The government makes a program with the aim of prospering the community, one of these programs is the Family Hope Program, where the community receiving the assistance is called KPM, this study aims to answer about the effectiveness of the family hope program that has been made by the government, especially in East Tanjungpinang District. The research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using the theory put forward by Sutrisno (2010) which includes program understanding, target accuracy, timeliness, achievement of goals and real changes. The results of the research on the effectiveness of the Family Hope Program for Beneficiary Families in the East Tanjungpinang District of Tanjungpinang City seen from the target of the program policy are correct in accordance with the regulations made, because they follow the DTKS which will be identified in accordance with the data submitted, the timing of the implementation of PKH assistance has indeed been determined by the central government, when it will be disbursed, but overall it can be said that the timeliness of the distribution of assistance has not been maximized, because sometimes the assistance disbursed by the government can advance from the date set by the government. The overall goal of the program to improve the welfare of KPM can be said to be ineffective because the achievement of numbers in 2023 can be said to have not been achieved.  Because it is seen from the direct field that there are still many people who need assistance, and most likely if it is recorded in detail, it falls into the category of those entitled as KPM participants, seen from the real changes provided by the program, it has not been optimal, but it has been enough to help the KPM community with the assistance provided, it can be seen that there are several communities as KPM who are able to manage the assistance provided by PKH for entrepreneurship. The suggestions that can be submitted are, the government, especially the East Tanjungpinang District government and PKH supervisors to continue to strive to advance the community.

This research discusses the use of life insurance in mudharabah financing at BPRS Gebu Prima Medan. The introduction explains the background to the importance of using life insurance in the context of sharia financing, especially in minimizing credit risk and providing financial protection for customers. The literature review outlines theories related to sharia financing and the role of life insurance in risk management. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the majority of BPRS Gebu Prima Medan customers who take advantage of mudharabah financing also take out life insurance protection. The profile of customers who tend to use life insurance are those who have a significant risk of death, such as micro and small entrepreneurs with large family responsibilities. However, there is still a small number of customers who have not utilized life insurance products, so further research is needed to understand the factors that influence customer decisions and strategies that can be implemented to increase the adoption of life insurance products among customers.

With the presence of universities, both private and state, every year they contribute expert staff to their graduating students. However, having a bachelor's degree does not necessarily guarantee that you will get a suitable job, sometimes many graduates are not all absorbed into the workforce, causing unemployment. The aim of this independent entrepreneurship program is to help students create income according to the students' abilities and competencies so that they can be independent, develop and not always depend on government assistance by helping to increase the continuity of the business the students are involved in. involved. An entrepreneurial internship is a process of training students to become entrepreneurs so that after graduating students can open employment opportunities. So this independent entrepreneurship program is a way to test students' skills in preparing for the future and improving the skills they have from college. This internship program runs for 4 months from 8 August to 22 November. In this internship program we are taught how to start a business and what it takes to become an entrepreneur. The business that I ran while participating in this program was the food product "CITUL MANTUL". And in the end we made a prototype of the product and held an EXPO.

By absorbing this approach, students are expected to see business opportunities as untapped fields of exploration, making creativity a catalyst for innovation in the world of entrepreneurship.

Information technology is very important for business, including accounting information systems. One way businesses use information technology to increase their competitiveness is e-commerce. Additionally, social media helps in implementing online marketing strategies. The aim of this research is to evaluate and analyze the impact of accounting information systems, e-commerce and social media on decisions made by entrepreneurs. This type of research is quantitative and uses an accidental sampling method to produce 230 respondents. This research collects data by distributing questionnaires on the network using Google Form, and data analysis is carried out using the SmartPLS SEM application for quantitative analysis. The conclusion of the t test shows that accounting information systems, e-commerce, and social media have a positive and significant impact on decisions made by entrepreneurs.

The research method used is the normative legal approach, which is the analysis and understanding of law within the framework of this study as a set of positive rules or norms in a legal system that governs human life. This was done by studying books, laws, regulations and other documents relevant to this study. In addition, the collection of legal materials also includes legal material analysis methods and legal analysis methods that adjust should be, as long as this is the method of measuring and analyzing the issues in this study. The application of the principle of freedom of commercial contract requires the parties to maintain a balanced position when formulating agreements regulating commercial legal relationships. This research aims to find out how to train prisoners to improve their Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data used is qualitative and the data source uses primary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. There were 12 informants used in this research, consisting of the Head of the Correctional Institution, prison officers, coaching mentors, prisoners and visitors. The results of the research show that the analysis of inmate coaching in improving Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City, namely Self-Reliance Coaching, Self-Reliance Coaching, was carried out to provide skills and guide inmates in entrepreneurship which can later be used by the inmates if one day they return to the community. public. Apart from fostering independence in the field of skills, the Solok Class IIB Correctional Institution also has Personality Development. With Personality Development, it is hoped that inmates will have a change in attitude and be able to restore their self-esteem so they can integrate themselves into society after leaving prison.

Young entrepreneurship has become a trend among students with the development of technology and social media today. The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and enthusiasm of students in the city of Pematangsiantar so they understand the concept of entrepreneurship and its management strategies. Activity theme: The Role of the Young Generation in Developing a Creative, Independent and Competitive Entrepreneurial Spirit. This activity was attended by 200 students and displayed the results of group product trials. Participants came from invitations from several universities in Pematangsiantar City. The activity was held in collaboration with Murni Teguh PSDKU Pematangsiantar University, the Kelompok Tani Nelayan Andalan (KTNA), Pematangsiantar Tax Office. The purpose of this study was to analyze internal and external strategies in the development of the tempeh industry in Sendang Mulya Sari Village, Tonggauna District, Konawe Regency. The determination of the research sample was carried out intentionally (purposive sampling) using key informants, in this study the key informant was Mrs. Ratmi, the owner of the tempeh business. This study is a qualitative descriptive study using analysis tools, namely SWOT. The development strategy of the "Mrs. Ratmi" tempeh industry business in Sendang Mulya Sari Village, Tongauna District, Konawe Regency is in quadrant I, namely the SO = 4.14 strategy, which is a very profitable position for the company because at this time the tempeh business has opportunities and strengths that can be utilized. The strategy that must be carried out in this condition is to change the old strategy. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy) so that it can increase the income of tempeh entrepreneurs.

Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC) refer to the expenses incurred by entrepreneurs/ operators in manage public transportation in a year. The ‘Recealed Pteference’ method is used to determine VOC by conducting a survey based on field conditins. This research aims to determinethe VOC on rural public transport on the Letta-Bungi route and compare the applicable transport rates with the VOC analysis results. It also aims to find out how much income is generated by rural public transportation busineses operating on the Letta-Bungi route. The research employs a quantitative survey method and analysis data using formulas, literature, journals and previous research. The analysis of Vehicle Operational Costs (VOC) for rural public transport on Letta-Bungi route in Pinrag Regency was conducted. For an annual mileage of 11,160 km/year and an average speed of 30 km/hour. According to the analiysis, the yearly operating cost of the vehilcs is IDR 232.956.075,- and the Operating Cost per km is IDR 20.874.20,-. The current tariff of IDR 50.000,-/pnp is higher than the calculated tariff of IDR 42.443,-/pnp. The  study analysis also shows that the profits obtained by business operators amount to IDR 55.043,925,-/year and IDR 4.932,25,-/km.

This research aims to understand the effectiveness of the current tax law regulations regarding e-commerce in Indonesia on state tax revenue. Additionally, it discusses the potential of e-commerce taxation, inhibiting factors, and efforts made by the Directorate General of Taxes to increase tax revenue in Indonesia. This study is an empirical legal research with a qualitative approach. Types and sources of data include primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews with representatives from the Direktorat Jendral Pajak, followed by qualitative data analysis techniques. The research findings indicate that the current regulations do not yet cover the taxation of e-commerce itself. The imprecision of regulations leads to the existence of untapped tax potentials if e-commerce taxation is further regulated. Moreover, there are still many taxable entrepreneurs (PKP) who are not compliant in tax payments and reporting. The constantly changing regulations contribute to legal uncertainty in society. Inadequate supervision is also one of the inhibiting factors in realizing the potential increase in tax revenue from e-commerce transactions in Indonesia.

This research aims to increase sales of the "Cinta Rasa" project business through the implementation of Mandiri KKN which meets the established principles. Through analysis of local economic conditions, it was found that more than 50% of food sector business actors in Tuban Regency do not yet have halal certification, which has become a mandatory requirement following Law Number 33 of 2014. This research includes the stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation, reporting, and follow-up to Mandiri KKN. It is hoped that Mandiri KKN will be able to provide students with knowledge, skills and awareness of social life, as well as encourage innovation in the field of entrepreneurship. The focus of this research is increasing sales of the "Cinta Rasa" dent business through the implementation of halal certification, thus providing certainty of product halal status which increases consumer confidence and sales potential.

Tulungagung Regency was chosen to implement the YESS program because the majority of its people rely on the agricultural sector as their main livelihood and raising livestock as a side business. Geographically, the location of the Tulungagung Regency area is also quite strategic with abundant natural resources, thus supporting it as a target for implementing the Program. This research was carried out for 1 month from March 10 2023 to April 15 2023. In this research primary data and secondary data were obtained. Primary data was obtained from interviews and observations of 7 breeders who received benefits from competitive grants from the YESS Program in 2022, goat breeders as key informants in Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency and Expert Informants who came from YESS Program implementers from the Tulungagung Agriculture Service and program facilitators. Secondary data was obtained from literature. From the research, the results showed that the YESS program was considered successful in improving livestock farmers' skills, facilitating market access, increasing access to financing and activating institutional policies and media for youth involvement in rural areas. The suggestion for this research is that it is necessary to carry out further analysis regarding the obstacles that occur in implementing the YESS program.

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

The high public demand for sunscreen creates business opportunities for entrepreneurs. However, due to this substantial demand, it cannot be denied that some business actors resort to deceptive practices to maximize profits. This includes distributing sunscreen with exaggerated SPF claims or overclaiming SPF, indicating that the lab test results differ from what is stated on the label. The research method employed is qualitative, with a normative-empirical type of juridical research. The findings reveal that overclaiming constitutes a violation of consumer rights under Article 4 of the UUPK. Additionally, business actors infringe upon other provisions, namely, Articles 7, 8, and 17 of the aforementioned law. The responsibility of business actors for SPF overclaims is outlined in Article 19 of the UUPK, compelling them to compensate consumers for resulting damages. This serves as an implementation of Liability Based on Fault and Product Liability.

Entrepreneurship has become the main focus of economic development in various countries. This research aims to investigate in depth how entrepreneurship can be the main driver for achieving sustainable economic prosperity. The research method used is a literature review, exploring various concepts and theories related to the role of entrepreneurship in the context of economic prosperity. The analysis results show that entrepreneurship not only contributes to job creation, but also facilitates the growth of small and medium enterprises, expands access to economic resources, and increases competitiveness and innovation. Therefore, policies that support entrepreneurship and create a conducive environment for the development of small and medium enterprises are essential to improve overall economic prosperity. The implications of this research provide a better understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship in creating an inclusive and sustainable economy, as well as providing a basis for formulating more effective policies in advancing the entrepreneurial sector.
