Electricity is currently a vital resource highly needed by modern society, as the majority of human life activities are related to electricity. This sector is crucial in the execution of development initiatives to seek the enhancement of the well-being and prosperity of the people, enlighten the nation, and boost the people's economy in achieving national development goals. It can be said that electricity has become the primary source of energy in every activity, both in households and industries. PT PLN (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise (BUMN) that has been managing all aspects of electricity in Indonesia for 44 years, aiming to improve the quality of people's lives and focus on customer satisfaction. In order to continue to grow and improve, PT PLN  East Java requires analysis and evaluation of the company's current condition to compete externally. Therefore, a method is needed to determine the position and condition of PT PLN  East Java using the method from the strategic management course, namely the Five Force Analysis Method.  

In human life on earth, humans cannot be separated from the image of their Creator. An intimate relationship with the Creator achieved through worship can make human life more meaningful and understand the true purpose of human life. The interior arrangement through its architectural elements has been processed in such a way that it can provide a supportive atmosphere, that is, it can reflect the atmosphere of joy in the lives of people who believe in God.

This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and service quality, on the interest in visiting CV.88 Auto Motor Surabaya. The sample in this study was 100 respondents taken using accidental sampling technique with the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that brand image and service quality partially affect the interest of CV.88 Auto Motor Surabaya buyers as evidenced by the results of the t test, namely the significance value of the brand image variable (X1) 0.012 < 0.05,. In the service quality variable (X2) the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05,. This shows that all independent variables of brand image, and service quality have a partial effect on buyer visitor interest. The test results simultaneously show that brand image, and service quality simultaneously affect the interest of CV.88 Auto Motor Surabaya buyers as evidenced by the F test results which show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. While the test results in the coefficient of determination (R2) show that brand image, and service quality have a major influence on buyer visit interest by 64.8% while the remaining 35% (100% - 64.8%) are influenced by other variables outside the study

Education policy analysis in improving quality culture through a process of predetermined stages to formulate problems that nanitnya bring up alternative policies as problem solving and improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study was to analyse the application of educational policy analysis in improving quality culture at SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an Yayasan Islamic Center North Sumatra (YIC-SU). This research method uses qualitative research using primary and secondary data collection techniques. Data sources include interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an (YIC-SU) in conducting educational policy analysis to improve quality culture by conducting several stages, namely 1). Problem formulation, 2). Policy agenda and formulation of policy alternatives, 3). Policy determination. The results obtained by SD - IT Tafizil Qur'an (YIC-SU) can build a good and sustainable quality culture so that it continues to be a school that is in great demand.

Researchers chose Wardah products as research targets because Wardah guarantees their quality by using high quality materials, has a halal label, and has halal laws. Wardah is made with natural, high quality and safe ingredients so as to avoid dangerous side effects for the skin and body. The purpose of the study is to ascertain how purchasing decisions are influenced by product quality and price. This study used a quantitative approach as its methodology. The study's findings demonstrate that product quality and price have a favorable and substantial impact on consumers' decisions to buy.

By increasing awareness of a healthy diet, adequate physical activity, stress management, and other life habits, it can help prevent various chronic diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. By adopting healthy behaviors, one can improve their quality of life, reduce the risk of health complications, and enjoy a longer and better life. Increased physical activity or exercise. Physical activity is any movement of the body that causes energy expenditure. The recommendation from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is that physical activity should be done at least 30 minutes per day for 5 times a week or equal to 150 minutes per week. various types of physical activity that can be done such as climbing down stairs, jogging, brisk walking or cycling.

Industrial relations problems are still high, even though they can be overcome by optimizing the role of trade unions in realizing quality industrial relations. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the role of trade unions in optimizing the quality of industrial relations, the factors that encourage and hinder them, as well as efforts to overcome existing obstacles. HRD informants representing labor unions, management staff and government agencies, were obtained purposively. Data was obtained using interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed qualitatively. Research results: Labor Unions play an optimal role in realizing quality industrial relations; (2) The driving factor is involvement in company, strategic position, communication, and regulation. Consumers want to be respected throughout the purchasing process until after sales. Service quality is something that is important for the industry to pay attention to because it has an impact on consumers who want to shop. Ease of use, such as ease of navigation and collection of information, makes it easier for consumers to make purchases. Price determines consumers' purchasing decisions. Price determines how consumers search for products and compare prices before making a final decision. This research uses a quantitative approach in its research methodology. The information used in this research is essential information. Main information was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to Shopee consumers in the Greater Solo area via Google Form and distributed via social media platforms. The survey contains questions that are assessed using a Likert Scale of 1 to 5. Data processing uses the SPSS version 25 program. To expect a questionnaire that may not be completed, an example of a decision size is 108 respondents in this review. The results of the findings can be summarized as follows: service quality has a significance value of 0.000<0.05, ease of use has a significance value of 0.042<0.05, and product price has a significance value of 0.000<0.05. As a result, all variables have a significant impact significant impact on consumers' decisions regarding which products to buy. There is a significant impact on the quality of service, ease of use, and price of products available on the Shopee platform.

In today's modern era, a person has many activities that must be carried out. With the existing conditions, consumers will automatically look for something that can support their daily lives more effectively and efficiently, which if we compare it with the present, one of these things will lead to instant foods. One food that is very popular and trusted among the wider community is instant noodle food products. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price, promotion on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles among consumers in Solo. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Form with a total of 56 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 software tools. The results obtained in this research show that product quality has no significant influence on purchasing decisions, price has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and promotions have an influence on purchasing decisions.

Plana Village is located in Somagede District, Banyumas Regency, 25 Km or around 36 minutes from the Nahdlatul Ulama University Purwokerto campus, with an area of 340,646 Km2 and a population of 3,680 people. Based on village potential data in Banyumas Regency, Plana Village is one of the underdeveloped villages where the majority of the population makes their living as farmers. Brown sugar production is a community business in Plana Village that has the potential to be developed but has many obstacles, including financial record keeping which is still very simple, the resulting product packaging still uses banana leaves or makeshift plastic bags, does not yet have a brand and product label, limited marketing scope, channels long distribution and minimal price information resulting in low selling prices which then makes the business considered unprofitable. Based on several of these problems, the aim of the PKM Team is to socialize the implementation of SAK EMKM and marketing mix strategies to increase profitability to realize the independence of coconut sap farmers in Plana Village, Somagede District. The actions that will be taken are to provide socialization and assistance regarding the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM and running a business using a marketing mix strategy, namely by (1) The quality of the products produced by coconut sap farmers must continue to be maintained, (2) Pay attention to prices, where these prices must be higher than production costs. However, prices must also be taken into account according to the quality of the product, (3) The marketing location must be easily accessible to consumers, both physical locations and using digital models, (4) Provide input regarding promotions carried out both physically and digitally.

Indonesia is one of the largest coffee-producing and exporting countries in the world. The role of coffee in the Indonesian economy in its position in the world economy illustrates that currently and in the future, coffee commodities have very potential and need to be developed, especially in terms of increasing coffee competitiveness and performance in the international market. Indonesian coffee exports are one of the most in-demand in the world. The quality of Indonesian Robusta coffee is recognized as superior to Vietnamese Robusta coffee. Some Indonesian Robusta coffees can get high marks so they are considered specialty coffees. In addition, the quality of Indonesian Arabica coffee is also recognized as being able to compete with Brazilian Arabica coffee. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of tourism, international coffee prices, total coffee production, land area of plantations producing smallholder plantations, and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar on the export performance of Indonesian coffee commodities. The research method in this study is the Error Correction Model. The research variables used were tourism, international coffee prices, the amount of coffee production, the area of plantations producing smallholder plantations, and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar which in this study functioned as an independent variable that affected the export performance of Indonesian coffee commodities, which functioned as the dependent variable. The results showed that (1) tourism, international coffee prices, total coffee production, land area of plantations producing smallholder plantations and the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar simultaneously had a significant effect on the export performance of Indonesian coffee commodities, (2) tourism, international coffee prices, the amount of coffee production, land area of plantations producing smallholder plantations partially have a significant and positive effect on the export performance of Indonesian coffee commodities, (3) the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar partially has a significant and negative effect on the export performance of Indonesian coffee commodities.

Children require special attention as the nation's next generation. The World Health Organization stated that the maternal mortality rate worldwide in 2019 was around 295,000 women who died during and after pregnancy and childbirth. The majority (94%) of maternal deaths occur in low and middle income countries (WHO, 2020). At the 2020 National Working Meeting, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia in 2019 was still 305 per 100,000 live births (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2020), which is still high when compared to Indonesia's target in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2030, namely 70 per 100,000 live births. (Pusdatin, 2019). The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) era began in 2019 with a program to reduce pregnancy-related morbidity and mortality rates, the achievements of which are still very high in the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) projects that every pregnant woman and newborn needs quality care from pregnancy to the postpartum period. Prenatal care in Indonesia plays an important role in providing quality care, because antenatal care includes elements of health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease prevention. Indonesia is currently one of the 13 countries with the highest proportion of maternal mortality rates in the world. The high maternal mortality rate is caused by complications during pregnancy. According to the World Health Organization (2019), around 287,000 mothers died due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth, such as bleeding 28%, preeclampsia/eclampsia 2%, infection 11%, and indirect causes (2019), obstetric trauma) 5%. Efforts made to minimize and prevent complications during childbirth are to carry out routine pregnancy checks. Antenatal Care (ANC) is a planned program in the form of observation, providing education and treatment for pregnant women to achieve a safe and satisfactory pregnancy and birth. Antenatal pregnancy checks are the frequency of pregnancy checks at existing health facilities, namely doctors, midwives, health centers, hospitals and other private health facilities. Antenatal examinations should be carried out at least four times during pregnancy, namely once in the first trimester, once in the second trimester and twice in the third trimester (Ministry of Health, 2017). Antenatal examination is a follow-up for pregnant women to prepare physically and mentally and save the mother and baby during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2018). The importance of pregnancy checks through prenatal examinations, because in general pregnancies proceed normally, but with increasing gestational age it tends to cause dangerous complications (Rukiyah, 2013). Pregnancy checks are important to ensure that the natural process of pregnancy can run normally and continue so that pregnant women have a healthy and safe pregnancy. It is estimated that around 15% to 20% of all pregnant women will experience high risk conditions and obstetric complications that threaten the lives of both mother and fetus if not treated properly. Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2021). OBJECTIVE To analyze the factors related to Antenatal Care Visits at the Corah Pratama Clinic, Munte District, Karo Regency in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS There is a relationship between age, knowledge and antenatal care visits at the Corah Pratama Clinic, Munte District, Karo Regency in 2023 and there is no relationship between parity and support from health workers and antenatal care visits at the Corah Pratama Clinic, Munte District, Karo Regency in 2023.

With the breadth of the healthcare landscape and the use of intranets in healthcare. The aim of this research is to find out the role of the intranet in building effective collaboration in health services. This research method uses a theoretical study approach. This theoretical theoretical study is a study based on a theoretical basis based on the results of previous research which becomes a theory. The results of this research can play a role in using intranets in health services because they can speed up and simplify work processes and transactions at the hospital. So that the officers at the hospital can work more effectively and efficiently. Finally, the information produced will be timely and useful. It can be concluded that intranet integration in the healthcare sector is not just about the adoption of technology it is an evolution in the way healthcare is delivered. With this intranet, it can certainly provide more targeted, efficient and effective accessibility to patients. For health services, it is necessary to improve health services through the use of intranets where the need for intranet technology can play an important role in equalizing health services to remote areas and cities. So that it can effectively improve service quality.

XYZ of the many types of promotions that have been carried out so far, it is not yet known to what extent their effectiveness is in increasing the number of customers at PT XYZ. Every business must have a marketing strategy that must be implemented in carrying out its business activities. This research aims to determine marketing strategies using a marketing mix approach consisting of product strategy, promotion strategy, price strategy and sales location strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that tries to explain and analyze phenomena, events, social dynamics, behavior and opinions of a person or group towards something. Based on the results of the marketing mix strategy analysis, it was obtained: product strategy, selling beauty products, namely herbal skincare such as: herbal manjakani, forest honey, v-co oil, date palm juice, etawa goat's milk, and lemon juice. Pricing strategy, setting the price of the product by looking at the quality level and net product, the product is set at a price of IDR 34,500.00 IDR 131,500.00. Place strategy, selling products via e-commerce via the Shopee application Promotion strategy, promoting products via social media (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube and the company's official website).

This analysis is expected to increase visibility, engagement, and understanding of each stage in the administrative, facilities management, and logistics management processes, enabling more targeted and impactful change implementation. Overall, this research is geared towards achieving improved performance and efficiency at PT X through the application of WBS methodology in the context of the company's administration and logistics

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of educational financial management in the aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation and accountability of educational finances at Al-Manar Galur Muhammadiyah Middle School. At Muhammadiyah AL-Manar Galur Middle School, financial management is an urgent matter because education faces obstacles in managing limited funds and budgets. Al-Manar Galur Muhammadiyah Middle School often faces limited financial resources, but has an obligation to improve the facilities and quality of education. Setting the budget in detail and systematically Al-Manar Galur Middle School needs to make arrangements so that every expenditure can be properly accounted for. Good financial management at AL-Manar Galur Middle School can help the institution provide student infrastructure and change education for the better. Managing finances effectively can contribute to increasing the efficiency of using funds, controlling expenses and transparent financial reporting.

Hospitals are an internal part of the health service system. In Indonesia, all public and private hospitals have the duty to carry out curative and rehabilitative efforts without neglecting preventive and promotive efforts as well as making referral efforts. Patients have the right to obtain quality health services in accordance with professional standards and standard operational procedures so that hospitals are always required to improve the quality of service. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the quality of health services on interest in returning to Piru Hospital, West Seram Regency. This research method is quantitative using a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents according to Sugiyono 2019:127. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data processing uses SPSS, using the chi-square test with a significance level of (0.05). The results of the research on the influence of health service quality on return interest showed that the p value was <0.000 with (α<0.05), meaning there was a significant relationship between the influence of health service quality on return interest at Piru District Hospital. . The results of research on the influence of health service quality on interest showed that the p value was > 0.05 with (α > 0.05), meaning there was no significant relationship.

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and product variants on purchasing decisions at the Alamsyah Store. The sample used in this research was 100 Alamsyah Shop customers. The method in this research is a quantitative method. The research results show that partially or simultaneously product quality and product variants influence purchasing decisions at the Alamsyah Store. Based on the test results of Fcount 54.221 > Ftable 2.70, it can be concluded that product quality variables and product variants simultaneously influence product purchasing decisions at the Alamsyah Bireuen Store.
