Nurmila Auliya. 2023. The Relationship between Reading Skills and Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes for Class IV UPTD SPF SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency. Thesis. Supervisor I Sitti Aida Aziz and Advisor II Syahruddin.This study aims to determine the relationship between reading skills and learning outcomes for Indonesian language students in class IV UPTD SPF SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency. This type of research is a quantitative correlation research. The population of this study were all students of class IV UPTD SPF at SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency. The sample of this research is 19 people. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive analysis techniques and correlation analysis between the independent variables and the dependent variable by utilizing SPSS version 23.The results of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient between reading skills and Indonesian learning outcomes is rxy = 0.947, this correlation is included in the very strong category and sig. shows the number 0.000 which shows that there is a significant difference between reading skills and Indonesian learning outcomes because p < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between reading skills and the results of learning Indonesian for class IV UPTD SPF SD Negeri 64 Medde, Soppeng Regency.

Education is something that can be used as a weapon in adapting to today's sophisticated era, improving education is something that should be fought for in improving the economy of a region in the future. Lemukutan Island has a lot of Natural Resources that can be processed, especially marine products and education is a facility that can accommodate the processing and management of Natural Resources on Lemukutan Island. Through Community Service this lecturer can provide educational motivation for the children of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya Lemukutan Islands to continue their education in pursuing and achieving dreams. The focus on education is the main thing that children need to hold fast to develop a region, but to be able to always be in the corridor of education is not easy. Every generation has its own kind of challenges. In today's era, online games are a challenge that has mushroomed everywhere, games are not just a hobby, but more towards professions and needs. It will be very dangerous when there is a lack of parental supervision and students' lack of control over themselves in playing games. Reminding them of the dangers of playing online games is one way to keep directing them on the right educational path.

SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

Employee innovative behavior is very important in increasing the growth and development of MSMEs. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leader member exchange on the innovative behavior of MSME employees and the driving factors of leader member exchange on the innovative behavior of MSME employees. This study uses this scoping method to examine the most relevant and significant literature on leader member exchange (LMX) with related research methods. This research draws articles from several reputable national and international data bases or journals published from 2017 to 2023. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between leaders and team members in MSMEs has a significant impact on the innovative level of employees in MSMEs and the driving factors in LMX that influence the innovative behavior of MSME employees include leader support, mutual trust, open communication, recognition, and creative freedom

This study aims to analyze the effect of local taxes and regional levies on city/regency local revenue (PAD) in North Sumatra province for the 2016-2021 period. The research method used is panel data regression method. This type of research uses quantitative methods and the data used is secondary data, namely data on local taxes, regional levies and PAD. The chosen research method is the fixed effect model. From the simultaneous test results, it was found that local taxes and regional levies have a significant effect on regional original income with a significance value of 0.000. From the results obtained, it is hoped that the city/regency governments in North Sumatra Province can make better use of the available sources of development financing funds to increase the amount of Local Own Revenue, especially those sourced from Regional Taxes and Regional Levies.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

Transformational leadership encourages employees to take initiative, think creatively, and take risks in achieving organizational goals. The aim of this study is to provide an overview of transformational leadership and innovative behavior, explore the factors that mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior, and evaluate the influence of transformational leadership and innovative behavior by conducting a review of journals published in Scopus through "Publish or Perish" in the period 2017-2023. After conducting a systematic review using the PRISMA method, 31 relevant journals were found for this study. The search keywords used were "Transformational Leadership" and "Innovation Behaviour". The results of the study showed that transformational leadership is an important factor in promoting innovative work behavior. Several factors that mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior include organizational support for innovative behavior, innovation orientation and goal culture, meaningful work, digital literacy, team work quality, psychological empowerment, and motivation in general. In conclusion, transformational leadership has a significant impact on innovative work behavior.

Imunostimulan adalah zat yang bisa meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh. Secara singkat dijelaskan bahwa imunostimulan adalah suatu zat yang bila diberikan pada makhluk hidup dapat memicu terjadinya peningkatan sistem pertahanan tubuh dalam merespon serangan penyakit. Penggunaan imunostimun bahan herbal pada umumnya dapat dengan mudah ditemukan dimana saja seperti jahe, temulawak, sambiloto, bawang putih, dan meniran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan imunostimulan bahan herbal pada pedagang dan sopir angkot di Terminal Stasiun K.A Tenjo. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini pedagang dan sopir angkot di terminal K.A Tenjo dengan cara pengambilan data dengan membagikan kuesioner cetak secara langsung pada Desember 2021 hingga Januari 2022. Hasil pengambilan data dari 69 responden didapatkan 55,1% sopir angkot menggunakan imunostimulan bahan herbal dan 44,9% pedagang menggunakan imunostimulan bahan herbal. Mayoritas responden yang menggunakan imunostimulan bahan herbal adalah sopir angkot.  

Tourism sector has a good prospect in the future, because it can give big foreign exchange for developing tourism sector. Developing tourism sector needs several factors of human resources, one of them is the communications factors in which language as a means of verbal communication plays an important role. The functions of language and such ast o develop science and technology. And to communicate with other country. The people who are involved in the tourism industry are required to communicate with the tourists in their language. The language which is often used to communicate with the foreign tourist is English. If they cannot understand the English language, the foreign tourist will often find difficulties in communication. The problem are : What are the roles of English tourism in Tobelo? The hypothesis is that the role of the English language and the ability of a person in using the English language is important in the tourism industry.    

This study aims to identify and describe strategies for developing the character of students using local values maja labo dahu, at SMAN 1 Palibelo, Bima Regency. The local values of maja labo dahu have become the way of life and the way of life for the people of Bima, from generation to generation. It is appropriate that these values be used as the main basis for supporting character education in schools. % understand the value of maja labo first. The methods used in this research are field studies and surveys or purely descriptive. The number of samples in this study were taken purposively from 10 teachers and 10 students. The data collection technique was carried out through structured interviews and direct field observations. Furthermore, data analysis is done by reduction, interpretation and conclusion. The results of the study found that the implementation of character strengthening went according to the PPK SOP (character education strengthening program) in the school concerned, the difference being the routine Friday morning imtaq activities for 30 minutes before starting learning activities, combining religious material and cultural values locally through oral delivery. Specific strategies used through 3 approaches; parable, training and mentoring.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Inflasi, Investasi, dan Pengangguran Di Sumatera Utara Pada Tahun 2001-2020. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data sekunder merupakan sumber data penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti secara tidak langsung melalui media perantara (diperoleh dan dicatat oleh pihak lain). Data sekunder umumnya berupa bukti, catatan atau laporan historis yang telah tersusun dalam arsip yang dipublikasikan dan yang tidak dipublikasikan. Setelah data terkumpul maka akan dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan perangkat komputer melalui program aplikasi Eviws versi 10. Analisis data tersebut dilakukan untuk dapat mengetahui sejauh mana variabel bebas (X1) Tingkat Inflasi, (X2) Investasi,(X3) Tingkat Pengangguran dan (Y) Kemiskinan dengan menggunakan model regresi Error Correlation Model (ECM) untuk mengetahui pengaruh Variabel pada jangka panjang maupun jangkap endek. Hasil dari Analisis ECM atau hasil analisis jangka pendek menunjukan bahwa hanya variabel investasi yang berpengaruh signifikan dan negative terhadap  kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara. Sedangkan hasil dari Model jangka panjang atau regresi linier berganda menunjukan  bahwa variabel investasi dan  pengangguran memiliki pengaruh yang siginifikan terhadap Kemiskinan di Sumatera Utara

Reviews of the literature on diversity management and workplace misconduct are still incredibly uncommon. Given the requirement for appropriate handling to stop irregular conduct at work (organizations; companies, government institutions, MSMEs). This scoping review's objective is to summarize the literature on the value of diversity management in avoiding workplace deviance.  The scoping study adheres to the Arksey and O'Malley Steps. (2005). The scoping review used has 5 steps, including identifying research topics, finding pertinent studies, Specifically, (1) formulating research questions, (2) locating pertinent studies, (3) choosing studies, (4) outlining data, and (5) gathering, describing, and disclosing findings.  Over 11 years, this research was reviewed using 3 electronic databases: Taylor dan Francis, Wiley dan Emerald. (2013-2023). Corruption, the giving of gifts or bribes, and gossip are among the categories of deviant behavior in the workplace that were identified, and all of these categories have the potential to negatively impact organizational performance, according to the findings of the scoping review. Gender, race, and culture are three types of diversity that are particularly susceptible to the issue of aberrant behavior in the workplace. Therefore, management must provide support and focus, particularly to human resource managers who are responsible for managing diversity in the workplace.

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa bukan berarti mengajar masyarakat tentang sesuatu yang terbaik untuk mereka, tetapi melakukan pemberdayaan sebagai sebuah proses pencarian (research) yang dilakukan bersamasama untuk mencari jalan terbaik dalam penyelesaikan persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa trauma healing yang dilakukan pada anak-anak adalah untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan dan mengembalikan kondisi emosional anak-anak pasca bencana, agar dapat membantu semangat kembali seperti sebelum adanya bencana yang terjadi dengan berbagai macam permainan yang dilakukan baik individu maupun kelompok serta pemberian materi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakteristik pada diri anak. Adapun pelaksanaan trauma healing menggunakan metode Participatory Rapit Appraisal (PRA) atau penilaian desa secara partisipatif yang dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan seperti observasi, survei dan wawancara.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode normatif dengan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan pendektan konseptual. Sehingga hasil dari Penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis dari Putusan Nomor 477/Pdt.G/2018/Pn.Jkt.Sel. dan Pasal 3 ayat (2) huruf b serta Pasal 114 ayat (6) UU PT menyatakan bahwa komisaris dan/atau pemegang saham PT. WSM Ventures Indonesia harus bertanggungjawab dengan melaksanakan amar Putusan Majelis hakim dalam Putusan tersebut serta bertanggung jawab atas akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan yaitu mengganti kerugian yang dialami Perseoran dari Perbuatan Melawan Hukum yang dilakukan komisaris dan/atau pemegang saham tersebut.

Pekerjaan konstruksi pastinya tidak terlepas dari potensi bahaya di tempat kerja, PT Prima Multi Peralatan merupakan perusahaan jasa yang bergerak dalam bidang pemeliharaan Alat Bongkar Muat dan Kapal. Dalam praktek kerjanya perlu adanya terapan pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebagai upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja. Yang dimana pelaksanaan ini sangat perlu untuk diperhatikan baik bagi pihak manajemen dan para tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah terapan pelaksanaan Standar Operassional Prosedur (SOP) serta budaya keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di PT Prima Multi Peralatan Kota Medan. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mewawancarai beberapa informan dan juga melakukan observasi lapangan untuk melihat langsung keadaan di tempat kerja, serta studi kepustakaan sebagai tambahan referensi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian mengenai terapan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di PT. Prima Multi Peralatan, yaitu dari hasil wawancara dan juga observassi lapangan, ditemukan bahwa terapan SOP dan K3 sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan untuk kebijakannya sendiri masih berlandaskan kebijakan dari PT. Pelindo 1. Untuk penggunaan APD disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, terkecuali baju seragam kerja, sepatu keamanan dan juga helm keamanan tetap harus digunakan selama berada di wilayah tempat kerja. dan untuk keseluruhan APD disediakan oleh PT. Prima Multi Peralatan.

Today Buddhism contributes ideas based on theory and practice for Buddhist entrepreneurs. The purpose of this research is how the characteristics of buddhist entrepreneur in running an UKM. The research method used by researchers is SLR. The results of the study show that Buddhist entrepreneurs place more emphasis on ideology and religious beliefs in implementing entrepreneurship and running their UKM. The main principle in the development of UKM which continues to be used as a guideline is that the business that is carried out does not hurt, harm, and deceive other people or other creatures.  

Pasien yang sementara di rawat di ruangan intensif care unit terutama yang terpasang ETT sangat beresiko mengalami penurunan saturasi oksigen, sehingga perlu di lakukan tindakan Deep Suction. Deep suction yaitu penghisapan sekret yang dilakukan melewati batas pipa endotrakeal, akibat dari tindakan ini dapat terjadi perubahan saturasi oksigen selain itu pula dapat terjadi perubahan hemodinamik pasien. Saturasi oksigen merupakan ratio antara jumlah oksigen yang terikat oleh hemoglobin terhadap kemampuan total hemoglobin darah mengikat oksigen. Alat yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat saturasi oksigen yaitu pulse oximetry.Desain penelitian yang digunakan yakni pre-experimental design dengan jenis rancangan One group pretest-postest. Jumlah populasi 30 pasien dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Dengan sampel 30 pasien yang sementara dirawat di ruang ICU RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Kabupaten Boalemo. Instrumen yang digunakan yakni lembar observasi dan SOP serta di lakukan uji normalitas shapiro wink, data tersebut dilakukan uji alternatif wilcoxon. Di dapatkan hasil dengan nilai P = (0.002<0.005). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh deep suction terhadap perubahan saturasi oksigen pada pasien yang terpasang ETT di ruang ICU RSUD Tani dan Nelayan Kabupaten Boalemo.  

This research was conducted at PT XYZ, which aims to determine the application of incoming mail SOPs to PT XYZ's Dynamic Archives Subsection and to find out whether the implementation of these SOPs has been carried out optimally. This research is a qualitative research with data collection methods through observational studies, interviews and documentation with informant taking techniques using purposive sampling with a total of 4 participants. The results obtained in this study stated that the management of incoming mail at the PT XYZ Dynamic Archives Subdivision was still not in accordance with the applicable SOP. There is a messy Agenda Book Recording, file cabinets that are not given indexes and follow-up units, as well as inadequate distribution equipment. Thus, adequate facilities or equipment are needed in the process of distribution, education and training of employees in managing incoming mail, as well as supervising incoming mail management activities.

Ibu post partum kesulitan memberikan ASI kepada bayinya, hal ini dikarenakan posisi menyusui dan perlekatan yang kurang tepat, menyusui dengan teknik yang salah sehingga menimbulkan puting susu menjadi lecet dan ASI tidak keluar secara optimal dan dapat mempengaruhi produksi ASI akibatnya bayi tidak mau menyusu. Sebuah metode pembelajaran teknik menyusui dapat diaplikasikan dengan pengetahuan, psikomotor, afektif secara sistematis, hal ini sering kali disebut dengan metode Bedside teaching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bedside teaching Teknik menyusui yang benar terhadap keberhasilan ibu menyusui di Ruang Nifas RSUD Kota Palangka Raya. Metode: Desain penelitian pre-eksperimental jenis one group pre test-post test design menggunakan teknik Sampling Incidental, one group berjumlah 15 responden. Hasil: Sebelum dilakukan bedside teaching teknik menyusui dilakukan pretest pada 15 responden dengan hasil nilai pre test mean 5,20 kemudian dilakukan 2x pertemuan bedside teaching  dan di dapatkan nilai post test mean 8,40 sehingga terjadi peningkatan uji statistik dengan rentang mean 3,20. Hasil uji statistik wilcoxon p value = 0,001 atau tingkat signifikasi p < 0,05. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh antara hasil efektivitas bedside teaching teknik menyusui yang benar terhadap keberhasilan ibu menyusui antara pre-test  dan post-test yang dilakukan pada ibu post partum di Ruang Nifas RSUD Kota Palangka Raya. Sebagai tenaga kesehatan sebaiknya memberikan metode pembelajaran bedside teaching teknik menyusui kepada ibu post partum minimal 2x pertemuan selama 45 menit sesuai SOP yang telah dibuat.

Gout Arthritis is a disease characterized by pain that occurs repeatedly caused by deposits of monosodium urate crystals that accumulate in the joints as a result of high levels of uric acid in the blood. One of the complementary therapeutic measures is a warm red ginger compress in gout arthritis patients. The purpose of this research is to determine the Effect of Giving Warm Red Ginger Compresses to Pain in Gout Arthritis Patients in Mahawu Village, Manado. The design of this study used a pre- experimental (one-group, pre-post test design). The sample in this study was 35 respondents taken using a total sampling instrument. The study used observation sheets and SOPs for measurement using the NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). The data were then analyzed using the Wilcoxon statistical test with a significance level of = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of giving red ginger warm compresses to pain in gout arthritis patients with p value = 0.000 <0.05 so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of giving red ginger warm compresses to reducing pain in gout arthritis patients in Mahawu Village, Manado. The conclusion of the study is that there is an effect of warm red ginger compresses on Gout Arthritis patients in Mahawu Village, Manad.
