Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis that affects the knee. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative process in which joint cartilage is gradually eroded. This disease often attacks middle-aged and elderly people. Osteoarthritis can be caused by excessive stress on the joints such as repeated injuries or being overweight. The aim of this activity is to provide acupressure therapy to reduce the level of pain experienced by elderly people with knee osteoarthritis. The target of this activity is elderly people who experience knee osteoarthritis in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District with a total of 16 people. This activity is carried out by providing acupressure therapy. The results of the activity showed a decrease in pain levels in elderly people with knee osteoarthritis in Bangu Rejo village, Tanjung Morawa district. It is hoped that the elderly can manage pain with knee osteoarthritis by providing acupressure therapy

Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg in two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a state of sufficient rest/calm. One of the non-pharmacological therapies to reduce pain is a deep breathing relaxation technique consisting of slow, rhythmic chest and abdominal breathing which has the benefit of relieving acute and chronic pain by doing it constantly.

Abortion is the termination of a pregnancy before 20 weeks of age and can also occur at 12 weeks of gestation or when the fetus weighs less than 500 grams. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of abortion in Indonesia is the highest among other Southeast Asian countries, namely 2 million out of 4.2 million people. Incomplete abortion, that is, only part of the conception is removed, what remains is the decidua or placenta. Initially there is bleeding in the decidua basalis, followed by necrosis of the surrounding tissue, then part or all of the products of conception are released. Other complications of incomplete abortion are infection, perforation, and shock. The purpose of this study was to provide nursing care for patients with incomplete abortion in the couch room at Aisyiyah Pariaman Hospital. The research used a descriptive approach in the form of a case study to find out the problem of nursing care in patients with incomplete abortions in the couch room of Aisyiyah Pariaman Hospital with one patient. This research was conducted on 20-24 February 2023, The results of the study after the study found 3 diagnoses, namely: Anxiety related to situational crises,Riskfor hypovolemia related to active fluid lossand Acute pain related to physiological injury,. During the 5 days of the study the patient went home with thesuggestion that the patient could carry out home care and control according to the recommendations from the hospital.

Warm water compresses given to a woman's lower back in the area where the fetal head presses on the spine will reduce pain, heat will increase circulation to the area thereby correcting tissue anoxia caused by pressure. This study aims to determine the effect of warm compresses on reducing labor pain during the first active phase. This type of research is Quasi experiment, which is research that is used to determine whether or not there are consequences of "something" imposed on the subject being studied by looking for the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. A sample is a portion taken from all objects studied and is considered to represent the entire population. The sample in this study was 20 people in one intervention group. The sampling technique was Purposive Sampling, namely taking samples according to the criteria determined by the researcher. Data collection techniques use questionnaire sheets and respondent observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses the Independent T test. Statistical testing uses parametric analysis with the significance of the test results determined based on the p value <0.05. Based on the statistical test results, it is known that the p value is 0.001<0.05 which means that there is an influence on the intensity of pain before and after administration. Warm Compress. This research means that there is a significant relationship between the effect of warm compresses on reducing labor pain during the first active phase at PMB Pera Simalingkar B Medan Tuntungan in 2023

Dysmenorrhoea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, because of this, around 14% of women cannot participate in learning at school or carry out daily activities, thereby reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are in an unstable emotional condition, if they do not get good information about the menstrual cycle then they are easy to experience primary menstrual disorders. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many teenagers who are growing and developing both physically and psychologically. Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of dysmenorrhoea, including non-pharmacological intervention, including Rosulullah-style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabawi treatment, including listening to the Koran and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone. people who experience it. The implementation of socialization at Al Islam High School is really needed considering that in this school there are many cases of Dysmennorrhea, and no one has provided an understanding of these cases and how to manage them non-pharmacologically so that they can be overcome without causing side effects. Pregnancy exercises are beneficial for both mother and fetus. In mothers to reduce pain during childbirth and can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the mother's abdominal wall, improve blood circulation so as to accelerate the process of childbirth. This study aims to determine the relationship of factors that influence the motivation of mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Aceh Besar Regency. This study uses an analytic design that uses a cross sectional approach. The research population of all pregnant women in the Kuta Baro puskemas working area was 730 people, the research sample of pregnant women was 88 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research was Accidental Sampling. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet. The data collection was conducted on March 25 to April 19, 2023 in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center work area. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the knowledge factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is a significant relationship between the attitude factor and the implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.000). There is significant relationship between the factor of husband's support with implementation of pregnant gymnastics value (p=0.019). Conclusion There is a relationship between the factors that influence mothers in the implementation of pregnant gymnastics in the Kuta Baro Community Health Center Working Area, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar. It is expected that respondents can maximize the factors that exist in following regular pregnancy exercises.

Postpartum discomfort is a nursing problem that is often experienced by mothers in the postpartum period. One of them is caused by breast enggorgement. The symptoms experienced are pain and the mother's breasts harden making it difficult to breastfeed. Breast care intervention for problems of postpartum discomfort ‘caused by breast enggorgement. A case study that aims to describe the application of breast care to clients with nursing problems of postpartum discomfort with breast enggorgement. The number of respondents in this case study research amounted to 2 mothers post second day sectio caesaria surgery. Breast swelling assessment using the Six Point Self-rated Engorgement Scale (SPES) with a score of 1-6. In addition, breast care interventions used standard operating procedures and action observation forms. The results of the case study showed that both patients who performed breast care experienced a decrease in the ix Point Self-rated Engorgement Scale (SPES) score from 4 to 3, with breast criteria still enggogerment but pain level was reduced. Breast milk (ASI) becomes smooth and breastfeeding the baby becomes easier. The implementation of breast care can reduce pain and swelling in the breast.for mother wirh discomfort after birth.

Dysmenorrhea is a pain in the lower abdomen can spread to the lower back and legs. The incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world on average is very high up to (90%) while the severe painful dysmenorrhea are around 10-15%. In Indonesia the case of dysmenorrhea is around of 64.25%. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of giving red ginger decoction on dysmenorrhea in young women at Assalaam Vocational School, Manado. This research uses a pre-experimental quantitative method with one group pre and post test design. wWith non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method based on characteristics of the population by the criteria of the researcher's. The research instrument uses an observation sheet and a Standard Operating Procedure for measurement using the NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). The sample in this study takes 12 respondents. Using the Pairet T-Test with a significance level of α=0.05. The results of this study show there is an effect of giving red ginger decoction on dysmenorrhea in young women with a P-value = 0.000 < 0.05 The conclusion in this study is giving red ginger decoction on dysmenorrhea in young women at Assalaam Vocational School, Manado are affected. And advice to respondents to used red ginger as an additional reference for reducing pain during dysmenorrhea.

Background: Increased of uric acid levels can be caused other disorders in the human body such as a feeling of aches and pains in the joint area and is often along with extreme pain for the sufferer. This disease is better known as gout (Andry, 2021 ). Objective: This study aims to find out the effectiveness of consumption the pineapple fruit on reducing uric acid levels in the Batu Lubang Lembeh Selatan Village. This research uses a Pre-Experimental method with a One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach. The samples in this study were 12 early adult men who with having gout in Batu Lubang Lembeh Selatan Village, using an accidental sample. The data collected using observation sheets and analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon test using SPSS. The results of the research showed the conditions of uric acid sufferers before and after consumption pineapple analysis the value of 0.003, there was a significant effect between giving pineapple fruit on reducing uric acid levels in the Batu Lubang Lembeh Selatan sub-district. The conclusion in this study there were an effect of giving pineapple on reducing uric acid levels in Batu Lubang Lembeh Selatan Village. Based on the research results, it is recommended the Respondents be expected to frequently consume pineapple so that uric acid levels can decrease till the normal limits.

Background: Data obtained from the Palembang city health office that the incidence of head injuries in 2018 there were (16.15) patients. Head injury (trauma capitis) is a mechanical injury that directly or indirectly affects the head that results in head wounds, fractures of the bones of the skull, tearing of brain membranes, and damage to brain tissue, as well as resulting in neurological disorders. One of the nonpharmacological therapies that can be given to patients who experience pain in minor head injuries is music therapy. Objectives: to gain real experience and knowledge and to document the application of music therapy to pain scales in nursing care for minor head injuries. Methods: this type of scientific paper uses a descriptive method with a case study approach to explore the problem of nursing care in two patients with minor head injuries. Nursing care was carried out on two patients, which was carried out on June 15 to 17, 2022. Results: from music therapy actions to Mr. A and Mr. D with the first diagnosis of acute pain related to physical injury agents. The results of the evaluation of the first patient, Mr. A, found that the patient experienced a decrease in the pain scale to 3 (mild), before music therapy the pain scale was 5 (moderate), the pain problem was resolved, and the intervention was stopped. For the evaluation, the second patient, Mr. D, obtained a pain scale of 2 (mild), before music therapy the pain scale was 4 (moderate), the pain problem was resolved, and the intervention was stopped. Conclusion: the results of the nursing evaluation on Mr. A and Mr. D problems resolved the intervention was stopped. It can be concluded that music therapy can reduce pain in patients with mild head injuries.

Information and digital technology has become an important part of an organization to grow and develop in an era of change. This will show how tourist villages use information and digital technology to provide new information, services and value to a wide audience. One of the tourist attractions in Lembanga Randanan is the Painted Rice Fields. The fertile rice fields provide beautiful landscapes and a deep impression. Students from the Management study program at the UKI Toraja Faculty of Economics with the theme Tourism Village are collaborating with the Lembang community and parties in the development and promotion of the Painted Rice Fields tourism in Lembang Randanan so that it can be touched by a wide audience, especially the commercialization of tourism. From the results of observations, it was found that the basic problems that hinder tourism promotion are the lack of public awareness to promote painted rice field tourism and the ineffective use of information and digital technology. The aims and objectives of organizing community service are to introduce painted rice field tourism to the general public and to help the Lembang Randanan community in using information and digital technology for promotion. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research method with primary data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation, while secondary data collection was obtained from searching various references such as books, journals and articles. The results of the service activities that have been carried out are helping tourist villages with promotion, marketing and management of tourist villages. This includes creating Instagram and YouTube social media accounts which aim to promote tourist villages, especially painted rice field tourism in Lembang Randanan. From this research, it is hoped that potential-based tourism village promotion can be carried out.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of dysmenorrhea reaches 90%. The prevalence is generally higher in young women in the 17 to 24 year age group, which is estimated at 60-90%. More than 50% of menstruating women in the world report suffering from primary dysmenorrhea. This research was conducted to analyze factors that influence menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) in students at the Prima Husada Bogor Midwifery Academy. This study used a cross sectional design on 62 samples with a simple random sampling technique. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate with chi square. The research results showed that the age of menarche factor had no influence on menstrual pain in students at the Prima Husada Midwifery Academy with a p value of 0.426 and an Odds Ratio (OR) of 0.659. From the results of the research conducted, it is clear that health education related to dysmenorrhea is very necessary for young women in general and students at the Prima Husada Midwifery Academy in particular by providing counseling related to reproductive health. Teenagers should expand their knowledge about dysmenorrhea so that they know what to do to reduce pain. during menstruation.

Lung cancer is one of the most common causes of death today. One case of right lung squamous cell carcinoma with COPD and atelectasis has been reported in a 44 year old male patient. Based on the history, the patient said he had experienced chest pain for 1 week before entering the hospital and had a cough without phlegm or blood. Physical examination revealed dull chest wall percussion at the apex of the right lung and dullness in the left lung field, vesicular breathing sounds in both lung fields and rhonchi in the left lung field. The results of the supporting examination found a mass in the left lung on a chest x-ray and a bronchoscopy examination found a right lung tumor (type?) T3N1M0 Stage IIIA and the results of the anatomical pathology examination showed a picture of non-small cell carcinoma type squamous cell carcinoma. Patients are treated with chemotherapy and symptomatic therapy.

PGRI Kanjuruhan University Malang's ethnically diverse student body often has challenges or barriers while attempting to communicate with individuals from other cultural backgrounds, according to the researcher's observations. Finding out what intercultural communication is, painting a picture of it, and making an attempt to foster more intercultural communication among PGRI Kanjuruhan University students in Malang are the objectives of this study. A qualitative descriptive type and technique are used in this study. information gathered via documentation, observation, and interviews. Intercultural communication is defined as a communication activity that takes place between communication participants that have distinct cultural origins, based on the study findings from the initial issue formulation. However, it is possible to infer from the second phrasing of the issue that the students at PGRI Kanjuruhan University, Malang, exhibit a picture of intercultural communication. Thus far, intercultural communication has gone well since everyone on our multicultural campus can interact and talk with people from various cultural backgrounds. from Papua, Maluku, NTT, Sumatra, Java, and Kalimantan. To improve intercultural communication among students at PGRI Kanjuruhan University Malang, specifically through cultural parade activities in addition to cultural seminar activities, sports activities, and student activity units, can be concluded based on the research results from the third problem formulation. The research aims to analyze the understanding of emotional development in babies, how cognitive development in babies is, what the risks or dangers are to babies, and what are the implications of infancy development in counseling services. The research method used in this research is library research. It is a search and research of literature by reading and reviewing various journals. Data collection techniques use library research in the form of books, journals and other studies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that babies' emotions are very susceptible to habituation, there are several differences in this pattern and also in the stimuli that cause it. development of understanding. Infant perception through sensory explanations. Like babies looking, feeling, smelling, and painting all objects within their reach. Maturation during infancy usually occurs through direct experience with the environment and interaction with objects and people around them. Dangers during infancy can be physical dangers and psychological dangers. Physical dangers such as excessive crying, it could also be a baby suffering from brain damage or other birth defects. And psychological dangers such as emotional dangers, this usually occurs because a lack of love from parents towards the baby can give rise to unstable emotions in the baby. The implication of development during infancy in counseling services is to ensure the baby's development and provide services according to the baby's condition.

Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) is a pain that is felt during menstruation and is felt in the lower abdomen. The incidence of dysmenorrhea is still common in young women, including in SMK Nurul Islami Semarang. One way to reduce dysmenorrhea pain is with warm electric compresses and deep breathing relaxation. This study aimed to analyse the effectiveness of giving electric warm compresses and deep breathing relaxation on the level of dysmenorrhea pain in adolescents at SMK Nurul Islami Semarang. The research plan is a quasi-experimental design with a two-group pre-test-post-test design approach. The population in this study was composed of female students in grades 10 and 11. The sampling technique was purposive, and a total sample of 64 respondents was obtained. The statistical test used is the normality test using Kolmogorov-Sminonov, followed by the Wilcoxon test. This study found that giving electric warm compresses and deep breathing relaxation was more effective in reducing dysmenorrhea pain than giving electric warm compresses. This finding is based on the intervention group's score of 16.50, while the control group's value is 14.50. The results of this study recommend that it can be used as material for carrying out interventions for young women who experience menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea).    

Low back pain is discomfort felt in the lower back area, starting from the sacrum to the corner of the lowest ribs. Based on the results of an initial survey taken by interviewing 10 fishermen in Laha Country, 7 out of 10 fishermen felt or experienced pain in their lower back. The job of fishermen in Laha Country is to look for fish in the sea in a bent position and with minimal equipment, namely fishing nets. The type of research is analytical observational research with a cross sectional study approach. Population of fishing communities in Laha Country. The sampling technique used a probability sampling technique with simple random sampling of 91 respondents. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi square test with a significance level of p < 0.05. The research results showed that there was a relationship between age and NPB (P-value = 0.000), there was no relationship between body mass index and NPB (P-value = 0.379), there was no relationship between length of service and NPB (P-value = 0.134), There is a relationship between length of work and NPB (P-value = 0.001), and there is a relationship between work position and NPB (P-value = 0.003).

One of Indonesia's best coffee-producing regions is located in Sumatra. Sidikalang coffee is one of the best types of coffee produced in the region, which is important information for coffee enthusiasts. Sidikalang is located in Dairi Regency, North Sumatra, where this coffee is grown. The purpose of this research is to describe so that people understand how to maintain and improve the quality of their products. The research method used is a qualitative method by analyzing through journals, books, and scientific sources and also descriptive discourse directly through whatsApp video calls with Mrs. Nurhaini Pasaribu as a robusta coffee farmer in Gurutuha village, Sidikalang, Lae Parira sub-district, Dairi district.. Information regarding the recent increase in Sidikalang coffee prices was obtained from a legitimate source, namely the Regional Executive Board of the Indonesian Coffee Exporters Association (BPD AEKI) as of July 7, 2023, data shows that the price of robusta coffee beans reached around Rp35,000/kg, an increase from the previous price of around Rp30,000/kg two months ago. This price includes coffee both in bean form and after being ground into powder. So, the increase in the selling price of Sidikalang Robusta Coffee is due to its increasingly good quality. Moreover, today's millennial farmers are more painstaking in the selection of seeds, fertilizers, soil and so on. Indeed, before the increase in the price of Robusta Sidikalang coffee, there was a problem with the quality of the coffee.

The process of growing old is a phase in a person's life cycle with characteristics found to decrease every function of body organs, such as physical, emotional, psychological conditions and social abilities. Decreased physical function that also occurs in the musculoskeletal system is calcification and decreased production of synovial fluid in the joints. This is the cause of the elderly lazy to move because of pain and stiffness. Lack of movement will cause other health problems such as atrophy or contacture in the muscles.  Lack of physical activity and sedentary behavior, resulting in decreased physical fitness and subsequent impact on physical health, well-being, sleep patterns and quality of life. In the elderly, physical fitness can be maintained with regular physical exercise from an early age, and carrying out a healthy lifestyle. Physical exercise refers more to planned, structured, and repetitive physical activity to improve or maintain body fitness. Older or elderly people are advised to take advantage of physical exercise. Some physical exercises that can be taught to the elderly. Activities in this community service are blood pressure measurement and physical exercise in the form of elderly gymnastics, which is carried out at the Mulyoharjo Health Center by involving professional students. When gymnastics, the elderly seem enthusiastic and can participate in activities and look fit.
