The development and progress of tourist attractions, in this case a tourist village, are largely determined by the readiness of their human resources, especially tour guides, especially from a technical point of view. Guides, from a technical and communication point of view, are increasingly able to captivate visitors, making them feel at home more and more. In addition, tourism product marketing that has not been maximized, especially the promotion of tourism products through digital media, has slightly hampered the introduction of tourism village products where the role of digital marketing is so important, especially those based on the web and social media. Recognizing such a mindset, the solution offered is to hold education and training (training) along with mentoring for tourism HR in the Tunjungan Tourism Village. Provision and capacity building according to the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) absolutely must be provided, covering knowledge, skills, and attitude. As well as being given knowledge about the basics of excellent service and tour guides. Tunjungan Tourism Village Community Empowerment Through Technical Guidance Capacity building and Capability of Tourism human resources, which has been implemented, has resulted in the participation of participants (the target audience) who expressed satisfaction and enthusiasm. To ensure this health, the government established a health insurance known as the National Health Insurance (JKN). In its implementation, the JKN program experienced several challenges and obstacles. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the JKN program in terms of increasing public health access. The research method used was a literature review obtained from eight journals from the Google Schoolar online database  between 2018 and 2023. Based on BPJS Kesehatan data as of October 2022, as many as 89.35% of the entire Indonesian population has been guaranteed health financing through the JKN program. There are several factors that affect the implementation of the JKN program, namely internal and external factors. To overcome this, various strategies are needed to optimize the JKN program in Indonesia. In addition, collaboration between stakeholders and the implementation of digitalization of health services in various health care facilities are also needed as readiness to face the global world. In its implementation, the implementation of JKN still experiences various obstacles such as low stakeholder readiness and responsiveness,  facilities and infrastructure that have not been maximized, and regulations regarding the JKN program have not been available and socialized properly.

The implementation of learning using e-learning must be supported by several readiness factors. Organizational readiness factors, such as regulations, infrastructure, technology, and policies, have a significant effect on learning outcomes using e-learning. However, the human element in its use is also the most important factor in online learning. This research was conducted to measure the readiness of lecturers using e-learning on several factors, namely; Technology access factor, skill and training factor, instructor attitude factor. The sample of this study was 100 active lecturers. Univariate data analysis was performed by calculating the average readiness index and frequency and identifying categories of readiness intervals for using e-learning. The results of this study show the readiness of lecturers in using e-learning assessed from technology mastery factors, skill and training factors, and instructor attitude factors. However, for a very mature level, refinement and development of all these factors are still necessary. In addition, the training aspect is considered quite ready, but management must open training opportunities for lecturers to run online classes.

This study investigates the process of constructing scientific writing as well as the academic search engine that is frequently used by graduate students in building their papers. Later on, this study also discloses the factor of using repeated platforms. A personal learning environment helps the students to connect both inside and outside the classroom learning by employing digital tools. This paper presents a case study exploring the steps of conducting scientific writing, the academic search engine mostly used by students, and the factors in deciding the platform. Eighteen graduate students majoring in the English education department were the participants of this study. The data was collected through class observation, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews. The result shows several steps to construct scientific writing including readiness, composing the article, getting ready for publication, distribution, and development. While Google Scholar (100%), Web of Science (94.7%), and online library (63.2%) are the top three online platforms as the academic search engine they used to search for references to build arguments for their scientific writing. Some factors why those platforms become highly beneficial are exposed by the participants such as their pertinence, reference quality, and publication impact. This study is expected to provide certain considerations for students or scholars about utilizing several online platforms and some reasons behind which is beneficial to build scientific writing publications.

Discharge planning needs to be implemented from the time the patient enters the hospital until the day of discharge. Providing effective information can increase the knowledge and skills of patients and families to carry out independent care at home which is assumed to be ready for discharge so that it is hoped that rehospitalization events will not occur. This study aims to see whether there is an influence of Discharge planning model five on readiness to go home and family. The research design used a quasi experiment with a two group pre and post test using a purposive sampling approach carried out on inpatient students. The research instrument used the Readiness For Hospital Discharge Scale (RHDS) questionnaire. Data analysis used the Paired T test. The results of research on 30 respondents using the Independent T test on the average readiness to go home after (posttest) patients in the Intervention and Control groups obtained P value = 0.000 < ? (0.05) there was a difference in the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention group with the control group. Based on this research, Discharge planning model five is able to increase patient readiness to go home and it is hoped that it can provide input to hospitals so that they can make Discharge planning model five as a method that can be given to patients when the patient is admitted until the patient wants to prepare to go home.

Developments in the industrial world are increasingly rapid, resulting in increased competition in the industrial world, so that industrial companies are competing to improve production efficiency and effectiveness. Especially companies in the manufacturing sector, increasing productivity in a production system is an absolute thing that must be done. One of the main indicators in increasing productivity is the level of rehabilitation of production machines at the company. In measuring how good the rehabilitation of a production machine is, an effective and efficient maintenance maintenance process is needed for the company. Continuous use of the machine will decrease the level of readiness of the machine itself. In an effort to maintain the level of machine readiness so that production results are guaranteed due to continuous use of the machine, regular machine maintenance and maintenance activities are needed which are expected to prolong the condition of production machines so that they are not damaged, in case of machine damage it can disrupt production activities.

Patient safety during intraoperative procedures is a top priority in nursing services in the operating room. However, patient and family understanding of intraoperative nursing management is still limited, which can have an impact on patient readiness before undergoing surgery. This community service activity aims to improve patient and family knowledge about the important role of intraoperative nursing in maintaining patient safety. The method used is an educational approach through interactive counseling delivered directly to patients and families in the pre-operative room. The material includes patient safety standards, the role of nurses during surgical procedures, and the importance of effective communication between the medical team, patients, and families. Evaluation was carried out by comparing the level of understanding before and after education using a simple questionnaire. The results showed a significant increase in understanding, seen from changes in patient attitudes and readiness to face surgical procedures. Appropriate and easy-to-understand education has been shown to be effective in supporting active participation of patients and families, as well as encouraging the creation of a safer surgical environment.
