Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) is an organization that is oriented towards community empowerment, especially the welfare of housewives. PKK members in the Kauman Village consist of 19 people led by Mrs. Ratna. PKK has several activities including catering and trade. During its activities, the PKK sparked a new idea to make a product as a result of empowering the potential of its members, namely Es Cendol Suji with a weekly turnover of Rp 350.000,-. However, the product does not have a strong identity to be able to compete in the market. From this problem, the author took the initiative to help PKK by providing assistance regarding branding through making a logo as a business identity. The purpose of this activity is to give a new identity to the Es Cendol Suji product which is expected to increase PKK  income turnover so as to create prosperity for all PKK members.

“UMKM” are one of the indicators that influence domestic economic growth. The increase in “UMKM” has a very positive impact on the domestic or national economy. In the process of increasing “UMKM”, it can be done in various ways, one of which is by providing empowerment and outreach. However, in carrying out these activities it is also required to see and study current economic aspects such as digitalization. Therefore this empowerment and socialization carries the theme of digitalization. The method used in this journal is an initial survey, data collection, analysis, and evaluation of results. From these results it can be seen that “UMKM” get input about the digitization of the economy including product marketing, business logos, product photos, social media platforms and banners.

Financial reporting is one of the activities carried out by companies that have gone public, financial reporting can assist users in making decisions or policies to develop activities. Segment and interim financial statements are one of the reports that need to be disclosed in the company's financial statements. The purpose of segment and interim financial reports is to provide information about the different types of business activities and the economic environment in which the company operates. Fulfillment of this objective will help users of financial statements to better understand the company's performance and assess future cash flow prospects, as well as be able to make more informed judgments about the company as a whole. The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of reporting segments using the ten percent test on revenue and profit and loss in the financial statements of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for 2018-2022 in accordance with PSAK number 5. The research method used is a qualitative research method, the sample used is a purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample taken comes from the Financial Statements of PT.Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk segment which consists of 4 segments namely Branded Consumer Products, Bogasari, Agribusiness and Distribution. The research results show that the distribution segment does not need to be reported because it does not pass the 10% test on income for 5 years (2018-2022), the agribusiness segment and the distribution segment do not pass the 10% test on profit and loss in 2018 and 2019 but in 2020, 2021 ,2022 the agribusiness segment passed the 10% test on profit and loss, and the 10% test on distribution segment assets did not pass the test for 5 years (2018–2022). And the bogasari segment only in 2020 did not pass the 10% test on assets.

In the current era of globalization, management information systems play a very important role where information systems cannot be realized without database processes because the two are related. The use of databases is very important because it involves computer processing which basically contains two components, namely data and instructions (programs). A database management system (DBMS) is software (program) that organizes, classifies and also displays stored data in a database using various applications. The purpose of this research is to solve several problems related to data security, concurrency and events that are good and appropriate at Pt Sierad Produce. The method used in this research is a qualitative method of seeking comprehensive information from the database management system library information sources books, articles and other library sources. The result of this research is PT Sierad Product can overcome information security problems with information security methods of information, electronic security, physical security and procedural security in data processing and minimize vulnerabilities.

Strategic management is an important approach in managing an organization to achieve its long-term goals. This involves formulating the vision, mission, and goals of the organization, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve these goals.SWOT analysis is a tool used in strategic management to identify internal and external factors that affect the performance of an organization or a project.SWOT analysis assists organizations in formulating strategies by considering internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as existing external opportunities and threats.  The application of information technology systems will be beneficial if the application is in accordance with the goals, vision and mission of the organization by establishing business strategies and information technology systems strategies related to SWOT Analysis.The research method used is the SWOT Analysis Technique including IFE, EFE, and TOWS.  The IFE matrix shows that Cafe D'Sruput has strong organizational characteristics internally while the EFE matrix shows the weaknesses of cafe D'Sruput, so that cafe D'Sruput can carry out market development, product development and innovate in developing business at cafe D' Slurp.

The Coordinating Ministry for the Economy of the Republic of Indonesia (2022) reports that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important players in the Indonesian economy, accounting for 99% of all economic sectors. MSMEs contribute 60.5% to GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and are able to absorb 96.9% of the national workforce (Sakum & Ismamudi, 2022). But on the one hand, MSMEs experience many internal and external obstacles so they cannot maximize their business, one of which is UMKM Fiya Cake which has problems in applying visual branding, namely not having a business identity in its application. Therefore, the solution that will be provided as an effort to introduce Fiya Cake's business products is to design and create a business identity in the form of a logo, banner, and also create an NIB. The method used in this activity is the mentoring method which begins with a survey, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The results to be achieved from this service activity are the creation of branding as a form of business identity so that it will be easy to remember by the wider community.

The use of the internet in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is currently accompanied by technological developments that are experiencing very rapid changes so that the information obtained is quite easy and very fast to get the desired information. The marketing and sales system is no exception, which is growing and consumer demands are increasingly complex. Digital marketing is one of the marketing or promotional media strategies that currently has a major influence on sales. MSMEs Ecoprint Crafts is a production and buying and selling business of ecoprint crafts in Kepanjenlor, Blitar city. In this case, MSMEs players still have problems with the development of business and sales strategies. Through the use of digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to help Ecoprint Craft MSMEs actors, as one of the promotional media for developing a business. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. As well as using the mentoring method by carrying out several stages, namely, observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each step taken. In the data collection stage on ecoprint craft MSMEs by using direct interviews with ecoprint craft MSMEs owners. From the results of this study it results that by choosing social media as the right promotional media.

The MBKM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) organized by the East Java "Veteran" National Development University is a form of education by providing learning experiences for students to live in the community outside the campus, which directly together with the community identify potential and handle problems so that they are expected to be able to develop village/regional potential and concoct solutions to existing problems in the village. After observing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the District of Bareng, most of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) do not have brand names on their products. This is a challenge for MBKM Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT) how to make Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bareng District have a brand on their products. The introduction of this product brand is useful for the progress of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bareng District in a modern way so that they are not left behind by other cities. With a work program that organizes branding and digital marketing in Bareng District, it can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand marketing, provide logos, packaging, and can assist in creating social media and e-commerce.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or known as MSMEs are an important sector of the domestic and global economy. The research was conducted in Talang Village, Rejoso District, the subject of this research was Bu Yanti's Opak Gapit MSMEs. Opak Gapit is one of the leading MSMEs in Talang Village. The problem faced by opak gapit is the lack of use of the brand and there are weaknesses in the packaging of opak gapit if it has to be sent out of town. So that it is necessary to rebrand the Opak Gapit MSMEs, the changes made include making a logo, updating the packaging design and taking product photos. The results of that research succeeded in developing packaging in terms of design and functional value. The new design looks more attractive to consumers and up to date when compared to the old design.

Digital marketing is a marketing activity or promotion of goods or brands using digital media or the internet to quickly attract consumers or potential customers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research focuses on Taso Ndeso MSMEs located in RT 4 RW 12 Sukorejo Village, Blitar City. This is because the Taso Ndeso MSMEs themselves still have not utilized and have not used marketing through digital marketing to promote their products. Digital marketing utilization has becoming the important key of MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” in Sukorejo Village, Blitar City in attempt of increasing their market. By using digital platform like social media and website, MSMEs could reach better market outside their region. By showing their unique and nice products. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” could attract potential consumer attention and increase their visibility. One of their digital marketing benefit for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” are their capability for live interaction with customer. By using comment, direct message, and online survey, MSMEs could get precious feedback and understanding what their customer preference and also what their customer needed. By this knowledge MSMEs could fix and increase their products like what their customer needed, make them more competitive in market. Beside of that, digital marketing also have an important role to build great products for MSMEs “Taso Ndeso”. By using interesting visual content and story telling that can build emotions whos watching. MSMEs could convey their value and their unique products to audiens. By differentiate themself from competitor and build strong relationship with their customer. MSMEs “Taso Ndeso” can make their strong identity and  their customer trust with their products in long term.

UMKM is a business that is often found in all corners of Indonesia, including the city of Blitar. In Blitar City itself there are many types of UMKMs engaged in each field. Not a few UMKMs are engaged in the same field and have similar product results. Of course this creates competition. Business actors need to have a strategy so that the UMKMs they have can still develop and not lose many consumers. One way is by making product differentiation. The methods used by the executors are interviews and market surveys to analyze existing problems and conditions. Then brainstorm to find a solution. Cheese meatballs are the final decision made in the implementation of product differentiation at the UMKM Bakso dan Es Campur “Family”.  With this product differentiation, it is hoped that the UMKM concerned will have its own charm compared to its competitors.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and the economic side of the process of manual or semi-automatic bending signs. The data required for both types of marking methods are data on the number of operators, company working hours, effective working hours, and the results of the production process. After that it is done by data processing, data processing in this study uses the Experimental Method, in the Manual marking process, the process is done by directly drawing on the multiplex material according to the drawing design using 2 operators, in the Semi Automatic marking process, the use of a CNC machine is done by using only 1 operator and also using a setting on a CNC machine of 50 Amperes. So from the data that has been managed later, it shows that the use of CNC machines as a substitute for manual marking has a positive effect on the company. Which can reduce the amount of operator usage, get more results from the Manual marking process, and use less electricity. So overall, the marking process using the Semi Automatic method is better from all sides compared to the marking process using the Manual method.

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the development and progress of MSMEs is very important. One of the efforts to increase the development of MSMEs is through promotional strategies by creating attractive and innovative marketing content. In addition, MSME players must also be able to utilize social media as an effective and efficient promotion and sales media. Both of these are good strategies, especially in the current digitalization era. However, after conducting a field survey, it was found that MSME players in the Keputih village area did not understand how to create content and utilize social media properly. Therefore, the group 74 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted training with the theme "Content Development and Social Media Management" as a solution to this problem. This research was conducted using survey and interview methods with a qualitative approach. This training was held on May 20, 2023 at the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market with the target of MSME players in the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market (PWHK) and MSMEs in the Keputih area but outside PWHK. This training produces output in the form of material and hones soft skills skills regarding the creation of interesting and innovative marketing content and how to manage social media to increase sales of MSME products in the Keputih Village area.

Basically, a marketing communication strategy involves selecting and using various effective communication channels to convey marketing messages to target markets. Re-branding is the process of changing the identity or image of a brand, product or company with the aim of updating, enhancing or changing consumer or public perceptions. Digital marketing is a marketing strategy implemented using digital platforms and the Internet to achieve business goals. The purpose of this community service is to develop and implement a marketing communication strategy for rebranding MSMEs in the Kepanjenkidul Village, Blitar City. The method is carried out through Forum Group Discussions and MSME observations regarding logo design, packaging design and digital marketing strategy assistance. The result of this community service is that MSMEs in the Kepanjenkidul Village area, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City feel very enthusiastic about carrying out the re-branding process and assisting digital marketing strategies.

UMKM are an important sector to build the community's economy. During the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the economic situation of the community has decreased and has become a prolonged problem that must be resolved immediately. During the pandemic, UMKM owners experienced a buyer crisis which resulted in many UMKM players going out of business due to falling income. This happened in Talang Village which was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital marketing strategies can be done under any conditions. In Talang Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency, two UMKM have been registered with the government. One of them is the Opak Gapit Talang UMKM which already has a Business License Number (NIB) but the scope of the sales market is still small. There are several obstacles experienced such as lack of knowledge about digital marketing. With the right strategy will be able to compete with other snack products.

In the evolving era of digital marketing, the quality of product photos plays a vital role in attracting customers and boosting sales. This study aims to explore the influence of using a studio photo box as part of the digital marketing strategy for SMEs in Semolowaru Village. A studio photo box is a simple tool made from easily accessible materials and is affordable, enabling SMEs to produce high-quality product photos. The findings of this study demonstrate that the utilization of a studio photo box can enhance the product's appeal on digital marketing platforms, attract potential customers, and differentiate the product from competitors. By using a studio photo box, SMEs in Semolowaru Village can generate attractive and professional product photos, which can contribute to building a strong brand image and increasing conversion rates. The awareness among SMEs in Semolowaru Village regarding the importance of quality product photos in digital marketing has facilitated the adoption of studio photo boxes. With the right steps, such as selecting a suitable studio, ensuring proper lighting, careful product arrangement, accurate editing, and leveraging photos in online promotions, SMEs can fully harness the potential of studio photo boxes to achieve success in digital product marketing. Product marketing and promotion is one alternative that can be done by MSMEs to expand their business in the market aspect. UMKM Barokah 717 is a business engaged in food production located in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. These MSMEs in the marketing stage are still doing around the environment with the word of mouth method and consumers from outside the city are still few. In this community service program using technology, product marketing and branding can be done with the help of social media in the current era. The research method is descriptive qualitative using observation and interview techniques in collecting research data. Based on the results of the study, MSMEs already have accounts but are rarely managed, there are product photos but do not attract out-of-town consumers, need to redesign logos, and make banners to promote the business

Group KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted digital marketing training and assistance to Mr. Suparno's MSMEs Furniture business located in Nglebak Village, Bareng District, Jombang Regency. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop Pak Suparno's furniture business by providing insight into marketing strategies that initially used traditional methods, changing along with existing technological developments. In solving the MSME furniture problem owned by Mr. Suparno, training methods and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) were used by providing material presentation on the importance of the role of digital marketing for the development of a business, providing tutorials for creating accounts on digital media such as Shopee and Instagram to market their products. With this community service activity, it is hoped that it can provide benefits for MSME actors in Nglebak Village, namely adding insight to develop their business by marketing and selling products through e-commerce and social media as a place to introduce products.

Repetition and practice are used in Behavioristic learning methods. Group 32 Students of the East Java "Veteran" National Development University in 2023 use this theory to apply marketing knowledge through social media towards "Bintang Lestari" MSME. The ability to introduce businesses and upload products on social media is something that can help MSME achieve good business performance. Prior to receiving assistance, The"Bintang Lestari" MSME only marketed their products conventionally by word of mouth. After mentoring "Bintang Lestari" managed to use Whatsapp Business and Facebook and get orders from these applications.
