.Keyword: snacks, business groups, online marketing

The function of computers in government is seen from government activities that have begun to implement e-Government system, where each region, government agencies already have their own information system, or better known as e-Government. Implementation of e-government is certainly to improve service to the community. The use of computers at the level of village government is currently more focused on the use of Microsoft office programs both Microsoft word, excel and power point. This program is preferred for improvements in administrative services such as the making of invitations, certificates, letters of moving, APBDES, reports on financial statements and others. Thus it is natural that every village device capable of using Microsoft office program both Microsoft word, excel and power point besides important is also the basic operation of computer. The condition of the community in Jumantono district is classified as society whose level of education is increasing, so it has demand for high quality of service in various ways. In terms of the ability to handle administration and documentation of village data, the average is still classified as not yet maximal, as evidenced from the results of random observations of 11 villages in Jumantono district, it is known that the village administration system has not been all using computer equipment but still done manually, each village government has been equipped with a computer but the device can not be utilized optimally because not all village devices have the ability to operate it. this devotional activity is to provide understanding to the Village's tools in Jumantono district by equip themselves with computer skills in operating Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, well to improve quality village administration so as to improve the effectiveness of services to the public. Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) is the most popular and most widely used spreadsheet application program. This research is based on the large number of public reports that have been submitted to the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman regarding allegations of maladministration that have occurred in the education sector, especially complaints about New Student Admissions. This problem requires a resolution by the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman to handle public complaints and prevent recurring maladministration in the education sector, especially regarding complaints about Acceptance of New Students in Depok City. This study aims to analyze and describe the performance of the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman in handling complaints about Acceptance of New Students in Depok City. This is based on the problems that occurred in the implementation of the Acceptance of New Students which were still colored by allegations of maladministration, which made public services in the field of education inefficient, lack of supervision in the implementation of the acceptance of new students. The results of the study concluded that in the Productivity indicator there are still a number of things that need to be improved such as policies that have been made that are not in accordance with the needs of society in the digitalization era. Service Quality Indicators still need a number of things to pay attention to such as budget constraints, human resources and very limited work space. Responsiveness Indicators There are still a number of things that affect performance achievements. The Responsibility Indicator is still lacking in realization to achieve the target every year. As well as the Accountability indicator, there is still no specific accountability report in the form of the Jakarta Raya Ombudsman annual report on various media platforms.

This research aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction and individual performance in administration. This study was conducted in a government administration department environment. Through analysis of survey and interview data, this research assesses the impact of job satisfaction on individual performance by considering the public administration context. The findings from this research can provide valuable insights for management to improve individual performance in the administrative environment.    

Electronic Medical Records as a form of renewal of health services, which has emerged as a response to and challenges arising from advances in technology. The Minister of Health Regulation No. 269/Menkes concerning Medical Records is no longer in accordance with developments in science and technology, health service needs and the legal needs of society. At this time the government has determined the regulations to be used, namely Minister of Health Regulation no. 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records. With this regulation, hospitals must improve their preparation so that they can be integrated with the government system. The aim of this PKM is to increase the knowledge of medical personnel in administering electronic medical records in hospitals. The PKM implementation method includes material presentation, discussion and evaluation. The target of PKM consists of 14 health workers with the results of PKM being an increase in health workers' knowledge in maintaining medical records.

The Surabaya Mengajar Program is designed to improve students reading, writing and arimathic skills. This program prepare students to face future challenges and become effective leaders. This program involes student from various universities in Surabaya. Before the program start, students and supervisors coordinate/brief. They visit, namely to take part in the Surabaya Mengajar Program. After observations on September 4 2023, the Surabaya Mengajar Program activities were immediately carried out te next day, namely on September 5 2023. One of the benefits of participacing in this program is that student get the opportunity to communicate and interact with many people, as well as knowing the latest learning and teaching systems in the Merdeka Curriculum. Student also gain insight into office administration at SDN Kendangsari IV/279 Surabaya. The Surabaya Mengajar 4 program aims to improve student literacy and numeracy in schools. This program also provide many benefit for student who take part in this program. Students get the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in their skills in their field. Students also have to the oppurtinity to collaborate with teachers at schools and improve the quality of education at school.

this study focuses on Human Resource Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resource Development Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is for the implementation of Human Resources Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development Ciamis Regency. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method is used which is a study designed to describe the atmosphere of a location based on observation data, actions, language and text. Based on the observations made in this study, the observation of the authors can be concluded that the implementation of Human Resource Management to the agency for Human Resource Development and Human Resources Ciamis Regency is still less than optimal. Some employees are not distributed according to their area of expertise or expertise. The process of work performed is less than optimal and the results of the work are not good enough. The recruitment process is also less than optimal and can have a bad impact on the institution and the organization itself. The assignment of employees must be carried out in accordance with their individual abilities. The misalignment of the employee with his area of expertise and skills can have a significant impact on which agency to hire in the future.

Background: Stroke is a manifestation of systemic disease in the elderly in the form of circulatory disorders to the brain that cause neurologic deficits, it is necessary to carry out appropriate nursing interventions or action plans such as joint strengthening exercises / Range Of Motion (ROM) techniques. Objective: To identify research articles about the duration of administration and the effects before and after ROM nursing actions were given on muscle strength, walking balance and joint span in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with impaired physical mobility. Research Methods: This research is a literature review study by searching for articles through Google Scholar. Research results: The results of a literature review on 4 research articles on ROM nursing actions in stroke, there is an effect before and after being given ROM actions on stroke by increasing muscle strength, walking balance and joint range of motion. Conclusion: The results in 4 research articles on ROM nursing actions in stroke related to the time of giving ROM actions with different durations of administration and there was an effect before and after being given ROM actions on stroke. Suggestion: For stroke patients, it can be used as a reference for information in healing stroke. Nurses need to routinely apply ROM in the hospital to stroke and post-stroke patients to reduce severe paralysis problems.

Background: Breast cancer is a disease condition in which abnormal cell proliferation occurs in the breast tissue which occurs quickly and uncontrollably, so this Final Scientific Work aims to identify nursing care for post-chemotherapy ca mammae patients by providing oral hygiene interventions with NaCl 0.9% which is useful for reducing the degree of mucositis. The method used in this case study was to provide nursing care for 3 days. The results obtained show that there are changes in pain, appetite and fatigue felt by patients as an effect of oral hygiene intervention with 0.9% NaCl which can help reduce post-chemotherapy complaints.
