The objective about research is to identify that impact in understanding know more deeply about a topic or phenomenon being researched, namely taxation and willingness to pay taxes on taxpayer compliance (MSMEs). This research aims to find out how to train prisoners to improve their Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Political trust in the government and other political institutions is a key indicator of public participation in the democratic process. Specifically, this research aims to test the extent to which media exposure to information regarding the Covid-19 virus outbreak influences people's political trust in one of the regions that has the highest rate of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia and is holding regional head elections during a pandemic. Apart from that, this research also tests whether there is a relationship between political trust and the level of electoral participation during a pandemic. By surveying 211 respondents, this research found several findings. First, even during a health crisis due to the Covid-19 virus outbreak and concerns about being exposed to the virus, the level of public participation in the 2020 Local Election tends to be high. Second, the use of information media affects people's political trust during the pandemic. Third, political trust resulting from exposure to media reports has a positive correlation with the level of public participation in the Regional Head Election during the Covid-19 pandemic

The purpose of this research is to determine the demands of prosecutors at the Bone Bolango district attorney's office regarding defamation on social media and to determine the factors that influence the disparity in prosecutors' demands at the Bone Bolango district attorney's office regarding criminal acts of defamation on social media. These include social reasons, trial facts and statutory regulations. The conclusion that there is a disparity in sentences demanded by public prosecutors was never intended to eliminate the difference in the amount of punishment for criminals, but rather to reduce the range of differences in sentences imposed because this disparity which is too far is contrary to justice and law enforcement and has an impact on the wider community.

The DKI Jakarta Student Sports Training Center (PPOP) is an organization that operates in the field of student sports training in DKI Jakarta Province, one of which is football. The DKI Jakarta PPOP football team experienced two consecutive defeats in official competitions in the 2022 Soeratin Cup U-17 and 2023 Porseni NU championships. The aim of the research is to look at the performance of the DKI Jakarta Student Sports Training Center using organizational performance theory. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the productivity indicators are good, this can be seen from the success in achieving the predetermined targets. In terms of service quality indicators, it has provided quite complete facilities with quality facilities and infrastructure which are also in very good condition, however the quality of the grass on the field at PPOP DKI Jakarta is different from that used on official match fields, so this is a problem. problems that arise for football athletes. In terms of responsiveness indicators, it is good, this can be seen from the fact that all staff at PPOP DKI Jakarta can carry out their duties well, are friendly and also informative to all people who need services. The responsibility indicators are quite good. This can be seen through the actions taken in creating work plans and programs required by football coaches and athletes. Apart from that, monitoring is also carried out on programs that have been prepared and implemented to see existing developments. In order to achieve effective and efficient organizational goals, it is necessary to improve employee performance at BPJS Health Magelang Branch. Suitability of workload for each employee is an important factor in creating good conditions for each employee. Apart from that, the condition of employees with low stress and high satisfaction with the organization is a key variable in realizing increased employee performance. This research aims to determine the influence of these three variables on employee performance. The method and analysis used in the research is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire to all permanent employees at BPJS Health Magelang Branch with a total of 48 respondents. The results of this research show that first, there is a significant and negative influence of workload on employee performance as evidenced by the calculated t value of -3.096 and a significance of 0.003. Second, work stress has a significant and negative influence on employee performance as evidenced by the calculated t value of -2.642 and a significance of 0.011. Third, job satisfaction also has a significant and positive influence on employee performance as evidenced by the calculated t value of 2.641 and a significance of 0.018. Fourth, from the results of calculating the coefficient of determination it can be concluded that workload, work stress and job satisfaction together have an influence on employee performance was 56.5%.

. Introduction: Nurses have a high risk of transmitting pathogens through their hands, because nurses spend the longest time with patients. Apart from this, a nurse must be able to comply with predetermined nursing duties and ethics, including "hand hygiene five moments" which is the term used for washing hands. Objective: To determine the factors related to inpatient nurses' compliance with implementing the five moments and hand hygiene at AZRA Bogor Hospital. Method: This type of research is quantitative with the method used, namely a cross-sectional design with a population of nurses who are still actively working at AZRA Bogor Hospital with a sample size of 87 respondents. Data collection techniques use observation sheets and questionnaires with several closed questions. Data analysis in this study used the chi square test. Results: The highest age of inpatient nurses was 64.4% at the age of 26 -35 years at AZRA Bogor Hospital, Diploma III (D3) education was 59.8%, PK 3 career level was 36.8%, good knowledge was 63.2%, compliance was 59.8%. Variables related to factors related to inpatient nurse compliance are age and education. Variables that have no relationship are career level and knowledge. Conclusion: Implementation of five moments and hand hygiene in hospitals to prevent transmission of HAIs to patients, visitors and health workers.

This article is a report on community service activities in order to fulfill the 2023 Government Assistance Program for Facilitating Cultural Advancement organized by the Region XII West Kalimantan Cultural Advancement Agency. The purpose of this article is to reintroduce, preserve and develop literacy culture, especially reading and writing in Javanese texts, to teachers, especially Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) and Local Content Teachers (Mulok) at the junior high school/equivalent level in Sambas City. PAI and Mulok teachers are also the spearheads of introducing local culture. Therefore, this activity focuses on recognizing Jawi letters and reading Jawi writing. The reporting procedure is based on a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that PAI and Mulok teachers at junior high school/equivalent level actively participate in seminar activities and practice reading and writing Jawi texts. This is very important because the development of an independent curriculum today requires the capacity and creativity of schools, especially teachers and is a benchmark for school progress. Apart from that, material development should focus on exploring local wisdom, one suitable material is the practice of reading and writing Javanese texts.

The data collection technique was carried out by means of literature study. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the presence of natural resources, namely palm oil, can improve the economy through beautiful handicrafts and have community empowerment in them.

This research is classroom action research (PTK). The aim of this research is to improve the ability to write descriptive paragraphs through a hands-on based learning model for class X students at SMAN 9 Gowa. The benefit of this research is that it can add to the scientific knowledge of language, the importance of teaching Indonesian, especially learning to write descriptive paragraphs. Apart from that, this research is expected to be useful for teachers, for students, for the author himself, and for research. The subjects of this research are class male and 7 female students. This research was carried out in two cycles, and each cycle was carried out in 4 meetings including a test at the end of each cycle. The data obtained was then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The research results achieved after implementing the hands-on based learning model (1) can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes on the subject of descriptive paragraphs in class "low" from the ideal score of 100, while in cycle II there was an increase in the average score of 85.51, being in the high category with an ideal score of 100. (2) data from observations in each cycle showed a change in students' attitudes in a more positive direction. , namely students pay attention to the discussion of the material and students' ability to work on assignments individually increases. (3) Implementing Indonesian language learning on the subject of descriptive paragraphs using a hands-on based learning model can improve the skills of writing descriptive paragraphs in class X students at SMAN Gowa.

Based on the research results, it is understood that the factors that cause a person to commit a criminal act of online gambling are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors come from within the perpetrator while external factors come from outside the perpetrator, such as the perpetrator's social environment.
