In Indonesia, English is the first foreign language that is studied as a compulsory subject from junior high school to university. English is a very basic and important requirement in Indonesia. This is evident in the development of the current education system, English has been included as one of the subjects tested in the national exam. Based on the observations of class IX students at SMP Negeri Sukadana, in preparation for the national exam, many students still had difficulty answering English questions: reading skills. One of the causal factors of these student problems is the lack of practice by applying strategies to answer questions and do not have the skills to easily predict questions that will appear during the national exam. In addition, the lack of interest in learning English is also a major factor in learning English. Based on the results of the community service activities, it was shown that class IX students at SMP Negeri Sukadana were motivated so that they could optimize their abilities and skills in answering English questions: reading skills. Thus it can be concluded that in this service program students have gained experience in implementing strategies for quick predictions in identifying the right answers.

Based on data from the Jambi Provincial Health Office in 2021 drinking water depots that meet health requirements have not reached the target of 92.6% of the 100% target. Sanitary hygiene is an effort made to control the risk factors for contamination of drinking water. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and training with the implementation of sanitation hygiene at the drinking water depot in the working area of ​​the Kenali Besar Health Center in 2022. This research uses a quantitative research design with a cross-sectional research design. The research was conducted in the working area of ​​the Kenali Besar Health Center in August-February 2023. The population and samples of this study were 51 employees of the Kenali Besar Health Center (DAMIU) in the Work Area of ​​the Kenali Besar Health Center. The results of the study showed that the application of sanitation hygiene was in the proper category (52.9%). The statistical test results showed that the variables were knowledge (p=0.000 <0.05), attitude (p=0.000 <0.05), and training (p=0.01 <0.05). Concusion, there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and employee training with the application of sanitary hygiene at refill drinking water depots (DAMIU) in the Working Area of ​​the Kenali Besar Health Center    

One of the supporters of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in improving the economy, especially in the field of tourism destinations, namely the Hospitality Industry. From the results of observing the factors that support the performance of Loru Village Officials, namely service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline and cooperation. Meanwhile, the factors hindering the performance of Loru Village Officials are system, facility and infrastructure failures

North Sibalaya Village is located in Tanambulava district of Sigi regency and is the capital of the district. The stunting rate in the village is fairly high, which is around 36% which is caused by many factors, one of which is malnutrition in pregnant women and children. Therefore, this research was carried out to carry out efforts to prevent and reduce stunting in North Sibalaya Village. The source of data from this study is secondary data, in the form of data obtained from hospitals and posyandu. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis research methods. The methods carried out include deliberation, socialization, posyandu as well as counseling and distribution of PMT. This research was conducted with the aim of being able to find out what efforts are being made to prevent and reduce stunting in the region.

The purpose of the study of Rambang Palangka Raya Port using SWOT analysis is to identify internal and external factors that can influence the development of the tourism potential of Rambang Port. The survey method is a qualitative approach using the SWOT analysis tool. Overall, the Internal Factor Analysis (IFAS) and External Factor Analysis (EFAS) show that Lambang Harbor has great potential for tourism development. However, several elements still need to be improved so that this tourist destination can develop better. Appropriate strategies must be implemented to overcome weaknesses and take advantage of existing opportunities to promote regional tourism development. Lanbang Port is expected to become an attractive and popular tourist destination. Research can be carried out to support the development of Lambang Port tourism. Studying tourist preferences will help determine the factors that influence tourist decisions in choosing this natural tourism destination, as well as help determine the type and size of facilities most needed to optimize local tourism management. Research on marketing and promotion strategies can help increase tourist visits to Rambang Harbor by identifying more specific tourist preferences and needs.

The pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. In this case the pharmacist is responsible for creating good service quality according to consumer expectations and satisfaction with services. Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a business. Satisfied customers will become loyal customers. They will tend to make repeat purchases and become product promoters, which in turn will increase the pharmacy's revenue. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view various literature and how to analyze the quality of franchise pharmacy services on customer quality. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review, namely the analysis of pharmacy quality on customer satisfaction is influenced by product quality, service quality, price, emotional factors and cost easiness. It was concluded that after being analyzed from various theories and literature, customer satisfaction is one indicator that is widely used in measuring the service quality of a product, both goods and services. Service quality can also affect customer loyalty directly and affect customer loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of pharmacy services. For pharmacies that provide pharmaceutical services, it is also necessary to improve service quality standards. One important aspect that needs to be considered to maintain the consistency of pharmaceutical services is to maintain the attributes of each dimension of service quality provided to customers. Customers will be satisfied if their needs are met according to their expectations. In addition, it is also necessary to evaluate each service activity.

Hospitals are service businesses that provide intangible products such as services and involve human resources (HR) to run them. HR management is important in driving the hospital business. This article aims to find out the importance of HR management in the hospital business and its related factors, thereby creating performance improvements related to the demands of effective and efficient organizational goals. The method used is to search for previous articles with a total of 17 articles and a span of 10 years (2013-2023). The results show that good human resource management influences the desire for organizational goals by increasing performance.    

Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Lack of awareness of students and peers in the value of civility at the MTS Modern Babussalam Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is qualitative research, collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed by qualitative analysis. Globalization is one of the changes in the pattern of life in a group of individuals or a society that has headed towards modernization. This era of globalization will certainly result in people who tend to choose new cultures that are fresher and simpler, causing local culture to begin to erode and be forgotten and even a shift in values from the local culture. This is one of the factors that causes local culture to be abandoned and also forgotten nowadays. The absence or reduction of the younger generation who are successors and inheritors of local culture and wisdom has made interest in learning and getting to know one's own culture begin to fade. Today's young generation has neither the effort nor the interest to preserve local culture or local culture which is Indonesia's wealth in this era of globalization. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study techniques in data collection. Based on the narrative from Malinowski, cultures that are in a higher caste and are active will have a great influence on cultures that are lower and tend to be passive. And this influence can occur in cultural contact. This theory is clearly visible in the current era of globalization. This can be seen from the shift in Indonesian cultural values which have begun to lean towards the west with the rapid flow of incoming information. This is of course a force that can influence people's thinking. In order to overcome this, it certainly requires awareness of the importance of local culture as identity and also national identity. It is the obligation of every society to preserve and also maintain culture with the help of the younger generation as heirs to that culture.

This study aims to investigate how much influence three factors have on income inequality in Central Kalimantan Province, namely economic growth, the unemployment rate, and the poverty rate. The descriptive quantitative method is one of the methods used in statistical data analysis. It shows that the unemployment rate and poverty level significantly affect income inequality in Central Kalimantan, while economic growth has no significant effect. However, it is essential to remember that other factors affecting income inequality in Central Kalimantan are not included in the research model. Based on the analysis results in this study, there is a significant relationship between the independent variables, namely the unemployment rate and the poverty rate, with the dependent variable. Namely income inequality (Gini Ratio) in 13 regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan Province. However, the economic growth variable has no significant effect on income inequality. These results were obtained using the Random Effect Model method and the t-test statistic. Therefore, it is advisable to consider the unemployment and poverty rates in formulating policies to reduce income inequality in Central Kalimantan. However, it is essential to remember that other factors affect income inequality that are not included in the research model, so further research is needed to deepen understanding of these factors.  

The aim of the research is to determine the influence of service policy, demand and price on product improvement at PT. Indo Brush Utama in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. And to find out the most dominant factors that influence product improvement at PT. Indo Brush Utama in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Simultaneously shows that service policy factors (X1), demand (X2), and price (X3) have a significant effect on product sales in marketing at PT. Indo Brush Utama in Makassar. Partially, the price policy factor (X3) has a dominant influence on product sales, followed by service and demand factors in the sales of this company's products. This shows that the more varied the price policy factor increases product sales at PT. Indo Brush Utama in Makassar.

The process of internalizing the values ​​of tolerance through Ma'had activities at the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School has been implemented, this can be seen from the condition of the students who mingle even though they come from different regional and ethnic backgrounds both from within and outside the country and from different backgrounds. different groups such as NU, Muhammadiyah or even Manhaj Salafi with their habit of wearing the veil in the daily lives of female students The problem raised in this study is how the process of internalizing tolerance values ​​through Ma'had activities. Second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of internalizing tolerance values ​​through Ma'had activities at the TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School. In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach. The method used is the method of interviews, observation and documentation. For data analysis, researchers used the Miles and Hubberman models through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation with source triangulation. The results of research on the process of internalizing tolerance values ​​through Ma'had activities at the pondok are through: Lecture Activities, Santri Daily Activities, Santri Organizational Activities, and Year End Peak Activities. The factors that support the process of internalizing tolerance values ​​through Ma's activities 'had namely: Educators and Traditions in carrying out the sunnah of Pondok. While the inhibiting factors are: individualism, fanaticism and character.

The type of analysis used in this study is literature search, or in other words called literature search. It is a problem-solving activity based on a critical and in-depth analysis of important library materials. Most of this research is done in newspapers and news stories, looking for different sources of information relating to the issue under investigation. This research method uses qualitative descriptive methods. The data displayed is categorized, displayed, and analyzed using a system of elaboration of the source's answers, This analysis involves contextualizing and interpreting the data that has been collected. The data are presented in this article in a narrative and descriptive format. The conclusion of this study on child rearing in the Islamic worldview is that raising children in the Islamic worldview is the duty of every parent. Children are a gift of Allah SWT to all parents and raising children in an Islamic perspective is an irreplaceable obligation of every parent. There are different ways of raising children in Islam, for example. How to teach the basics of Islam, give nicknames to children with good intentions, give affection every day and teach children to pray since childhood. Environmental factors, parental character and social environment can affect a child's education in Islam. The Mobile Community Oke Service Program (LOMAK) is an innovation from the Rumbai District Head in the field of public services which aims to make it easier for people in Rumbai District to get various public services. The LOMAK program itself is a form of integrated sub-district administrative service (PATEN) which is deployed to serve administration in the middle of community settlements or can be said to be an integrated sub-district administrative service around. However, in its implementation the LOMAK Program did not run well. In 4 years the LOMAK Program was only implemented 3 times, while the LOMAK Program should have been implemented once a month. This research aims to evaluate the Mobile Community OK Service Program and the factors that hinder its implementation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and uses policy evaluation theory according to William N. Dunn which consists of several indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and accuracy. The results of this research are that the LOMAK Program is a very good program. Of the 6 indicators above, only 1 indicator was not met, namely efficiency in terms of time. The inhibiting factors in implementing the LOMAK Program are natural disasters and the managerial abilities of implementers. Researchers provide suggestions so that implementers can find a backup plan in the event of a natural disaster and increase outreach so that the LOMAK Program can reach all levels of society.

Self-muhasabah is one of the methods of moral education that is put forward by the teachers at IDIA Prenduan. Various forms of programs are structured to direct the students to always reflect on themselves, such as spiritual cleansing activities every dawn on Fridays (Kulsub) and mandatory activities for the management of the minister for studies and da'wah or (Menkada) Ma'had Student Executive Board (BEMA) at IDIA Prenduan and other things. In this study, the focus of the research was how to apply self-reflection to improve the moral quality of female female students of IDIA Prenduan and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of self-muhasabah to improve the moral quality of female female students of IDIA Prenduan. And the purpose of this study is to describe the application of self-muhasabah in improving the moral quality of female female students of IDIA Prenduan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method of phenomelogy. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study are the application of self-muhasabah to improve moral quality in the form of dawn lectures, istirham, morning lectures, tahajjud prayers, it can be seen that this application can improve the quality of mahasantri morals such as self-muhasabah activities. The supporting factors of this activity are Kyai and Nyai who have qualified knowledge and discipline of the mahasantri while the obstacle is the lack of enthusiasm from the mahasatri in self-contemplation which is held at dawn, due to the dense activities carried out. So that some students feel sleepy and this is a form of lack of faith in Allah SWT.    

In Islam, marriage is a sunnatullah that applies to every creature. Marriage cannot always achieve its essential goals, one of which can be seen in divorce. It can even be stated that the most sad event in marriage is divorce, so God really hates it. So the author raised the theme "Sexual Needs Are the Main Cause of High Divorce Rates". The type of research used in this paper is Library Research. Using primary data sources that use material from several books about sexual needs and books about divorce. Secondary material as support for this research uses books, articles, papers that discuss divorce caused by sexual needs. So, based on this research, it can be concluded that one of the factors that can influence a family to divorce, among others, is the dissatisfaction of one partner in sexual relations, resulting in the partner's inner income not being met. Biological factors that are not fulfilled by partners are the main factor in the high divorce rate, either because they do not get satisfaction from their partners or for various reasons.

Teacher effectiveness is the effectiveness that brings the success of students in participating in the learning process.
