Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website, variasi produk, dan persepsi harga terhadap minat beli konsumen pada pengguna marketplace Bukalapak di Kabupaten Demak. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang dipilih adalah pengguna atau pelanggan marketplace Bukalapak di Kabupaten Demak. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis datanya mengunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dimana datanya diolah melalui SPSS versi 25. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa kualitas website memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Variasi produk mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Serta persepsi harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen.

The purpose of this research is to find the technology contained in literary media in accordance with the Information Systems study program. In addition, to find moral values in this novel. The genre of literary work used is Cyber Ghost novel by Tasyarani Aca in Fantasteen series published by mizan publisher. The problem raised is related to how we can use the website for positive activities. Where in the story is to solve problems using the current digital era. The method used is the hermeutic method and descriptive qualitative for the journal study data of the novel's building blocks. The value contained in the short story entitled Cyber Ghost is cooperation with others to solve problems, to determine opinions, and also to remind others of mistakes that have been made. Moral messages that can be learned are related to familiarity, ethics when educating a child, morals towards parents and how to face and solve a problem. The results in this literary work are in the form of advice that everyone sometimes has personality things that the closest people should know, strengthen the sense of friendship, and address a problem properly.  The technology contained in this novel is a website which is managed by two high school students.

The property industry is an example of an industry that is expected to continue to grow. Problems related to obstacles that occur in property transactions are the decline in the level of property sales in an area. This can happen due to several causes such as infrastructure gaps in each region, lack of promotion, etc. This research will answer the question of how to increase property sales by 10% every year in the New York City area of ​​the United States. The dataset used in this research was taken via the Kaggle website and comes from information on the number of property sales in 5 boroughs in NYC from 2016-2017. It is hoped that the conclusions from the related journals will provide a recommendation model to increase property sales by 10% in the coming year in NYC.  

Solo Technopark is a strategic technology and business center located in the city of Solo, Central Java, playing a crucial role in driving the development of technology-based businesses in the region. Within it, there is a division that specializes in comprehensive understanding of business needs and the selection of incubation methods suitable for SMEs and startups, known as SSIPO (SMEs and Startup Incubator Project). This research aims to determine the role of SSIPO in enhancing the competitiveness of businesses in Solo Technopark. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method, gathering data through field observations, interviews with relevant sources, and documentation. The researcher utilizes primary data sources from observations and interviews, as well as references from books, journals, and the UPTD Solo Technopark website. Data analysis technique is adapted using descriptive-narrative methods. The research findings reveal that SSIPO's role involves effective collaboration and innovation-based facilitation for SMEs and startups, initiating three programs specifically designed for these entities.

The purpose of this research will focus on discussing how the implementation of the use of the QuickBooks application used by the EF Sinergy Consultant Surabaya Office in improving the effectiveness of financial management at their clients. Where this application is an application that can assist companies in managing company financial transactions, creating financial reports, and monitoring cash flow more effectively. In addition, this application can also help companies save time and costs incurred in managing their finances. The QuickBooks application is aimed primarily at MSMEs or taxpayers from the middle to lower class. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are obtained from direct observation in the field and interviews with one of the relevant sources. Researchers used primary data sources from observations and interviews and used references from journals, the official website of EF Sinergy Consultant Surabaya, and several other supporting websites. The results showed that the implementation of the QuickBooks Application has long been used by EF Sinergy Consultant Tax Surabaya as the right software in providing services to manage client financial reports accurately.

The study aimed to examine how Local Own-Source Revenue and Balancing Funds influenced the Economic Growth of Regency/City Governments in the Gerbangkertosusila Area between 2017 and 2021. Employing a quantitative approach via Saturated Sampling, the research utilized GRDP data from the East Java Province BPS website to evaluate Economic Growth, and the Statement of Budget Realization data from the official websites of the Regency/City Governments in the Gerbangkertosusila Area. Multiple linear analysis was employed for data analysis. The findings indicated a positive correlation between Local Own-Source Revenue and Economic Growth in the Gerbangkertosusila Area, while the Balancing Fund did not exhibit a significant impact on the region's economic growth.

Blog or weblog is a term used to describe a development of a personal website that makes it easier for users to display personal information on the Internet in an easy way. However, not all students and teachers at the Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kottabarat High School of Surakarta understand creating personal websites, due to a lack of knowledge regarding creating a website, where by having a personal website for students and/or teachers, apart from being able to carry out personal branding, students and Teachers at Muhammadiyah Program Khusus Kottabarat High School of Surakarta can provide all forms of information that is useful for the school or even for each individual, by providing training to teachers and students is one way to increase knowledge and abilities in creating a website. And from this activity, the participants were able to build a website with the WordPress platform.

This research aims to determine marketing strategies using a marketing mix approach consisting of product strategy, promotion strategy, price strategy and sales location strategy. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a method that tries to explain and analyze phenomena, events, social dynamics, behavior and opinions of a person or group towards something. Based on the results of the marketing mix strategy analysis, it was obtained: product strategy, selling beauty products, namely herbal skincare such as: herbal manjakani, forest honey, v-co oil, date palm juice, etawa goat's milk, and lemon juice. Pricing strategy, setting the price of the product by looking at the quality level and net product, the product is set at a price of IDR 34,500.00 IDR 131,500.00. Place strategy, selling products via e-commerce via the Shopee application Promotion strategy, promoting products via social media (Tiktok, Instagram, YouTube and the company's official website).

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and performance evaluation on employees at PT. Shopee Indonesia with a qualitative approach. The research method uses analysis of documents, articles, websites and journals related to leadership policies and employee performance evaluation. Leadership style, especially transformational, has a significant positive influence on employee motivation and performance at PT. Shopee Indonesia. Performance evaluation has also been shown to play a role in shaping employee perceptions of recognition for their contributions. This provides insight for company management in optimizing leadership practices and performance evaluation systems to improve work quality and employee productivity.

Minang or Minangkabau is an ethnic cultural group that adheres to a distinctive customary system, namely the family system according to female lineage which is called the matrilineal system. In Minangkabau culture, marriage is one of the important events in the life cycle and is a very significant transitional period in forming a new small family group for offspring. The purpose of this research is to find out the symbolic meaning in Minangkabau traditional marriage. This research uses a qualitative method and uses the Peirce’s theory. The informants of this study are people who understand Minangkabau culture, such as the coconut of the Minangkabau tribe. Data collection techniques through observation and direct interviews to the field and obtain information from several books and websites. the results obtained were: maminang (applying), rapek sumando (consultation of traditional leaders), malam bainai (attaching henna to the bride), Manjapuik marapulai (picking up the groom), basandiang (side by side). Then the researcher compiles, describes, and writes the symbolic meanings that exist in the traditional Minangkabau wedding steps.

Over time, the progress of science, technology and information is growing very rapidly. One of the things related to this problem is that the children of the nation must now master and study the developing science and technology. Utilizing science technology is now very important. The computer is one example of a technological tool that can be used. Regarding computers, we must first study in detail about programming algorithms that have applications and functions for us in education and everyday life. The purpose  of writing this article is to examine the application and function of programming algorithms. Then the writing of this article use the literature study method and library research, namely by studying systematically and structured about programming algorithms. Data collection is done by online books or offline books, reputable scientific journals and sources from Google Scholar, Digital Library, website research and so on. The result of writing this article is that the application or presentation of programming algorithms can be seen in examples of application in mathematics. Writing an algorithm is not bound by a certain rule, but it must be clear what it means for each step of the algorithm. Many functions are very important in programming algorithms. The main function of programming algorithms is to solve a problem. This algorithm is an important thing in the activity of making a program.

Kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan yang penting dalam kehidupan kampus, disamping kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan bagian dari Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seluruh civitas academica. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi melalui Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat perlu mengelola dengan baik seluruh kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengelolaan secara manual mengakibatkan ketidak efisienan kinerja baik bagi pengelola, dosen, mitra dan pihak lain yang terlibat. Pengembangan sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis website diperlukan agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja seluruh stakeholder yang terlibat. Pengembangan sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode perancangan sistem Unified Modelling Language serta metode pengembangan sistem Prototipe. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model awal sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sesuai kebutuhan pengguna saat ini. Sistem lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini nantinya dapat dikembangkan sesuai perkembangan kebutuhan pengguna dan peraturan yang berlaku.

BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo has an integrated information system in 1 website application, starting from HR, operations, and finance. However, the staffing information system is still less effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to comprehensively describe the design of the staffing information system implemented at BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo. The solution that can be applied to overcome this problem is to develop a website-based staffing information system. The process of designing this system is done through direct observation method to BUM Desa Podho Joyo Sukorejo to collect accurate staffing data. The author chose to apply the waterfall method, a model in the System Life Development Cycle (SDLC) that involves system analysis, design, coding, and testing in sequence. The programming language used in this system is PHP, using Bootstrap as a web design library and MySQL as a database server. After performing a series of steps, including observation, design, and system development, it can be concluded that this system can assist employee staff in carrying out real-time recording of personal data, attendance, work history, and performance evaluation that can be accessed by related parties.

Through the prototype method and the Figma platform, PKL projects are used to teach students about website development. The aim is to provide relevant skills to the technology and graphic design industries. The steps include requirements analysis, prototyping, user evaluation, and user interface design for the company profile. The result is expected to be a web application that is informative, interesting, and in accordance with the needs of the vocational school.

School-aged children have diverse emotional characteristics, and social-emotional development is very important to shape children's personality and independence. Collaborative games were chosen as a method to stimulate children's social abilities through group activities. The initial stage of this research includes understanding the potential and challenges of social emotional development in school-aged children. Furthermore, a collaborative game was designed and implemented on September 9 2023, involving 25 grade 4 students at SDN 1 Kartasura. This activity includes game sessions, observations of social interactions, and evaluation of activity results which show that the implementation of collaborative games has a positive impact on students' social emotional development. However, research also identifies several obstacles, such as some students who still experience difficulties in socializing and controlling emotions. Therefore, further efforts are needed to maximize the potential of collaborative play in improving children's social emotional development. In conclusion, implementing collaborative games can be an effective approach to creating a positive learning environment and improving students' social emotional development at SDN 1 Kartasura. This research contributes to the understanding of social emotional development strategies in school-aged children through collaborative play.

This research was conducted to show and analyze the financial ratios of 4 companies in the food and beverage sector, namely PT. Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk., PT. Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Company Tbk., PT. Indospring Tbk, & PT. Coca Cola Tbk. during the period 2020 to 2022 to see how the company will perform in the future. The type of research carried out is descriptive research using data analysis, namely financial ratio analysis. Research was also carried out through the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The data source used is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is documentation. The results of this financial ratio analysis will consist of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios

One of the causes of delays in the publication of financial reports is the process of completing audits by accountants which takes quite a long time, which is called audit delay. Company size is one of several elements that can influence audit delay. The purpose of this study is to investigate how firm size affects audit delay. Using secondary data from the websites www.idx.co.id and the official websites of the companies, the research method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, determination coefficient test, significant F model test, and the significance test of independent variables (T-test). Purposive sampling was utilized to determine the sample size, which came out to be 207 in the non-cyclical consumer business sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2022 period. The study's findings show that the audit delay is significantly impacted negatively by the company's size. The implication is that there is a significant influence of company size on audit delay.
